Love Jimmy Johns! This location is clean and easy to access. The lines are never too long and the staff is very fast and efficient. I highly recommend the Beach Club (fresh baked turkey breast, provolone, cheese, avocado spread, sliced cucumber, lettuce, tomato and mayo) and the Italian Night Club (real genoa salami, Italian capicola, smoked ham, and provolone cheese all topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and their homemade Italian vinaigrette). Both sandwiches are spectacular. Any sandwich you choose, you can pick between their white or wheat bread. Their white bread is a soft french bread and their wheat is a 7 grain wheat bread. It can also be an unwich which is their version of a lettuce wrap. I love having the Beach Club in a lettuce wrap. It's so fresh and tasty. Also, if you like your sandwich spicy, definitely give their hot cherry peppers a try. They are amazing! Definitely makes any sandwich better.

I love Jimmy Johns and I order from this location all the time as its close to my work, but this is the only Jimmy Johns I have ever ordered from that it is the furthest thing from "freaky fast" I've probably ordered here 10-15 times in the last year and I honestly don't think they've ever delivered to me in less than 40 minutes..... they are always "short a driver" or sorry they are running late, or the driver just walked out the door...but it seems to be their management and inability to properly staff as this is a daily occurrence! Every other Jimmy Johns I order from is at my door in 15 minutes or less (and usually way less), but this one seemed to miss the memo that their whole business model is based on fast delivery service. Not to mention, they do a terrible job assembly their sandwiches and you usually get about half of what you get at every other location. Awful!!!

Boo. Boo I say. The staff is rude. The service is slow (at least to Jimmy John standards). The hours? Make no sense. Boo. I go back once a month, hoping for improvement, and it never happens. Will I keep going back? You bet, I love Jimmy John's. But so far, this one stinks. I can't recommend it.

Sandwiches are good. They make them fast. The place is clean. Nice staff. Decent sandwich shop, would be better if they would tone down the loud music. Noise level high, music often way too loud, but if you don't mind that, this place is good. It is in the plaza across Havana from Costco. There is also a Noodles very close by in the same plaza.

"My First Jimmy John's Experience" :-P Wow... Just wow... I can't believe this place. I called them because they were 2.2 miles away and figured they would deliver to me. I had seen them around before in San Diego and Omaha but for some reason I had never tried it. I was just so tired of hearing that damn commercial on the radio, so I just called them. Oh, what's that you say? You only deliver within a 2 mile radius? Ohhh... it's all clear to me now. NO WONDER you're so fucking "freaky fast," you only deliver 2 miles away!! Sooo of course, I'm sitting there between 2 Jimmy John's restaurants that are both about 2.1 or 2.2 miles away, and now I have to go pick it up. That's fine by me. A little irritating, but I'm not so lazy that I can't drive a few blocks down to pick up a sandwich. I ordered it online before I went just to save some time. #11 #17 2 bags Jimmy Chips 2 cookies Not TOO crazy of an order I'd say. After about 10-15 minutes or so, I start heading on over there. I'm actually getting somewhat excited about this because I had never tried Jimmy John's before! I walk in, expected to be greeted with open arms... JJ: "Welcome to Jimmy John's sir!" Me: "Hi! I have an order to go." JJ: "Name?" Me: "John." JJ: "Got it right here! Here you go sir! Can I get you anything else today?" Me: "Nope, looks wonderful. Thanks! Have a good one!" JJ: "You too sir!" I walk out smiling, thinking about how wonderful that experience was. NOPE. DIDN'T HAPPEN THAT WAY. Walked in, wasn't greeted, went up to the counter, and said, "Hi, I have a to-go order for John." To which they reply, "Oh, uh, alright." They grabbed the receipt which was just sitting there, and began to make my sandwiches. Wait... my order isn't ready yet? WTF? Alright... fine by me. Sandwiches don't take too long to make I suppose... Even though the restaurant was EMPTY! They finish making the sandwiches, placed them at the end of the counter, and then they both walk to the back. I felt kind of awkward but I had to reach behind the counter to grab my bags and put my sandwiches in them. Then I walked up to the front and realized they hadn't given me my chips or cookies. So I grab two bags of chips and two cookies and place them in my bag. By this point, they were back up front walking around. All the while I'm feeling awkward because I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do this, and they are just walking around right there so I half expected them to ask me what I was doing as I was kneeling in front of the register shoving cookies and chips in to my bags. I'll have to agree with Ian H. here... This staff is rude, and this whole experience was just like, "what the fuck?" Needless to say, I have continued to eat Jimmy John's because it was bomb as hell, but I just go to the Omaha locations out here because we do everything so much better. ;-) Did I say better? I meant the best.

Since they got rid of sprouts I haven't been going here much, they should bring them back. Good service nice and clean but over priced mediocre sandwiches make it hard to come back.

So I was there last night. Planning to enjoy an italian night club. But after I saw they didn't change gloves after handling money and went straight to make our food. Decided to cancel my order. NOT CLEAN AT ALL!

Too much money for a plain sandwich. Better than subway, but really not great. The staff was not friendly. The sandwich was just thrown together.
