Probably my least favorite chilis but after a failed attempt at the macaroni grill next door can't complain too much. Our waitress was very kind don't get me wrong but she did not come by the table all that much...I had to have the waitress serving a table across from us to refill my drink. I understand she was probably a little busy and her positive attitude definitely made up for it but I would have liked a little more attentiveness. My grandma got a steak and broccoli but the broccoli was bland. I got the fajitas which were alright..not the best. All in all an average visit but they were pretty busy for a Tuesday night.

Why does this place exist? Seriously. Visited tonight with She who must be obeyed and my clone. Our Betta died, so we thought we'd stop by Chilis for dinner and then go buy a replacement fish. This is our 3rd or 4th time in since it opened some years ago, and every time we come, we leave feeling the same. Disappointed in the food, and a little sorry for the kids that have to sever it. the service was great. The hostess, servers, and busboy were all friendly, professional and attentive. As on other visits, the failure is in the food. it's a combination of bad recipes and poor execution. I got the 3 tacos combo special, and my wife got 2 chicken tacos. The Sprog got a plate of fries and shared with us. I got one fish, one chicken and one Carnitas. The fish was really fishy, just not good or fresh. The chicken and carnitas were better, but tasted like smoke flavoring and salt. The cabbage was the best thing on any of the tacos. The rice and beans were good, but not anything special. My wife's two chicken tacos were also just OK, but kinda wilted and plopped on the plate like no one gave a crap. Overall none of it is ever really bad, it's just never close to good. I'm sure I'll forget this review in a few years, have another crappy meal, and then realize I should have known better. The boy got his new fish at petco, named him Ron. God knows why, but as long as he's happy.....

My family and I have been here many times in the last decade that we've lived in Corona and service has been up and down which is one of the reasons we don't frequent this place... But, hubby suggested it for dinner so we met there after work! First of all, my daughter and I sat at the bar at 6:50 and I wanted to order happy hour. The server advised that happy hour is from 3-7 and I missed the cut off to order! Wth!!! I still had 10 minutes, he totally jipped me! He was nice but disappointed I couldn't get an order in. We ordered the trio platter for appetizers which included the mini sliders, southwestern egg rolls and onion rings. All were decent. Our dinner wasn't served until 7:40, took forever to come. My husband ordered the fajitas, he likes the and order for every time we have gone there. My daughters ordered the chicken tacos and mini burger with fries. And each enjoyed their order as well. I ordered the sirloin steak with salad. I ordered it medium. My steak was over cooked. Bummed about the visit!! Cool thing is there are tablets which offer games and ability to pay your check and tip, so the server/cashier is no longer needed for this step.

Family and I went out for Grandparents Day, there were 8 of us dining. Unfortunately, my order was screwed up and out of the eight I'm the one that uses yelp the most! I ordered the 2 for $20 and asked for a medium rare 6 oz. steak only to receive a well done steak! Argh! So, back went my steak there was no way I was going to grind that rubber! So, sure enough they came back with another it was so rare my daughter kept questioning how could I enjoy eating something that bloody! I was somewhat uncomfortable but, I was hungry and didn't want to send it back again! So I ate a raw steak!! Anyways in the end all was good as the manager came over and apologized for my over done steak and said he took it off the bill! So, I ate for free! I hope it doesn't happen again because the waiting without half your food does suck, cause everyone else is eating and your not!

GET IN MY BELLY! Chili's is one of my all time favorite places to eat. They have the yummiest chips and salsa for surper cheap. Grub outttttttttttttttt since its unlimited Texas cheese fries are a good small bite if you aren't hungry for a full on meal, or one of their salads would do. But my all time favorite favorite favorite dish, is the Cajun Chicken Pasta. I order this with the chicken on the side, then add broccoli, and lastly add grilled shrimp. And let me say, this creation is Divine!!!!!!!! The type of Alfredo sauce that they use has such a great flavor, and I could have seriously licked my bowl when I finished my pasta. The broccoli was steamed perfectly, and tasted amazing when dipped into the Alfredo sauce. The shrimp was grilled, and seasoned to my satisfaction. The fresh tomatoes on top- that was the icing on the cake! Sooooo happy, like many times before. One complaint about our visit today though, our Cajun pastas both came with burnt bread. Like it was black looking and when you bit into it, you wanted to spit it right back out because it even tasted burnt. We were sad about that because usually the bread is so yummy! Will come back for my Cajun chicken pasta

Yikes.....the 1-star reviews here keep piling up and nothing seems to change for the better. Went there on V-Day for a nice pre-movie appetizer and drink combo. But, when I walked in the front door there were 2 young girls jabbering with each other at the hostess area who would not stop talking to acknowledge I was even there nor did they ever offer to seat me. SO, I decided to go to the restroom. When I returned, they were STILL yapping and again did not even recognize me as a potential paying customer and good tipper. At that point I should have just left, but I just wandered into the bar area and seated myself. I ordered a yummy Mudslide cocktail and the appetizer Trio, which on the surface sounded great: loaded potato skins, buffalo chicken and burger sliders. 25 minutes later and I still had not received the Trio and I was already about to be late for the nearby movies. When it finally arrived, only the limp skins were hot, with both the sliders and buffalo chicken almost stone cold!! If the kitchen can't get the temps right on a minor appetizer, what must it be like for a full blown dinner? The ONLY reason this place deserves a star at all is due to the good drink and pleasant bartenders. The rest of the meal and experience was a total FAIL....

