Small friendly and good. The Philly cheese steak pizza is not to be missed. This is my favorite pizza place in aurora.

Very solid Italian food....it is my favorite takeout Pizza/Italian place in Aurora. The pizza is made with care, and actually gets the order as opposed to other reviews that I have done on here. Could use a little more improvement on the pasta dishes(they are fine.) The salads are also noteworthy and delicious. Worth the little extra wait for a good pizza.

Pizza done right! Perfect new York style pizza, awesome sauce, chewy crust, fresh toppings! So happy this is in my area! Massino's is better than Anthony's! Oh, the Greek salad was perfect too!, albeit on the small side for a large. Get one salad per 2 people. ONLY negative it the delivery can be on the long side, so I'd anticipate 1-1.5 hours on busy weekends

If your looking for an OK grub joint and and you don't want to go very far than try it....only if your REALLY stoned or drunk will this food taste good. As a family we went there an a Friday night and needless to say their food was bland, undercooked and was less than impressive. I won't be going back.

Should have read the yelp reviews first, apparently google users thought this place was good. I got the baked ziti parmesean and my husband got the ziti They weren't exactly hot and the noodles were mushy. The garlic bread turned out to be not that... Not sure what it was but it had a kick some kind of peppery flavor maybe jalapeño? Not sure but if you expect garlic bread that's what it should be. The bread also wasn't hot. With 3 locations I thought it couldn't be that bad but it was.

Good pizza, nice crust. Needs a good cleaning on the inside but that adds to the charm

Well 1 day short of a year I am once again contacted by Massions minions. They just don't give up with the drama. This time they contacted me via the Complement function. the following is quoted from the message. "Thanks for the great review, it's actually good because lot of customers at Massinos talking about you and Yelp. Your review was the worst review ever made, and Yelp loved it, just because we couldn't afford to pay for Ads with Yelp. Yelp is working very hard to filter all the good reviews and show only nasty reviews like yours. You are an evil team, but God is on our side, we are getting very busy, up 56% for the year." So now they are claiming that yelp is strong arming them by filtering out good reviews because they can't afford to pay for ads, even though their business is up 56% from last year. first its lying customers now its Big Brother and The EVIL team trying to do you harm. By the way claiming that GOD is on your side is pointless. I'm pretty sure the lord has better things to worry about. I mean after all with all the war povertiy and famine in the world , Believing you pizza joint is high on his list is a little bit arrogant don't you think? Seriously Massianos get a grip on reality. NOBODY is out to get you. There is no conspiracy at work. You just have a tendency to deliver sub par food with bad customer service. In close I say to you Massinos. Get a grip and MOVE ON!!!

One is the lowest I'm allowed to give. High priced. $31 after a 20% tip For a 14" and 12" two topping pizza. Pizza was horrible. Cheese was ok, sauce is bland, dough was raw in between bottom and cheese, and by no means is it NY pizza. NY pizza has crisp. This pizza was soggy and floppy. Guy who took my order over the phone was short, rude, and was bothered by my 2 questions. Driver was ok. Not rude but not thankful either. I used to deliver pizzas and always thanked people for a good tip. Will not be eating here again!!

The great pretender! I do not go to Aurora much so I tried this place only once, and it is likely I will not return. They claim "we serve famous new york pizza style", pleasee!!!. Who are they trying to con? The pizza is in the league of Blackjack or Domino's, and it is not even better than those two. They have a website: massinospizza.com The looks (pictures and what they claim) do not seem to go along with reality. That is why I mock them giving the pretender name. Anyways, I have not tried other items of the menu. Maybe the pizza is not great but they have good alternatives. Try them at you own risk. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The pizza was GREAT! I'm not a big fan of pizza and I would definitely order more pizza from here. The Eggplant Parmesan was delicious also. Give it a go. Pizza and a new dish to try every time you visit or order from here.

We recently visited Massino's for lunch on a business trip. 3 of the 4 of us had the meat calzone. The other person in our party had the stuffed meat pizza. All of us were satisfied with our meals. It was very filling. The ingredients used seemed to be of good quality. I like the fact that they use ricotta cheese in their calzones. I would go here again.

