I always enjoy in n out but this time was a super nice experience! My boyfriend and I used the drive-thru and Austin helped us outside and he had GREAT customer service! Super polite and had so much attention to detail! Because of Austin I'll continue to come back of your staff is as friendly as he was. And the food is always yummy.

In general I am a pretty big In-N-Out Burger fan! Their burger is one that takes me back to my childhood grabbing a burger, fries, and shake with everyone from my parents to my grandparents. I love the In-N-Out food, the fact that they put scripture on their wrappers, their secrete menu, and just about everything about this place! With that said, this location is busy, very busy. There are times when the drive thru line runs out of the drive thru into the parking lot, out of the parking lot into the surrounding parking lot(s). It can be a bit out of control. There have been times I have come to this location to just drive away as the line was just too long. The inside can be very busy as well. With this said, the staff handles this large volume of customers very well. For the most part are you greeted with a smile and a heart of service even though I am sure they are slammed and overwhelmed. I am a fan of how this location is run, it isn't this locations fault that this area has grown so fast ... I am sure there are plans to open another location in this gernal area soon.

5 STARS for always being fresh. We eat here at least once a week. The service is always wonderful and our meals are always hot. I always get the #1 no onions animal style protein style. I try not to eat so much carbs.. As I come here for a burger... Hehehe.. Downside to this place is its always busy and you wait a long time for your food... Upside.. It's worth it.. I do wish however their lemonade was as yummy as hot dog on a stick...

WOW!! I think most In-N-Out's restaurants are pretty solid across the board in terms of service and quality... but this location in general definitely steps their game up! I have NEVER seen anybody actually going out and checking for people's numbers and actually delivering to the table! I was shocked and impressed! Trying to originally find this restaurant was a little tough since the shopping center doesn't have any signs at all, but once I found it and parked, it was a short walk thereafter. I'll definitely come back when I'm nearby again!

I only go here for the milk shakes. The fries are way to thin & get cold way to fast. The drive thru line is ridiculous and takes up the entire parking lot half the time; the absurd Wait time stops me from returning.

Menifee, huh? So, that's where I was. I hit this In-N-Out on the way to Joshua Tree...I think...is this on the way to Joshua Tree? The food was great. Particularly good, I'd even say. It was a Friday night, so the place was jam-packed with teens either coming or going from the high school football game. Service was quick and friendly, thanks Delight!

Get up here and get yourself that double double with a chocolate shake!!! This in n out had us go in and out with their quick service and great employee staff who by the way were so kind and courteous opening doors and taking our trays with out us asking or anything. If only all fast food joints were like this. Don't yall get me started on those amazing prices of fried ambrosia!!! Perfect meal. BOO-YAH!!!

I had to grab some In N Out before going back to work! It was odd, I pulled up to the ordering menu and had to wait for a couple minutes before anyone said anything. It wasn't busy and normally In N Out is exceptional with service. Im comparing this location versus many others I've been to. Even when I pulled up to the window it was much like a regular fast food drive thru, which, like before, is normally not similar to the amazing service that you get from In N Out. Weird. My burger on the other hand was amazing, as always. #1 Animal style is the way to go though, no doubt. Even if you order without onions! Never been a huge fan of their fries being cut so small, but they are still very tasty. Follow it up with Neopolitan shake and you're set. 4 stars for the food and cleanliness, but I'll be back to look for the customer service. Wasn't horrible by any means! It was just okay.

It is the only In-n-out around other wise you have to drive to the next city over. This city was long over due for one so you can imagine how crowded it can get. As is the standard for all In-n-out's, they are nice and clean and have outstanding customer service. Always polite and timely and food is always fresh and delicious. Your guaranteed a line out the door at lunch/dinner time. Guess what?! That doesnt stop me, they are so good with keeping the line moving. Between Red Robin and 5 guys (whom I love) your not burning a hole in your pocket here. I always always get animal fries and ask for extra sauce. Who can resist the ooey gooey cheesyness with those caramelized onions with secret sauce strewn across it all? Not Me! I recently discovered they serve root beer floats or neapolitan shakes when requested. Ya gotta love secret menu items!

