This place is awful! Worst pizza I ever had! Ordered pizza s for my daughter's bday party, I was so embarrassed! No sauce, slices weren't cut very well, had to re-cut myself. I don't know what happened to this place? They use to be good a few years back. I will never get pizza from there again. Which is sad because we use to go there for parties all the time. I don't know who's taken over but they need to step up their game!!!!!

This has been my favorite pizza since my junior high school days in the Fresno area. This one is no exception. The pizza is great. Service is always good, and timely. I order delivery more than anything. This particular restaurant is a little out dated. The video games are old. Only a couple of average sized TVs. This place could be SUPER nice. Just needs some TLC.

Decided to try this place for the first time since I received a coupon in the mail for a specialty pizza chicken wings and potato wedges for a low price. I was very disappointed because the pizza ,potato wedges and wings were dry ,flavorless and cold. Since I was starving and had nothing else to eat for dinner so I ate what I can. Sorry to say but I think dominos and Little Caesars is better than this place. Don't waste your money go somewhere else. I think I'll try Gianni's pizza next time they make homemade gelato too.

Fell into this place due to a 45 minute wait at Buffalo Wild Wings during game 4 of the NBA finals. Pizza was awful and greasy. To top it off, my wife and cousin found a cockroach in the salad. My wife exchanged her salad for a cookie immediately and my cousin got her refund. The TV looked like it was in low definition and the best thing about this restaurant was the Mickey Mouse car they have in the back. My son loved it!! Good thing I live in Los Angeles County and I don't have to worry about patronizing this establishment again!!

I really, really wanted to like this place... We ordered two pizzas for pick up. Arrived and they were ready. Staff was super friendly, and as I looked around I could imagine bringing the family in. Great interior, cozy and stuff for the kids to do. I got home and we tried the pizza. No flavor. I've never had pizza that didn't taste like anything. The cheese had no taste. The pepperoni wasn't salty!!??? The vegetables weren't cooked - cold tomato and green peppers on a pizza is not pleasant. And the crust in the middle of the pizza was still doughy. What a bummer.

As far as pizza places go, this is in the middle of the pack. The staff was super polite, helpful, and professional (5 stars). We had a 14", 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 combo pizza, the child unit had a personal pizza. The service was great, the place is good for the kiddo, and very clean! The product (pizza) was not the best, but not the worst. The sauce didn't really do it for me. Ingredients were good though. As stated, this wasn't the worst pizza I've had, but I'm not sure I'll be back. Just not my kind of pizza.

Guy working behind the counter was very nice, but we should of known better by the Yelp reviews or because at 1:30 on a Monday the place was dead. Today, (Tuesday) so are our stomachs. We didn't do the buffet but opted to have "fresh" ones made. They tasted ok at the time but today is a different story. It looks like a great place for kids or a good family hangout but unfortunately we won't be back.

Goodness, the service was good and workers were sweet but oh my goodness the place was full of roaches. I went to get a salad, the first time it was wilted some I requested fresh salad. They brought out new salad and I went to scoop and there was a cockroach crawling on it. I got a refund and my cousin switched her salad for a $6 cookie. I was done after that. Eating the pizza was terrible. Crunchy pizza? With every crunch I felt like I was eating a roach. I took my daughter to the restroom and there was a roach greeting us at the door. I had my kids and husband immediately change their clothes when we got home. I just kept thinking we were covered in roaches... Terrible experience

This place is awesome! Lots of games! Friendly service and great pizza! Yum! The pizza buffet was really good and the employees obviously cared about the customers a lot. Would definitely come again

Stopped in for a meal after a long day. Pizza was just O.K. Wings were flavorless and potato wedges were dry. Beer was good. Took a fairly long time to get our food even though they were not very busy. Probably won't return.

Nice place and very much fun for kids! The place was clean and neat, but sure not quite enough. I am giving them 5!stars today because I saw so many negative reviews, and maybe they don't reserve that. Their pizza was great with so many vegetables that I liked, broccoli, black olive and the tomatoes were so great. Certainly, they have fair prices worth the amount of food they spend. I've heard from a friend that they are an LA food chain, and maybe this why they have a good branding and environment. Finally, I liked their vedio games, and the jukeboxes, though I didn't win. Maybe next time !

In a word.... Pedestrian. This place is boring. The foods boring, the menu is boring and the interior is boring! The potential for this restaurant is huge, they seem to be happy with just squeaking by. The pizzas are thrown together with little care and cut with a butter knife. The "salad" bar is basic and the choices for the dressings are terrible. Nothing healthy there. The rooms are big, but the space is misused. Two types of music playing in the place bleeding into a slow headache. Bottom line for me. Details, pay attention to your details.

I try coming to every football game especially the 49ers. He gives local or niners special. My spot when I'm off work blue moon and longboard on tap and cook all pizzas fresh and a good man running it the pizzeria works hard even under pressure it happens but funny my spot needs bigger and more tvs and one in the restroom cause it happens otherwise 5 stars.

