Update: Togo's you went from 1 star to 5 cuz you care about the people. I called them and they made me a new sandwich that was hella delicious! I appreciate that!

This Togo's was horrible yesterday. Besides the fact that the guy making our sandwiches took forever (The place cleared out about 3 times while we still waited), the quality is what I'm here to write about. I got a BBQ pulled pork and rather than making some fresh, they gave me the equivalent of meat that had the texture of toothpicks with BBQ sauce on them. The meat was burned. And dry.And just disgusting. It could have taken a few extra moments to make it fresh, but what I got was unedible and I ended up throwing it away. This Togo's sucks and I will never go back. I will go to the one in Newark,at least they are consistently good.

I never thought Pastrami warmed in a microwave would taste good, but, alas, I was mistaken. TOGO's Regular #9 Hot Pastrami Sandwich is full of thin, flavorful, greasy goodness served on a fresh roll. No, it's not a NY or LA Pastrami, but nevertheless, it's consistently good. I like mine on a Parmesan Cheese roll with mayo, mustard, pickles, and peperoncinis for a little kick. The staff at this location is usually friendly, but service can be hit or miss.

Bad customer service! ! I called and ordered my food at 12:02. I came in at 12:15 and didn't get my food til 12:43!! Never coming back to this Togo's again.

Just moved to the area. Togos has been top sandwiches places in entire Bay Area at least in my opinion but this location here is just horrible.. Worst togos I've ever been to. If you want togos I suggest you go to another location. Sandwiches are alwaysade incorrectly and the wraps.. Well the wraps are another story.. They put about half the filling as other locations and wrap it loosely to make it seem correct..then you try to eat it and it will immediately fall apart.. Horrible. Got a salami sandwich and they didn't remove the outter skin..choked until I almost threw up. Noticed every piece of salami had the skin on still. Just avoid this location .togos is a great place for sandwiches but this Grimmer location is THE WORST

This togos is comprised of great workers who actually show their effort in doing their job. The line at lunch isn't too long and I always enjoy the food I get (I know, it's a chain). There is ample parking, modern decor and the people are really nice:) I think I'll be coming here on Thursday to get my roast need sandwich for $4. Love me some roast beef!!

Great sandwiches, horrible service and too expensive. Wish there was another location nearby. Every location I have been to in the bay has been great except this one.

I always come to this Togos whenever I am in the Fremont area. The staff is very nice and welcome me as soon as I step in. I usually get the #9(pastrami) or the Italian #16 which are my favs, and sometimes a side of broccoli cheddar soup if I'm in the mood. They also deliver to my work atleast twice a month! And the sandwiches are always fresh when they come in and disappear quickly. I also like when my company orders the platters because I get to try new sandwiches, thats how I recently discovered the chicken ceasar salad wrap, awsome! Further more there is plenty of parking and the bathroom is clean. I'll be stopping in for tomorrows lunch for my usual!

Hands down the best Togos I've ever been to. I've always favored Togos (over Subway) because of the fresh bread but this specific location blew me away. Exceptional customer service, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by not 1 or 2, but 3 different employees who also ensured they completed their service in making me a amazing sandwich. Ordered both a salami sandwich for myself and pastrami for the wife. She loved it. If you are in the are and are looking for a great sandwich made by a great staff, I high recommend this Togos location.

Came in with limited time for lunch, line was to the door but was in and out in 15 mins with a delightful hot #9 sandwich. Will definitely be back again! Staff told me next time I was in a rush to call in and place an order to go for even faster service.

Super helpful staff, sandwiches on point! Lines are always short when I come and they keep the place clean. I've always been a Togos over subway girl so I'm glad this is close by :P

Togo's is the place to go for the biggest, meatiest sandwiches. Forget about the 12 inch at Subways, it is a well-known fact that girth is more important than length. The Pastrami is Togo's classic. For a working man, it's a must to try this massive log of meat. Make sure you have a good digestive system and drink lots of soda, as the salt content of the Pastrami is 150% of the RDA. In other words, TASTY! For people who don't want to much salt, there are also healthier choices. I always make Togo a treat. When I feel sad or happy. Sort of like alcohol I guess.

