Noah's isn't located close to me so when I have the chance I like to drop in. In this case I had already had breakfast so all I wanted was some bagels to take home. The selection was sparse as it was Sunday morning around 10:15AM. I found a few selections and ordered 4 to go. The employee suggested I order 2 more and receive the same pricing. Great suggestion as I was taking them home to freeze anyway. I needed caffeine so I read their beverage list and selected a frozen vanilla cream. I should have found something with a stronger coffee focus and less of the overly flavored variety. It was super sweet and had very little coffee in it. It tasted like vanilla creamer mixed with ice. My wife enjoyed it as she prefers her coffee with more sugar and cream than actual coffee! I enjoyed the bagels and will continue to enjoy them as I have a few left. I would have appreciated a twist tie when I asked for my freezer bag though. I don't know if they don't offer them or they were out but when I inquired about them I received a blank look instead. Their bagels are reason to come back. Their coffee not so much.

I was very disappointed today it's was about 1:25 when I came in to Noah's. I walked in and no one greeted my witch wasn't bad at all, I go up to look at the bagels they had. Was there for 10 minutes I wanted service and maybe not even 15 feet from me was about 4 employees talking to one another about whatever. One looked up and said one minute. She then turned around and began to talk about what ever for another few minutes. Annoyed at this point I still waited it out the girl eventually came over and asked what she can get me. Again with an annoyed look on her face she placed my order. Now she called over for another employee for help they started on my one sandwich order and took awhile agin for them to get my order to me. The reason for the one star is because after I got my order one of there friends they knew walked up placed and order didn't pay for the order and within 5 minutes left. To me being a new customer they should have been more friendly not occupied with talking with one another. Pay attention to you customer don't blow us off. Just because I am not you friend you should at least treat me like I am so that I may want to come back

I don't like this place. It's closest to my house, so I reluctantly go here. They've messed up my order, and when you drive all the way back to tell them, they just shrug and blow you off. It's full of disengaged, twenty-somethings, who make you feel like you're bothering them by coming in. I've witnessed infighting while they are behind the counter, and one of the main server ladies looks like she has a perpetual frown, and never gives you eye contact. She seriously stares at a wall when talking to you. There's being disingenuous when performing customer service, and then there's not giving two s**ts... she fits the latter description. I've been to many Noah's Bagels, but this one gives the worse service, takes the longest to make your food, even in down times, and only a select few seem to do ok customer service (the guys are ok, but literally every female looks suicidal). Avoid this place unless you really need that shmear... The two stars are because the food has actually never been bad... so there's that.

I've been to this location twice now and both times it has been super busy. Today I'm here on a Wednesday at 7 a.m. to pick up a six pack of bagels for my co-workers. That's pretty much the only reason I ever come to any Noah's location. There is still four people ahead of me as I'm writing this, but they do seem to be properly staffed and so the line is moving fairly smoothly. This is a good option if you want to get an affordable breakfast for 6-12 people. They recommend one tub of cream cheese for six bagels and two tubs for a dozen bagels. I saw the shift leader/manager be kind of snappy with one of the employees too which I wasn't too impressed with. I would come back the next time I have to pick up bagels for a work function, otherwise I don't see myself hanging out here.

I decided to try out Noah's Bagels because it's close to my house and I've always noticed a lot of people there in the mornings. The inside is very small and the menu is hard to read. I couldn't find any paper menus to look at. They have paper menus for their catering options but I didn't see any for their regular menu. I decided to order an everything bagel with their new artichoke and spinach smear and a coffee. The bagel was very good and toasted well. I did not like their coffee. It tasted like it was a hazelnut blend or something. I'm sure some people love it but it's just not for me. The customer service could be spruced up a bit. I realize you're busy but smiling at your customers would not hurt. When you say "Thank you, have a nice day" with no smile and a stink face, it doesn't seem very genuine... Good bagels though!

Noah's bagels is one of my wife's favorite places for breakfast on the go. Since we had already eaten breakfast we stopped in for coffee and bagels to take home. I didn't order any bagels but I did order an iced chai tea latte. The chai tea latte very spicy and flavorful. I found it to be a bit overpowering. It could have used some more milk to make it creamier and easier to drink. Customer service was prompt since they were quite busy.