Massino's has been our go to pizza place for the past few years, it's right around the corner from our house. We really don't like chain delivery pizza places and while Massino's isn't the very best pizza in town, it's the best near us for the price. Most of the time it's pretty good, once in a while our pizza isn't as hot as we'd like, but that could possibly be our fault for not picking it up soon enough. We usually get the $15 carry out special which is a medium 3 topping, a large 2 topping, and an order of bread sticks. You really can't beat the price unless you go to one of those hot n ready type places, and let's be honest, those types of places make cafeteria pizza look good. Anyway, we sometimes get the calzones as well and those are usually pretty good, my favorite is the spinach. I've had their pasta dishes a couple times and feel that for the cost they weren't that great of a value so we'll stick with the pizza and calzones.

Went here for lunch today. The Greek salad isn't even close to what a Greek salad should be. It was fresh, but no red onion, no pepperoncini, no feta cheese, bottled dressing, no cucumber........ Go to Charlie Browns for the best Greek salad in town. As a matter of fact, when I hit Charlie Browns, I usually get another to go for later. It's that good. Maybe Massinos has good pizza and pasta, but the salad is abysmal.

I stopped by here about a year ago and got a Calzone. I've never had one but it was delicious. Later in the week I stopped in at my local pizzeria and ordered the same thing. YUK!!! I needed a comparison and I got one. The Massino's Calzone had homemade sauce with all the right blend of herbs and spices and the cheese and spinach was yummy. The crust was buttery, soft and crisp with garlicy flavour throughout. So, a year later, this week, I stopped by and got a deep dish pizza. WOW!! It was the best deep dish I have had since moving to Denver from LA where the pizza rocks. I would add more sauce next time or ask for extra. They also have NY style thin crust which looked delicious. Forget Chicago Uno where you get mostly thick doughy crust which is in my opinion undercooked. This crust was crispy, with the garlic flavor and so good that my sister and my daughter ate all the rest before I could get seconds. This is a family owned and operated restaurant and the owner came over and was very friendly and welcoming. Real Italian food cooked by real Italians, what a novel idea!

I don't mind Massino's. I've ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and cheese ravioli. I enjoy both. They both come with some garlic bread wrapped in foil. When I first ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, I looked at and thought...where's the rest of the sauce? But, as I ate, I realized it was actually more than enough. The cheese ravioli on the other hand was drowned in their marinara sauce. I love their sauce. It's tangy and sweet. My husband has ordered the sub grinder...eh, wouldn't get that again. Those are pretty flimsy. I've also ordered the sicilian pizza...it was ok, definitely not the best by any means...it's a square pizza, and the person who cut it, for some bizarre reason decided to try and cut triangle pieces...?? That was kind of weird...I guess next time if I happen to order the sicilian I'll say..."and please cut this in squares since the pizza is shaped as a rectangle." Sorry, but, that just bothered me...the slices were all funny shaped. I've only ordered this place for delivery...and they told me 45min-1hour...and I waited about an hour and 20. That's not a huge deal to me, but, thought other readers should know. I'll definitely continue to order their tomato based pastas.

All of these reviews are crazy. Massinos is the best Italian food - pizza, calzones, etc, in Denver. It's a family run business and they make everything themselves. The food sometimes takes awhile to make, but it's because they make it when you order it. Try their meat calzone. :)

Well I work a Buckley AFB and I called ahead. Well safe to say there Calzones are good. However We ordered a specialty pizza and spent 50.00 bucks on take out and payed waay to much for our mixed order....we recieved a med pepperoni pizza for the price of a large Specialty one . I called and the asst manager offered me 10% off a future order? Like I'd spend more money with you after you gave me a cold waay over priced pepperoni - u are kidding me. Sorry, your place was empty on a saturday night and you still messed it up. You need to concentrate on making it right. I had limited time to pick up an order for work and you seriously dropped the ball.

This place is a neighborhood, strip mall, pizza place. I have been here many times with friends and family. Some love it, some hate it. For me, it's pretty good. On my last trip in I enjoyed a deluxe pizza. The toppings tasted very fresh and the pizza was cooked perfectly, yet somewhere between the crust, sauce and cheese there is a flavor void. I have had the calzone and the stuffed sausage and peperoni pizza. I liked the stuffed pizza, but the calzone was just...ok. One word of caution, it takes a while to make the pizza, so phone ahead or be willing to wait.

