Service here was excruciatingly slow. There appeared to be about 8 people in the back milling about and not doing anything, and only 1 person checking people out - very slowly. We've been wanting to come in here since they opened and finally managed to do it. Grabbed a dozen for around $9 and every single one that I tried was awesome. I'd come back in a heartbeat even if it was horrible service!

I am soon happy they are in Aurora! Smart to be right by a high school as well. Their drive thru is quick and efficient. They have delicious drinks and the best tasting crime filled donuts out there. I know that of they were around on more places I would buy them more often. Their cinnamon donut is to die for of you like cinnamon and cake donuts

I've been to this location three times. They are always out of some sort of donut, usually my favorite one the old fashioned glazed. We just went back tonight and guess what, they're all out of every doughnut in the store so they're closing early. What a shame :( I'll never go back to this location again!

Not sure what was going on sign said steak burrito 5 they put the sign up hiding the 99 cents. Then he messed up my order a grilled chicken sandwich became a sausage egg croissant with tater tots and my black coffee had cream and sugar. Probably won't be back any time soon. Plenty of other places that can post signs and get orders right.

Just opened and I am so happy! It was packed when I went and I was still served and out in about 10 mins. Ordered my normal dozen doughnuts and I still love the strawberry frosted doughnuts! My bf loves the boston cream filled also! Dunkin has a great doughnut that isn't too sweet, and their frosting is the perfect sweetness. Dont forget your cup of coffee either! No one beats it. I'm also excited about the k-cups for my kuerig!

Customer service blows. I don't expect much from the coffee so I can't complain about that but multiple times they messed up something that I order. Can't come here again...

This place gets the "Meh. I've experienced better." They need to at least be on par with other Dunkin Donuts. Can start with employees who understand the theory of giving great customer service. Good luck!

I think if you have lived on the east coast for any portion of your life, Dunkin Donuts means more to you than others. I am lived in NC for awhile and DD was a daily stop to get coffee and a honey glazed chocolate cake donut. So I think fondly of their delicious sweets and coffee! I was so psyched when this one popped up on Smoky near Buckley. Not too far from my house and easy enough to get in and out of when I need donut fix. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the line was 10 people deep, mostly ordering coffee drinks. I can't say I thought the counter help was that friendly, but they got the job done - even if it wasn't with a smile. We went to get a dozen donuts and their selection was limited, but not bad for a random Saturday afternoon. I personally love the glazed chocolate cake donuts and the strawberry frosted. Plus their breakfast sandwiches are good too! Glad to see them in neighborhood. I look forward to getting my sugar fix when I need it!

The night crew here is awesome. That's when I recommend you come to this location. The day crew sucks. They mess up orders, are rude and are a bunch of disgruntled millennials that HAVE to work cause mommy and daddy won't give them an allowance. However, you don't need to worry. Let the night crew get in and serve you. They're awesome and so are the drinks made. You know they're made with love with a side of humor to add. Talk to them and get to know them. They're really good people. Skip the day trips and become a night owl. You'll appreciate this location even more!

To me Dunkin is as good as it gets for Donuts. This location seems to be doing pretty well in all areas. The drive through is quick and haven't messed it up for me yet. Inside moves pretty fast as well. I like the app and it's saved me a few bucks from time to time. The staff I have come into contact with have been friendly, even at 5:30 in the morning. My favorite is still the Chocolate glazed. Just one and I am good to go. So glad it's close to home.

How can you go wrong, it's Dunkin. Yum! Always had quick and excellent service, and glad they are stocked on their donuts and bagels throughout the day. I will keep coming back.

So, I have not been to a Dunkin Donut in several years and I detest drive thrus to the point that the only way I will go through them is if my puppies are in the car. This is a 24 hour location and, apparently, the guy working there doesn't want to do his job. He decided to wash the floors so no one could come in and directed people to go to the drive thru. This is the closest Dunkin Donuts by my house but it will be a cold day in hell before I will come back here. Voodoo Doughnuts knows the magic is in the hole and had much better customer service.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. I had such high hopes for this location as it is less than a mile from where I live. Let me share my experiences: Visit 1) My wife and I both ordered coolattas. We waited through the drive through for 15 minutes. When we got our drinks, they were entirely liquid. They are supposed to be icy. We went in to complain about it and were told that their machine is acting up. We waited another 10 minutes for them to remake it. The ones they gave us were only slightly icy. We decided to give up and left. Visit 2) I ordered what I wanted myself and a plain, untoasted bagel for my wife. I had to repeat myself that I wanted nothing on the bagel. After I ordered, they told me to wait for my bagel. I was a little confused why the person couldn't just turn around and grab a bagel. When my bagel came out, it came toasted with cream cheese. I asked for them to correct this. I was told to wait some more. The next bagel was plain, but toasted. I decided to give up and leave. Visit 3) My wife ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. I ordered an iced green tea. We were told that they ran out of cream and green tea. How does a Dunkin Donuts run out of cream? My wife ordered her coffee with milk and I got black tea instead. The tea that I got was way over brewed. It was so bitter that I had to dump it after a few sips.