I was disappointed because I decided to give this place a try and I was let down. The pizza dough is frozen, you can totally tell because of the texture and how the dough rises when baked. The pepperoni was soggy and there was hardly any sauce. It was a dry cardboard pizza. I would think that with the location and friendly staff, that I would get something amazing that would make me want to come back again, but sadly that was not the case. I loved that I was able to get free delivery and it only cost me $12.02. But I would not mind paying a little more for better quality. Was it because I ordered delivery, that I got crap? Who knows... I will be sticking with my other pizza joints in the area.

cant go wrong for a $6 pizza buffet. Beware, the soda is an extra dollar and pizza is slow coming out onto the buffet.

New to the area and thought I'd try a local pizza/wings place for delivery (via Doorbell Dining). The wings are were nothing special. Not awful, not good.... It's possible that my order was placed incorrectly, but if that is actually their version of "hot" they failed. For a mild wing, not bad. Overpriced, but not bad. The pizza... again, nothing special. I like that garlic is a toping, but that's pretty much where the positive words end. Thin crust (again, maybe the order was messed up) should be thing; this a bit thicker that hand-tossed. Strange texture (possibly the 'high protein cracked wheat' ) tomato sauce was bland, veggies lacked flavor and there seemed to be minimal cheese. Cheese, kind of a key ingredient. I have had far worse in my fat kid travels, but will continue to search out a local non-franchise pizza joint.

I'll keep this sweet and simple. You pay for what you get. I offered to pay my share for the food but my friend declined and said the pizza was only $10 something. For the size he got I thought it would have been a lot more. However, once I started digging in, I realize why it was so "cheap" The qualities of the toppings seemed inferior, dough had a decent bite to it but lacked flavor and last but not least the pizza sauce was just so under ordinary. Overall Thoughts Sad to say but I think Domino's might make a better slice...

  • J B.

I've ordered delivery a few times now and every time, I'm very satisfied. It's not the best pizza in the world but it's definitely a step up from the major chains. They don't charge for delivery and their specialty pizzas are very fair in price ($15.50). This is my go-to for delivery, between me and my roommates we've tried a lot of their menu and everything has been pretty good so far. What's with the tiny bag of chips with the calzones?

I'm the proud soccer coach to a wonderful group of girls and we chose Me-N-Ed's as the site of our end-of-the-season celebration. I chose Me-N-Ed's Pizzeria because of their varied menu, video games for the kids and it's centrally located for all my familes. I must say, the staff and manager, did a most excellent job! They selected the big back room with ample seating to carry out our party and everything was clean and ready upon arrival. Where they fell short was the pizza quality. The cheese and the toppings were pretty good but the pizza crust tasted like cardboard. How do you botch a pizza?! Apparently, it can be done! In the end, we had all had a great celebration but I made a mental note to hold my future parties/events at another pizza joint.

First experience bad. Got a mailer for NY PIZZA with new dough and new sauce. Same Bad pizza. Don't think anyone in this company has been to NYC. Delivery was quick but I guess you get what you pay for just bad

Tried Me n Eds since it was close to my friend's house. Seeing all the glitzy commercials on TV, I had high hopes for the place. The staff were freindly and prompt in taking our order. The lobby was a little bit sloppy looking, but the fireplace was a nice touch on a misty night. The pizza arrived fairly quickly, a large pepperoni. The crust was overdone and burnt in some spots. Cheese was fine, but there was not much pepperoni or sauce on the pie. The three of us were hungry, so we decided to eat it up anyway. LOL. It was good to try something new, but maybe back to Pizza My Way if we really are craving the real thing!

I had ordered three toppings of pepperoni and when I got my pizza it looks like there was barely even one full topping of a Pepperoni on it.

Okay. I'm spoiled. I lived in Fresno for 10 years(I know, right?). Me n Eds was always consistent and tasty. I've eaten at this location 4 or 5 times, mostly with my team on training groups for our send offs. Every single time I have had a stomach ache within an hour that lasts through a good part of the night. No real "trouble", but man those stomach aches. I've had me n eds from other venues since then and not had the same experience. The pizza smells, looks, and tastes good. 5 for 5 on the stomach aches though.