We've been here more times than I can count with my fingers. The staff are wonderful, the food has always been hot and great, and my dog is a fan of their beef bagel.

Brought my nieces here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The bagels here are delicious. Soft chewy goodness. Carbs overload! I don't care though. It's worth it. My favorite is the cheddar jalapeno bagel w/ cream cheese. Heaven in your mouth. My nieces had the blueberry muffins and they loved it and also ate my bagel too! Employees there were friendly. Place isn't too busy on Sundays.

Horrible Customer Service!! -not only did the young lady with the blonde hair looking man forget my order which I would understand if it was busy but there was only one other person in here. I went to go tell the lady and just received attitude she yelled across the area asking if I wanted iced or frozen. She then did not put any whip cream and when she handed my drink and put the straw in she touched the straw all over with her fingers! Disgusting!!! Her name is Sam so make sure to check when they are putting straws in that they do not touch the top with their fingers. Food was great meaning for the 3 stars. I loved their herb and garlic spread with the six cheese bagel.

I don't know why I continue to come here. Today they forgot my egg in my breakfast bagel and they got the bagel wrong on my other breakfast sandwich . The bathroom is always a disaster , so is there coffee station ( the cream containers look like they haven't been changed in months). They ALWAYS mess up my order too, every time . They got 2 stars because the staff is at least upbeat and friendly . Other than that this place is a no go.

This review is based on my first visit during 4th of July. I received a coupon in the mail for two lunch sandwiches for 9.99. I thought it was a pretty good deal. My hubby & I got hungry before the party we were attending and decided to give it a go. When we arrived it was obvious the employees were not too happy to be there. They were not rude but not really nice either. It seemed like they had a rough morning and plus they were working on 4th of July. So I can understand that they weren't having a great day. Hubz wanted the pastrami, but they were all out. The only options were ham or turkey. He got turkey and I got the veggie. The store was not really clean. There was a mess all over and the inside did not look inviting. We decided to sit outside. The sandwiches were pretty good, but nothing special. Not something worth returning for. And definitely not something paying full price for. We were able to get 2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and 2 water cups for $9.99. Good deal!! Overall, I do not see myself coming here again. Which kind of sucks since I live so close and really wanted to love this place.

Tried and true! Every Tuesday, I pick up a baker's dozen box with 2 shmears for meetings at my office. They're easy to purchase! If you come often, make sure you get that Dozen Devotee card punched. It adds up and you get 1 free dozen after 12 punches on your card. :)

Everyone is sooooo sweet here! Jocelyn always welcomes me by my name , which is huge for me , coming from the customer service industry! They all seem to get along , and they are quick with everything that they do, and neat about it as well. If you enjoy having eye contact and smiles I highly recommend this Noah's bagels :)!

This is by far my favorite noahs location. The bagels are delicious of course. I was craving a BLT today and they didn't have one on the menu so they created one for me and it was BOMB. The people who work there are always extremely friendly and fun to talk to. It's a nice relief from a kinda snooty area.

Noah's Bagel is scarce in the Bay Area (where I am from), but I found this location down the street from my apartment in Sacramento. I ordered the Artichoke Chicken Panini with roasted red peppers. After ordering, the clerk told me they had no more artichokes or roasted red peppers. He asked me to substitute the two ingredients and all they had were pepperonis and spinach. The sandwich was awkward, cold, and not worth the $7 I spent. What store opens up with less than 1/2 the ingredients for their menu items? Additionally, this was at 1:30pm - midday lunch on a rainy Friday with no rush.... Horrible horrible horrible. I rather drive 1+ hours back to the Bay Area location than drive 5 minutes to this one.

I just came home from visiting this store and after having to ask for a sandwich and soup that I had ordered and they forgot to give me, I went home (which is literally one minute away), sat down to eat my meal only to discover my grilled sandwiches were cold and the, "soup," was just a bunch of goopy, cold noodles with a trace of what I guess could be called broth but from what little there was of it I could only liken it to a raw egg white consistency. This is by far my worst experience here. Although it won't stop me from getting my occasional bagel fix, I think I will have to keep it simple and only order Bagels at the bagel shop. In my mind, if you branch out and try too many new things (signature sandwiches and soup) there is a greater risk for failure...as it was in this case. Total fail!