While I really would like to give this place the benefit of the doubt, my 9 year old sister was served raw chicken. It took an hour for our food.

Well my Mom gets a craving for the Chocolate Lava Cake every once in a while so a couple of weeks ago..we go. She got a yummy salad. I got a rib eye steak. Food comes. My salad is good but my steak is raw. Raw raw. Send it back. Still raw. Send it back. Gray & steamed looking. Management apologizes profusely, but I'm over it. Just take it off the bill & let my Mom eat her cake. But then Chris comes over & insists I just let him personally cook my steak like he does his at home & give him six minutes. Okay. Mom orders another drink. OMG! SOO worth the wait. Absolutely cooked perfectly & honestly one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. Still didn't charge me. Now that's the kind of customer service that makes me want to go back to a place. Thanks Chris!!

We got here around 5pm on a Wednesday, we figured cause it's a weekday it'd be fast on getting our food; well it still took long just as if it was the weekend. Maybe they were short on staff. Everything else was good, the food is always delicious.

I would like to start off by saying I have worked in food service, and we were 'that' table. 13 people, 7 of which were kids. We also had coupons. Yeah, ouch. Our server, who I cannot remember the name of, was PHENOMENAL!! Drinks were never empty, she accommodated our difficult coupon situation, and she was flat out amazing with the kids. Could not ask for better service. Whoa, only three stars? Yeah we hooked her up on the tip and if Chili's is reading this, and has any kind of employee rewards based on Yelp reviews, please know that this rating in no way reflects the awesomeness of the server!! The food took well over 30 minutes. When it arrived, it was okay at best. I ordered a guacamole burger. It had way too many jalapenos and was luke-warm. Also, of the 12 plates (two littles shared) that were brought to the table only 4 were right. 3 of the 7 kids received only entrees and no sides or vice versa. I upgraded to the sweet potato fries and received regular fries. My wife received no ranch. All three burgers at the table were entirely too greasy. We were less than satisfied. Now for a little food service trick...a lot of people would attribute at least a few of these problems to the server. I, however, did not say anything until the bills were presented. EVERYTHING we ordered on the bill was 100% CORRECT. Absolutely no fault to the delightful server. This Chili's needs to pay more attention to detail on the back of the house. The food took forever, and then it was mostly wrong. Every star earned on this rating came from the overall experience and not the quality or accuracy of the food. We also noticed no managers on the floor. I expected to see some sort of quality control in the front of the house since there was clearly none in the back. Luckily, the servers and host staff have everything pretty much down all by themselves. We will return, thanks in small part to the server. We will return, mostly, because of the convenience and that is sad.

Steven was our waiter tonight in the bar section... Moderately busy but nothing crazy. Put in my order for a Steak, Mac and Cheese, and Mashed Potatoes. Didn't tell me that the Mac and Cheese had jalapeños in it and when ordering our initial drinks it took 10 minutes to get them. When I asked for a refill Steven went to clean his tables first and then forgot about my request. I had to go up to the bar myself to get my refill. 2 stars are for the overcooked Steak and at least they got the mashed potatoes right....

Service was just "ok". My servers name was Michael and I asked him if I could use a coupon I had that expired a few days ago. He said"no" I'm like bs.. Another location did it no problem he just didn't want too even though I knew they could.. Oh well it's all good I do agree with a previous review this location has a lot of noisy kids.. The food was good which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Hadn't been to any Chili's in well over a year so we were pleasantly surprised when we came to this one with a gift card. We arrived before 5 pm on a Wednesday (we have a little one) so it wasn't super busy. Our waiter, Brian, was very attentive and friendly with our 18 mo old as she tried to get his attention. I know they went through a sort of "re-branding" lately and it worked: great mix of tex-mex/sandwiches/burgers, clean environment, and the tablets on the table are a nice touch. Stacked restaurants has used them since its inception but Chili's has a good blend where you have a traditional waiter but can use the tablet to browse menus, specials, and play games (for $0.99). Not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but this one is running its parent company's business model to a T. I even had an issue with a urinal that was resolved immediately. Well run, friendly people, and especially good for happy hour prices.

I come here at least once a month. It's usually always perfect. Well today my waiter plan flat out sucked. 2 black berry iced teas came as regular iced teas. My beer came to the table about 20 minutes after I ordered it and can you say warm beer that was only 70% full. Then are meals came and we ordered 2 loaded mashed well both plates came out with regular. Are server came to the table once. And are fries we're cold. I didn't even take a sip of my beer nor did we even eat and our server just kept walking by. So I just simply asked for a box paid and left. I will be coming back I just now know never to have this waiter serve me again.