If I could award zero stars I would. We had 3 bad experiences in a row! Well, after the second horrible experience I wished to speak with the management about my horrible service of the pizza i like. I had to call 3 times unsucessfully just to speak with a manager the fourth time whenI finally got a hold of him.. each time a promise of a call back, because he was "not in" that/those days or at "that time", but it never happened. When I did finally get a hold of them the manager he pretended to be somewhat concerned with my issues yet still unprofessional... He actually lied and said he was there everyday, when I confronted him with the issue of getting a hold of him he said he had gone to pick up his child from school... Sure lots of kids get out of school at 7pm which is the time of day I was asking for him, so you could say I was skeptical on his bold face lie, I mean excuse. I did not point out his dishonesty but I did tell him about my poor experiences. He promised us and I quote: "What would you like, whatever it is, its from me tonight ma'am. I am so sorry for your experiences" Then, after I ordered 2 pizzas, he said "I will also add in an order of bread sticks and soda." I said great thank you - no total was given, no payment discussed, and I was told it was complimentary. When the pizza arrived I was shocked to receive a bill and I kindly informed the driver that the manager had comped our order..she picked up the phone right away and called him right at my door step, and I could hear them talking about me, in a negative way. If I wasn't starving I would never have accepted the pizza... ********AGAIN let me repeat that, the "owner" said he would COMP a meal that I know costs next to nothing for a pizza chain, and then sends the driver with a $$22.00 BILL and insists we pay when he is asked!!!!!! SO CHEAP AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I could not believe the delay in service and errors in order's the first two times... The worst being put on hold for nearly twenty minutes, waiting 45 mins later for our pizza than told, and forgetting half of our order.. We were told the owner "burnt" it and they would come right back, it took nearly two hours for their return, and forgot the sauces we requested. I will never return not just for the poor service the first two times, but the UNPROFESSIONAL management that is so cheap they stoop low enough to lie and force a customer to pay for a "complimentary" meal... Skip this place, for your own good.

I used to work at a Me-N-Eds in Fresno where they originated. I love the pizza dough and the ranch they make is great. To my surprise, the pizza tastes just as good here in Seaside but the service is HORRIBLE. Their restaurant is literally around the corner from me so you would think making a lunch order for delivery would be a piece of cake. DO NOT GET DELIVERY because you end up waiting over an hour. I should have just picked it up and saved on the delivery charge. 4 stars for tase/quality of food but DEFINITELY 1 star for customer service and timeliness. Now my team has to eat lunch twice as fast. =/

WARNING ! THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH.. My brother ordered a pepperoni pizza for take out to surprise our mom.. They sit down to eat, my brother grabs a slice, takes a bite looks down at the pizza and one word ROACHES !, Yes roaches crawled out of the pizza / pizza box. I will rarely ever write a negative or bad review but WOW. THIS I THINK THIS SOMETHING PUBLIC MIGHT WANT TO KNOW... What an awful experience ..horrific.. Oh, Me - N - Eds resolution.. If you can come back we will give you a new pizza ..Really , Are you serious !! Not even an apology...

I've never eaten inside Me-N-Ed's, but all my take-out experiences have been good. It's good for the price, and they deliver to Post No Bills! Can't go wrong there.

My husband took me here for the first time. It is definitely my new favorite pizza. I loved the crust. The pizza was great, but definitely not the wings. The wings were super fatty and a bit slimy. If you want great tasting pizza this is the place.

This place was not as good as I was hoping, but if you are looking for something warm and greasy, then this will do. They have a decent salad bar and friendly service. The place has a fairly good menu and a few nice options for pizza. I have lived on the East Coast, so I am a bit spoiled for pizza. I have been lucky enough to have pizza in a number of great places, so this really doesn't compare. The meat isn't artisinal, the crust is standard huge crust and the cheese is just normal stuff. However, if you want a good pizza at a local place, this will do just fine. The staff is nice and you place your order up front, so there is no tipping or anything. You grab your own drinks and they have a few games to keep the kiddos entertained. Try it for yourself and you may think it is fabulous.

We have come here for their lunch buffet on several occasions. Currently, the lunch buffet is $5.99 and includes their pizza buffet, potato wedges, garlic bread, cinnamon poppers, salad bar, and soda dispenser. I have uploaded pictures of the salad bar and pizza buffet. Today, the staff kept bringing out more and more freshly baked pizza, with up to four toppings each. Everything was very good. The cinnamon poppers are very tasty as well. The soda dispenser also offers a nice selection of sodas...some that you don't typically see. I'm giving four stars as it's not as good as our other local non-chain gourmet pizza parlors. For a chain pizza parlor, it is the best in the area, and would get five stars. The salad bar is very good. The offerings sometimes vary, but today we could choose from iceberg lettuce, diced fresh tomato, carrots, shredded cheese, beets, broccoli, marinated bean salad, sliced mushrooms, sunflower seeds, raisins, two kinds of peppers, croutons, several salad dressings, and some other things I can't remember. On a previous visit they also had artichoke hearts and cucumber slices, but that wasn't offered today. The soda offerings include regular and diet cola, Sierra Mist, Moutain Dew, some sort of fruit punch, raspberry iced tea, and maybe more. They also have a separate iced tea dispenser next to the pizza, for just regular iced tea. They have many televisions up on the walls as well, which was great to keep our son occupied. They have been making some great improvements here. Previously their pizza buffet was $6.99, and did not include soda or cinnamon poppers, and did not include a bowl for salad (the bowl helps a lot). Also, they used to not keep the pizza buffet very well stocked, but now they bring new pizza out constantly, and the pizza has more toppings now. Keep up the good work!