This was my first visit here as I will keep coming back- I loved it! I thought their bagels were fresh and nice and chewy! I got the Asiago Cheese Bagel which I had warmed up with Sour Cream and Onion Smear. Soo good!!! I also got a Blueberry Bagel and a Whole Wheat with Sesame Seeds Bagel to go to eat tomorrow! I subtracted one star because when we came here at 12:15 half the varieties of bagels were already gone and I would have bought a lot more if they were in stock! Boo :( So maybe instead of 2 people working there can be 3 people working with one just making bagels? I will definitely come back because there are so many other bagel varieties that I wanted to try! I think they had about 30 total with about 10 different varieties of smear to put inside. They also make bagel sandwiches too! The two employees that were working I thought there super nice and helpful! They were efficient in getting us both in and out quickly and were eager and ready to help. They also got both our orders right. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews about the workers because I thought they were great! One of my favorite things was by the cash register they had a jar of "Doggy Bagels" which I thought was so cute and creative! They were $1.19 each and I bought two for my dog! Prices are good for bagels too, they run about $1.15-1.30 each plus spread if needed.

I've been to Noah's Bagel's a couple times but always ordered the same sandwich. Taylor who has helping out at the Fair Oaks location recommended the Southwest Turkey Sausage Sandwich. She was very thorough on the ingredients and taste of the sandwich and was able to modify it for my friend. She even came outside to check in with us on how we liked our food and suggested another sandwich to try for next time. We received our food in a timely manner and the staff was excellent. We will definitely be back for the service we received from Taylor today! Thanks Taylor!

Found this place after looking places up because I was craving a bagel sandwiches. Got to say it was really good! A bit disappointed that they ran out of Jalepeño Bagels and the next set wouldnt be ready for another hour and a half.. But other than that truly enjoyed it (: Would recommend and DEFINITELY coming back to try and catch myself a Jalepeño bagel.

I woke up too early in the morning, so my half groggy self found myself hungry and for some reason craving...bagels? O.o This gloomy day driving around after making a few stops, it seemed as if this ray of light was shining upon this establishment and seemed perfect for my still yet unsatisfied craving. Once I go inside, the first thing I see is this huge display of numerous bagels...my mouth just dropped. The friendly staff asked if I was ready. NOPE! Too much to choose from, too much to decide from. This was bagel heaven! Holy crap! I decided to stick with the never failing blueberry and apple cinnamon bagels. Keeping it simple, just toasted and with cream cheese. Price was decent, I would definitely pay it again for this deliciousness. Once ready, as I was driving away, I started munching. They toasted it perfectly, didn't skimp on the cream cheese. The apple cinnamon, you could actually taste the apples and the texture of the apple baked into the bagel. I wish I could give 5 stars, but there was one little thing. The bagel, or cream cheese...I don't know which, tasted like chives? Or something to that extent. Probably because it was mixed with the other bagels? Or they used a different spread previously and didn't wash the spreading knife well enough? I don't know. BUT, other than that....it still surprisingly tasted good, blueberry/chives bagels! I would definitely recommend this place...and I am so happy that there's one opening close to where I work/live. YES!

Wow, I would eat here every day. Love the sandwich bagels. Staff is helpful and nice. I really enjoy the pumpin bagels when they are available. Wish they were closer to my drive to work!

If you want decent customer service do not come here...that being said if you want the BEST customer service ever then this is the place for you! I come in at 9 am before my next class and I have never seen employees as happy and enthusiastic as these people. If you see him, Ben is always working and I have never seen someone who genuinely loves his job like he does. They all really make the atmosphere fun and it's a great place to wake me up before i have to sit in class. I always get the spinach and bacon panini and it is so goddamn good. The bagels also never disappoint me nor does the coffee. Seems like a lot of people don't like the coffee but i never find anything wrong with it and free refills are always awesome. TL;DR: I LOVE this goddamn place

Every time I have gone there they screw up my order! I order one bagel side of cream cheese not toasted to go. Easy order but they toast it and put cream cheese on it! I won't be going back.

Their nova lox bagel and vanilla hazelnut latte was exceptionally tasty. It was my first time here for lunch and I would definitely come back again to try their other deli sandwiches. Wasn't too busy at the time I came in and the lady at counter was pretty friendly. I would recommend this location.