I am a huge fan of chilis. I love them because they are usually all run the same, and they do a good job. NOT THIS ONE! The service here is horrid, and the servers are all full of attitude and arrogance. I requested a booth for me and my two kids, as chairs just allow my kids to run in circles. I get attitude from the male host saying "well you're gonna wait awhile." Turns out after 30 minutes I ask this new hostess, and the original asshole didn't put my name in. I finally get seated and my server never shows. 20 minutes later he does, and he must have been told I want a happy camper because he shows up with this major attitude rushing me on my drink order and food order. He never said more than two words to me at a time. The managers there walk around not caring about customers, where other Chilis I go to will have managers going table to table. Not this one. I will never ever ever come back to this restaurant. I encourage anyone on here to stay the hell away. Go to the macaroni grill next door. They have class.

Came two weeks ago. Food was awesome. Not today. Maybe cuz they were busier then normal? Got a beef taco and chix enchilada. They put the taco on top of enchilada which made it soggy. The food took too long to come out. My sister ordered a salmon well done. It was not. My husbands patron margarita was not worth it. He said it was too sweet. It comes in a cute patron bottle but too much ice which waters it down. The dessert was disappointing. The lava cake tasted like it had been frozen/refrigerated for too long. The cookie dessert with ice was not hot at all. The best part was our waiter.

The food was outstanding. I order fish that taco's that were cooked perfectly. The reason I did not give 5 stars was the service was a little slow. The Waiter was very nice but I am not sure if he was overwhelmed, but we had to ask 2 different times if someone could ask him to come out. They did not look overly busy. There was no wait, so I am not sure why the service was slow.

I don't come here often. They offer a variety of cheap appetizer for happy hours for about $5 NACHOS, rating 2/5 It was not the best nachos. I prefer don Jose's nachos better although it costs twice as much. These ones came in about 7pieces and it looked more like tiny slices of pizzas. Thick and filled with cheese, jalapeños sprinkled on top. MANGO MARGARITA 4/5 I love this drink !!! Its filled with fruity citrus flavors and the handle the size of 16oz beers. I was impressed with the flavor really, it had a good amount of alcohol in for the mix. SERVICE 5/5 Our server was superb and cute. He was very humorous even when it was late and he was tired he still came by very often to check in on his. Constantly making sure we had everything we needed and making us comfortable. An extra point for not forgetting my lemons in the water :)

My husband and I frequent the bar often. We love our servers and bartenders. The food is always good and if we ever have an issue our server is more than happy to fix it! I love the Margaritas and chips and salsa...they never fail!

Good service but my food arrived after everyone's food was halfway finished, not the server's fault, I'm sure is the kitchen. I DID NOT ENJOY MY VISIT TO NIGHT. Everyone In my party got their food and they said it was delicious, I had to take mine to go after I had cancelled, they brought it and I really didn't want to make a scene so I took it. Not be back for a while...

Very disappointed in the lunch service today in the bar. Very understaffed! Everything was wrong in our order. We never got our salad food took an hour to get needless to say we missed our movie! This is when the lazy manager should be out on the floor helping his employees. Won't be returning anytime soonthanks for totally F N up our day chilies!

We have been coming to this Chili's since they first opened. Unfortunately our experiences here, lately, have not been stellar. We were there this past Sunday-arriving just after 5:30 or so. We were quoted about a 20 minute wait and it was actually a little less. Great start, right? We were a party of 5. 3 women 2 in their 50's and 1 in her 70's, 14 y/o girl and 5 y/o boy. After we were seated we noticed that the temp in the room was pretty cold-colder than outside. This does tend to be the norm in Corona-I jokingly say I am going to start bringing a blanket when we go out! After we placed our order I mentioned the temp to our server and she said she would check into it. A few minutes later, the manager, Jeff, stopped by our table. He was very personable and explained that the air wasn't on, it was just the fan. However as we were talking the air from the vent (right over our table) seemed less cold. He said he would check to make sure the air wasn't on on and I think he most have because after that the temp was fine. We ordered 2 of the $20 dinners for the 4 adults/teens and the small one ordered pizza. Chips and guacamole and fried cheese were our appetizers. My sister noted the time we ordered since we have had problems with long delays here in teh past (my last visit our food was served late and cold and we didn't get any silverware-really!-that meal was a complete comp!) Chips, salsa and guacamole and cheese came pretty quick along with beverages. Chips, salsa, and guacamole were good as always! Fried cheese was just okay-should have been hotter. We were done eating our appies and thought too much time had gone by-sure enough when we checked it had been about 30 minutes. Our server stopped by to say that our food would be up soon and we asked to speak to manager, Jeff. She said they were waiting on my fajitas. Food arrived in about another 5 minutes. Well, most of it. 2 burgers, ribs and pizza came. Pizza was hot. Burgers and ribs were not. Burgers we way over cooked. My mom ordered mashed and got fries. Server brought her the mashed pretty quickly and they were nice and hot. My chicken fajitas came in a few more minutes-sizzlilng hot plate. I noticed that the chicken looked different from the last time I ordered (I think it was Nov. 2013). The chicken was blonde-no grill marks. Looked like it had been poached. Onions were slightly burnt but that is normal with fajitas. Jeff arrived a few minutes later and listened to our complaints and explained a few things. Chicken different-yes, Chili's has gotten rid of their grills. WOW! Due to carbon footprint. Pizzas and fajitas are made at the enchilada station. That caused their delay. Other food was ready and sat while waiting on rest. That is not how server is supposed to handle it. Also, he agreed that the 5 y/o's (very antsy) pizza should have been brought out asap. Also, the server may not have put our order in right away. He checked the ticket when we asked to see him and it had been stamped about 20 minutes earlier. We let him know it had been about 30. Jeff, again, was very personable, and gracious! He was awesome! He said he is working on making changes at this location. He took some of the food off the bill. We did tip the waitress, though definitely not 15%. She failed to get our food out hot and she never asked if we wanted a refill on chips. We will be back to this location, but we will continue to keep track of food delivery time. We do like the food at Chili's though I am concerned over the changes in how they are prepping some of their food. I won't be ordering the fajitas again.