Me-n-Eds has my favorite pizza. The valley veggie might be the best pizza I've ever had. It's made with a white sauce and about a dozen different vegetables (so many veggies they won't even stay on the slice when you eat it, yes that's a good thing) including artichoke hearts, broccoli, zucchini, black olives, tomatoes, and more! I no longer live in Monterey, but whenever I'm in the area I make sure to pick up a valley veggie. The price is reasonable - definitely worth it for the amount of veggies on the pizza.

Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant period. Staff was rude even though we were the only customers in there. The restrooms were deplorable. And the pizza was on par with a middle school cafeteria. How this place is even open for business is a mystery to me. If you go here to eat good luck, you will need it

This time (see earlier reviews) it was fantastic. Actually, it was better than fantastic. I called this place at about 8:00 on a Saturday night. I was craving pizza and it's almost impossible to find a good pizza for delivery under 20 bucks on the peninsula. I buckled and called Me-n-Ed's. The gentleman on the other line took my number, addressed me by name, asked if I wanted the usual, AND THEN COMMENTED ON MY YELP REVIEW! He apologized sincerely for the terrible experience I had last time and vowed to make it up to me! We talked about both our histories with the company, and how we both happened to have lived and worked in Fresno. He even offered to treat me to lunch if I could make time to stop in! Talk about a progressive company! It is so incredibly refreshing when I see companies keep tabs on their online presence! This gentleman was so proactive, he saved my future business. I wish I could remember his name! In fact, I'm looking for a part-time job right now and I may just stop in to have a chat with him. I wouldn't mind working for a guy like this!

  • Carly C.

Not impressed. Our pizzas were completely under cooked and doughy. There was zero sauce on it and the toppings were just meh.

  • David C.

This place was a huge disappointment! When we arrived on a Saturday night and saw this huge restaurant nearly empty we feared the worst and I fears turned out to be justified. The pizza while not bad was pretty poor quality. Most of the tables were dirty even though staff members clearly outnumbered customers that night. It's a pretty good looking restaurant, but the food was just disappointing. The CINA-...ball things were pretty good though my 16 piece only came with 13 and had almost no frosting. -WOULD NOT RECOMMEND -

Reading the early reviews I am thinking they must have changed management or something. We ordered the large 3 topping pizza for $10.95 last night and it was delicious. We love their crust! They did charge us for the wrong order and without questioning it my bf just paid. As he was walking out though he caught him, admitted his mistake and promptly took care of it. We think he was a new guy. Good salad bar too. Not many of them around here anymore. We will be back!

  • Weston A.

Me-N-Ed's is one of my faves, although this is not their best store. They put way too much Parmesan on the Tuscan Harvest pizza and the chicken wings tasted like they were thawed in the microwave. Aside from the Parmesan, which I removed, the pizza was great

    (3)
  • Audri H.

Horrible service. Didn't get our simple order right and then tried to act like they didn't want give us the rest of our order even after showing them the receipt. Don't go here unless you like mediocre/warm pizza & self service.

Me N Ed's is one of those pizzerias that ought to be better. It is situated in a great location with ample parking and good streetside visibility. The interior is spacious and the counterhelp friendly. First, the salad bar is just okay in choice of items. The items were fresh and the bar was clean with no stray salad dressing or bits of food on the counter. However, they used foam plates and plasticware for dining in. This practice is not so earth friendly--just generating garbage. The pizza, a large 3 topping pizza (mushroom, olives, and seasoned chicken), arrived later than expected. Unfortunately, it was relatively flavorless. The sauce was not flavored sufficiently. The chicken was not actually seasoned but very plain. The cheese tasted cheap and the crust was not satisfactory. The crust had excessive cornmeal on the bottom and crispy to the detriment of the doughiness expected of pizza. The GF also said it smelled too yeasty. We concluded that it tasted like frozen pizza dough and was comparable to the low-quality pizza from the bowling alley. When I went up to the counter to get a box for leftovers, the counterhelp was spooning sauce directly from a large can into plastic to go containers--which answers the flavorless question. This pizza was not worth it, and we won't return.

My family and I have never had a worst pizza in my life. My wife ordered 2 pizzas to be picked up and we started to eat them at home. I usually put crushed red peppers on only this was already hot too hot. My wife commented and I agreed that it was spicey. She looked at the bottom of the pizza and it had black specks all over and I mean really heavy all over it, like somone threw handfulls of black pepper in the oven then put the pizza on top. She call and asked for the manager and complained he offered another pizza which she refused and told him she wants him to see this one. We brought it back and he said it's not black peper it's burned corn meal so it's not his fault nothing he can do sorry. What the hell kind of customer service is that and what's that say about how clean they are? Well sorry me and eds you'll never see my family there anymore

I've been to Me n Ed's a few times, always eat -in. I think the pizza is pretty good though I prefer it slightly more cheesy. The fried potatoe slices are excellent and chicken wings, well seasoned. My absolute fave is the salad bar. has a little bit of everything to add on. I've also taken my husband for the all-you -can -eat lunch and it's a great value at approx $7.00 bucks. I prefer the to order a full pizza., it s a little more fresh than the lunch special on a slow day. A big plus is that they always have some sort of pizza special and serve beer by the pitcher or mug. No complaints here...