I recently had my wife's birthday picnic catered from this location. I ordered a large Favorite Taste (The Italian, Turkey & Cheese, Roast Beef and Albacore Tuna) and a large Santa Fe salad. The 24 half-sandwiches and salad were more than enough for all our guests and everyone enjoyed the food, particularly the salad. The order was ready at the time they promised and the staff was really friendly upon my arrival. The food came in easy to carry containers and the staff provided all the necessary utensils. I really had a great experience with this location and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who enjoys great sandwiches and great service.

One my many favorite Togos but lunch time can get super busy and can take 20 minutes to get in and our during your lunch hour. Parking lot is a little small so can be hard to find parking sometimes. Overall the employees are fast and friendly here!

Spent almost $20.00 on two sandwiches and two bag of chips today. Big mistake. Thought I would try the Cuban sandwich as my husband is from Cuba and we both love Cuban sandwiches. The gentlemen who made the sandwich did follow the company's instructions on how THEY make it. However, let's be honest with each other, this is not a true Cuban sandwich. First off, a Cuban sandwich is never made on a soft roll. It must be crunchy, similiar to French bread. Actually, it should be done on Cuban bread, however, since that type of bread is hard to find, a close substitute needs to used. They use a toaster oven to heat the ham, cheese, pickles. That is a no-no. They use a pull pork meat that is shreddred instead of slices of cooked pork loin that has been cooked Cuban style. That I understand. Cuban sandwiches are pressed on a Pannini machine. Also Togo's will add a vingarette to the sandwich and then ask if you want produce on it. Not good. Overall the score for The Cuban is a 2 out of 10. Wasted money. If you want to experience a good Cuban sandwich, when in the L.A. area, look for Porto's. They have several locations - Glendale, Downey and Hollywood plus there are other great Cuban places to eat. I will let corporate Togo's know to either remove the Cuban from their menu or to start over and get it right. As for my sandwich, a cold #7 Roast Beef with cheese, I said no onions, and what did I get on my sandwich, onions. The employees where polite and professional. Not their fault that corporate doesn't understand how to make a Cuban sandwhich.

Many will be happy to learn this location is under new ownership. I located this shop on yelp after I had been getting my sandwiches from what I thought was my local spot. So, driving here alone saved me about 5 miles round trip. Now, that made me happy but it was multiplied once I walked in the door. Not only was I greeted with a hello and welcome but the woman made sure to make eye contact with me. I think we, as people, often times get wrapped up in our daily 'to-do's' and forget it's the little things like this that matter. I also met the owner. A very nice man. He told me he bought the business a few months prior, and unfortunate for him, adopted the previous owner's yelp reviews. It does not seem fair that this new owner should incur such negativity but the rules are the rules. All in all, this location now has great customer service, a great location (for me :)) and, of course, unbeatable sandwiches.

Wow! Huge Upgrade in Service! I used to frequent this place for lunch. The poor service I USED TO receive discouraged me from going very often. However, I think the place is under new ownership now. Boy have they turned things around. In a Good Way! They smile and greet you the moment you walk in. They are courteous prompt and polite. It doesn't hurt that they still make some of the best sandwiches in town! Had to come back here and upgrade my old review.

My order wasn't perfect, but earlier that week they prepared a large amount of food for La Diabla's work and is was perfect. When I average the results, 3 stars! I've been here several times of the past year or so. Kinda a dumpy, little strip mall. Service is always good. True pastrami? Not really, but the ingredients are fresh. Has anyone else noticed that the list of sandwiches has been cut down to just several of the most popular? WTF?! Free soda with check-in!

  • Stephanie L.