I like Noah's because it has a nice variety of bagels. Their customer service, at times, can be slow. I understand when it is busy, but one day I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to wait on me to just get a cup of coffee. He was busy refilling the coffee cups, napkins, etc. When you make a purchase, look at the bottom of your receipt and fill out the short survey online. Next time you go to Noah's and make a purchase you will receive a free cup of regular coffee or medium fountain drink. Not a bad deal!

I really love coming to Noah's, the staff is very friendly and it is a great study area, the coffee is amazing as always! Ben and the other staff that work in the even make it a great experience! Needs wifi though

Sometimes painfully slow, and their toaster is usually turned down too low. Last time I was there I had to correct my order 3 times before they got it right. I do like the soda fountain...when it's working, which is rare. They don't actually seem to care whether you say the order is for here or to go. Anyone want to open a competing bagel place near Loehmann's?

I'm a receptionist and was told the morning I got in that we needed breakfast for 15 people to be delivered asap. This store was super helpful in getting the food delivered promptly and it was delicious. Very happy with their customer service and I always love a good sourdough bagel with strawberry shmear.

Just got back from this restaurant. Ordered an egg bacon and cheese eggmitt. Person right in front of me, oops got her order wrong and she had to come back. They then call my order and I ask to make sure I am getting the right thing and she tells me its mine. I get to my office and Viola I have someone else's eggmit. Sounds like strike three. Called and complained and only thing they offer is to drive all the way back and they'll make another. So not ever going back to this location again.

I come to this place once in a while. I like their eggs and bacon on a spinach/cheese bagel. I bought their coffee mug one time and now all you can drink coffee is only 99 cents! I also sometimes get their bagel and cream cheese bag to go. It's pretty cool if you want to treat your coworkers. Overall this place is alright. It can be crowded sometimes though and also sometimes it just takes them forever to prepare your food. So bring your patience with you!

Noah's has been my go to bagel spot for years. I particularly love having an everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, capers, tomato and red onions (toasted). My sister ordered the lox sandwich many moons ago and when I saw what lox was, I was not impressed. I initially thought gross, who would want to eat an uncooked piece of salmon. Surprisingly, there's something magical about cream cheese. How its able to make most things taste 10 x's better. Aside from the bagel sandwiches, Noah's packages there bagels in a cute box and if you order a bakers dozen they'll even slice the bagels and give you freezer bags if you need it. When a business has good food, descent pricing, and great customer service...you can't go wrong.

I am giving them two stars based on history only - my most recent visit (today) was much much worse. When you go to a bagel shop, there is really just one thing you want - A BAGEL! It was not to be for us today. My family had been craving good bagels for weeks, and we decided to do the old favorite Breakfast for dinner, highlighted by fresh Noah's bagels! Everyone was excited! I showed up around 3:00 pm, ready to place an order, only to discover they were out of bagels...well that isn't fair, they had plane and sesame...I had specific orders from everyone, and they simply could not be met at all. Out of Chocolate Chip, out of Cinnamon Raisin, out of Blueberry, out of Everything, Out of Garlic, out of pretty much everything. So sad. The server was somewhat apologetic. Even offered to make a batch (which takes 50 minutes!) I said thanks but no thanks, I had already driven 30 minutes in rush hour traffic from Rancho (this was the closest one to us) I did not want to wait 50 minutes or drive another 20 minutes to the next nearest location at Town and Country 'hoping' they might have a better selection. Two stars because I have gotten good bagels here in the past. Those experiences will remain there, in the past. Sorry Noah's time to move on.

This review is for a single experience I had this afternoon. I stood and watched this girl pull my burned bagel out of the toaster...then proceed to scrape and scrape the burned bagel to get the charred top layer off, then hands it over to me without even mentioning it...how hard is it to toast up another bagel?! Or better yet...not burn a bagel in the first place? Geez, sad day for me at Noah's.