Yuck. I should have read the yelp reviews before coming here, but we were hungry and just stopped in. Bad idea. Yes, buffet is cheap, but I didn't even eat a whole piece of pizza. Tried 3 kinds and just couldn't do it. Salad was brown too. Plastic plates, bowls and silverware all had a greasy film on them. Just save yourself the time and afterthought....

I've worked at a pizza joint and lived near NYC. So, I know a good pie. If you enjoy a pizza with very sparse toppings, flavorless and thinly applied sauce, and bland dough, then you might find this place acceptable. To be fair, Me-N-Ed's did have a salad bar that I didn't try, and some other stuff. But, for pizza, Dominoes is much much tastier, and right across the street (on Broadway). Or, there's Papa Murphy's. I was warned about this place, but I thought, "What the hey? They have an arcade and I have a kid." And, "Pizza's can't be too tough." Well, the entire arcade was out of service, and our kid didn't even finish his slice (and he's not picky at all, much less with pizza). Won't be back to this place unless its pizza undergoes a major facelift. Just awful. STAY AWAY!

Most of the pizzas are pretty average, but I really like the Hot Hawaiian. Their pizza doesn't make the best leftovers. Better crust would really improve their product.

I grew up on me n eds in Fresno where it originated. Every Sunday I order from the seaside location...And every week they get my order wrong. Tonight I ordered wings only and veg calzone. They delivered all drums and pepperoni doughy half cooked calzone. No sauce with either item. Seriously? This is the last chance I'm giving them. Fourth time I've asked for wings only and third time they messed it up. Second half cooked calzone I've received. They did not discount me at all for having to wait for a second order. My brother has also ordered from them and had three bad experiences. His work which is on cannery row with a HUGE mural on it ordered one day. The delivery driver couldn't find it and called him asking him..after an hour and a half... And had the nerve to ask my brother to meet him somewhere! So sad and Sammy the originator would be very disappointed in this particular location. I've talked to the owner and he use to work at the first one on blackstone. You would think after a few years in business the kinks would b worked out. Please someone else open one! Me n eds is awesome pizza but this is a disgrace to Sammy.

This pizza was an abomination. It was quite literally the worst pizza that I have ever had. The place was dirty, the pizza was old and it tasted horribly. Even the brand new pizza that they FINALLY brought out towards the end of my meal was awful. The only reason I am giving this place "2 stars" is because there prices are decent. With that being said, I will never take my family there again and I highly recommend you follow suit unless you prefer a crust that tastes like laminated cardboard. Awful. Can't say it enough!

I have eaten here 3 different times and each time I left disappointed and unsatisfied. The establishment is nice and the staff that I have encountered were pleasant and helpful. This is a place that you go expecting great things and its nothing but a let down. The pizza is horrible I have honestly had better frozen pizzas than the ones that I have eaten here.

Second time I have been to Me-n-eds. first time was right when they opened and we ate there. Food told at least 45 minutes for us to get it. That was months ago. Tonight we order delivery because we wanted something different. they told us 45 minutes, it was here within 30 minutes. So that was the one star right there. (that and the driver was quite cute) Cheese garlic bread was the only thing good in the meal. This we had a side of ranch with. The pizza which was a medium traditional combination was just plan GROSS! Nothing seemed fresh like they say it is. Mushrooms where SO out of the can. cheese was super cheap and greasy looking. My stomach is already making me regret this desision. Not worth going back. Should have stuck to round table. All this with a 2 liter of soda cost me $31. not worth it.

They should put minus stars in yelp. We just finished eating at work after getting the order wrong but, at least the delivery driver was diligent and very good at fixing the problem, so kudos to him. Maybe they should promote him to store manager and things will improve, face it people, the reviews are consistent after a while they have been opened they average between two and three stars, if you are thinking pizza, just go to a different place. After this experience they should be called just ed's because there is no more "me" involved.

The pizzas are good, but the deliveries suck. I ordered a pizza at 7:30 and still have yet to receive at close to 9:00pm. I was told that it would take 45 minutes. When I called to ask about the status of the delivery I was hung up on. I probably won't be buying their pizzas again.

This pizza is a step up from Dominos or Little Caesar's. There aren't too many pizza places in Seaside, so I'll come here and get a Hawaiin style large pizza and maybe a salad. The pizza is really just "meh". I actually prefer the little pizza slices they have for their lunch special all you can eat thing. The location is great, there is good seating too. I think this place could be better if they redid their ingredients.