Dog was sad she couldn't go in but was happy to look in the window. One day we had a lot of contractors at our house. I bought them all lunch from Togos and even bought some extra so that nobody would go hungry. All those sandwiches were demolished. The next day we failed to preorder and got stuck behind a 500 sandwich order from Tesla (who also didn't preorder) We were forced to go to Subway and we had left over sandwiches- with good reason, they were super bad in comparison. Togos is pretty inexpensive and super tasty. My hubs loves the pastrami and I hop around from the Italian to some of the chicken sandwiches. Check in for a free soda. I seriously try not to buy soda, but I may drink it when it's free.

I live near this Togo's so I go frequently enough. I read all the negative reviews but it appears, as another reviewer said, that the management has changed. I have had great service every time I've gone in. They greet me with a hello, or "how are you?" and listen when I place my order, and smile! They always say " have a nice day" when I leave. The quality of sandwiches there is great, just like you would expect at any Togo's. I do agree that it's in a bit of a dumpy place, kind of behind McDonalds and tucked away, but the restaurant is good.

  • Janice L.

I usually likes Togo's as a franchise. They have good sandwiches! For that I'd probably give it a 4 star. But this particular review is for the less than stellar customer service I received today. The lady who made my sandwich needs to desperately work on her communication skills. She asked me if I wanted everything on my sandwich and I said, everything except tomatoes. Then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted mustard, to which I responded....everything except tomatoes please...and she said...so you want mustard? After that, I got my sandwich, took it back to work, opened up my sandwich and THERE ARE FREAKING TOMATOES ON IT! I've got a mild allergy to tomatoes, so I'm not going to die or anything, but it definitely ruined my meal. I feel it's super important for employees at any food establishment to pay attention to what a customer is requesting, and this particular Togo's needs to work on that.

I came to this Togo's because there was a free drink coupon but I've long gone to Togo's every time I visit the South Bay Area. The staff was super friendly and the owner came out and greeted me, which is rare if not non-existent at quick sandwich chains. As per usual for Togo's my sandwich was great. I got the chicken salad but have had and really like the pastrami - not quite up to New York pastrami standards but nothing is. I'll definitely come by this Togo's next time I'm in town for work and visiting family

Alright, that was my last and final chance I'm giving to Togo's in general and especially this one. Almost every time I've gone to a Togo's it just doesn't sit well, and that's saying something considering my stomach is pretty tough. On top of that the counters are high and you can't see how the ingredients look [for freshness] and how it's kept. I'm sure the mayo didn't look fresh at all. This Togo's looked really dirty, meat scattered on the counters and even the counter where you order looked pretty sketch... I don't know what to say, it used to be just a matter of the food but now it's a problem with the appearance of the place. I don't know what people's objection to Subway is but at least everything looks and tastes fresh. EAT FRESH, eat Subway. P.S. Fighting being food sick right now after that Turkey Avacado, smh

This place is a complete turn around since I last been here. The place is under new management and is completely different than before. The customer service is excellent and the sandwiches are made how I used to remember Togos growing up. I will definitely be back at this location when I'm in the area. The #9 pastrami is the best pastrami sandwich ever!!!

I've been coming to this Togo's for years. It's my favorite one to frequent in the Bay Area. They have a very friendly and fast working staff here at Togo's on Grimmer in Fremont. I usually get the #9 or #8 when I come here. Another thing I like about Togo's is they have 1 person that is dedicated to doing the ring ups, so when your sandwich is done, you pay and go eat right away. Even crazier thing is people spending their money at Subway. Subway for a foot long is always $6 or higher, a large sandwich at Togo's is usually around $8-$9. Well worth spending the extra $2, you get fresher bread, more meat, and more and better quality toppings. If you want a better meal at lunch, choose Togo's.

  • David L.

I would like to give them a better rating but my service experience here has been inconsistent. At times very quick and personable, other times I am waiting in line for 15 minutes "starving" when only 1 person is ahead of me because the employees are having a conversation with a customer that goes on and on and on. Being personable with customers is great , but wrap it up dude i'm hungry. Last time the girl finished making my sandwich and walked away to talk to her friend and I had to ask for someone to give me a "ring" so i can pay and leave. The appearance of some of the employees is pretty shady and unprofessional but they are all very nice in general. The food quality has always been excellent and my order is always made correctly as I request.

