I LOVE Chipotle. But not this one. Got the usual burrito bowl, with a tiny scoop of rice, half the normal amount of chicken, a pinch of lettuce and some salsa for it all to swim in. It was kind of depressing. And then we waited at the register while the employee working the food yelled out "Cashier!" towards the back. Ate my sad little bowl, really quick as it had half the normal amount, and got the hell out of there. Poor Orange gets shafted on the Chipotle totem pole.

Extremely disappointed in this Chipotle location. Have been going here for years because it is close to my house, but this was the WORST experience I have ever had. They're always a little bad here, I'd never give over 3 stars. This location has the new extended summer hours, and closes at 10:30. But what's the point if you are out of, or UNWILLING to open more, ingredients to fill late orders? (We arrived at 9:55, 35 minutes before they closed). They were out of fajitas, out of sour cream, out of cheese, out of lettuce. You're telling me that a corporate, chain, mega-millionaire restaurant chain doesn't have extra basic ingredients on hand?! Totally a case of the employees not being willing to open and then have to pack up extra ingredients at the end of the night. And the attitudes of the employees made the experience even worse. I, too, work in a restaurant. YOU make the experience. And they were absolutely radiating disdain at having to serve us and having to stop cleaning up the line and kitchen. No apologies for being out of everything, bad attitudes. Will be extremely hesitant to go back to this location again.

I come in once in awhile and my first time here was the week they just opened a few years back. For some reason, I always have a problem regarding guacamole. The first time I went with my brothers, there was so many workers for opening week and when we were going down the line, they constantly asked us if we wanted guac. My brother must have said yes to 4 different people on the line. When we got home, there was no guac in my brothers steak bowl. I called and told the manager what happened and he took care of us the next time we came back. I went again last night for the BoGo offer survey. I ordered two steak bowls with guac. It was 10 pm when I got home and opened my food to find one bowl having half an avocado in the guac. The other bowl had a quarter of avocado in the guac. I called them as soon as I found out because paying like two bucks for guac and having to mix it myself is not what I had in mind. I called and one of the ladies working that night offered to take care of the next bowl when I came in next time. I mean they're super nice, I've never had a problem with customer service, but just the guac.

The best Chipotle to go to in Orange! I'm never let down when I come here. All of their food is seasoned excellently and given in good portions. Most Chipotle's I go to can be pretty stingy with their meat. Although this place can get packed since it's across the street from a high school, they work fast. I love all the workers here because they are always so friendly and like to joke with customers a lot. I've never had one bad experience from this place. If you're looking for a good lunch spot to meet up with a friend or even a quick late night food run, come to this fresh establishment. I guarantee that their customer service will make your food even more enjoyable. Out of everything I've tried, I would recommend their steak burritos!

This review is for the Chipotle on Chapman Avenue, Orange, California, USA. After years since the opening of the chain, I finally found myself inside of one of these very lauded Mexican food restaurants. ...And it will be the last time for a while. Ever hear the term "I got a bad feeling about this"?; welp, that's the first impression I got when we walked into this Chipotle (Note: the following review was not due to poor service, bad wares or establishment's uncleanliness. That said...). The interior was the first kicker: modern, stylish and minimalistic, to the point that it was off putting, not welcoming. My friend kept calling it "hospital sanitized", but we both agree on my view of it as "veterinarian nouveau". The very bare, image lacking menu did not help. Menus elsewhere try to sell you on their offerings, this one read just like a generic nutrition label (in a lovely maroon background) and as fun and joyous to read as one ("...burrito/bowl/taco/soylent green/stuff..."). So we ordered. I was in a good mood for a Wet Carnitas Burrito, but even the ordering system is forced: you select from four basic modular choices (burrito, burrito bowl, taco, salad), add the base filling content (chicken, carnitas, no ground beef [?]), apply secondary toppings (rice, bean, sauce), add side and finish with a drink. Unlike other Mex styled establishments (Wahoo's, Albertacos, even Taco Bell) the process is very clinical and orderly ("...wee..."). Final product was a Carnitas Burrito with Brown Rice, Guac, Sour Cream, Cilantro, Lettuce and Cheese, a side of base chips with guacamole option, bottle water. Edible, with flavor, but not that tasty, definitely not filling,... In short, one of those eateries that feels like an (automated) chore to eat at. * The Good: Polite staff. Adequate order turnover. Pleeenty of parking. * The Meh: It's food, clean bare place, limited seating, food value to portions amount not really a bargain due to blandness (how do you make hot red sauce taste tepid?). * The Bad: ...eh, not somewhere that pops out as the first (or 20th) place to go out for Mex food. "Food with Integrity!". Sry, I like my Mexican food guilty and convicted of gusto y sabor in the first degree.