I wish I could leave negative stars... This was the worst dinning experience my family and I have EVER had!!!! Seems like 90% of the staff called out on New Years Day... Even the cooks!!!! It took 30 min to get seated which in general is no big deal... Even though half the place was empty... Still we sat down... We figured if we would order right away our food would come out quick... NOPE!!! Our server was very nice he was doing his best and said sorry many times for the long wait.... Well after about 45min to an hour our food came out we thought well at least we will get hot food... Again WRONG!!! My buffalo chicken was basically cold.. My sons pizza was not all the way cooked and my sons chicken fingers were shriveled up and gross!!! The food was the worst I have ever had in a dinning out experience! Go somewhere else anywhere else! They need better management!!!!!

Came here on a Friday night and the service is awful. Ordered artichoke dip and it arrived cold. Had to track the waitress to let her know about the artichoke dip. Asked twice for refills and still waited 10 minutes for the drinks. Soup and salad was good but the service killed this visit. I am usually very understanding but they weren't that busy - six empty tables in our area alone.

We have been coming to this Chili's for years. It is what you should expect from a large chain restaurant. Unfortunately the wait times most of the time are pretty long, not really the restaurants issue. The staff seems eager to help and for the most part is very good. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for someone to greet us like they aren't sure whose table it is. The food quality has seemed to diminish over the years, or maybe the menu has not changed enough to keep me interested. The queso dip is always a hit and of course the deserts are great. The bar area is always a good time with plenty of TV's on to watch whatever sporting event is on. All and all, not a bad place to go for sure.

This chilis sucks. I will NOT be returning. My order that I placed to pick up was ALL wrong. My burger was plain. Literally bread and meat. I did NOT modify this burger at all. My soup was cold and my fries were freezing. To make it even better, when I asked for a spoon to go along with my soup, he informed me they didn't have any for me & asked if he could get me some napkins? I said uh... You realize I have soup right? He just looked at me. FINALLY he says something to a manager, and she gets me a metal spoon... I am beyond disappointed with my service here. He was either new, dumb or just had no desire to help anyone. Again, this chilis sucks!

As with most Chili's restaurants, this location can usually be counted on for decent food and an inviting atmosphere. I find myself going for a bit of both. Although it is boring to me to review large, chain establishments, I have been dining at this particular one for over a decade. That said, I feel this particular restaurant deserves an honest review. So Jason, you have been eating there for a decade...why only 3-stars then? Well, because its Chile's...just Chile's...no more, no less, and the corporate philosophy of order and efficiency in the name of the almighty dollar implores all Chile's to be the same. This one is in a nice place, in a nice area, and over ten years, I still enjoy coming here. The Atmosphere: FUN! This Chile's has a nice bar area that just invites feelings of laid back comfort and fun. It is a rectangle shaped bar where you can enjoy a good game on the big screen or people watching...Which can be WAY more fun by the way. The bar is open with a nice color scheme and lots of windows allowing a good amount of light during the day. Not a dim, dive bar here. The one problem I have is that this restaurant gets so packed, it can be difficult to find room to stand, let alone sit and order a beer. One thing I don't like is that the bar becomes a defacto waiting area and if you happen to be sitting at a table close to the lobby it can be annoying. The Food: I must say, I enjoy their new menu and selections. From steaks to seafood, Chile's has a bit of everything. I enjoy their appetizers and appetizer combinations. Their steaks are tasty and their new garlic butter steak was VERY good. I am a big fan of their tortilla soup and nachos as well. Their new menu is inspiring and I found myself wanting to go back to try some of the other new items I saw. I do feel the desserts look better on the menu than they taste in reality, but hey, they still taste good. The Service: In ten years, I have NEVER had bad service here. As I stated before, this location can get packed, but they handle it well. The bartenders are attentive as is the wait staff. Overall Chile's is Chile's...One thing that frequenting this restaurant over a decade has taught me that I think I should mention however.... Since 2008, the prices have stealthily crept higher and the portions have been made ever so smaller. You almost wouldn't notice it, unless you come about once a month like I do. This past weekend was the most glaring example of it. Yes, the garlic butter steak was delicious, but what they said was 6 oz was barely over 3. And no, cooking is not responsible for a 50 percent reduction in size. It is obvious that Chile's is trying to become as profitable as possible....There is nothing wrong with that....But now, I am starting to notice it. As long as the food is good, I will probably keep coming back, but I can see a time when I might think twice. Anyway....TRY THE VEAL! Just kidding.