This has always been my favorite sandwich place before I started my diet 20 months ago , great service and always clean . Unfortunately today , my only day I decide to break my diet and enjoy a sandwich I find out when get there at 845pm they are close :( .. What the F . Closed 15 minutes early? I pulled on the locked doors and the young white lady behind the counter just looked at me with no expression on her face . ... Well I guess this was a sign for me not break my diet .

I have been going to this location for years as I work in the area. I cannot say I have ever had amazing experience here as I find they have a huge turnover rate with employees. I have noticed for the last few months there seems to be a new manager and a lot of new employees. I have patience for people learning a new trade and never complain about simple mistakes but the new manager here is just rude. I have seen how she treats the employees in front of customers and the customers. She confused me with someone she knew and treats me semi nicer, which is just as rude to me. Being a customer I think everyone who comes in and supports your business should be treated with respect.

Stopped here on our way to Santa Clara. My sandwich was good but my husband was annoyed that he was asked many times what veggies to add to our Sandwiches while trying to multitask with 2 sandwiches...like seriously...one sandwich at a time lady. The other cons about this place is that the bathroom needed a few essentials to be fixed or refilled such as no toilet seat covers and broken hand soap.

Food: I have no complaints here, the food is always good & fresh. Customer service: This is very hit & miss. Some of the employees are very friendly and talkative, others just look down and mumble. Sometimes you're greeted when you walk in, other times it's just silence. Cleanliness: For the most part it's a clean establishment, but there can be many dirty tables after the lunch rush while there are employees just chatting. I have not used the restrooms at this location. Pricing: I pretty much always order the same thing, an Asian chicken salad & a small drink to eat there. For reasons unknown to me the price always varies, it'll be $8.10, or $8.66, or $6.19. What's up with that? It's not the worst Togo's I've been in, but it's certainly not the best either. Fix the customer service!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I've called here numerous times to place an order but never understood the lady on the other end and even got dial tone twice! The SLOOOOOOOWEST sandwhich makers in history and dirtiest too. This place needs a whole new management and team if not then CLOSE this togo's down!! Anita the lady that made my sandwhich just threw things together, I watch her use the same gloves she made my sandwhich touch the microwave, then opened the fridge, came back to making a wrap, then pull out the tub with meat inside and didnt use a tong to pick out the pastrami but her own hands!! BIG NO NO and dont know how she got hired. OVERALL the WORST Togo's! NO STAR'S AT ALL Btw, Expect to wait 30mins with NO LINE for your order! SMH

Much improved, with new management. Togo's has gone up hill, and then down hill, and now back up again. My wife and I ate there recently, and the sandwiches were excellent. How excellent? So excellent that another, unrelated customer LITERALLY came up to the person who made her sandwich and said that was the BEST sandwich I have ever had. I wouldn't say that about my Turkey sandwich, or about my wife's Turkey with avocado, but they were very good and the restaurant was clean, the service friendly. A very good sandwich place in Fremont, for sure.

I am just leaving this place and it was by far the worst togos ever. It took me 20 min at the counter to get 1 sandwich, 1/2 salad and 1/2 soup. Soup was not available so she had to nook it for 8 min to get the right temp and it is so hot we can't even eat it. Then a homeless man came in and employee ended up kicking door and saying get the fuck out. Nice!!!! I am so annoyed at this place right now.

I always find the negative reviews odd at times. I know multiple people who only buy their favorite Togo's from this location only. Unfortunetly, they are not ever going to post on Yelp. They instead give their positive reviews by word of mouth. This Togo's has great employees who do work hard, and put up with customers bad attitudes and crummy days with a smile. I always feel too many are quick to post the bad, but spread the good by telling friends and family. I never take these reviews to heart unless I see it for myself. Others should try this out!