So my family wanted chipotle for dinner. 7 person order. If 7 people came in at once would you tell them they should fax their order in first next time you would be shocked. So she tell someone that offers the same order to go. Learn how to manage a restaurant if you want to be in business. Telling people to fax their order in next time is ridiculous. Not going to this place any more. Manager needs to learn how to run this place better. Unbelievable!!!

Welcome to Chipotle! (Except for some days when they don't greet you, then you take it personally and start making a big deal out of nothing) anyway.. I love this Chipotle. Whenever I would visit my girlfriend in Orange, we would come here to get lunch or dinner, sometimes both. Like every other Chipotle I have ever been to, the standards and quality of the food here is the same, FREAKING DELICIOUS. The staff here is always alive and friendly, and their friendlyness always makes you feel at home. Oh wait.. Chipotle is my home! :D If you're really hungry, you can always get double everything. I usually get the burrito bowl, double white rice, no beans, double chicken, mild and medium, corn and sour cream, lettuce and guacamole. YES, I KNOW IT IS EXTra!!

I'm a huge Chipotle fan and was super excited when this one opened up down the street from my house. At first things were great! The usual fresh food, served quickly and with a friendly staff. Then they got busy, which I am always thrilled to see, but that's when things started to fall apart. Although we have always been greeted when we arrive, the experience in the assembly line is never consistent. I understand that it's hard to hear in there, but the staff seems to only half listen while they are cranking the food out. And the portions...Well, If I had to sum up my experience with this specific store, it would be "chinzy"! Don't except them to pile things on, but really folks! Hope they get it together, as I really do enjoy the food.

It took me a long time to eat at chipotle again but now that I do, I'm obsessed. The food is flavorful, healthy and fresh. The service is fast and friendly!

Had such a sad chipotle experience today:/ I had a very disappointing visit because the girl barely out anything on my burrito bowl. I never leave chipotle still hungry and today I just left upset and hungry. She barely put a spoonful of rice and half of beans . There wasn't a lot of meat left in the tray and the girl just out half of what was there! Are you kidding me! I told another girl and she put a little bit more meat. My brother got a burrito and it was also not satisfying. The meat was also very dry today and that's not usual for chipotle.:(

    (1)
  • Ivy S.

Fast service, but they really do not put enough meat in your bowl or burrito and they are especially cheap on the steak! You can literally see them counting how many pieces they give you. You'll leave feeling you never got your money's worth. Other chipotles aren't as cheap as this one.

  • Kaye J.

The service I experienced was very friendly, and the food tasty, but I was shocked at how stingy they are here with the portions. I got a barbacoa salad which had very little lettuce. Even less on the portion was the barbacoa so I asked for more which was really like getting an almost-normal portion. I have never been able to finish the whole salad at my local Chipotle in Northridge, but it was easy to finish it up here with how little they fill your plate. Still hungry unfortunately. Wish they would read their reviews 'cause apparently a lot of people have the same gripe with portion size! My other complaint, which seems to apply to every Chipotle I've been to, is that they don't strain the meat or beans enough, which are both soaking in liquid, so my salad ends up swimming in liquid. I actually have a pool to pour off there's so much. Blech. At least they have beer so I can mellow out a bit...