This is a family owned Pizzeria store. They do delivery, takeout & eat in. And the pizza is just great, authentic east coast, NYC or NJ pizza. No fooling. Try them out, quiet mom & pop Restraunt. They even have dessert, soda by the bootle or fountain, even non carbonated drinks to boot. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I may have high expectations due to the fact that I am Italian and no American/Italian food can compare to food in Italy, but this was the saddest excuse for Italian food I have EVER had. I ordered the Diavlo pasta, and it tasted like I poured Cholula over overcooked spaghetti noodles. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy! If you're craving Italian food I would sooner order an Italian dish from Burger King than ever order from this place again! It's not too hard to please a hungry Italian girl who just wants basic pasta! I ended up eating the soggy garlic bread it came with, dipped in my own olive oil. #stillhungry #sodissapointed

Wings order did not follow "special instructions". Got ranch instead of blue cheese dressing. Pizza sauce was blah. Too much cheese - they call it NY Pizza. It's not!! Delivery was I. Less time than Grub Hub estimated.

I would never go back here again. The restaurant is dirty and the pizza was awful. I had a slice of the New York Style pepperoni pizza and I couldn't even finish it. It was extremely greasy and the cheese was terrible. We also ordered cheese sticks and the bread was stale and they were completely flavorless.

When I am craving a little comfort food and a dinner show I hit up Massino's for INCREDIBLE spaghetti and meatballs! The marina is sooooo good - light and flavorful, not all gloppy and heavy! But what about the show you ask? I have never ordered delivery - I always call in and go pick it up. The best part of dinner at Massino's is watching the staff interact with each other - they are always arguing and grumbling. It's hilarious. Then there is always one poor guy realizing the customers can see all this and continuously apologies till he's out of breath. The crew is great "people watching"! I know this isn't a great selling point for a restaurant, but the food is good - and if you are in the mood for a show, I recommend this place highly!

Okay pizza. Ok prices. It's close to our house so we order it sometimes. The staff is friendly and the pizza is made to order. As with many pizza joints, ask for the specials, because ordering off the menu seems too pricey.

From its perch near Buckley & Mississippi, Massino's Pizzeria is home to one of the best pizzas *evah*. But we'll get to that in a minute - first, here's an overview of what else you can expect to eat. The garlic bread here is very nice - especially with a nice big portion of mozzarella melted over it. You almost could eat only that, but why would you want to stop there? Especially when their BBQ wings are so tasty. "Oh, c'mon, it's a pizzeria, they can't be that good" you say. Well, these moist little morsels will win your heart - hopefully without clogging it too much. Massino's soups change frequently, but a minestrone-like veggie version is usually available for your delectation, so go ahead and order a nice big bowl. Then again, the grilled chicken salad with olives and tomatoes is always a popular fave - and also a bit friendlier to the waistline than some of the above items - and you'll want to save a little room once you hear about what you'll be noshing on next! Honestly, it's difficult to select a main course at Massino's. The calzones and strombolis are enormous, and luckily also very fresh and flavorful (special mention goes to the one with spinach, which manages to seem both indulgent and healthy - well, OK, "healthy" may not be quite the right word - in the same bite. Not to be outdone, the pasta dishes, like the spicy Shrimp Fra Diavolo (a reference to a legendary Neapolitan freedom fighter) will leave an indelible imprint on the palate - in the best way, of course. Or perhaps the eggplant Parmesan sub is beckoning to you? But after all, since Massino's specializes in pizzas, it's time to spill about their lasagna pizza. No hyperbole here - this amazingly delicious meatball and ricotta pie will have you rushing back for another - maybe even on the same night! [URP]

This place was horrible, I ordered a meatball sub and I got 2 small smashed meatball with some uncooked peppers to fill the sub roll up, I could have gotten better pizza at a chain pizza restaurant, at least they wouldn't be cheap with ingrediants, the calzone was dripping with oil, it was gross, they need to send mailers in valpak to get business here because they get no word of mouth wich is the best compliment to a business,