This is the worst doughnut place ever! Their customer service sucks to the highest degree. I have been to this location 2 times. The last time they i ordered 6 doughnuts stuffed into a bag and one that completely had all the icing wiped off because it was face down at the bottom. Honestly these people just dont care.

I have been watching the construction on this new location for the last couple months. It opened just last week, and I was able to get in during the last couple days. The line was slightly out the door, and was dominated by students from the local high school. Despite this, the line moved relatively quickly and the workers seemed to be putting in some real effort. The pricing was as expected, and the flavors of the donuts and my iced coffee mirrored what I experienced when I went to Dunkin' Donuts in New York a couple years back. The drive-thru line stretched to Smoky Hill, but also seemed to move at a good pace. I only witnessed one driver cursing out another for a real or imagined offense. So, why three stars? I think that this is an accurate reflection of the taste and quality of the products available here. Everyone has their personal preferences, and while I do not dislike DD, it does not exactly excite me either. The iced coffee is good, not great. The donuts, similarly, seem serviceable, but not exceptional. My raspberry filled were somewhat smallish with a moderate amount of filling, and the flavor did not really pop. The maple glazed was similarly acceptable, but nothing to phone home about. So, I am glad this place is here, and happy to have it as an option, and I know some transplanted Colorado dwellers are overjoyed to have a chain which they grew up with available, but for me, it is A-OK only.

So happy to have more Dunkin' Donuts in Colorado. The more the better! We went on a Saturday morning and it was a little slow and line was out the door! It was hard to see what you were ordering with all the people walking around. The service was pretty good, they were friendly and double checked for a certain type of donut we wanted in the back. Though I confess it was worth the wait and it will always be my weakness! Also, if you are an AARP member you get a discount.

Ignoring the fact that donuts aren't healthy anyway, I've given up on this Dunkies. I'm a Boston girl through & through and so I am also a self-proclaimed "Dunkie Junkie". I even have a shirt that says as much. When we moved into the area this particular store had just opened, and I actually told my husband "it must be fate" since Dunkies is so rare in these parts. Also ignoring the fact that people around here tend to treat the act of ordering a dozen as a grand decision-making affair and therefore TAKE. FOR. EVER. in making their selections, I still can't be giddy about this location because they always seem to screw something up with my order. Unless you keep it extremely simple, they will screw it up every time. Just this morning, I asked for a "bacon & egg, no cheese on a toasted multigrain bagel". I saw the girl (who was very sweet, I have to say) correctly enter my order, and yet I still got cheese. So then I had to wait AGAIN for them to remake it, and when they brought me the remade order, they unceremoniously just said "here you go". When I opened my bag to verify that it was correct the bagel was just dumped into one of their sandwich wrappers without the nice neat little tuck & fold that they'd managed with the first sandwich. I found that off-putting as small of a thing as it was. A few weeks ago, hubby & I went through the drive through hoping for an afternoon treat & ordered a couple coolatta's. At the time of order, they didn't tell us the machine that makes the coolatta's was coming back up after having been out of order. If they had, i would have just asked for an iced coffee. I get to the window, and they hand me my "coollatta" which was basically just liquid. Not frozen at all. We had to wait 10 more minutes for the machine to "come back up" and when they remade THAT order, it wasn't any better than the first drink. We gave up and left with our very disappointing beverages. When they first opened, I felt they were spot on. Since then, though, it's just rapidly declined into a pile of nonsense. They only reason why it's still so busy is because it's the only Dunkies in the area and we all return hopeful that they'll jsut stop sucking. I, however, have given up on this location, and will find somewhere else to get my unhealthy breakfast treats.

I like the coffee and food, hasn't changed since I left the east coast. It's better then the over priced other coffee shops. I highly dislike the location and drive through! It's a poor design and is nearly impossible to find parking on the weekend when all you want is a coffee and donut.

Glad to see this Dunkin Donuts open near my house. The only reason for me is their coffee. The donuts are so-so. Krispy Kreme is still far better in my opinion. I like that I can finally buy the K-cups for my Keurig coffee maker. You can't buy Dunkin K-cups in grocery stores yet. Nice to have a chain donut place nearby.