I love the margaritas here... However this trip I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a turkey patty instead of the hamburger patty... First they gave me a burger but caught the mistake and had it remade with a turkey patty.. My boyfriend and I wondered why it was taking so long.... When we finally got our food the turkey party was way over cooked and didn't have cheese or bacon on it. I was so hungry at this point that I just let it go. It's not like we could have gotten our servers attention anyway since he was so busy... It's just frustrating... We couldn't even get refills on our drinks. Now I hear the table behind us sending things back that were made wrong.. We love coming here... And honestly, this experience makes me rethink coming back. Maybe it was just a bad night or they were short staffed... I don't know.

I was there last Monday with my mom and we were both beyond disappointed with the service. I gave two stars because I enjoyed my food but it took about an hour and a half to get it. We ordered our food (can't remember his name for the life of me) and we did the 2 for 20. We ordered our food way before anyone around us did and got our appetizer rather quick. But I noticed a couple of families ordered the same deal but they received their entree in a timely fashion. An hour passes by and I'm still chomping away at some chips because I ate all the guacamole. We both ordered the noodles and by the time our server finally came by after ignoring us he said "oh they burned the noodles, they'll be out shortly." I don't know how you burn noodles but they managed to do so! By the time our food came out we just told them to put it in a togo box and left. I most likely won't be returning to this location

I've been to this Chili's multiple times, but the last two times left a lot to be desired. The first time we were our waiter treated us like a nuisance and when we told them it was my friend's birthday the waiter asked us if we were sure we wanted to bother because it was only a scoop of ice cream. The second time we were completely ignored along with three other tables around us. My daughter got her kid's quesadilla first and after 30 minutes we had to go to the front of the restaurant and ask the manager if the rest of our food was going to come and when it did it was cold. We saw our waitress twice which was when she brought us our drinks and our check. We definitely won't be returning.

Am surprised to see the amount of stupid people that rate and use yelp. One gave them 2 stars because of other people were too loud... Really?! Or because they didn't get the right seat they wanted. Flat out, the food is great for the price, the service is amazing for any restaurant and I would and have recommended this place to anyone! Keep it up chili's, you're doing it right!

My husband and I came here one night, because it had been a while since we came to Chili's. We decided to seat ourselves in the bar area. The waitress was very friendly and cool. We put in our drink orders, it came fast. We put in our food order and started playing the little video game on the table ($0.99, I think that goes on your bill). Well, 45 minutes later, we were so caught up in the games that we forgot about our food. Apparently, so did our waitress. We asked a different waitress where our food was? She went to go check on it and brought it to us. Our food was cold. So sad. We were so hungry and upset. We told our waitress what happened and she asked us if we wanted to leave? Yep. No offer to remake, just if we wanted to leave. So we did.

Food was good... Pretty bad service though. Chili's has always been fresh, hot and tasty... But I've never experienced poor customer service when at a lunch meeting. The manager seemed to be overran with a stronger personality of our server. She was rude and obnoxious to him, and ultimately looked like a jerk when she got multiple plates incorrectly cooked and/or prepared. I will eat at Chili's again... Just not this one.

First time going to Chili's and i doubt i ever will again. For one we waited 20 minutes for my wife and i to be seated, no it was not packed, there were plenty of tables open just not clean. It took forever for one person to take the initiative to clean, most of the front door staff greeted and looked around instead of getting the person in charge of cleaning the tables or even a manager or server do it. Second, "world famous baby back ribs?" They're O.K... And last took a long time to get our food even though again, it was not packed nor half way full...and the server after giving us our food didn't check with us for refills and we had to ask someone else to get our check. Oh yea, the bathrooms are dirty as well, no one cleaned the . Either this place is extremely under staffed, or some of the employees are just lazy. And or have a inadequate manager.

Happy Hour ALL DAY SUNDAY! That's a nice touch. The wife really appreciated this fact. While shopping on a Sunday, we decided to stroll by this place. See them on every corner now (maybe they are related to Starbucks). Always love their $20 deal for 2. It was a little crowded, so we decided to sit in the bar. Service was fair. Food was alright. The biggest plus side was the ALL DAY HAPPY HOUR! My recommendation is to join their club for coupons and deals. They are automatically emailed to your smart phones and show the server. I overheard a guy ordering his dessert to go at another table...

