Always a great experience at this location and I have eaten at several locations nationwide. Food is good, nothing spectacular, but overall a great family dining location near our home, that most certainly beats fast food for not a lot more money. A great buy for your dollar, especially at this particular location.

It's Chili's. It's like the McDonald's of sit-down restaurants, imo. This location is annoying to get to. I was impressed with the service. I love the new table tablets which makes everything about dining here better. Food, unsurprisingly, wasn't impressive. It's Chili's.

I dread when hubby says he wants to eat here. Their menu is so bland. I've ordered almost everything on the menu at this point (hubby really likes to eat here). It just all seems half hearted. My preferred menu item are the fajitas, but the meat is very tough. I really dislike the screens on the table. A lot. It is a big distraction for my husband and son. I may as well just get takeout and let them zone out in front of the TV at home.

It had been forever since we went to a Chili's, but we had a couple of gift cards and decided to go. We were greeted pleasantly and seated right away. Our server did a good job overall, he forgot a salad but brought it late after we mentioned it and he comped it. The biggest problem was that the beer was flat and the food was tasteless. First I ordered Blue Moon - flat - sent it back. Then Coors Light - flat - kept it anyway. I drank my one (of the two-for-one happy hour, very small glasses), gave the other to my husband and we switched over to soda. Table side guac was okay but the chips were strange and the salsa was gross. I got fajitas and the best thing were the tortillas, which I'm sure came off of a food-supply truck. My husband got chicken with cheese and bacon on top and that managed, somehow, to be very bland. The kids loved the tabletop electronic tablet and the hostess told us they could play games on it, so we let them. Later on the bill there was a $0.99 charge for games. There may have been a notification/permission screen but, if so, our kids clicked right past it. We didn't say anything, as it was not a big deal, but had we known we would have just handed them our iPhones instead for free. Fortunately, you can use the gift cards for the tip too, so we gave the server a nice tip to burn through some of the balance. There is about $10 left on one of the cards, I will use it at Macaroni Grill for lunch at some point, as I don't plan to return to Chili's anytime some.

For a chain restaurant, this one finally went thru the remodeling. All of the old decoration is ripped out. It has clean look, clean looking chairs and tables. Menu is updated frequently and wait staff is decent. Lots of television at the bar area. There happy hour two for one beer is rip off but I'm finally use to it.

If could give them less I would. I almost swallowed a half inch piece of metal, that was in my soup. Told the server, (he was very nice about it) he told the manager, and she said Comp the soup, now the soup was part of a meal, she did not comp the meal, she literally comped the soup, $3 would have comped the meal. Super disappointed. She didn't even come talk to us. Super bad experience. Will not be going back. Not too mention my tooth freaking hurts! They should re-think their management!!!!

I love going to chili's, I go to this location a lot and if you're gluten free just ask for the gluten free menu and they'll pull it up for you. My boyfriend and I always play games on the little computer at the table it's pretty fun.

What a pleasant surprise. It's New Year's Eve and we had guests from out of town flying into DIA, on their way to the mountains. We needed to have dinner..but it was sort of last minute and we didn't have reservations. They recommended Chili's at Parker Road and Arapahoe and suggested we use the "Call Ahead Reservation" to see if we could eliminate a delay. This is where the "GREAT EXPERIENCE" began. We checked in at the front hostess station, where we were immediately recognized as being on the list. There was a rather large crowd in the waiting area....so were somewhat surprised when our wait ended up being less than 5 minutes. Once seated, we were greeted by Marisa...who even though she appeared to be VERY busy...took a moment to answer a couple of menu questions and got our drink order. Now, the place was full and the bar area was packed....but Marisa continued to update us on the progress of our food and drink orders. She was 'refreshingly honest' in her many communications with us and our guests. The meals were EXCELLENT and the service that Marisa provided was STELLAR. She graciously influenced us to add a Molten Chocolate Cake for dessert and it was the perfect suggestion to cap off a very good meal. Can't say enough good things about Marisa, as she was a professional in every way. We did not have an opportunity to talk with a Manager (it was very busy)...but if we had, I know that I would have given him a 'thumbs up' on the entire experience. The only complaint/suggestion that I would have left the manager with...was the very annoying 'SQUEAKING' Front Door. That should be fixed/oiled ASAP...it's such a small thing, but it does leave an impression when noticed. PS...the ability to pay at the table with the Digital Monitor system was appreciated and was something that we weren't familiar with but it was very easy to understand and complete our payment with.

This location I have visited multiple times and its been pretty consistently below average for Chilis. The food is bland and put together terribly... my last time there I ordered a steak to be cooked medium and it came out so rare and full of gristle that I could barely cut through it. The staff are always aloof and unprofessional. On one occasion we had our waiter actually counting his tips at our table while taking our order and on another visit while sitting at the bar I noticed another waiter taking shots while working.

The appetizers we're great and we had the best server, Alexis. She was so sweet and made us comfortable and made good suggestions. Would definitely go again.

Horrible service. Actually, no service. What a shame because we've enjoyed this chain restaurant for many years--not this location at all. Rude service, less than average food, cleanliness issues throughout restaurant. Truly a disappointment... even with just the basics of chips & salsa. Will not be back.

Giving them a 3 because the service was good. The food quality has gone way downhill and the portion sizes in half. $70 meal for 4 people.... I could have made it better at home for $25

Being a chain, Chili's food isn't all that great. But honestly, the service here is great, and I think it's what keeps me coming back. I usually start with queso and chips, which comes with tortilla chips and a skillet with a queso dipping sauce that included refried beans and ground beef. Pretty good, but nothing to write home about. I'm also quite found of their cheesesteak sandwich, which has chunks of steak, rather than shaved, and some delicious cheese sauce. Their fries are my favorite part-well seasoned, not too crispy, not too soft. Their beer selection is also quite good, and includes the staples as well as some local brews. Chili's food isn't amazing, but it's not a bad choice for an inexpensive dinner out-given it's proximity to the AMC Arapahoe, it's also a good choice for dinner and a movie.