So very impressed with my visit today, friendly but efficient experience. Previously last year had a horrible experience with my sandwich maker. Three times he stopped to hike up his jeans with his gloves on, then went on making my sandwich. I commented my horror and he explained to me that he had gloves on. I paid for my sandwich and promptly threw it away. I did contact Togo's and they offered a replacement sandwich but I had no desire to go back. But I love some of there sandwiches and decided to get one today, some 6 months later. As soon as I entered something was different, after placing my order I commented that the energy had changed, the general feeling. I was informed that this Togo's was under new management. Will have one of my fav's in my home town on my list of places to go again

THANKS TO THE NEW OWNERS! Whenever I walk in I am greeted with warm welcomes. Togos has always been my favorite sandwich shop but I stopped going to this location after having a bad experience with previous owners. I heard this place changed owners so I decided to give this location another chance. The new owner is a young gentleman who really knows how to provide great customer service. He has really turned this place around. I highly recommend this location and the #9 :)

I think it's hilarious that I'm the Duchess here. I've been here twice and have had different experiences. It seems like a very slow store where they don't see much traffic. The employees chat a lot and service is kind of slow. But at least the sandwiches come out decent on both occasions. The second time I was here was different. First of all, there had been a robbery where some dude crashed into one of the windows in the front of the store, so it was boarded up. It made the store look like it was shut down or had been closed. They were open, serving a couple people and talking about what happened. The story was being told so much only one of out the four people behind the counter was focused on helping the customers. I waited a long time just to be greeted and helped. When it was my turn, the employees were still chatting away. Then finally, I'm up. I placed my order and asked for the Yelp check-in deal for a free 20 oz soda and the person in charge told me it's not valid, only FourSquare is. So I said, well look at my phone and look at the Yelp sticker on your front door. I'm not trying to be cheap, but I'm not going to pass up a freebie that's being offered. She said she couldn't honor it because I didn't print it out. (I wanted to roll my eyes and explain what "checking in" meant.) Her co-worker explained that they can indeed honor it. Done. I will NOT be coming back here. I bet I'll get better, and faster, service from McD's next door.

In the past month, my family & I have come here a few times, only to walk right back out because we found out there was no pastrami available. The second visit, my husband asked about it and the employee told him that if we wanted pastrami, to come in before 7pm...Really? 2 hours before closing? So, we ended up going elsewhere. Today my husband & I went in at 11am for an early lunch. Ordered two regular sandwiches and then had to wait while they heated up the pastrami, the girl that waited on us said that we could get our drinks and she'd bring us our food, which she did 10 minutes later. Our sandwiches are face open in a basket and barely lukewarm and by the time we got to the second half of our sandwich, it's probably colder than it was before she heated it up. While it tasted good, it was unusually dry, which anyone knows that's not the norm for #9. I'm thinking that the next time I want a Togo's sandwich, I'm better off driving to the one in Milpitas.

This place used to suck. I've been living in Fremont my whole life and by the good graces of god I can finally get a hot pastrami sandwich the way it was intended to be. Apparently a younger guy bought the place, he made me my sandwich last two times I went it, and it was made just like I remember it growing up as a kid. Keep it up. We need more fresh blood in the neighborhood.

I was taking a class in Fremont and we were on break for lunch a majority of us decided to eat here. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and worked quickly. I ordered the large number 8 ( Turkey & Roastbeef with cheese ) OK excitement number 1 they had SPICY JACK CHEESE... ( HAPPY DANCE!!!!) EXCITEMENT number 2 they had parmasean cheese crust bread! I was so gonna dance! I ordered asked for some extra meat had them put salame on it . Let me just say it was really good! My only down fall for the bathroom was that the WOMANS bathroom door knob was broken and you had to use a latch and it was hard to push the lack over. other wise I would of gave them 5 stars!