Had a really good time with friends and family. Great spot for unwinding during the week with a couple of drinks. The service was good, the drinks were really good! I had a presidente margarita and a regular margarita! Delicious! We had appetizers. Guacamole with chips and salsa. Perfect snacking to quench my thirst with the cold margarita I had! Will definitely be going back! Yum

The hostess was unfriendly. The food took forever and they twice brought the wrong thing out. Our waiter manny was rude and told one of our party that she forgot to remind him to bring her side dish. What??!! Slow on refills. Food was alright. We had three kids at our large table so we were using 3 on the little electronic games (2 were in use) and he came right over and took the one my daughter was using. We said why can't he take the one no one is using? He said that one belongs to the other table and marched off with it. Did it matter? I didn't even grab it off the table he took it to. And we grabbed a third because the other one that was suppose to be at our table was in the window behind us broken. Anyway, we had three different tabs and we were leaving tips which we already thought he didn't deserve when he grabbed the other electronic game from my nephew and then the one in the window saying how it was all broken. Excuse me??? It was broke already that's why I borrowed the other one you jerk. I pulled the cash tip off the table. Here's a tip manny, stop taking stuff out of little children's hands and worry about your service not sucking.

I love chilli's, usually. Today, waitress was great but food, not so hot. Salad had brown leaves; cheese sticks were tasteless, accompanying maranera Sauce had a funky taste to it. Steak was over cooked. Chicken enchilada Soup was boring and bland. Redeeming factors: chips and salsa, classic toasted turkey sand which, loaded mashed potatoes and very attentive staff! :)

Two for $20 how can you beat that?! The salsa is great. The service is great every time I come here. The only complaint is that it seems to always be busy and they don't give accurate waiting times but what restaurant does?

I love and support this Chili's because they are involved in multiple local fund raisers for great causes. But the good food and service definitely brings me back here on regular basis.

Went on Wednesday for my neighbor's birthday dinner. We arrived at around 7:20pm and was informed that it would be a 25-30 minute wait. Needless to say we decided to wait in the bar and have a drink while our table was prepared. Aftewr ordering a beer and an iced tea, the bartneder informed of it would be a moment as they have no clean glasses to serve at the moment. Looking around I found the area under the tv on the right side of the bar to be covered in dirty glasses and dishes. When the rest of our party arrived, I looked around and found most of the tables were not being bussed by anyone. After about 25 minutes we finally got our table which was cleared by the hostess. We ordered our drinks and food. It took an hour for 6 people to get their food. One of the people ordered potatoe skins with sliders, and texas egg roll. the egg roll was soggy, the sliders buns were hard, and the potatoe skins were actually limp. either they microwaved the food or it sat under the heating lamp for an hour. Some of our party got their food incorrectly, and most of the food was served cold. after speaking to the manager about the issues with our food and the overall hygeine of the restaurant he decided to comp us our food. Needless to say none of the tables around us were cleaned until we made an issue about it with management, with several tables having left over food and dirty dishes on them for over an hour. I actually watched them move the dishes from one table to another just to make room for some guests. the bathrroms were disgusting and the floor in the server prep area was covered in food and grease. Needless to say that since they are willing to leave their dining room in the sort of breeding ground for food born illness and serve food that would not even pass as credible at any prison i will not be back to visit this location. I have forwarded the pictures and the complaint with the health department. the amount of bacteria and potential virisus that were left out for not only myself but small children to get hold of was horrible. I hope they clean up there act but based on this visit I can not even give them a second chance.

Worst experience at a chilis! Worst food ever! Took and 1 hr and 10 minutes to get partial meal. On chicken sandwich bread hard and burnt, no bacon. On fajitas meal took took 15 minutes to get the tortilla. By the time they came rest of party was almost done.

Horrible service we walked out! Chili's closes at 11p.m. Last night we walked in to no hostess, then proceeded to be ignored for 10 minutes. We locked eyes with over 10 employees. One girl was off her shift and came up to the podium and ignored us! Really? You can't say someone will be right with you? We we're intentionally ignored most likely I thought so we would sit in the bar area. Well, it's 9 and they didn't close till 11! I didn't want to sit in the bar we were celebrating a birthday! A tall man with grey hair finally came over no apology just a blunt do you wanna sit in the bar for happy hour? We said no thank you. He rolled his eyes and turned his back to us and then turned back around with a irritated look and said well there gonna have to clean off a table for you. As there were tons of empty booths and tables. We said that's fine and he said unless you can just sit in the bar there are booths and tables and its the same service... Ummm no it isn't! The bar is loud, people are drinking and its a social area with t.v. and drunk people! We already said we wanted to sit on the regular side! We decided to tell the guy no, we will just go next door to Macaroni Grill. We went over to Mac Grill and we were greeted and seated with no huffs and puffs. Chilis is such a disappointment reminded me of TGIF at Dos Lagos (Epic Fail) its sad that these people are even employed!