  • Rachel B.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been here many times before, but now there are new people there and the service and speed of the group is ridiculous. I waited in line just like everyone else, but they ran out of chicken, vegetables, and the mild tomato pico de gallo sauce (all the things I get in my bowl). So I waited patiently at the register... and by the time the chicken was done and they put it in the bowl, I paid for ONE chicken bowl and ONE salad. Then, when I got home, I watched my boyfriend open his chicken bowl and there were only THREE (almost FOUR) pieces of chicken. REALLY? I drove all the way back to the restaurant with the bowl and my receipt. I am furious that they basically charged me a chicken bowl with no chicken. While I was at the restaurant keeping my cool, I asked for the manager and his solution was a question, "Do you want a side of chicken and we can just give that to you?" It would have been better to hear, "I am sorry for the inconvenience, we'll give you chicken and chips (or something)." Out of everything, I just wanted an apology. AND to top it off, they gave me barely any chicken. The "side of chicken" the manager gave me was in the containers they out guacamole in. Picture will be posted.

  • Daniel R.

The service is poor. They hardly listen to your requests. They portion meat extremely conservative, I always have to ask for more. The worst part is that they undercooked the steak, it was too rubbery to finish. The steak was served to me by the manager which is sad she felt it was okay to serve me clearly undercooked steak. I've had good experiences here but they are far and few. The guacamole is always delicious, the one consistent attribute this place has. Don't go when it's busy because they seem to crumble.

  • Dave S.

The food is always good, service is fast, and the dining area is clean. But my main reason for 5 stars on Chipotle is because of their decision to use only free range livestock, and eliminate GMO products. Focusing on local growers is a great benefit as well. A BIG KUDOS TO CHIPOTLE! Thank you for not sacrificing people and the environment for profit. We CAN live a different way and Chipotle is proving it.

  • Clara C.

Yikes. They had better replace their incompetent servers or they're not getting my business nor my colleagues'. First, the line is different from other locations and starts on the other end of the restaurant. Second, they did not tell us there was no guac until the end of the order. These things are important to warn your customers. I really did not want to pay for my burrito bowl because I was looking forward to my guac!! They ran out of avocados, they said. Well then you had better make sure your manager is on top of his stuff by getting your orders right. Third, I had gotten half steak and half chicken, of which I had to ask for more because they skimped out the first time around. Lastly, it wasn't until after I got home when I realized I was charged $3 for "extra steak" when he added 3-4 more pieces to my bowl. I've had better at other locations. I do not want to come back here.

Probably the FASTEST Chipotle I have ever been to. I go to about three different Chipotles on a regular basis and have been to a least seven or eight different restaurants total. I go to this location frequently in the evening and order for at least 3-5 of my co-workers, (work at a nearby hospital) and these employees are fast & efficient...very nice & professional as well. As for the food & portions...Chipotle food is always BOMB and the portions are what they are suppose to be...believe me if they weren't I would not be coming back. Enjoy :)

Do not go to this location!!!!!! Horrible portion size for the amount of money you spend. Save your money and go to a different Chipotle. At all the other locations I have visited, I've received a generous amount of food to where I can't even finish half of my meal. However, at this location a worker by the name of SHAY only gave me 1/3 of what other Chipotle locations give. Then, after she finishes making my food, she goes on break and makes a huge burrito for herself. They totally jip you on portions here. Just saying...

    (1)
  • Thomas T.

This chipotle location is very stingy with there toppings. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and literally only got 7 pieces of meat. For $8 I got sour cream and salsa

Stopped by here after class the other day to grab some lunch despite all the bad reviews. I thought, "How bad could it be? I mean, it IS Chipotle after all. You can't really screw it up." Boy, did I think wrong. First of all, the place was a mess. There were trash and food all over the tables from the moment I stepped through the doors until I walked out while the workers were chit chatting in the back kitchen doing nothing. Normally, Chipotle's have the cleanest dining areas that I have ever been to, whether it be a fast food joint or restaurant. Second of all, NONE of the workers had any sort of customer service. The first girl that was handling the meat and rice didn't even greet me when I was up next. All she did was stare at me with a blank expression. She also BARELY put half a scoop of sofritas and rice for me! I was apalled! My bowl ended up being half the size compared to other Chipotles and you could so tell that the sofritas have been sitting around for a while because when I ate it, it was rubbery and hard. Practically inedible. There was only one girl that was handling the toppings end who was pretty nice and seemed cheerful (she had reddish hair), but that was it (1 star for that). The girl who rung me up at the cash register looked like she could care less that she was there. She had a bag in her hand and asked again if I wanted my order to go, I said yes, and she proceeded to roll her eyes and sigh. SHE ALREADY HAD THE FREAKING BAG IN HER HAND. SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE A MISSION TO PUT A SIMPLE BOWL IN A BAG. Like, WTF YOU'RE GETTING PAID FOR THIS WHY ARE YOU EVEN HERE !!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. I should've listened to the other Yelp reviews. ***SANTIAGO CANYON/CHAPMAN STUDENTS TAKE NOTE: Take the drive a few minutes further down to the Tustin or Irvine locations. They're nicer, cleaner, and definitely give you more food.***

