Reading other reviews it's pretty apparent no one cares that it sucks here including management which is too bad because this place could be a Jackpot during football season if service wasn't so awful. We walked in and no one was happy to see our business. Then we sat down at a hightop. In a 20 minute span, about 5 servers and a manager walked by but no one bothered to ask if we'd like anything. Another 5 servers and the same managers passed by in another 15 minute span and still nothing. Unfortunately I'm stuck in Milpitas today or I'd be gone to a different bar that would be happy to have my business. After all my frustration with the service, I DEFINITELY need a beer or 10...

Only come Wednesdays, for HH, and 1/2 game. There's also an hour of free video play for $10 on weekdays I believe 3-7pm. Thursday night after 10pm and some other nights - there is a cover charge

Came here on 9/6/15 for lunch with some peeps. I ordered the Grilled Chicken w/ Artichoke Penne, friend got Busters Cheeseburger and husband ordered the Bistro Steak and Shrimp w/ Lobster Alfredo. My dish was meh...chicken was a bit dry and my pasta was soaked in oil, yikes. Husband dish was more tasty, I liked his pasta. Friend said her burger was good but not the best. Went to play some games and overall it was cool. Very crowded on a Saturday, if I come back again it'll be a Friday ordeal. It gets really busy later on the day.

I didn't come here for the food, but was only here to play games to celebrate a friend's birthday. I'm not sure how it happened, but we spent 4 hours here. Time flew by so quick. Games were fun, but some are dependent on luck. Some of the ticket payouts for the games aren't worth the time or the coins spent. I was able to accumulate over a 1000 tickets during my time here, but the prizes aren't really all that great.

I went the other day to turn in some old game tickets I had. Alas they could not be weighed but counted manually. The manager at the booth Brian was extremely helpfull with me. This is the best experience I have ever had with a manager at a resturant/gaming establishment.

I came here tonight to celebrate my husband's birthday and mine. I know they're not known for their food, but I wanted to give it a try. Bad mistake on my part!!! I had ordered the ribs with buffalo wings and it came with a side of fries. Everything was so damn salty that I only had the ribs and spat out everything else. Pretty much I had $20 worth of ribs, which only came out to about 5 bites. The alcohol was good, everything else sucks ass! All of my friends' food were the same - salty!!!! I'm so damn disappointed right now.

Atmosphere reminds me of Chuck E Cheese on steroids. Food quality is equal to that of Chuck E Cheese, too. And it is not very clean. . As an adult, there is no reason to come here unless you have small children that need to be entertained while eating fast-food quality food.

Dave and Busters is awesome for kids at any age including adults. There is a Sports Bar, Restaurants and a huge arcade full of entertainment for kids. Love all the TV's to watch your favorite game while kids have fun. I would love to have Dave and Busters in Sonoma County.