Compared to the other Togo's in the area, this one is definitely the worst. It use to be one of the better ones, but I honestly cant say that after today... or any of my recent experiences here. And believe me, I have tried and tried to give them chances, thinking a few times that maybe I had just gone in during busy times and that's why my orders were always messed up. Today when I went in they were dead. 1 customer ahead of me in line, yet no one helping us at all... then I overhear the conversation at the counter and it is very inappropriate. It was quite apparent that I was being ignored so that the gal could finish telling her friend/customer about last nights events and so on. Then she yells, and I mean yells for an other lady to come out, who appears in a rancidly dirty uniform and sighs as if her job is so hard, however it was a very uncomfortable moment at the counter. Anyways, I start ordering and a man that apparently they both knew from some Karate studio comes in and they both start talking away to him, so much so that I cant get a word in between them to tell the lady how I want my order! I guess this Togo's is now a hangout and not a restaurant?? Not to mention the fact that as soon as the boss walked in the attitudes quickly changed from ghetto to nice, yet they talked trash about her the moment she was in her office. Trashy situation all around, plus I got mischarged. I discovered that and 2 incorrect sandwiches once I got back to work. Way to go Togo's! I guess your hiring process needs some fine tuning.

I stopped coming to this Togo's for the reasons stated in previous reviews but ever since it went under new ownership I became a regular again. The staff greets you as soon as you walk in, their friendly and prompt. The change is immediately noticeable, and the atmosphere has definitely changed for the better. I've had my sandwiches made by several different staff, even the owner and have always walked out satisfied!

I didn't know Togo's gave up sandwiches and started serving sponges. This review is actually rated 0 stars. No, sorry.. scratch that... this review is for -4 stars. One negative for ever sponge you served me that day of April 22nd at 6:30PM. I got out of work and decided to stop by my sister's place and eat with her family. We thought Togo's would hit the spot. So I PHONED in our order and they told us 15 minutes for 4 sandwiches.. again I say.. they told us FIFTEEN minutes.. so I gave them 20 minutes before I got in my car to drive there. When I get there not one sandwich was done. Not one sandwich was even started. So after a total of 50 minutes from the time I called in 4 sandwiches I was able to start heading home with my food. You'd think I'd be okay since I finally got my food.... no. We all open our "sandwiches" to see an absolute mess. The wrappings were soaked and dripping. The bread was literally a sponge. There was NO dry piece to that bread in the slightest! After unwrapping my soup of a sandwich I grabbed my keys and started to head back to throw my "sandwiches" at the window of that poor excuse of a sandwich shop. BUT.. my sister, being the sweet person she is, came up with the idea of sticking them in the oven for a bit to dry up the soaked bread and they turned out.. blah.. barely okay at best. To this Togo's I say this to you... "Just give up and close down. Thanks." To the people that may want to walk in and order, I say... "a burger is a type of sandwich. Go to the McDonald's next door."

location was kinda hard to find, people weren't friendly when i walked (they could have said hi). it was a togo's sandwich. well made and tasted good but could have used friendlier customer service.

I go to several different togo's franchises and this one is the worst. Every time I have gone, I have waited an extraordinary amount of time with only 2 people in line. The staff seems like they don't want to be there, which I get, but it is also frustrating when you are trying to grab a sandwich and go. I have waited 20 minutes before with 1 other person in line. Kinda ridiculous. However, none of this is the reason I am writing my review. Today my boyfriend and I called in an order. I heard him order it, and repeat it. I made him call it in, cause I didn't want him to wait forever in line like I have done many times before. He brings home the sandwiches and they are wrong. He said nothing about mustard or pickles and both were on his sandwich. He did ask for cheese and that wasn't there... I have no idea what sandwich order they made and gave us, but the only thing right was the meat and the bread. I have gone to this place for many years, since I grew up in this area, and this place has continuously gotten worse and worse. I don't think I will go back after what happened today and the other reasons stated above. I get that it is just a sandwich, but when you pay money for something and condiments that you strongly dislike are placed on them and you can't eat the $8 sandwich you bought... it is frustrating.