I was a little nervous to try this place when I saw some of the reviews but I'm glad I did. We decided to try pick up since I heard delivery can take a while and they are just down the street. I will say that time is not their strong point since I was told 20 minutes and we waited another 20 when we got there, however the girl who took my order apologized and was very nice. She threw in my jalapenos at no charge. The pizza was excellent and you can't beat the prices so it was worth the wait.

This was the worst pizza I have EVER had. My husband thought so too. The sauce was beyond gross. I seriously had to run to the bathroom because I started gagging so bad. My husband wouldn't touch any more of it after he had his first slice. Never again will we order from this place.

Their pizza is pretty good and so is the service. It's a nice roomy place, but the booths are a bit trashy. The only gripe I have about this place is the jukebox. It has some good music, but it's really loud.

We are so happy to have Me n Eds here in Seaside. Being transplants from Fresno this was a long time coming and we love the fact that our favorite pizza is now locally available. True Me n Eds afficianados know that some chains are better than others and these folks came from the Tower District Me n Eds in Fresno that is one of the best. My best advice that are new to this type of thin crust pizza is to order EXTRA SAUCE every time you order.

Decided to try me n eds after driving by and seeing their $10 3 topping pizza. They're pizza is inexpensive and the portions are good. My favorite thing by far though was the potato wedges! It's 2.99 for a big plate and they don't taste like they came out of the freezer. Occasionally we go back and order just the wedges to go. Definitely the best in town. I would definitely recommend this place for large gatherings or families. They have arcade games and play most Sport games. Good place to hang out and good place to eat.

Came here during lunch on a Monday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. They have a lunch buffet special that cost 7.99+tax and it came with a bowl for the salad bar and soda. The salad bar wasn't too exciting, but was merely OK, it lacked any type of meat..ie (ham, chicken, eggs, bacon bits..etc) The only good thing was that it wasn't the typical iceberg lettuce, but had lush amounts of spring mix! It could have used spinach though. As for the pizza selection, it consisted of the typical cheese, pepperoni, Hawaiian, bacon & sausage, broccoli and mushroom, bell pepper and chicken. The crust was a bit too thick for my liking, and there was too much corn meal stuff on the bottom of the pizza. Aside from the warm pizza item they had bread sticks (didn't try them) and baked potato wedges that were good with ranch! The drink selection was the typical pizza joint. Overall, I would not come back for the lunch buffet! Although the ambiance was nice because they had flat screen tv's, fire place, and a juke box. And the bathroom wasn't dirty either...its new enough to not be disgusting.

Little disappointing. Pizza taste was good but came out with topping only on half the pizza and did not order it that way. Expected local type of place to have more pride in the product. Kids did enjoy the games. Wish I would have read reviews first.

Sad, the only thing I really liked they no longer carry. Their Italian Wedding Soup was killer!!! I had to go to Erik's for my soup craving and it was meh.

Pizza was really bad. We ordered a veggie pizza and a cheese pizza. The veggie pizza had toppings that looked like they came out of a can, yet the pizza was expensive. It wasn't much better than a frozen pizza. We won't be going back.

Good prices $10 large pizza (rather small), and $10 pitchers. The pizza is O-K. Service was rude, even saw a man throw a pizza slice at what appeared to be an employee's car. Another female had her children running behind the counter and carrying a baby while at cash register. Probably wont be coming back.

This is the best pizza I have ever had. I am constantly searching for pizza as good as Me 'n' Ed's no one else come's close. The crust is out of this world, the vegetables the use are fresh and organic, and the pizza isn't made until you order it. I recently made a trip back to California from my new home in Arizona and the Me 'n' Ed's in Seaside was a stop that I had to make. Just like all other Me 'n' Ed's locations the Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious, and the service was Impeccable. I ordered two medium pizzas that night and two more to bring back and share with all my friends in Az. Everyone agrees that the pizza is awesome even when it is a day old. Thank's Me 'n' Ed's don't sell out and become a big national chain like Pizza Hut you are perfect the way you are.