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE service!! I cannot even believe it has come to this but I have to share this awful experience with the world. We ordered 2 pizzas and wings for delivery this past Saturday after we got a flyer on our door for Massino's last week and decided to try something new. We were quoted a 50 minute delivery time, but we weren't too worried about it. Hopefully it would be worth the wait. So... we waited and waited and eventually got a call from our lost delivery driver saying the address we gave him brought him to a gated community so he turned around. After explaining to him that yes, people in gated communities order pizza too, he was back on his way, already beyond late with our food. We still had to receive 2 more lost phone calls from the driver after he couldn't follow our step-by-step directions on how to get to our apartment in The Breakers Resort community. It can be intimidating but it's not rocket science. Finally, my boyfriend decided the only way we were going to get our food was if he met the driver outside. He ended up walking 2 blocks to the clubhouse to meet him. The driver seemed disoriented and couldn't figure out where to park the car. He ended up just pulling off to the side and parking, searching his car all over for something before getting out. He got out and handed my boyfriend the delivery bag with the pizzas inside and the bag of wings on top like we were just supposed to take the delivery bag and all. So my boyfriend had to take the pizza boxes out of the bag himself and hand the bag back to the driver who was still frantically searching the car for our receipt. He finally found it and handed it to my boyfriend, but it wasn't the correct credit card receipt so there was no where for him to sign or add a tip. When he asked the driver what he should do to add a tip, the driver suggested just writing it on the back and signing there. That seemed a little sketchy, so he decided against it and said he would just call the store to add a tip. So the food was ICE COLD of course by the time we got it inside and we had to reheat it all in the oven. The pizza wasn't bad, but the wings were so dry and flavorless it was like eating just plain chicken. If it was up to me, I would've been the mean one who decided the driver didn't deserve a tip for that huge ordeal to get our food, but my boyfriend, being the nice person that he is, still called the store back to add the tip to our credit card order. The person he spoke with seemed like the manager so he told him about our terrible experience and we were only offered 50% off our next order (like there will even be a next time). Then the guy asked for the last 4 digits of his card number and the tip amount and said he would add it. If that had been the end of it, I wouldn't even be writing this review right now, but that was just the beginning. It is now Monday and my boyfriend has had several messages on his phone saying that we need to call and pay for our order because they lost our credit card information. These calls have all been desperate pleas from the driver too saying that he's going to lose his job if we don't pay. This is so ridiculous! Any other company would've realized this was their fault and cut their losses but now we are being harassed by Massinos! I came home from work today to a note from the driver on the door asking us to "do the right thing." WOW. You guys have got some nerve. I will leave so many bad reviews everywhere you will not be able to escape them. I will leave my own flyers around the Breakers community making sure everyone knows not to order from you guys and tell everyone I run into about my experience. You cannot even fathom what one $44 order cost you in business. I will pay because I'm scared of continually being harassed but know this: I will be in contact with the police if I ever here from anyone there again. Oh, and another addition to this: The whole reason they didn't have our credit card information was because the card number and expiration date was on a small slip of paper stapled to the back of the receipt the driver gave us. Very secure guys. I'm horrified that my credit card information left the store in a driver's car and that's the way you log payment information in your store in the first place.

I came here with hubby and the kids one night after my son's basktball game. The place was pretty empty by that time (dinner rush would have been over). We grabbed a table and looked over the menu. The menu looked good, I was excited to see grinders on the menu since I am from Massachusetts and haven't had one in years. I was disapointed to see one go out to another customer. It wasn't really a grinder at all but more like something you would get from Subway or Quiznos. Small bread, small portion of filling. Not a grinder at all. A small grinder is 6-8" long, and 4-5" tall stuffed with fillings. A large one is 12-14" long.. You get my drift. We decided to get a large pizza for us to share. We waited a very long time for it.The sauce on the pizza was very bland and tasted a lot like canned tomato paste watered down.. It kind of ruined the pizza. The toppings were okay, but the sauce was hard to overcome. I was really disapointed because I miss good Italian food and really, really wanted to like this place because it's so close to my house. I guess when I want good pizza, I just have to keep driving out to Big Bill's in Centennial.