Not a big fan of this particular Chipotle. Every time I've gone here I'm very dissatisfied. Its expensive and the quality of the food is not that great and they are very stingy. Seems to me they should hire new employees that care about their jobs and are not just there to socialize because it seems like to me that's all they do even when they have long lines of hungry customers.

I used to love Chiptole! I'd eat here a least twice a week, if not, more. Apparently, they hopped on the Hipster/Vegan bandwagon and changed the recipe of their beans. I'm not sure what they have added or taken out but I get ill now. Mind you, I did not realize they changed their recipe until I got ill and checked their website. I tried again, months later, and barely got any food. I kept asking for more. I'm small but come on. They really skimped on my order. I still got ill. I'm not sure what happened to Chiptole but I will say this, I will avert people from eating there from now on. The music is too loud and the employees and scream welcome when you come in, but don't like to talk if you ask for a little more of something.

Two stars just because it is chipotle and chipotle is usually amazing. This location however, super skimpy and disappointing. The employees were also rude. I always tip (except for today). Saves me money so whatever.

    (2)
  • NomNom T.

They are so stingy with the serving size at this location... When you ask them to put a little more in they tell you it's an extra charge. Why the hell would I have to pay extra for the same portion size served at other Chipotle's?? Get a standardized scoop or serving size in place..

    (1)
  • Jen W.

Great Chipotle! Previous reviews mentioned smaller portion sizes, but that was not the case when I visited. When I asked for chicken the server gave me a generous scoop plus a second extra smaller scoop (for avid chipotle goers like me, we know that's the right amount, if not more). Friendly service and quality chipotle food.

I'm currently sitting in this Chipotle. I come here a lot, so it isn't usually like this, but I had to say something about this. First, the man working was extremely rude to a customer who asked for carne Asada. The worker gave him pork, then was very annoyed and angry when the customer said he wanted carne Asada. The worker then said, "this is carne Asada pork! It is!" And was yelling at the customer. First, it's called carnitas if it's pork. You should know that if you work here. He then threw the whole bowl out right in front of the man ordering, who kept apologizing even though he did nothing wrong. No such thing as "carne Asada pork." Second, the girl now behind the counter keeps eating out of the food. This is just weird and unprofessional. She is scooping the food into little cups and eating right in front of all the customers, then continuing to work. Really disappointed in the staff here

    (1)
  • Charles C.

Every table in the place is dirty , the floor is extremely dirty also ,food everywhere. This place gives very small portion, The music is too loud to enjoy your meal.

I didn't have any negative experiences as a few others have stated below. They keep the food fresh here, employees are always friendly and provide good service, and they move quickly without any mistakes. The restaurant is well kept and clean. Not sure what else people expect out of a Chipotle, but I have no problems with this location.

  • Jon T.

One of my favorite fast lunch places in the area. The staff are really nice and always friendly. I go there most times after working out at my gym (usually a couple times a week) and it's sort of like my own version of Cheers, most of the crew recognize me, sincerely say hello and often ask about how my workout went that day. A few of them even recognize my "usual" and will simply confirm that's what I want to order. Never noticed a problem with portions as some others have noted; and the food is consistently good. Basically, I feel really appreciated as a customer and I can't say enough positive things about this location and the servers and management.

  • Stanly T.

I was so happy when a CHIPOTLE was going to be within walking distance from my house! However, my feelings have changed a bit since. What I like about this location: -Nice interior design and atmosphere -Great food as usual -When I order tacos, they actually take the time to keep it somewhat clean and organized while trying to really pack tacos (other locations often line up the tacos and, for example, pour sauce or something else across all 3 tortillas) -Employees have some really great customer service What needs to change about this location: -I got half a scoop of rice. Slightly perplexed, I asked for extra and I got another half. What? Every Chipotle I go to usually provides 2 scoops at least (sometimes heaping). The amount I first got could barely cover the bottom of the bowl. -Apathetic 30 minutes before closing... Bordering rude even. Portions provided even smaller!