It's nice to have a chain with consistent results for those days when you're just looking for a known quantity rather than feeling adventurous. Additional bonus with Chilis is they deliver. Their happy hour deals are great!! I always order two mango margaritas for the price of one. Plus the new Z-osks which enable playing right at the table are super convenient.

Normally Chili's makes me sick. Its just some sort of cooking oil I'm sure that gets me. My wife wanted some Chili's to-go the other day, so I took the dive and tried it again. Well..... I didn't get sick, so I had that going for me. The food was decent. I actually really enjoyed my chicken fingers. The fries were..... meh ok, not super, but a lot better than comparable restaurants. The price seemed a touch high for what we actually got, but it was close enough to be considered fair. I think my wife had some sort of wrap, but I can't remember. She liked it, and that's good enough for me. I only wish it was on the south side of Arapahoe since I'm heading east after work. We'll be back.

I don't know but every time I come here the food is cold and tastes like it was microwaved. Not my cup of tea.

The food was tasteless. The chicken crispers are fatty, slimy battered mystery meat. The service was un attentive and disinterested. I would not go back.

Since I deleted my original profile late 2009/early 2010, I lost my previous Chili's reviews (which were beyond spectacular if I do say so myself) so I must re-introduce myself. Hi, I am the Chili's Whore. Really. No matter what the occasion, if you are meeting up with me for anything other than UFC, we are most likely meeting at Chili's. I love everything about Chili's. Well, with the exception of their ever-shrinking slab of ribs. First date? Chili's. Relationship problems? Chili's. NSA sex? Chili's. Death in the family? Chili's. School woes? Chili's. Book/Movie discussion? Chili's. ha! What else can I say to convince you that Chili's is awesome? Okay, maybe I'm easy to please but ... that's a good thing, right? My favorite's at Chili's? Frozen strawberry mango margaritas, Presidente margarita, chips & salsa, queso, steamed veggies, loaded mashed potatoes, boneless buffalo chicken salad, southwestern eggrolls, buffalo chicken ranch sandwich, Shiner Bock BBQ burger, fajitas, honey chipotle chicken quesadilla, cajun pasta, margarita chicken, grilled salmon, chocolate chip paradise pie, strawberry lemonade... wait? Was that the entire menu? :D If I am so delighted with Chili's, why didn't I give them five stars, you ask? Hey! Always leave something to strive for. Sheesh! ;)

Why we continue to eat here is beyond me. The place is gross. I have never walked in and seen it clean. There is always a dirty table or bar. If u do get someone to clean an area for u it is done half way with a side if attitude. I guess thats the Corporate way these days. ..

I prefer Chili's over Applebees because the parent company of Chili's also owns Maggianos so they know what they are doing. Veterans eat free on Nov 11th! Thanks Chili's.

If I could give this place no stars it would be more fitting. We have attempted to dine here two different times and every time the hostess' were either incredibly rude or incompetent. We have left both times. The first time was because the hostess refused to greet or acknowledge us and we waited around for 10 minutes. The second time, the hostess was incompetent and had no idea how to do his job. Again we waited and got no service and left. I don't know who trains these people, but when I worked in the restaurant business I would have lost my job if that happened on my watch.

Wow! I am been to many Chili's in my life but this one is hands down THE BEST. The service was great-I felt like a family member-(thank you Dan the bartender) and the food was really good. If you are ever in Aurora, hit this Chili's up!

I worked for Chili's for about 5 years in a past life. Ok, I confess, it was THIS life time. I actually entered the work force as a hostess at a Chili's in South Florida, then became a server and worked in a couple stores between West Palm Beach and Boca Raton. Anyway, I'm a fan of Chili's but don't visit very often since the experiences I've had around Denver have been lacking. The food and service just aren't great on a consistent basis no matter which location I go to, but the motivation behind the 4 stars is this: We made plans to see Hot Tub Time Machine with some friends at the Chinese Theater at Arapahoe and Parker. Dining options included Old Chicago, Chili's, newly opened Cheddar's, and Red Robin. The movie was at 8:30p and my dear friend was intent on making reservations at one of the four choices. Being a veteran of the chain restaurant workforce, I was pretty sure we weren't going to get a reservation anywhere. Cheddar's wouldn't take our name and guaranteed a 45 minute wait (understandable since they just opened). Chili's, however, actually took a reservation. My friend spoke to the manager and while he confessed that they don't NORMALLY do it, he would do it for our party. I even called on Saturday about an hour beforehand because - frankly I didn't believe we had a reservation. I was impressed that they had our name down, and when our friends arrived before us they were promptly seated. Of course, there didn't seem to be a wait at the door either, so who knows how authentic the "reservation" really was, but the courtesy we were extended was impressive coming from a Chili's. My BBQ chicken salad was disappointing - not quite up to par with other chains like Elephant Bar or Cheesecake Factory - but I'll probably go back to this location thanks to the manger's kindness.

Don't eat at Chilies at Arapahoe Crossing they told me I should take my clients to McDonalds instead of there. Apparently they don't welcome people with disabilities. The food was ok but the waitress actually followed me to the parking lot to tell me to take my clients that are developmentaly delayed to McDonalds next time. I could hear her talking about me with other wait staff as I paid the bill.

I know...I know...Chilis. How great can it be? Well, here's the deal. we never had an empty glass. Our burgers were literally cooked perfectly. We have had some baaaaad food and especially service issues at various Chilis locations but this time everything was spot ON! So....compliments given when due.