This place used to be great, I don't have a clue what happened. Tonight, we were driving around and my son wanted pizza. It so happens we were driving right past Me n Eds, lucky them get my money. Tonight we ordered a simple medium half pepperoni and half cheese and 6 wings. First of all, the employees there are rude, they act as if they're not working for money. The owner was the same way. After we made our order, I took my son to the restroom to wash our hands before we eat. The last thing one wants to see before they eat dinner at a restaurant is a filthy restroom and it wasn't just filthy, It was grimmy and disgusting. I will post pics, look above at the toilet and sink pictures. I tried to ignore the fact urging my 3 yr old son not to touch anything on top of that, there were no paper towels in the dispenser and when I told one of the workers they said ok. Okay ? Well 20 minutes later when my son needed to use the restroom, there still wasnt any paper towels in the dispenser and they were not busy at all. I counted 3 families in there. The wings were half blackened. I should of took a picture of that too. The pizza was not made correctly, It was over cooked and lacked toppings and sauce. There might have been about 8 pieces of pepperoni on the pep side. I can overlook the presentation of food if it tastes good.........but that wasnt the case. It was not tasty at all. In fact, It tasted gross. My family LOVES pizza, especially my son. My wife and I had one slice of pizza and my son ate 1 1/2 slice. He usually will scarf down about 4 pieces any other place. At this time, my wife and I are pretty disappointed and kept looking at the staff. There were 6 employees there, I figured atleast one of them can go clean that damn bathroom. !!! They were all lolly gagging standing around making jokes sipping on their sodas. That would never slide at the establishment I work at. Before we left, I talked to the owner which happened to be in the group that was lolly gagging. I told him how filthy his bathroom was and how the experience tonight was not good at all. He said he was sorry they didnt get to clean the bathrooms today. haha, are you serious ???? It should be cleaned everyday 2,3,4 times a day and I explained to him that the ring around the toilet is not from only one day of not cleaning it. ! His answers were very passive and thats why I will never return to this establishment again. !!

I love this place. It is a great family are sports place. I have gone a few times and the workers are so friendly. The pizza tastes like a cracker. It is the best pizza i have ever tasted. I have gotten delivery before and that is so nice because I never get away from my desk at work. My kids love this place and so do I because they have a cheap kids pizza that comes with a kids cup. this last time I noticed that they put in some new game and candy machines. They also took out the new aged jukebox and put in and old school one. One last thing I was talking to my kids' teacher and she said that they had a pizza party in the school and ordered me-n-Ed's and they get half of discounts and that is great!

This is a LA area chain that just opened a location on the Monterey Pennisula. It's in the "revitalized" part of Seaside, which was apparently the former Red Light District when the base was still active. After seeing it a couple of times I decided to go with a bunch of co-workers for lunch. The place is a pretty good size with decent decor, it would be definitely a place to take large parties. Though there was a lot of noise, from many TV's, jukeboxes and videogames, in that respect it is much closer to a sports bar than a restaurant. We got there around 11:45 and they were setting up a $7 lunch buffet (no drink), so I went with that. It took them a few minutes to get the pies out. In the meantime the salad bar, very fresh veggies, average dressings and toppings. Once the pizza was out I started with the basic pepperoni and the Hawaiian, both were pretty good for a chain place. The crust was thin, but not cracker thin, with a slight chew. Sauce was cooked, but only lightly seasoned and had a good acidic tomato flavor, not overly sweet. Next up was a bbq bacon tomato pizza, a white pepperoni and some garlic cheese bread. I especially liked the cheese bread, but it was closer to a white pizza w/ a garlic cream sauce which was not likely by some of the others. The same was true for the white pepperoni, very garlic~tastic. While I didn't personally try it the mushrooms looked like they were fresh, not canned and the sausage looked it it was not pre-cooked. There is also a very medicore selection of beer. Overall, I think it's a good bet for decent pizza in the area, and likely a good place to watch a game. Definitely on par with Roundtable, a little better in some ways. On an unrelated note, the pinball/prize machine took my quarter. I was a little sad.

Never heard of this place before but I decided to check it out. The pizza's not bad at all. I would have to say that it is better than Pizza My Heart. I believe I had the chicken and garlic pizza (it's been about a month since I last went there), but I remember that it tasted pretty good. The interior is really nice and spacious. I think they do delivery as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

UPDATE: Came tonight, pizza was still good, but not as great in 3 other flavors as the original, and it was less clean. Boo! I know it's a chain, but I can't deny that Me-N-Ed's pizza has been the best pizza I've tried in the Monterey area since moving here a little over a year ago. I like it better than Pizza My Heart, Round Table, and Gianni's. While I can't vouch for the lunch buffet, I will say that the specialty, (I had the Italiano without pepperoni) made-to-order dinner pizza was delectable! The crust was perfect for its thickness... it's called thin crust, but theirs differed from run-of-the-mill thin crust pizza-- it's more of a crispy (but not burnt!) bottom and a softer (but not "doughy") top. The veggies on my pizza were fresh-looking (and tasting) and the salad bar looked pretty good- they actually have greens, not just iceberg, and I also saw raisins, sunflower seeds, sliced mushrooms, etc. And real, freshly grated parmesan cheese! Yes! It's better than even any independent pizza chain I've tried so far. I'm definitely coming back here. The service is friendly, but it was a little slow, possibly due to my visit being late on a Monday night... Oh, and that they actually make it to order. Also, their fountain drinks are good! Not too flat/watered-down/syrupy... just right to accompany the pizza.

This was one of the worst pizza's I have ever had. It was cold upon deliver and It tasted like frozen pizza AND the crust was not cooked.. yes it was doughy! I wish I didn't have to give them any stars.