What's with the mean lady that always looks unhappy and cranky when I walk in? I'm a regular, damnit! lol. Anyways, I always get a Turkey Avocado or a Cobb salad (minus the bleu cheese junk, add feta!), or I'll get the half and half. There have been a few instances where they've messed up my order, but not to the point where I refused to eat it. Portions are getting smaller, and they're always out of Dutch Crunch bread... Always a sad awakening.

You've got to be kidding me! What's the damn point of having a "express order" machine if you don't even bother making our order?! We came in around 5:40..the line was pretty long but we saw the "Express Order" machine in front of the door and decided to give it a shot--we were tired & didn't feel like standing in line. We finished putting in our order at 5:47pm. We waited patiently as the line dwindled..as the 10 or so people who came in after us ordered, got their orders and left..as the employees stood around doing nothing when there was only one person at the counter..we left at 6:17pm..still hungry. I mean, I totally understand helping out the line first--but really? Even when there was only 1 person being helped and 2 employees staring blankly onto space..no one bothered to make our sandwiches or even ask us if we needed help?! We were sitting there waiting for 30 minutes! No one was in the restaurant! Maybe I'm blowing this out of proportion..or maybe I am allowed to be upset at the fact that I waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and never got it..never even got as much as acknowledgment that my order was received and in the process of being made. This place sucks.

The one time that I decide to come to Togo's, they "ran out of bread". How does a sandwich shop not have an adequate supply of bread???

The place is a MESS and it's 3:30 pm (so not the lunch rush), the worker made himself a sandwich and was standing behind the counter chowing down. The ice tea is empty.Every single table is dirty and arpet is full of food. No plates or trays clean according to worker. Very disgusted!!!

I ordered a Viva Vegetarian Sandwich for lunch (since it was the only toasted warm sandwich option). However when I came back to my office lunch room, I found that: a. Sandwich was cold (almost ice cold) b. Not cut into two halves making it difficult to hold and eat c. Dripping I am completely disappointed by the quality of sandwich doled out at this location. Out of all the locations that I have eaten Togo's Sandwich at, this was the worst one for sure.

We stopped in this Togos for an early lunch--WOW did we regret it! There was only other group of customers in the store that early, but it still took more than 10 min to get our sandwiches ordered and built. The clerk had to do each item 1 task at a time, no ability to remember the next item (so you had to order bread... then the item... then the condiments--you couldn't say a turkey sandwich with Swiss and lettuce, because she couldn't retain that many things at once!) Once we battled our way past the counter and finally got our sandwiches and sat down, the food was ok. But the restaurant was freezing cold--NOT enjoyable to sit there and eat. I've never eaten in a sandwich shop that was such a turn-off in so many different ways!!

This place is bleh!! I don't even no where to begin, the food here is mediocre compared to other sandwich shops in the area. This place is a mess, the counters have pieces of meat laying around, the tables look as if they have never seen Lysol. The best part was the fountain drink area, I don't understand how there was mayo on the ice dispenser when I informed them of the mess the clerk took a wet towel and attempted to clean it off but in reality she just smeared it all over the machine. The staff here is very unprofessional and unfriendly I would not recommend this place.

I love the other Togo's spots everywhere I visit but this one is a bit off in terms of customer service. The food was fine but the service was not the usual friendly Togo's atmosphere. And to top it off, as I am walking out the door with my food, the employees stop me and accuse me of stealing two dollars from the tip jar on the counter. An employee said that she saw me.