WE NEED IN-N-OUT IN HAWAII!!! It was my first time trying in-N-out while I was on vacation in California. My boyfriends uncle treated us to lunch after getting our knotts berry farm tickets on base. The service here is great. Very quick and fast and for my first time they were very friendly and answered all the questions I had even though there was a line in the back of me. :) I finally tried their animal styled fries and I was in love!! Their burgers were fresh and I could not help but think how awesome this place was. I'd rather eat here than Mcdonalds... Too bad Oahu does not have in-N-out. :( I'll be sure to make this my first stop on my next visit to Cali or Vegas. :)

You either love it cult like or its not your thing. I am more on the cult like status. Neapolitan mike shake, fries and a double double. Fresh onions please not grilled , to greasy and now they have pickled yellow hot chili peppers. What more can I ask for. Maybe another , but just a grilled cheese.

I waited in the drive thru for 24 minutes. You can't leave once you're in one of these. I've tried and it only works when you're in a truck and there's a straight shot over the curbing. P.S. They do not like it when you leave the drive thru line.

I am a big fan of In-N-Out. I could seriously eat here every day! I have never written a review, though, and decided it was time. My husband and I had dinner here tonight. We had our usual, 1 cheeseburger with just ketchup, 1 cheeseburger without onions, 1 order of French fries and 2 medium sodas. Our total was just over $10. Quite a deal in my book. Service is consistently fantastic. The restaurant is consistently clean. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for your food, but everything is freshly made when you order it, and the restaurant is very popular. Sometimes you have to wait for a seat. Tonight we had super fantastic service from a sweet employee named Melinda. She was very kind and very attentive.

The food is bomb, that is a given. But the service is always really great. In n out forever has crazy long lines, but the staff does everything they possibly can to expedite the long lines by coming out and taking your orders faster thru the drive thru. My one complaint is that there just isn't enough seating inside to eat in.

Typical IN-N-OUT.. fresh , friendly staff. But all they have is 2 burgers, a single & a double. No chicken, No Bacon for the tiny Burgers Oh & a tiny drive-through at this location which is not big enough to handle the traffic. 5-Guys is much better with more selections & about 30 different toppings for your burgers. In-N-Out needs to re-vamp their limited menu.

This review is not about the workers. Those 3 girls were kicking ass for what they were dealt. This is for management. First off..Im a cook in a restaurant and I own my own food service business. That being said, who the hell schedules only 3, young girls on a Saturday night during prime time bar hours?!?! 25 MINS in the drive thru is unacceptable!!!! Again..those girls were moving as fast as they could given the inside and outside rush but no way they could keep up. This is just bad management. Went here last night and the chocolate shake was so unappealing. It tasted like plain milk and I ordered chocolate. Odd! The girl there was really kind and switched my drink to a lemonade which was yummy but I really wanted the chocolate shake! I have been in the same spot in the drive thru for 14 minutes. How do I know it's been 14 minutes? Because there is a timer in the window that tells you. And there is no way to back up or go around. WE ARE STUCK IN FAST FOOD HELL.

Have you ever been to an In N Out that wasn't packed? I haven't and they still are amazing! I love you guys so much and I will be coming to In N Out for the rest of my life and I really mean that!! They do have the best burgers ever. Food at this location was great of course. People that work here were so nice! Been coming here for years and the food is always perfect. The lines sometimes get long, but this place is fast and efficient. They can get a long line down no problem and still give great service. I usually get a double double animal style but sometimes I'll go crazy and get a 4X4 animal style. It's huge and delicious.

I have yet to walk into an In n Out Burger Restuarant and get bad service...you must pay them well because you guys have the right recipe for food and service. I had gotten comfortable not checking my order in the drive thru being they always had gotten it right. Today I went in around 220 and the girl over the mic couldn't get my order straight every time she repeated it back it was wrong so I should be known better but when I got home my order was completely wrong and I ended up paying twice as much for what I got and threw it away as I didn't have time to go back and I am allergic to an item they had on there. Dear In-N-Out in Menifee, I want to write you to thank you for being located here in this rather small city that I plan to live in, within a few months. After house hunting and looking at some gorgeous new homes in your city, my hubby would trek his way over to your place for a nice burger. It makes him really excited that we have an In-N-Out rather close to where we plan to live and I can honestly tell you that my husband will be rather often for your burgers. I also want to state that I can't really do fast food anymore but the one kind that won't give me a stomachache, is your place. Best In and Out ever! My food is always delicious, the service is quick and the staff beyond friendly and welcoming. I have one experience that truly made my month. My card was declined. I had over spent. I was at the drive thru window. Instead of saying better luck next time or just sending me on my way, the cashier gave me my order and said to pay later. I was beyond embarrassed but the way she treated me made it go away. I went back a few days later and paid it. Many many many blessings to the staff at this location! I love In and Out!!