We have always been a huge fan of the Texas Cheese fries! Naturally when it is my birthday I ask to come here. This time I am not sure if it was the large party they had next to us or maybe one of the 6 servers we had were too busy??? At first it was impossible to get refills then all of a sudden they were all at the table and at one point we counted 15 cups for 6 people. We really only needed two refilled. Still the evening was ok, then they took almost 40 min for chicken strips and fries to come out. I begged my father to come to Chillis he wanted to take me somewhere else. It took sooooo long for his food to come out that I felt bad and went and paid the check so he wouldn't. Ugggghhh so bummed. Just a note, while the service seemed to lack organization the hostess and the six or so servers were very friendly. This two server thing really isnt working for you guys... Maybe old fashioned is better??? Oh and just my opinion the kiosks aren't cool!!

Chili's is one of those places my family and I have been coming to for years. They have good food, my family LOVES their chips and salsa, it's bottomless and they love it. I've tried several of their chicken dishes, and they've all been really good. I used to order the Quesadilla Explosion salad all the time with their avocado ranch dressing, but that was before I became health conscience. I still highly recommend it though. They also have an excellent kids menu with many choices, as well as many side choices! Knocked off a star for the slow service that we've received a few times, but other than that, I can't give Chili's anything less than four stars. A lot of memories have been made at many different Chili's locations. It's a great chain.

My husband, our 4 month old son, and I attempted to eat at this Chili's tonight. We were seated by a host (didn't catch his name but he had large plugs in his earlobes hiding his gauged ears - he was very professional, got us a sling for our baby, and sat us immediately - kudos to him, he's the only reason I didn't give this place one star). The issue was that after we were sat, we waited in our booth for 12-15 minutes without so much as a greeting from any server. Several servers passed by us (one in particular to drop off food to a table next to us, another who took orders for a table of 8 sitting across from us, and a third who asked the table on the OTHER side of us if their party was doing okay), but not one of them took any notice to the fact that we were sitting there. A simple, "Hi, I'm so-and-so, I'll be your server tonight, I'll be right back" or "Hi, your server will be right with you" would have made a BIG difference. Also, the entire time we were sitting there, the MANAGER was chatting with the table of 8 about traveling outside the country. I sincerely hope she enjoys her trip to Guatemala. My husband and I have both worked in several restaurants as servers, and the average required greet time runs at about 2-3 minutes... not 12-15. We left, advising the host, previously mentioned, why we were leaving. I love Chili's and have never waited that long for a greet. Someone needs a training refresher... we will not be eating at this particular establishment again.

The waiters here are a little aggressive about taking your order, but I guess they just want to hurry up the process. It was my first time having dry rub ribs here and they were pretty great. The only downfall is that their restrooms were out of stock of everything...No toilet paper, no paper towels, I was surprised they even had soap left over to wash my hands.

I read some of the previous reviews about this Chili's which have been negative. I'm happy to say I had a great experience at Chili's. We went here on Valentine's Day which was also the day of the Allstars basketball game. There was no wait, we were seated immediately and choose to sit the bar area to watch the tv's. Although we didn't have perfect service it was good service. Our food was great, although 3 out of 4 of us ended up taking home doggie bags because we couldn't finish it (now we have lunch tomorrow). Overall I would say it was a great dinner and we'll definitely be back!

My family and I have come here often, and in the last three visits, the service has gotten worse and worse. Last night, we went at around 6:30 and there weren't too many people there so we were expecting the service to be a bit quicker than it was. We ordered our drinks, appetizers and main dishes the first time our waitress came around. The drinks came with good time, the appetizers took a bit long but the main dishes took almost 45 min to come out. And the only reason it did come out was because we told the manager we wanted to pay for what we HAD gotten and leave. When the food arrived, it wasn't hot and we received no apologies from our waitress or the manager. When it was time to pay the check, it took another 20 min before anyone came along. Now I don't expect free things, but in my own experience working in customer service and bad experiences at other restaurants, some sort of compensation is usually offered following terrible service like this. But of course, we saw no such thing. Aside from the service, other problems we came across were hygienic such as a dirty table, dead insects along the window next to the table and chewing gum literally hanging from the bottom of the table. As you can probably guess, my family and I will not be returning to this establishment any time in the seeable future.

Depending on what you get, the food is decent. I usually get the same thing and I like what I order. There is also a good selection of desserts. Most of the time the waiters and waitresses there aren't the fastest and they tend to forget about you.

It's a chain restaurant so you have to temper your expectations. The chips and salsa are always good. There is a fairly decent variety on the menu and it is usually pretty good. Service can be a crapshoot. I have been coming here since the place opened and sometimes (especially if it is a waitperson who has seen me before), the service is great. Other times, especially with new staff, it seems to take forever. It seems the restaurant staffs the dining area depending on how many customers they expect so if it is a little crowded and they are not adequately staffed, everything seems to slow down.