So im writting this review the same day i came in. Ive never been here before but had a coupon for 20% of my order. It expires tomorrow so i figured why not give it a try. As i opened the door i was automatically greeted. I came in around 1 in the afternoon and there was no line. Sweet! I took a min examining the menu. The menu is fairly simple and easy to read. I just wished the items had a picture of what they looked like right next to them. Mainly because i am a visual person. But it wasnt a deal breaker. I was helped by a young man named Samuel i believe. He was super friendly and was able to describe the signature sandwhiches better for me since i couldnt decided between two. My sandwich came with a side. I went with a fruitcup. And i also got an iced coffee which comes with free refills by the way. The sandwich was delicious. Tasted very clean and healthy. Overall it was a great experience. What i loved the most was Samuel's customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

After 15 years, I still think they make the best bagels is Sac! I had the spinach and cheese toasted with butter and it was so delicious! I wish there was one closer to me.

Worst Noah's I've ever been to. The bagels were basically inedible as they were huge from being puffed up with air. Bagels should be dense! This is not a problem at most Noah's, but this place it definitely doing something wrong.

I am not reviewing the quality of the food, but the quality of service. I love Noah's, their bagels are delicious! However the staff at this location I was not very pleased with. I went in in the late afternoon, with my book and notes so I could study for finals while chowing down on a yummy breakfast bagel. I was the ONLY ONE in the lobby, so I thought "yes, I can relax and get some studying done." The staff there could see I was trying to read, but they were over obnoxiously loud while talking to one another. The guy would yell to his coworker when she was not but 1 foot away. They slammed cabinets and dropped trash cans, and laughed ridiculously loud because a box fell... There weren't any other customers that came in except for one or two as I was studying, and they took a while to acknowledge them and take their order. All the while the two coworkers would still be having a conversation infront of the customer, which I thought was rude. The girl there kept coughing really loud without covering her mouth, and sniffling, should she even be working? The cafe is small, so I know echoing happens, but I could not hear what the customers were ordering but I could hear the staff yelling to each other the entire time. Very unpleasant. Whether you're trying to study or not, it was constant noise and obnoxious laughing.

I am torn on how many stars to give this location. Noah's is definitely a chain. When you have a chain, you don't have "bagels made with love," and you get "dinner rolls with a hole in them." You also have the hourly twerps who don't care about your damn bagel. That being said, I agree that it's a little on the overpriced side. But it's convenient and for a "dinner roll with a hole in them," they're a bit on the yum side. I also agree, the customer service, as a whole, is lacking. (please refer to the comment about hourly twerps) And it is SLOW. Today, I reached the end of my rope with this location. I have a "special" order that I get every time I come in. There's ONE person who gets it right. That's because he "invented" it for me. He's also the only one that seems to care and he has outstanding customer service. It's always a pleasure to be served by him. I believe his name is James - he's the one who always wears a fedora and tells you your total in pennies. Anyway, back to my story. I reached the end of my rope today. While the person making my special order made my bagel exactly the way I asked, I waited a good 10 minutes before I got it, and I got back to the office and noticed that I paid $0.50 for 4 ...yes, literally 4... dime-nickel sized mushrooms. I broke down and called and complained. I hate doing that, because I hate being *that* customer and I hate thinking that I could be getting someone in trouble. But, really, today, I was hungry and cranky and didn't want to play around with my food. Not only did the manager, Jon Burns, apologize, he offered to fix it. I told him I wasn't interested and that I just wanted my money back. After some conversing, he told me that he was going to have James make my bagel and he (Jon) was personally going to deliver it. And that's exactly what he did. Not only did he walk over to my office with my bagel, he brought a box of bagels and 2 schmears for me to share with the office. Now that, my friends, is customer service. It's about freakin' time someone in today's day and age gets that. And while they may be an overpriced, "dinner roll with a hole" chain, Jon's actions are what will encourage me to return.

I love the salmon shmear on asiago... I haven't tried anything else on the menu but so far, great impression... Well I mean, you can never go wrong with a bagel and cream cheese with salmon. The employees were very helpful, and I especially LOVE the location -- being tucked in the Loehmann's Plaza. Nothing like sitting outside in this beautiful weather, eating a nice, warm bagel with salmon shmear and drinking a blackberry lemonade for brunch. Touché!

employees are SO rude!!! and there were SO MANY flies inside!! it was disgusting! The Noah's in Stockton, yeah, STOCKTON, is so much better than here! The food wasn't even good. It was soggy and cold right after they supposedly toasted it!

  • Rosemary T.