Been here several times now and each time is better than the last! The line moves fast and the latte's are always made perfect to my order. Love that you can customize your drink in so many ways. The indoor/outdoor seating is also a very nice place to hang out. Very clean store with a lot of places to socialize. The drive-thru is very handy, people just need to learn where to wait in line! Also, there's ample parking behind and directly to the side of the store (NOT the 7-elevan side). Last, the donuts. They're all fantastic. Anything with the chocolate frosting I would highly recommend. Also, try the sour cream donut - I know it sounds gross but trust me it doesn't actually taste like sour cream! I'll be returning, hopefully soon!

Very glad to see this place open up. There is a critical shortage of donuts in this world. This new location has a drive through, seating inside, and even a few tables outside. I stopped in at 5:30AM and went inside (the drive through line was already several cars deep). The service was friendly and fast. I got a sincere "thanks for coming in". The donuts are average. The true gem of a Dunkin Donuts is the coffee. It is definately a notch or two above the brew that I typically make at home each morning.

I don't eat doughnuts very often, but since we had a Dunkin Donuts in my hometown 40 yrs ago, I thought I'd try their new location and see how they were. Not the same as I remembered them. Of course I'm sure now in 2014, they are full of preservatives and cooked in different oil than in the 1970's. Everyone raves about the coffee. I watched and it came out of a machine that the guy pushed a button to get...maybe for pre measured purpose? Not sure...but, It was not good, not strong enough for me. Disappointed... Oh well, at least doughnuts aren't on my list of life's must have's. OK, I'll give it a 2 because it was clean inside.

Lots of hype when it was being built then when it first opened. Now not so much. Their drive through is the biggest thing I hate. The location was not made to have a drive through there it seems like because even though I'm insanely careful with my brand new car, the wheel still got a scratch. $100 later to get it fixed and I learned my lesson about trying to take my car through there. The coffee is something I like here. The donuts are okay, nothing major. With the Taco Bell down the street doing their cinabon donut thingies all day I don't know that I'll be coming back here for anything other than an insanely sugary latte when I have that craving.

stopped in to try out- got a medium coffee, a couple of donuts and to my surprise a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. I had heard they did more than donuts so tried it out for lunch. The croissant on the sandwich was toasted which was nice and the chicken salad I liked even though it might be a little salty which could be my tastebuds and the fact I didn't drink water this morning yet. I liked the coffee and was a nice counterpoint to the sweet donuts. the donuts were fresh and donuts. The person at the register was older and did a good job. the dining room was clean. Didn't take long. Really what I expected. I did see they had a grilled cheese sandwich on the menu along with a chicken and biscuit sandwich- I think I will go back and buy. I might buy a couple of the grilled cheese and come home and heat up a can of cambell's tomato soup. price wise it would compare to other fast food places. Its a little far away but I will keep it in mind for a fast lunch when I am in that part of town. I would like to see a single donut hole, sandwich, coffee meal combo.

Donuts are always fresh and the coffee is, too! So glad there's a DD in Aurora! Having grown up in New England (home of DD), I was not disappointed like I have been with so many others. I already had the DD perks app, and it's quick and easy to earn free coffee. :)

Happy this opened but seriously figure out your drive-thru and parking situation. The parking spots right by the drive thru lane are such a hazard. Nobody knows which direction the drive thru lane is supposed to go either! I thought an angry customer was going to get out of his car and start yelling at me. Calm down people it is just donuts!

I am happy to say that this is the 7th METRO Denver Dunkin to open up, and with each one becomes the hope that more will come. I am a Massachutian born and raised though living here now. This Dunkin I visited on opening day, and the coffee was brewed to perfection, and the line moved swiftly. I would highly recommend Dunkin to anyone that would like to enjoy a slice of the Northeast without the travel ;) YUMMMMMMM!!

If you like dunkin' donuts, go to another location. The selection there during daytime hours at this location are limited and lines are long. I went there to get jelly donuts and 50 munchkins but they were out and didn't offer to make more until I called their apathetic manager who said they could've made more but it was too late because I was already home. The staff are rude and no one seems to care anymore about good customer service but I guess we live in a country where no one cares about customer service and these large companies think because they have a lot of money coming in they can sacrifice customer service for profit. This is unacceptable and all they had to say is that they would make some more jelly donuts and munchkins instead of stating that it's been a crazy day. If you're in the area, I would suggest Winchell's on Chambers and Hampden or Walton Donuts on Hampden and Tower Rd. I am originally from Massachusetts and the dunkin' donuts here in colorado are no comparison to the dunkin' donuts back east.