This Chipotle gets 100% from me for their diligence with regard to allergies. My son is a celic and cannot get even a speck of unseen gluten in his system or he will get very sick. Because they press the flour and corn tortillas on the same press they "know" to put one piece of foil on top and one piece of foil on bottom before they press our corn tortillas. Furthermore, I rarely have to ask that they change their gloves, they usually do it automatically. This is incredible service for a celiac, who can never eat fast food let alone most dine-in restaurants. Go Chipotle! You are awesome. Not to mention we love the food and service AND they are great about supporting/donating to community non-profits!!!!!

Best Chipotle I've ever been to. Went there yesterday on Halloween and they were giving $3 burritos to many people. Very friendly employees even during rush time and lots of meat on the burritos!

I have NEVER had such a bad experience at a Chipotle before. The steak I was given was extremely undercooked, cold, CHEWY and downright NASTY. I was shocked. It tasted awful. They also didn't give as much food as I am used to and have come to expect from Chipotle. I asked if I could have a little more pico de gallo because they hardly scooped any in there, and the stoner type guy who was working there said I would have to pay extra. Really? Um, ok. Never had that happen before. I have always had good food and good service at other locations. Not sure what is wrong with this one, but very very disappointing. I would avoid it and go to a drive further to a different one.

I had a barbacoa shredded beef salad and my client had a shreded beef bowl. We both thought the food was good and we will go back again periotically. It was noisy inside so we sat outside where it was a little cold for me. We had just finished a repair on my clients newest investment property where we have very nice tenants that I found for him. I love Chipotle, but not this one. First of all i was served steak that had blood gushing out of it still, definitely was not "medium rare" like they said it was. And when i came in to get a new bowl the cashier was talking shit. Bitch. Secondly, there was only one guy in the food line and a long ass line. Usually there are multiple people working the line. Third, they dont give you as much as other chipotles do. They scoop small which makes the burrito super small. Definitely doesnt live up to the "chipotle size". Definitely not coming back to this location. I might as well drive to the one on tustin st by the village.

  • Gregor A.

Horrible chipotle location. Go somewhere else. I came in to enjoy good burrito. The guy that was warming up tortillas (in pic # 7) did not wait at all to warm it up so it was cold, instead he tried to push the line by scooping a tiny amount of chicken helping the girl next to him. He also give me a tiny amount of rice, and since I ordered no beans my burro turned out half size. There are 5 people working behind the counter, and they still have line. Too busy making sure they shot change you on the size of your burrito. Not worth almost $9 I paid with small drink. Next time in-n-out across the street. This place makes burritos like Del Taco, but charges like El Torrito.

This is one of the worst Chipotle's I have been to. I went in one time to pick up my online order to find I ordered to the wrong one and the cashier gave me so much attitude about it. Another time I ordered online to this location, they forgot to give me my steak! I called to complain and all they said was "oh well then you can bring it in and we will remake it for you." Overall I would much rather go to the Chipotle on Newport Ave and First because it is just much friendlier, portions are better, and the atmosphere is great.

Rating only two stars only because their portions are so small (even after you ask for more). It's disappointing watching them serve you every time :(

These guys just opened up a few weeks ago, and i'm so excited... cause they are just down the street... The first time I was there, the food was not as good as other chipotle's but since they just started I think that I should cut them some slack. but the environment is really good, interesting interior seating arrangement and very polite employees.

I can slop pile different Mexican ingredients with a large spoon into a cardboard bowl and call it a masterpiece of all natural cuisine $11.93 for a burrito bowl with 2 oz of meat 'nuff said...

It's been a while since I've been to Chipotle, but recall a good value for the amount of food you get. I'm hoping it was just this location, but I could tell it wasn't the same as they dished each serving out. Even the rice was meager. I could see how small it was by the way it was wrapped i to a square, rather than the standard shape. I bought this with a gift card......and really hope it's just this location. Regardless, I wont be going back to this location

    (3)
  • Shannon P.