I just hit this Togo's for lunch today on my break...never again! I will drive down to the end of Stevenson for a sandwich from now on. There wasn't too much of a line. Granted there were FIVE people there working. Three sandwich makers, one girl ringing up customers, one re-heating some soup, and one stocking chips. After reading other people's reviews I'm thinking the wait all depends on the time of day you're there. I got in and out quickly and my food was decent. Togo's sandwiches typically hit the spot. So I know you're wondering why the two stars then ...my BIGGEST complaint with this spot would be the customer service. Every single person working was in the grumpiest mood. The girl ringing people up was bitching at the girl re-heating soup that she wasn't doing it right. The sandwich makers couldn't have been bothered to acknowledge any customer waiting in line. They just leave you standing there in line when they finish with a customer. Instead they glare at you and give you the biggest attitude once you are standing in front of them to place your order. The lady who made my sandwich felt the need to argue with me about what veggies came on the sandwich. I don't care what it comes with...these are the veggies I WANT on it! Then all of the sudden she's offering me more things to put on my sandwich. Freakin mood swings galore! I think there are way too many chicks working together in one place. They're all PMS'n at the same time and it's like walking into a lion's den! I will not be back there. Don't like goin places where the staff makes me feel uncomfortable and gives you attitude. I'm sorry being a customer is such an inconvenience but why the hell are you there workin then?! Maybe they need to add a few men to their team to cut through all the estrogen flying around.

The location is a bit funky. Its hidden in a lot behind the new McDonald's. There's an older Indian woman that works there that hardly ever smiles. The customer service kind of sucks. The people are just kinda like "ok, here's your sandwich, bye". I usually get a #2 and it works out fine. Not the freshest ingredients, but its a sandwich so one can't complain too much.

This place is really crummy. It's kind of hidden and looks not like the most legit place. But that's besides the fact. They don't have any idea what customer service is. You don't really get greeted or anything, they stand there and basically wait for you to order and they just make it. I ordered at #9 (hot pastrami on white) and I had a really simple order, light mayo, only lettuce and tomatos. When I got the sandwich, it had everything on it. When I asked them to re-do my order, she left out the tomatos and just put in lettuce, and lots of it. The pastrami was so greasy and it literally leaked the paper wrap PLUs the bag. This place really is the worst Togo's I've ever seen. It looks nasty and dirty and I really won't be coming here again.

A worker began to sweep the floor directly behind the lady making my family-size sandwich. I had to ask him to stop since she didn't. Then I realized when I got home that she forgot to add cheese to a second one as I asked her to do. No apology given for the sweeping incident. The sandwiches are sloppily put together and no balance in their applying of ingredients. Turkey Avocado should be called Avocado Turkey, or maybe just a guacamole sandwich. Way overboard on the guacamole. Bread was a bit stale (Parmesan). The quality has gone down substantially over the last year. Not sure why. Although the servers are generally nice here, maybe it's time to give Quiznos another shot.

I usually never have slow service at Togo's... however, I came here the other day and thought the service sucked. First of all, we had to tell them we were ready when they were ready to take out order, even though there were like 4 workers behind the counter. Who makes customers wait? I just think they should have been more attentive and more customer service friendly. The lady looked at me crazy when I asked for banana peppers...I guess the yellow peppers are only called banana peppers at Subway. My bad. Anyways, had it not been for the clean and roomy eating area... I would have only given one star. I really was surprised, this Togo's is one of the larger ones I've seen before.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Lets face it, Togos food is Togos food, however it is the GOD AWFUL service from the staff that prompts my review. I now drive out of my way to a different Togos on the occasions I have a craving for a #24. The last straw came when it took 30 minutes to order a sandwhich even though there were only two customers because while one staff member stood talking on the phone, another wandered in and out of the back room and a third stood still at the counter yelling at the one on the phone. Who runs this place?

It's okay for a TOGO's which is boring but my rant is how come the ones in the SF bay don't have Dunkin Donuts! Huh! that's like the only reason for going to a TOGO's anyways.

I live less than a mile from here. It is never crowded and it is because the bread is old, and they don't know how to make sandwiches. They slop on too much mayo, and like I said I had to take all the fillings out and brush the mayo off. it was disgusting. you could choke on the bread it was so old. My 8 yr old grandaughter could make a better sandwich than they did and I could have saved 7.00. save yourself the money.