LOVE Noah's bagels, but think their new 25% off advertising campaign is deceptive. They're advertising 25% off bagels, while supplies last, between 3-5 PM. Hey, great, until you buy a dozen and go to pay and they don't give you the 25% off. They say since you get a discount anyway and an extra bagel to make it 13, the 25% is not given. To me 25% off is 25% off, unless there is a disclaimer. SHAME ON THEM!

I can't even mention Noah's bagels around my boyfriend with out him going off on his angry rant. I love bagels and theirs are pretty tasty. Too bad their service and employees are awful. Every time I've been in here they are unorganized and slow. I'm not too big on early mornings and most times they run out of bagels so you're left with the second tier options if it's after 930am. So here's the story: My boyfriend ordered a cheese bagel and the employee grabbed it, held it up, and said "this is the last one!" and put it on the table to be prepared with our tag. Five minutes later they tell us there are no more cheese bagels. When we asked what happened to the one that was in his hand for us he lied and said it was never there. Instead of apologizing and moving on he acted like we were out of line! He just ended up getting a different flavor because they seemed to be too busy to do anything else. And also, their coffee sucks.

I can't believe I never tried this place!! The workers here are really nice and gave me a lot of options. It was about 10am, and I decided to grab lunch. I ordered the California Club Chicken on a Challah bagel and it was beyond perfect! I will have to go back and try their other bagels.

Dropped in for a simple and quick breakfast of coffee and a bagel. Service was fast, friendly, and the place was really clean. I'll be dropping by more often since I was in and out of there so fast compared to other coffee chains in the area that are super busy and the hot breakfast sandwiches looked really good.

I had the turkey herb garden sandwich on a honey wheat bagel thin, it was okay i couldn.t really say I loved it. The potato salad tasted a little old and stale. I will be willing to give this place anothery try due to the very popular reviews. Maybe next time my experience will be somewhat better.

Great place to stop by for a snack if you're in the area. I've come to this particular Noah's Bagels multiple of times and always had their bagels. I decided to try their grilled panini's one afternoon and actually regret having done so. I ordered the Italian panini that honestly, tasted pretty good at first bite. But after a few bites in did I realize it was definitely not worth ordering! It tasted very plain with very little seasoning. Perhaps pepper could have zested up the flavoring but too bad I ordered it for to-go and didn't have any in the car! All in all, I would recommend sticking to what they're known for: bagels. You really can't go wrong with any of their bagels nor spread! I absolutely love their creamy strawberry cream cheese spread! This place is great to pick up a box of bagels for work as well!

The quality here has gone downhill a bit. Three quarters of the time that I order extra lox on my bagel it doesn't get put on. Which is frustrating to pay for extra to find out you didn't get it. They also seem to run out of bagels quite often which is odd for bagel store. I know management is trying to improve the store is definitely not there yet.

Good location but the service gets slowed down pretty easily.

This is my fav place to stop in the morning for coffee and a bagel. I love the coffee here. SOHO is the best. I usually get a cinn sugar bagel with honey almon shmir or a asiago bagel with jalapeno salsa shmir. Super yummy an always toasted to perfection. The best part about this place is the manager. He is always so positive and in a good mood, remembers all his regulars and by name, he also never hesitates to do what it takes to satisfy a customer.

Bagels not made with love :( makes for a bad day. No, really. The lady that made my bagel looked like she hated life & bagels. Why would you work at a bagel place, c'mon?! The bagels are bland and the coffee literally tasted like gah-bage.

Noah's will always be my favorite bagel place! Whether I'm going in for an egg breakfast bagel or grabbing a chicken salad bagel for lunch, it's always tasty. The customer service is great at all their locations, and the dining areas are always kept clean. If you've never had Noah's, I'd definitely give them a try!!!

I love the bagels, but the breakfast sandwich selection is lacking in my opinion. Lack of creativity with the menu options or toppings, and I felt it was a bit overpriced for what I got. Nonetheless, good bagels and coffee combined with quick, friendly service make it a decent stop!

Glad there's not one out here in Natomas, or I'd be in a lot of trouble because I'd be eating chocolate chip bagels EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE!

This is a good Bagel shop. The staff are really friendly and fast too. The Bagels themselves are really good and they even have dog bagels that are super cute!!

