The is probably the worst one! We used to live right by this Wendy's and every single time we ate there we never received what we ordered. Check your bags before you leave the drive through. I didn't know it could be this bad and we kept going back because we always thought it was "just a bad night" but no every single time. I am glad we do not live around that one anymore!

I should have read the reviews before we stopped in for what I thought would be a quick bite to eat. We decided to go in and sit down. When we got inside there was one couple in front of us and one other couple waiting for their order. The couple in front of us ordered 2 cups of chili and 2 baked potatoes. The kid working the register was clueless. He didn't know if they had potatoes, forgot if they were eating in or taking it to go, and he forgot to give them the butter and sour cream they asked for. We had to wait while this kid was trying to figure out what was going on. Then, after we were more than ready to order, the same kid just walked off and went to the back. Meanwhile, the first couple was STILL waiting on their food and obviously getting pissed. No manager insight. "Clueless" returned, after laughing and joking around with the other employees in back, with a very unfriendly "what do you want?" One positive thing I can say is that after a ridiculous long wait, our order was correct. The first couple still hadn't gotten their food by the time we sat down. The lack of interest and the utter glacial speed of the employees makes me doubt we'll be stopping back at this location any time soon.

New location may look nice, but every table was filthy! Tried to find a seat in the empty dining room, and there were none at all. Told the cashier and he said the guy who cleaned was on break. Never did him or anyone else come out to clean any tables, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. So, perhaps the location didn't need a new renovation as much as they need a new manager. The saying 'You can't polish a turd' comes to mind. Shameful.

Have been patrons of this location on several occasions since moving here last summer....until last night that is. Never again. I will drive to the Parker location, regardless of the extra distance. We arrived and in 5 minutes of waiting, not a single we'll be right with you, nothing. Only a bunch of teens goofing off at the grill. Then I saw one young man, mid length hair scratch his head, several times....with his gloves on. Oh my goodness, that's disgusting. Whispered to my family that we were leaving, so as to not make a scene. Never, ever again. Bleh!!

Meh, its Wendy's. Its not great that's for certain. Its not terrible either though. We stopped in here the other night after a movie to grab a late night dinner on the way home. I usually have a semi-confusing order, so I normally want to go inside. However, it was 10:15, so the lobby was closed.... wait, what? Its Friday night and the lobby is closed at 10:15? OK, drive thru then I guess. Well, that took forever! They did get our order correct, which I was thankful for.

My family and I love Wendy's. The problem I am having is the Wendy's nearest our home changed managers about four months ago and the service has been bad ever since. I managed to contact the area manager and told her about the bad experiences my family has been having with this particular location. She offered me a free meal which I did not accept. I told her "I was not looking for free food, I just wanted her to fix the problem so I would not need to drive an additional 8 or 9 mile to a different Wendy's so they can get my order right!" I just wanted the area manger to fix the problem. So far in the last two months, one out of five trips to this Wendy's was OK. The reason this one trip was OK is because the only mistake they made, was putting cheese on my hamburger when I had told them "no cheese." The rest of the order was correct for a change. The other four trips the staff managed to mess up by shorting us food, giving us the wrong size shakes, and not making our food the way we wanted it. I am ordering for a family of four, how complicated can that be?!!! I have since given up on this location and will more than likely tell my children to find a different favorite restaurant because I am not going to continue going to a place of business that gets it almost right 1 out of 5 times. Also, I am not going to drive 8 or 9 additional mile down the road to see it I can find a Wendy's that can get my order right most of the time. I would not recommend this location to anyone! Ricky

Seriously?!! How do you screw up fast food. Asked for a baconator meal with jalapeños and didn't get jalapeños much less the right sandwiches! Ten piece nuggets had nine. No juice with kids meal that I had to go back and knock on the window to get it. Wrong flavor of frosty. Seriously I will go to another location.

Good food, horrible attitudes of workers. We walked in for lunch and the lady at the front said "2 guests coming in," and then we heard a girl in back very loudly complain, "nooo. I dont want to make burgers anymore." Throughout our meal, we heard several more complaints from the workers about not wanting to work or about being busy for lunch rush. Guess what, lunch rush is part of your job. If you dont like it, quit. But dont make your customers feel unwelcome.

Face it, sometimes you just don't have time for a nice meal and just need a drive-thru! This Wendy's is the closest fast food to my house so guess where I go? Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I think this particular location has cured me of my drive thru ways. This place is slow - painfully so. Then, they ALWAYS get my order wrong - ALWAYS. On top of that Wendy's prices are way too high for even fast food and this food is always sloppily put together. Oh and if want fries, don't go to this one - they never fill up the little cup all the way - NEVER. It just sucks! I actually like a Wendy's burger from time to time, but this place takes no pride in their food and I will likely not go there again. I have been burned too many times!

I normally wouldn't review a fast food restaurant. They're all the same and you know what you're getting so what's really the point? But this Wendy's... THIS Wendy's... is SO bad that I feel compelled to review it. It's the only fast food restaurant that's on my route home so sometimes that's all you're in the mood for. But never again. When did Wendy's get so expensive? I usually (always) get a Spicy Chicken meal, plain, with a large fry and a large drink. How much more simple could it get? Not only is the meal in the neighborhood of $8, but EVERY time I go it's either not fully cooked (yucko) or not plain. I can deal with not plain but if it's not cooked I just throw it away. Not to mention that you have to order a large fry to get enough fries to fill up the small size. They don't fill the thing to the halfway point. It's infuriating. Anyway, if you want an expensive fast-food meal that's undercooked and not made the way you want it, this is the place for you. As for me, maybe I'll just drive a little further.

I agree with the Jason J and do not normally rate Fast Food joints because most are horrible, but this place is even worse than most!! Let alone the increasing prices and the decreasing portions, the customer service is awful!! Today I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:57am. I was immediately told to come back when they open at 10. Not "we'll be with you in a few minutes", it was more like "get out of here". So I left, and will never be back!!!