Portions are smaller than other chipotle restaurants I have been to but the staff is super friendly. I could do without the whole staff yelling 'welcome to chipotle' when you walk in... not very sincere, they sound like robots.

  • Dalia E.

I know this is a fairly new Chipotle so I'm sure they have their kinks to work out but its the same old Chipotle food - you go there because you know exactly what to expect (for the most part). The decor is pretty cool your usual Chipotle style. My big complaint was how incredibly loud the music is. I'm sure they have a banging new sound system..but goddamn its just a Chipotle not a club!

    (3)
  • Addie M.

The only thing I got full off from here was not the food, but my iced tea. Coming here marked the first time I couldn't finish a burrito bowl. I agree with a previous reviewer that they have loud music, I had to repeat myself twice to get which rice I wanted. Thank God my boyfriend worked here because he knows what I usually get. Beware of their hot sauce bottles--some of them don't have the little stoppers so I ended up drenching my whole bowl with hot Tabasco sauce and had to throw away 3/4ths of my bowl. Oh, and of all the chipotle's I've been to (a lot in OC), this one does not have Splenda or Equal sugar packets. And their "brewed" tea tastes a little like unfiltered water...hmm. Since I'm a vegetarian I didn't get any meat, but the fajita veggies that I got were soggy and cold. The corn looked a little under cooked as well. Maybe it's this gloomy weather that we're having, but I don't think I'll be coming to this specific chipotle unless my boyfriend treats me lol. Goodbye $10 worth of food and tea...

  • Debony M.

I love Chipotle but for some reason the employees here seem distracted, poorly trained, or a combination of both. The girl in front of me was given the wrong order, so they had reopen her burrito and look inside to see what it was. Gross! Then the guy right in front of me ordered peppers and they accidentally out it on someone else's burrito. C'mon guys. It's an assembly line! How can you mess that up? Maybe if they turned the music down juuuuust a tad, they could concentrate. Other than the staff and the loud music, the food is classic Chipotle.

First off, I'm a full blown Chipotle addict. But I have to write a review about this particular Chipotle. I have been living down the street from this particular location for 2 years now, and I am a frequent guest. The staff at this location is awesome. Even with the inevitable turnover you get in this sort of industry, everyone who works at this Chipotle is incredible friendly and outgoing. They always have a smile on their faces. They get to know their regular customers. I wouldn't normally write a review for a quick service restaurant, but the staff here really is exceptional. I'm moving in two days, and I'm honestly bummed out. Maybe I can convince management to swap out this staff with the one that will be next to my new home?

The staff was really kind and considerate! And even though it was super hot they still did a great job and did not seem phased. Left full and happy!

I would usually only yelp for food credibility purposes...BUT, this could not be helped. Rude employees and the music was so loud I was yelling at the girl who couldn't hear me ordering. I asked politely if the music could please be turned down a bit. My friend and I sit down and they put the music louder! We couldn't hear each other talking! Didn't help that the music was terrible. Not an enjoyable environment!

I ordered a fajita chicken salad and the chicken was raw!! I was so disappointed because I ordered it to-go and didn't have time to return so I had to throw it out. The employees were super nice and that's why I'm giving them two starts instead of one. Probably wont go to this location again.

So I've noticed that this chipotle is probably one of the worst! The portions are very small and for what I pay I should get my money's worth! I got a burrito today with steak and the steak was still raw! Like bloody raw I was grossed out! This is possibly the worst chipotle. Waste of money and gross! Try finding some place else

It is what it is, so I won't waste too much time with it. You stop here because it is convenient and fast and you don't care at that moment what you shove in your head. It happens. Hopefully not too often.

These guys know how to make a burrito right! Some of the other Chipotles dont know how to make the Queserio but they do I really appreciate it. I also like the new addition of the brown rice instead of white rice! This place is always clean and they keep plenty of people on staff so that there isnt a long wait!