I keep getting nasty emails and comments from the people at Massino's over my reviews of their restaurant. Here's the latest, "Hi, I was waiting for another nasty review from you, where were at. Yelp actually loved these nasty reviews that you had for Massinos. For sure, your reviews were very bad, you didn't like us first time but you wanted to put another review without even really trying our food. That's okay, you can keep doing that evil work, and Yelp is there to support you, but try to read the filtered reviews for Massinos and if you are honest person, you will be ashamed" I never meant to offend anyone and I have no personal vendetta against this business. Their food and customer service are honestly no good and my reviews reflect this. I don't know why this person thinks I never tried their food because I did and it wasn't good. Apparently, I am not the only one who thinks this as there are several reviews stating the same thing. I am a very honest person and I am not ashamed of my reviews, not one bit. To the people at Massino's, PLEASE stop contacting me. Your nasty emails and comments are not going to get me to change my reviews. In fact, there are plenty of places that have disappointed me. Some of those places I have tried again (which I actually did with your establishment and was disappointed a second time). In this case, I will never set foot in your restaurant or order delivery from you ever again. Your attitude toward me and others for for posting honest reviews is unwelcome.

Massino's is officially off the list of places we'll order from. Mr. Mixer got a calzone and I ordered the canelloni with chicken in an alfredo sauce. They were both pretty bad. Sad. I wanted to like this place.

I was in this shopping area and searched for restaurants on Yelp. I saw this pizza place so I checked out the reviews. I almost didn't go in because of the reviews, but I decided to try a slice of pizza because of the bad reviews actually. When I eat pizza, I first consider the cheese. I don't like cheese that isn't stringy (like Domino's). The cheese was good like what you'd expect from a NY stye pizza joint; however, the pizza slice was the smallest slice I have ever seen for this style pizza (by the slice). My service experience was a bit odd as well. The cashier guy kept drooling over the lady in front of me and kept starring her behind even as she turned and walked off with her food. Of course it's cool. Glancing at attractive people are normal, but it felt unprofessional watching this guy and another guy behind the counter just get completely sidetracked while people were standing in line for orders.

Ordered dinner from here to try out a new place. Ordered dinner for delivery. Baked ziti with three cheeses was fair. Lasagna was actually very good. Cheese pizza slice had almost no cheese on it. Pepperoni pizza had good flavor but was a bit greasy. Eating IN the restaurant probably would have been much better. Picking it up would have been better, too. From the time the delivery driver 'left' until out actually arrived was about 50 minutes, so things were on the wrong end of hot when it arrived.

I am new to Aurora and was looking for somewhere to eat, as I was walking to Subway I came across this place, so I took the risk of trying it out. I am glad I did, my salad was fresh, and so was my pizza, which by the way was delicious! Its not expensive either which is the best part about it! I will definitely be taking my husband to eat there and I will be returning now that I know about it!

Not worth it. Been there twice now and I've had much better for the price. Both times the bottom of the pie was burnt. Let the owners know and they insisted I was lying... ?! Crazy peeps.

Delicious! We ordered a 16" house special pizza and it was very good. Our 4 and 1 year olds liked it as well. The Greek salad was tasty and they gave us plenty of dressing. We also ordered cannolis and they were amazing! We will definitely order from them again!

Awful pizza...Awful breadsticks..sub par wings...and they screwed up the order....they should learn how to make N.Y. style pizza...take a flight...go to any corner...order a slice...you'll be embarrassed by your so called pizza. Tip...add some sauce on a plain cheese pizza ..and use real cheese, not that plastic stuff.

I cannot believe the lack of attention to detail. Then when I realized a simple order can get completely messed, I asked "manager" on duty what standards do they have he got rude and offended. The pizza was good but it's not worth the lack of professionalism. Other reviews state the obvious. It would be a much better place if they replaced there customer service staff. ** the management talked to me and was awesome! Problem avoided I am much happier! Their pizza is still amazing!

My wife loves cold pizza. I don't. Since it took 85 minutes to get our order (which was in the driver's car for an hour), cold pizza is exactly what we got. This place has potential to be pretty good- greasy, salty, and delicious, but it is definitely hit or miss. A better delivery system and some consistency would go a long way (also someone who understands English a little better to actually get the name of my street correct so the driver doesn't have to call me to clarify).