I keep wanting to like this place and I keep getting disappointed. On my last visit there I got the Garlic Chicken pizza with the salad bar. I should have known where this was going when instead of a salad bowl we got to go box lids to fill up with lettuce. The pizza still was tasteless and the bottom was burned! I'm not talking slightly crispy, I mean inedible. I had to just eat the topping with a fork. Salad bar is still uninspired. The worst part was that there were gnats flying all over the place. We moved at one point because we thought they were just in one area but after my husband found 4 of them hanging out in his salad we got grossed out and left. Every time I come here I remember why it is I stick to Papa Chevos and the Breakfast Club for lunch.

If I was only rating the pizza, I'd give it about 4 to 4.5 stars. But the service can be very slow--don't go here if you're in a hurry! I've been there twice, with similar results. The first time, I attributed it to their being fairly new. But it hasn't improved. On a Saturday with a major event in Sand City they should have had more staff, not just one guy taking & preparing orders. (More staff appeared later.) You tell someone 15-20 minutes, it shouldn't be 30-35. When the pizza finally arrived, it was great. A medium anchovy, 'shroom & spinach pizza easily fed two of us. The crust was crispy & delicious. But the veg toppings were a bit scarce, and there was no tomato sauce to be found (maybe a microscopic layer between cheese & crust?). If you're going to leave off the tomato sauce, you better explain that in advance! Still, I'd go back if I wasn't in a hurry. (Note: it can get noisy in there, as they tend to have some large gatherings, including kids' parties.)

The pizza at Me-N-Ed's Pizza is delcious. The sandwiches, pasta, sandwiches and salad bar are delcious. You can refill your soda as many times as you want. If you're looking for a good place to eat in Seaside, come to Me-N-Ed's Pizza.

i've been here twice -- once for the lunch buffet, and once for dinner. for the lunch buffet, the cheesy-garlicky breadsticks are definitely the best. the potato wedges are good as well. the pizzas are just as good as any other lunch buffet offering. the salad bar is so-so, but who comes to a pizza buffet to eat salad? where this place definitely shines is in their made-to-order specialty pizzas. nothing to write home about, but definitely a solid pizza eating experience.

Well I use to like this place a lot but not anymore. The other night I wanted a pizza so i called me n eds and ordered a sandwhich and pizza. When the pizza arrived it was bit cool and the dough wasn't completely cooked. also the veggies on it were really wet. So I called and the guy acted really cool he said that they he had just turned off the ovens but to call back any day and he would send me another pizza. Well when I called back he said he would not deliver me the pizza and that the driver would not leave with a tab less than $10. He hassled me the whole time. Needless to say i will never go back to that place again. Also the sandwich wasn't that great i could have made a better sandwich at home. I hate that i have to even give them a star.

I tried the lunch buffet and it was overpriced with only a couple of choices for pizza. The people I was with ordered a calzone (which they said was pretty good) but they were told it would be eight minutes and it was at least a half an hour. The salad bar was alright with more than just iceberg, but out of ranch dressing, and the pizza that was available was cheese and bell peppers. Probably not going back.

ZERO STARS not for the pizza it's delicious, but the service was AWFUUUUULLLLL. I just had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the manager, Ameana. I ordered a zucchini, fresh mushroom, and garlic pizza with a 2 liter of Sierra Mist. The soda was forgotten at the restaurant by the driver and the pizza had little to no zucchini on it. This is the second time I've had a topping issue with this store. I called this time because I wanted it fixed and wanted the soda issue dealt with. The employee gave the phone to the manager and she was very rude. She blamed everything on the driver and said that he was "new" as her excuse. She did not once apologize and went so far as to speak condescendingly to me. She agreed to send me a fresh pizza at no charge, and I told her to forget the soda. She then hung up without notice and did not take my information. I called back and told her she didn't take down my information and she responded with, "I know which one it is" in an extremely rude tone. I said okay thank you and was in the middle of saying something else and she just HUNG UP on me. Needless to say I will NOT be ordering from this branch any longer, and will not drive to Fresno to get pizza. This is unfortunate as I absolutely love their pizza and have been a customer since they opened this branch in 2008.

The first time I came here was soon after they had opened. We ordered a cali style thick crust with white alfredo sauce- it was delicious. The restaurant was clean and not very crowded. The second time I tried to utilize there delivery service. I asked to have the pizza delivered to the Presidio of Monterey, which after they said they could do ended up being impossible. I gave them turn by turn directions and a street adress but the computer program they were using couldn't find it so the person on the phone handed the phone to someone else and this continued to happen for 3 people. In the end I gave up and ordered from Domino's. The third time I visited, last night, the place was very crowded and echoed of children screaming. They had two separate childrens group parties going on. After we ordered with the cashier we discovered the 2 empty tables still hadn't been cleaned. We stood and waited but neither of the tables were cleaned so we had to ask them to. The woman cleaned the table with windex... The kind that isn't anti-bacterial, yep just the glass cleaning kind. Besides that and the kids running around screaming our visit was fine. The only pizza we like is with the alfredo sauce, the red sauce is plain and just blah.
