Everytime I go here, I am disappointed, but it's the closest one to my house! After today, I am DONE! NEVER GO HERE!!!! My boyfriend and I came here and decided to pay separately. I didn't want him to pay for me. But, the lady at the register was appalled, commanding me to let my boyfriend pay for me!!! She even took his money out of his hand and said she would make him pay like he should. WHAT THE HECK??? We live in the 21st century lady, don't be so rude. I will NEVER BE BACK!!! That was just too far and too personal.

Always hit or miss here. I'll give em another chance but only because I have a Buy one get one coupon that I have been needing to use. I got there at 8:40 and the doors were locked plenty of pretzels in the case too bad they did not want to sell me a pretzel LOL.wow

Tried this place for the first time because I had a groupon to use. I was looking forward to something warm and soft and what I got was a jalapeño pretzel that was so hard and crispy I couldn't finish it. Will never go back

I too made a special trip to Southlands Mall to use a Groupon which I was given as a Christmas present. The certificate states the promotional value expires March 28th, 2013; however the amount paid for this voucher ($10) never expires. In January, I purchased 2 pretzels which I had to wait an exorbitant time for. When I gave them my Groupon certificate, they handed me a punch pass which expired on 2/27/2013, one month sooner than the original Groupon expired! Enough said....

Made a special trip out to Southlands on March 28 to use a Groupon I had purchased. My voucher clearly said it expired ON March 28. Was told by the server that it had expired the previous day. If the voucher expired March 27, it should state that! If it says it expires March 28, then the consumer has until the end of business on March 28 to use it. Nope, they refused to honor it. No apology, nothing. I will most certainly not ever give any business to Wetzel's Pretzels in the future. They treat their customers very poorly.