This is a smaller place tucked in a strip mall next to a liquor store. It is not much to look at but when I meet up with friends during my lunch break, *this* is the place I take them to. They have a large selection of food. You can just grab a slice/calzone/sandwich, chips and a drink and go. But if you have time, take a bit. The food takes a long time to make, so make sure you get a salad (generic) and a drink, then sit and talk with a while. The food is tasty. I always get the baked ziti, and a Caesar salad, it is always perfect size (if not too big) and comes with garlic bread. I don't eat here much in the summer, however they do have outdoor seating if you want. The scenery is an Albertson's, so it's not great, but at least you are outside. It's a great place in the winter when you need some warm Italian food to make you happy.

So we stopped here for lunch before shopping. The food itself was delivered pretty quick and the server was willing to sub salad for soup. I got a calzone and it came out very good with a nice flaky crust and little grease. The soup which was supposed to be a meat and vegetable soup, had too many lentils and was somewhat bland but next time i'll try the salad. It was not bad and I ate it all, but nothing to write home about either. Both the calzone and cheesecake were above par for what I was expecting. Better than Anthonys on both fronts. This is a place I intend to go to again, tho i'll try another side next time.

I've ordered from here a few times and finally ate inside for the first time today. Both times I got delivery we stuck to pizza which was very good and some of the best in the area. We've had their supreme, pepperoni, and buffalo chicken. Today when I ate there I ordered a pepperoni Stromboli, which came with a side salad. The salad was nothing special but the Stromboli wasn't too bad. If it was as good as their pizza their rating would definitely be a 4. The guy who took my order was pretty friendly and the food came pretty quickly as well.

If there was such thing as 0 stars... that would be my rating. As I walked in to this establishment I should of followed my instincts and turned around. It was my first time here so I didn't know how the how "process" of ordering was. My husband and I did not get greeted by anyone and were completely ignored. We sat in the back of room, there was a loud speaker right above us with what seemed like radio news. After a few minutes we decided to walk to the front to ask for menus but no one acknowledged us. We saw the menus on top of the counter, grabbed 2 menus and they were sticky. Sat right next to the counter on a booth, the table had a plastic table cover on top which was sticky with old dried drips of drinks to the side of it. I should of left but decided let's give them a try. After waiting for about an 1/2 hour a local customer came in and ordered at the counter. So I stood up and began to order. I ordered a side of their bruscheta as an appetizer and just a peperoni pizza since the menu did not have a list of toppings. After 40 minutes we got our order. Mind you, there were only two other tables with customers. Bruscheta was made on their sandwich bread, split in half with the toppings. The bread was soggy, and the toppings cold since it sat back there till they brought out the pizza. Were they expection us to grab the bruscheta as if was a sandwich to eat? No utensils The pizza... The dough was under cooked and the cheese had somewhat of a sour taste. My husband had to get up and ask for utensils and napkins. The girl asked "you need 2?" I did say out loud, yes, there is 2 of us dining. I only had a taste of the bruscheta and after a slice of pizza, we left. I do not recommend this place... not until they clean, are more happy to see customers and take pride in the food they serve.

Started going to this place about a month ago. I've bragged about it to a few people because I really like it. Unfortunately they let me down big time tonight. I ordered for delivery and received a box of burnt garlic knots and the bread on my meatball sub was over toasted and mostly burnt as well. Why would you box up some black garlic knots guys???

Ok. We wanted to pick something up along the way so we decided to get a couple of sandwiches from here. The website encouraged you to "skip the ohone" and order online. So I ordered online at 11:35. My email confirmation was at 11:38. I said I would pick up 12:00 and it wasn't ready. It only took 8 or 9 minutes but still super annoying. Food was good. Really good roll for my Italian (which I ordered cold and it came hot). The fact that it was a hot sandwich was a pleasant surprise. Pretty good. I guess the egglplant parm is good too. Would be a 4 star if it was in time.

We ordered the stuffed pizza and a surpreme-style pizza. Crust was ok, but the sauce could be more flavorful. Staff was friendly. Considering we walked in 15 minutes before close, they were very welcoming and didn't mind at all.

I have never been the store always got delivery. There not fast but it has always been hot. the regular pizza is just ok. The stuffed pizza is much better. All the pastas are good. The Greek salad was good but small for $6.50. I will keep ordering.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