Location over all is decent. The quality of the food when ordered and eaten on the same day is about 3 stars. I am writing this review based solely on my bad experience with the store mananger. I ordered a half dozen bagels last week and wasn't able to finish them all that day- I was going to share them friends and that didn't work out. The next morning when I went to get one for breakfast I was unable to eat it because it was as hard as a rock. I found out later on that they are usually supposed to offer freezer bags or airtight bags to customers ordering bagels to go. This would have been a simple fix... offer to replace the bagels for the customer free of charge. I am more bothered by the way the manager talked to me... so because of this I will no longer visit this location and will make sure that when I order bagels for work events in the future that I place my orders else where. Apparently Noah's Bagels, Inc. isn't big on customer service. They are big on policy and are so bent on following it to the letter of the law that they don't care if they lose customers or not. Well guess what? You've lost me as a customer and with this customer goes about ten more.

The breakfast sandwiches can be a little pricey but I definitely keep coming back for me. The bagels compliment the sandwiches really well. I've never had a bagel by itself here...it seems like the bagels are meant to be made more for sandwiches. It seems as though every time I've been here they have ran out of something that I wanted or messed up on my order. The service is really fast and friendly though.

I am surprised that I haven't already reviewed this place. Noah's has the best bagels that I've ever had. No, I'm not joking. One day, my ex-roommate brought me home a bagel from Noah's. I didn't think much of it first, but it was love at first bite. I hated toasted bagels before Noah's, but now I adore them. I never knew crispy bagels could be oh so magical! The toasted blueberry bagels with the whipped cream cheese or if I'm feeling the need for my fruit, the strawberry cream cheese. It's the best combination in the world! They also sell really cheap coffee to-go cups. How awesome is that?

The people working here are either incredibly rude or really stupid. I guess in this economy I can't afford to be that choosy. But I can't complain much about stupid people since I just spent $9 on a breakfast bagel sandwich (a bagel mit, duh, as the person working there tells me) and a bottled drink.

I've had a few neutral experiences at this location. I've tried a few different sandwiches, and a variety of their bagels, and they were all pretty tasty. The staff was polite and adequate, but not overly so. I've heard a few complaints about the coffee, which surprises me since it is one of my favorite things about the place. They offer a small variety of blends and roasts, and even had soy milk when I asked. It's more expensive than drive-thru breakfast, but in this price range, it's WAY better than some of the other chain coffee shops when it comes to a light breakfast and a cup'a joe.

I love Noah's bagels...I love the perfect combination of chewiness and crunchiness. Once a month I like to buy a dozen or so bagels for my staff along with the strawberry cream cheese and the lox cream cheese. But I can't resist the temptation, I'll order an extra pretzel bagel toasted with blueberry cream cheese...the sweet and salty flavor definitely keeps my happy and content and makes my Mondays all that much better! A bit of advice, if you come in the afternoon, their selections are a bit small so make sure you come early!

I love bagels and what better place to have a delicious, fresh, and tasty bagel than Noah's!!! I've had some good experiences here every time I order my favorite chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese!! Yummmmm!!!! I really want to come back and try some items off their lunch menu too! The staff here are friendly and get my order correct and quick ALL the time. Great place to come for some good bagels :)

I have never been to this place before and my co-worker who traveled to NY said that it was really good. Therefore, we decided to try it to see how good it is!!! When I walked into Noah, it looked like any other bakery!! Fresh smelling bagels, clean, and cream cheese everywhere!! The menu had a wide selection of sandwich (cold/hot), soup, salad, and etc. I decided to try the Nova Lox bagel, which included slices of lox, plain cream cheese shmear, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions. I have to say that this was well balanced. The sandwich was not only good but re-refreshing. I love this bagel and will get it again!! However, I must say that is kinda pricey for a bagel (almost $10) for a lunch box with a pickle and fruit. Just typing it makes me want one!!

PUMPKIN ALERT! Pumpkin bagels and pumpkin cream cheese have arrived and they are both even better than I remembered. I love Noah's for having seasonal goodies.

So far I have not found a better bagel. The Nugget Market has pretty good bagels, so far ranking second to Noah's. I have not tried all of the popular local bagel spots though - but I plan to. I do love me an onion bagel from Noah's! And the bagel dogs are scrumdidliumptious. I am fond of this particular location simply because they had onion bagels to sell me late in the afternoon, when the J Street location was totally out of them.