In-N-Out is a great fast food spot in California and in parts of neighboring states. They are your standard burger, fries, and milkshake stop. Their burgers are more fresh than its competitors and they have a secret menu that will provide all the options the tourists aren't aware of. Animal style fries and burgers are my favorite. It's basically grilled onions, pickles and their special sauce with extra cheese. Because In-N-Out is so popular with the tourists they offer a variety of t-shirts and other souvenirs to purchase. Another thing you will notice when you go to In-N-Out is most of their locations (in San Diego at least) are extremely crowded at all times. Usually the drive through line is so busy they have someone outside taking your order before you can even get to the voice order area. They will have a menu with them in case you aren't familiar with what they have to offer. The whole purpose of me writing this review for this individual location (and giving it 5 stars) is because this location never has had a line in the 3 times I've gone here! I'm usually on my way to Palm Springs from San Diego and it's a little bit off the freeway but not too bad (you can see the sign from the freeway but it's in a strip mall type area). Whether you want to walk in or drive through, there is hardly a wait. The employees are friendly and the bathrooms are good enough. In-N-Out is a place you'll have to try out if you're in California, especially for you visitors.

Don't get me wrong, In-N-Out has a great menu, but my advice is to go during the day or evening because the workers at night slack off a bit. They forgot to serve us our drinks that we paid for. Not only that, but also our fries that came with the meal that we ordered. That will probably be the first and last time I ever had bad service from In-N-Out, so my advice is to go when the workers are wide awake and paying attention.

Glad to have one close by now. Great food & service. Crew still needs seasoning so be clear w/ special orders(protein style,animal,4x4,etc). Food is always really fresh. No heat lamps on those burgers. Definitely worth the money for the quality of the food. Fries can take some time to get used to but I like them a lot now, as opposed to when I first tried 'em. If you got kids, ask for those stickers to keep them occupied. I end up fiddling with the stickers myself while they make my order. I did like the alertness the employees show and they're quick to address any problems. Friendly staff but have to say some of the employees are almost too friendly, where it's borderline fake. It comes off where you are not too sure if they are being sincere or not. Tone it down a bit fellas. As for the menu, it's pretty simple. Burgers, fries and a drink. Or a shake. Some special requests not on the menu: "3x3" - three meat and three cheese(also 4x4 or 3x2, etc. whatever combo u prefer) "Double Meat" - Double Double no cheese. "Animal Style" - meat is cooked and fried with mustard and then pickles, extra spread and grilled onions are added. "Animal Style Fries" - same deal as above but on fries "Protein Style" - burger is wrapped in lettuce and no bun "Flying Dutchman" - two meat patties, two slices of cheese and that's it! no bun either! "Fries Well Done" = extra crispy fries "Fries Light" - more like lightly cooked. a bit more raw than normal "Grilled Cheese"- cheese, tomato, lettuce and spread on a bun. "Veggie or Wish Burger" - burger with no patty or cheese "Neapolitan Shake" - strawberry, vanilla and chocolate mixed together in a shake. My favorite is 3x2(three meat and two cheese), protein style with grilled onions. Give it a shot!

In-N-Out is my favorite fast food burger joint. Quality and service seem to be a dying attribute in many places, but not here. Even though they are a chain, they have not lost that spirit of delivering great food with high quality and service. I know they have been growing outside of the niche of Southern California and I believe they are doing it in such a manner that will not adversely effect the simplicity and quality we have come to love about In-N-Out! The wait can be longer than a traditional fast food joint but it is well worth the wait. If you are in a hurry, don't stop by until you have the time.

Finally something new in Menifee. Real food at In-N-out Burger. The prices are great. Feed the family on the cheap if you split the fries and skip the sodas. If you don't know already, order the onions grilled. Makes all the difference and In-N-Out doesn't cut corners, the onions are really grilled to perfection. None of this kinda cooked but still white and we'll call them grilled onion business.

all in n outs are the exact same. always GREAT! to the people that think simple burgers are not good anymore shame on them! I don't think they can cook a burger like this place does or even cook at all. I am the type of person to make a lot of remarks at certain places for being "a place just to visit" and say you've "been there" But if you dislike in n out then I don't know what to say to you. This place is way better than Five Guys Burgers. I really don't see what people see in over priced burgers at a fast food joint when you can get way better quality at burger by design type of places.

The best fast food ever, their burgers and fries are good and healthy compare to other fast food chains. Their employees are very polite and attentive. But this store is lacking of minority workers.