I would normally never review a chain restaurant but due to the friendly service of this particular chipotle, I was curious as to its rating. To my surprise it was very low! No idea why, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was super clean and the food tastes exactly like it does at every other chipotle. Not sure where all this hate is coming from? I find this chipotle to be one of the better ones I have visited

One of the best large burritos I have ever tried. I am never disappointed. I order mine as follows: Brown rice, black beans, chicken, pico de gallo (diced tomatoes), hot chile, corn salsa, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. I love watching them try to wrap that thing up. Then I get a lemon wedge from the beverage bar as well as Tabasco Chipotle flavored sauce. I add a squeeze of lemon and a dash of hot sauce before each bite I take and I am in true bliss.

I like Chipotle, they need to add shrimp to the menu and I would start going again.

I always get the burrito bowl which is healthy, filling, and delicious. Their black beans and brown rice with a hint of cilantro are yummy and good for you. The service is quick, which helps when your on a 30 minute lunch break, and it is always delicious. Love this place!!!!

We usually visit the Chipotle on Tustin Avenue in Tustin. I stopped at this location on my way home from the grocery store. Boy, was it a mistake and I will never return. I ordered a steak bowl and steak burrito to go. Both lacked steak - and the pieces we did get were overcooked. They are so skimpy on their ingredients - this is not the Chipotle way. I am tempted to write the corporate office complaining about this location. The staff was unfriendly. With so many options/restaurants to choose from and in this economy, you better offer exceptional customer service if you want customers and repeat customers. After we ate, we both agreed that we will not return to this Chipotle. If the restaurant manager doesn't change all the negative reviews which this location has received on yelp and by word of mouth, it won't last very long. There are too many restaurants on E. Chapman in Orange that haven't survived and it starts with bad food, bad customer service and bad reviews. I was so disappointed with my meal that I emailed Chipotle corporate.

I am an avid chipotle fan but NOT at this location. I just waited over an hour for veggies. While ordering, I was told that they were absolutely no veggies left (four hours prior to closing), but when I said I would go to another location they immediately retracted the statement and said they would put some on the grill for me. If these veggies were put on the grill then I obviously don't know what grilled veggies are. I am currently holding RAW onions and bell peppers that taste like rubbery grass, but unfortunately, I drove home (after waiting an hour and in a hurry) and am stuck with non-edible food.

Usually I enjoy Chipotle way too much. I used to go multiple times a week. This location makes some mediocre burritos. They don't drain their beans or salsa. This is a problem because I don't want my burrito to be soggy on the bottom half. Also being the last person before they closed they could have given me more than half a scoop of chicken. I guess they would rather just throw it away.

Service today was definitely faster. Much appreciated. And since not a lot of people go to this place yet, my Chipotle of choice. I'm in and out of there in about 2 minutes.

Definitely recommend the chipotle on Tustin ave. The food at this location is fine, but the service is terrible. Ordered online a couple times now and they have yet to have the order ready when I arrive. Isn't that the point of ordering online? Maybe if the workers were a little more competent and could get the order right I wouldn't mind waiting.

I generally love Chipotle. Not tonight.! Poor guy behind the counter preparing our food sneezed twice and could be heard asking to go home because his throat hurt. PREPARING OUR FOOD. Oddly, he was denied, within earshot. We felt rushed, and pushed through the line despite the crowd being minimal, to the point we managed to forget to request gauc and chips. Not a big deal since the guacamole looked slightly brown and pulverized not chunky and fresh as we have come to expect. The good news is that we could tell the guac was not processed/packaged because we found a chunk of the avocado skin in our tacos which were a sloppy mess. So not up to the quality that we've come to expect. Pretty disappointed. Perhaps they need to slow it down and get the quality up to speed or they will find they have plenty of time to practice....

Fast, clean, and tasty. I ordered a chicken salad bowl. I was a little disappointed that it did not have as much lettuce as I thought a salad should have on it. My daughter's burrito bowl had as much lettuce as my salad did. Overall it was as good as most other Chipotle's that I have been to.

Meat was cold, chips were not salty, and the sodas were flat. An employee came around and asked us how everything was, so we were honest, and she gave us a card to come back and try them again saying that our business was important to them. We will. First time Chipotle has been disappointing. Good customer service though. Could be that they just need to work out some kinks.

The sneeze guard makes it so you have to scream your order. There's two people at the register interrogating you. Food's alright.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