I think it's impossible for me to give this place more than one star based on the fact that the word "bagel" is in their name, but they don't make bagels. Their bagels are just dinner rolls with a hole in the middle. Real bagels are boiled, then baked. Their texture is completely different. Noahs is IMO a sandwich and coffee shop, not a bagel shop. I foolishy try to go here every now and then and am always so disappointed when I bite into what they call a bagel.

I love Noah's but the customer service at this location is horrible. I called on a Saturday morning for a to-go order because I knew they would be busy. The phone rang at least 15 times and then I was put on hold. I gave my order for two breakfast sandwiches and then was told it would be 45 minutes before they would make my order. Wth? I told her nevermind that I would just come in cause I live 2 minute away. I showed up and the line wasn't long but as I looked around I realized that there were at least 20 people standing around waiting for their orders. I heard one person say that they had been waiting over 20. Really? For a bagels? I turned around and left. The food is good but over priced. I only go when I have a coupon.

I had the tuna sandwich on a bagel. the tuna had so much pepper in it. I've never seen that before. The sanwich was alright, nothing spectacular.

There's another location on Hazel Avenue. We went and checked it out - I was impressed by the number of options for lunch. I tried the Chicken Ancho Sandwich on a Jalapeno Cheddar Bagel- One word: Craveable. I will definitely crave that sandwich. As a matter of fact, I'm sort of craving it right now. I also tried the Pepper Chicken Wrap which was good, although not as craveable in my opinion. The fruit on the side was fresh and sweet, not gross like a lot of places. A little slow for certain orders, a little pricier than it should be, and they didn't have menus with the full descriptions of each sandwich which was a little weird, but overall, this is a great find. I will be going back there for lunch!

i love it here! Noah has the most delicious creative bagels ever and their coffee is terrific aswell. Pricing is good. And they have the sweetest employees. I would come here anyday and enjoy myself a nice bagel. Although sometimes you could take it easy on the cream cheese sometimes, but overall delicious!!

I had a dr appt in 15 mins and I was starving. I stop here just to get a bagel and cream cheese but I end up getting egg mitt sandwich. I chose egg, spinach, mushroom and swiss on six cheese bagel. The sandwich was so yummy and totally filled me up. I also ordered a large iced tropical green tea. The container of tea was outside on the floor but no cups in sight. So, I had to asked the guy behind the container for a cup. He handed me a large cup for a hot drink not clear container for cold drink. I thought that was really strange. I was in a rush so I didn't question it. I love to go here. I love bagels. They are super nice to you and they are always fast with the service.

how do you make something soft, doughy, delicious and fresh even better? throw hella cheese on it. i'll usually order the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese or the jalapeno cheddar bagel (yet again with cream cheese) and a coffee. but i've had a bunch of their bagels and none of them have yet to disappoint. they have soups, egg mit sandwiches, fruits, juices, as well as plenty of spreads to throw on those bagels. they've messed up my order a couple of times, but once i brought it to their attention, they politely corrected it and let me keep both bagels. i'm always stoked, but my metabolism? not so much.

I am a fan! I have been going to Noah's Bagels for.... years. I have tried tons of different things on the menu but my all time favorite is the vegetarian sandwich. It is yummy mix of veggies with a sun dried tomato shmear. yum yum! They always include a pickle and choice of potato salad or cole slaw. Of course they have a ton of other sandwiches there and I believe they also have breakfast food which I have not tried. Oh and the best party, they have doggy bagels. =)

Come here for the bagels, not for their egg mit sandwiches. I love their salt, asiago cheese, and jalapeno bagels. I tried to lower my carb intake one morning and went for a egg mit sandwich with spinach, swiss, and egg in a wheat wrap and got a nasty, bland, rubbery, microwaved burrito thing that was soggy. But the bagels are hella good here. Especially the jalapeno one with garlic herb cream cheese.

Don't get me wrong, Noah's Bagels are good. Their bagel thin sandwiches are overpriced, and the only way you can get one is with a combo, so they make even more money. I ended up paying about $10 for the bagel thin sandwich and a drink. Not even a full-on bagel and it was that much. I think I'll just stick to basics-a bagel with cream cheese.

If I had my way there would be no stars from me. Poor service, they got my bagel, lox and cream cheese sandwich wrong TWICE and the bagel tasted under baked.
