I like noodles, but this is not the best noodle place. I did like the fact that they have a lot of vegeterian food. What i didn't like, is that the place was dirty. There were a lot of dirty tables around, and personnel didn't hurry to clean them.

I come here all the time I love this noodles and the manager !! He is so generous one night for take out he gave us rice krises just because it was snowing bad and we came in ! But over all I love the food they have gluten free pasta and all different options and promotions ! Defiantly sign up for their rewards program !!!! The manager always knows how to make an incident right ! For example I have sever allergies and they put cheese all on my pasta once and they came and brought us free cookies and apologized also one time I was turned down on the gluten free pasta and told they were out ! I complained and got comped a free meal voucher . The staff is very friendly and fast ! Will be back !! Close to every time I go I notice that at the register they take my order right but the people in the back don't read and then mess up my meal so I check every time because I'm not confident in it.

This is our first time ever eating at a Noodles & Co - we liked the wide selection and variety of flavor combinations offered - food was good and quick friendly service - the downside - there is only 1 drink dispenser that has the multi favors - the line was 6 deep and growing

I love Noodles, just not this specific one! The staff is HORRIBLE. They dont know what they are doing and make up BS answers instead of trying to find the correct answer. If you have a gluten allergy STAY FAR AWAY because they do not have a clue! We have had nothing but horrible service here and this will be the last time. As I stated in the beginning I love Noodles but the Southlands location should be avoided!

I like Noodles & Company, I don't love it. For some reason their menu doesn't thrill me all that much, but I do sometime have a hankering for their Steak Stroganoff (Marinated steak, mushroom sherry cream sauce, fresh herbs, cracked pepper, sautéed mushrooms, egg noodles and parmesan). It is great for quick dinner. Another winner is the Pasta Fresca (Penne with balsamic, olive oil, white wine and roasted garlic, red onion, tomato and spinach and feta), which is my somewhat "lighter" option when noodling it up. This location is very light and bright. It sits right off main street in Southlands and there is lots of parking off Main in the back. Staff is friendly and it is relatively quick service (based on how long the line is). It's a good stop if you are in the mood for something noodle-y.

Not bad service, not great though....everyone seems to act like they should be working someplace better. Regardless, you can order, pay and have a meal healthier than most chains. I like that they post the calories for each dish. The reason for the 2 stars is that the last two times I ordered the chicken Cesar salad to go, ends up with no chicken. So I paid $8 for a bowl of $1 lettuce and 50 cents of dressing. I should call and complain, but then I would never go back to risk having the displeased staff sabotage my meal. What to do.....

My favorites to order is the Japanese Pan Noodle, Chicken Noodle Soup, &/or Pad Thai. Avoid the chicken being added into your entree because I always find the chicken to be too dry and tough. Customer service is okay. One time when I ordered, I guess they messed up my order while cooking so the cashier informed me that I could order something for free. That was really nice of them.

My family would eat here every day! Huge hit with my teens. So many good choices! We would eat here more but it is a little pricey. Love the choices of pastas.

I used to like this place for the Penne Rosa. Not after today. The dish arrived cold and not throughly cooked. The sauce is no longer spicy and the spinach tasted dirty. 2 tomato pieces and that was the dish. Not what it used to be. I think I'll pass on future visits.

A good meal, but not great. The size of meal vs cost of meal really isn't worth the value. My 5yr old ate a bowl of mac n cheese and half another. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Still, likely will not be back.

Does their oven work today???? Does it ever work?? Been there twice to order a sandwich and was told the oven wasn't working so they couldn't make bread? What? This is a professional restaurant where people come to EAT and your oven doesn't seem to work? Ok?

Finally, new menu items...including sandwiches! BBQ Mac and cheese was great comfort food on this snow day.

I have found this location, like the others, to be very busy whenever I go. Their food is good, but I find that I only like a couple things on the menu and I rarely feel like going because it sounds decent but not great. The service is great and the service is always fast.

The service is always happy and prompt at this Noodles and Co. Consistently good noodles, flavour etc.

Cashier and waitress/waiter are efficient and nice. Food is decently priced without extra meat. The extra meat charge is a bit much. The menu lists all of the ingredients that are in each meal, which makes it easier to order for individuals with food allergies. The food was hot, decently sized, and average tasting. The ambiance could use some work - no vibe there. The restaurant was filled with a lot of families with kids and teenagers. I'd return if I was in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

I like this place. My kids love it too. It's probably one of my favorite "fast food" places. The service is generally pretty good too.

Ah Noodles & Company, you have finally come through for me!! Compared to the location on Arapahoe, this one blows it out of the water!! Me and my cousin stopped in to grab a quick dinner before going to the premier of Scream 4, and I for one was a bit hesitant to eat here after my experience with the other location I had went to. It was a little cold that night, but they have a menu hanging just outside their door to look at if you want before going in. We decided to take a peek, and one of the staff members saw us so they opened the door and invited us in!! I thought that was really nice:) Once we came in the cashier was in no rush for us to order. We could have taken our time if it wasn't for the fact we were going to a movie xD anyway, I got the Penne Rosa, my cousin got the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Being that I had a cold, I really loved the spicyness in my dish!! It was delicious!! And really cleared me up. As for the Spaghetti and meatballs, well, I only got to see them once because by the time I looked up from my plate to see my cousin's food, it was gone!! I'm guessing they were good since he devoured the whole thing so fast!! So basically I loved this place for the hot yummy food, and super friendly service. 4 stars for the southlands location of Noodles & Company!! :D

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