I'm not a big fan, but I often get gift cards from my Citi Rewards to this place. The food is great, the service is okay....but I can't wrap my head around why I'm not a big fan of this place. I think it's because it's bright and noisy. The tables are squeezed so close to each other than you can hear everyone talking around you.....so everyone talks louder and louder..... Oh, and the wait staff tends to take food off your table before you've eaten it. I feel like they try and get you served, fed, and out the door fast. The last time we went here the waiter took a quarter of my burger and some fries off the table as if I was done eating. I made him bring me back a new container of fries... I of course didn't get my burger back.

I haven't been to Chilli's in a very long time...years I think. I wasn't such a big fan back then, but this last visit sure changed that for me. Love the soup and salad deal, which comes with chips & salad....all three are all-you-can-eat, and for less then $7. We've had the ribeye steak here, and its pretty good without all the hoopla of adding sauces on it. Nice, simple, juicy steak, with great sides. The chicken wings are always good. My cousin ordered the appetizer quesadillas that were nicely overstuffed, and her bf ordered the appetizer (I think its an app) sliders. They've got a 2 meals for $20 =D So far so good, we look forward to returning every now and then. The service is eh...depends on who you have. However, overall we're satisfied.

Got to be one of Corona's best eateries for sure. Something sure to please every palate. Our family's favorite dining spot. Only way anyone could complain is if they had to wait for a table. Must have the best training of any restaurant in the area. The food is always cooked just right and the service is spot on and anticipatory. Adult meals $7& up, kids mostly less than $5. Need I say more. Poor reviewers must just want it all to themselves.

Everyone knows what a cheap bastard I am. So if I can make something myself and I get more of it and it's cheaper, then I'd rather do that. But I went out here for a special occasion so I didn't have much choice in the matter. I ordered chicken strips with fries and although they were good and the waitress was extremely nice and very attentive, I just didn't like the idea of having to pay $8 for some chicken strips. At home, you don't get three different dipping sauces to go with your homemade strips, but you're getting way more strips for your money. Sure, what's 8 bucks when you're saving time and effort? But every cheap bastard knows that you shouldn't have to pay that much for something so simple. There's nothing extraordinary about this particular Chili's so if you're a fan, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. But if you're a cheap bastard like me, you'd better order something you can't make at home. Otherwise, you're gonna feel like I feel and wonder if you should have ordered something else.

I really like the food at chili's and it's nice that they offer a gluten free menu (regardless of how minimal). However every time I go the wait staff is sub par. AND usually the waiter gets switched on us about halfway through the meal for another sub par waiter. EVERY time we go this happens. Do they even allow a waiter to complete one full meal? The problem with this is they don't know what you ordered, or what you're drinking, you have to re-explain yourself, if like me you have food allergies. It's just annoying. Meh. I've had better service, but the food is tasty. If you don't really care about service, then I recommend this location.

large portions, incredibly low prices, great service. i have only gotten food to go from here but still it has very nice service. strangely enough chili's restaurants don't have any ovens. everything is either fried or grilled. a cheeseburger meal around 6$ which id still lower than most fast food chains. if you use their coupons the food becomes extremely cheap. i like this place. overall a nice place to eat.

I took the bf here for his birthday one year and our LAME waitress said she wouldn't sing but would bring out a chocolate shake for him (too cheap for cake??). Not the type of hospitality I was looking for on this celebratory day. We ordered their baby back baby back (you know the song) ribs and onion blossom and played JENGA with the leftover bones to entertain ourselves. The meat on the ribs was dry and covered up with plenty of sauce (which is characteristic of bad BBQ) and the onion bloom was saltier than the hairy, sweaty back of a morbidly obese man. At least the chocolate shake was good.

There's really nothing special about this Chili's compared to other Chili's. I just wanted to write a review about this place because it was the first time I ever ate out this far. Given that it's practically in the middle of no where... yeah there are a few big name stores like Costco next door, but it's still pretty much out in the middle of no where. The one thing about this Chili's is that, if not paying attention, I would never of saw it...since it's tucked away pretty far back from the main road. I'm only giving this place a 2 star because the service was very friendly.

my boyfriend and i go here for lunch once in awhile and i really like the bartender that we get when we go. i should've gotten her name but shes awesome. im always concerned about calories when i go out to eat and she just really seems to know her stuff when it comes to the menu, and the low calorie cocktails. she's got darker hair, average height, and thin. the food there of course is great. id recommend their lime chicken soup. SO good and low in calories. and their worlds freshest margarita is great. their skinny margarita isnt bad, but not a lot of alcohol in it. For just a couple more calories you can get their "worlds freshest margarita" with double the alcohol.

I took my daughter here last night after some shopping for some needed girl time. We decided to share a plate because they offered a "create your own combo" for 16.95 and we could both get what we wanted. She had the Honey BBQ Sirloin and I requested the Lime Shrimp. The mashed potatoes were good, and the veggies were not overdone, but everything was just barely warm. One bite of the shrimp. Yee blah! it went straight back, it was raw! I still can"t get the yuck out of my mouth from that one. I tasted her sirloin and all I could taste was the sauce which was mediocre at best. I replaced my dish with Margarita Chicken, which took forever to come out. It was just OK, too dry, even the black beans and rice were dry. Really no flavor to speak of.
