I've been eating wingstop for years at other locations....but this one has consistently long wait times and clueless staff. I placed an online order and still waited over an hour for my food. The person in front of me gave up requested a refund, which no one in the establishment knew how to do. Good food but not worth chaos it takes to get it.

I've been wanting to try it out for a while and today was as good as any to see how their food tasted so my mother and I decided to try it out. It is clean, spacious and has plenty of seating. Menu is fairly easy to order from but when I asked the cashier how certain things tasted, whether the flavor was sweet or not, she couldn't answer anything. She kept on telling us that she didn't know and that she hadn't tasted anything. That doesn't help much when a customer wants to know what something is like. Anyhow, we ordered our food and waited for it at our table. It's not fast food and it's cooked fresh so it took regular restaurant time to get our food. I ordered the boneless chicken hot wings and my mother couldn't make up her mind so she got plain wings and two different sauces to dip her wings. I also ordered the bourbon beans and my mom got the coleslaw. The wings were good, spicy, and the sauces my mother got were tasty as well. The French fries were horrible in my opinion. I'm not a golden arches French fries aficionado but these fries were brown, granted they had the skins on them which I like, but either the oil was old or they were over cooked. They were soft and just downright nasty. Other people's fries were the same as well. The beans definitely had booze in them, lots of whiskey flavor, and the coleslaw tasted like watered down KFC slaw. Each of our lunch was about $11.50, way too much money in our opinion, and overall the food was just okay. We won't be going back any time soon

We stopped by for lunch since we were in the mood for wings. The restaurant is pretty clean with ample seating. The smell of wings was in the air as we walked in. Ordering was easy and straight forward. It did take a while for our orders to come out which is somewhat expected since the wings are made to order. What was not expected was that they lost one of our orders, it took them a while to "remake" it and finally get it to our table. Other customers experienced the same thing as people could be seen complaining to the front counter person. Now on to the food, the presentation was great and wasn't too messy. The wings were great except for the fact that they were very small. The average wing size was no bigger than my thumb. The fries were very good and would order them again. Overall it's a somewhat decent place. Hopefully they improve their kitchen order skills and shorten the wait time to somewhat acceptable levels. We'll probably check it out again at a later date to see if things have gotten better.

Bomb wings. The cajun and original are so good. Blue cheese is amazing. I love the fresh celery and carrots. Great prices and they are fast.

I am shocked to see such a low rating (2 stars at the time I'm writing this.) The wings are delicious. I was a regular at a branch back when I lived in Arlington, TX. Although a small eating area and lack of napkins at the tables, only one big roll at the counter. I enjoy going there. I highly recommend getting a combo the fries are delicious and go very well with all wing flavors. 4 stars being the staff is just learning being a new establishment, the lack of napkins per table, and not a lot of drink fountain selections.

This location is up to par with my so cal locations. Wings a little under sauced but everything else was fine. Wait time was average and staff was friendly. Can't complain. Monday and Tuesday 60 cent boneless wings is awesome.

Staff - nice Cleanliness - good Noise - music way too loud and manager? couldn't find remote to lower Food - Wings - good but not great - plenty of sauce (see napkin issue below) Fries - I think they gave me 2 large potatoes worth when it was just supposed to be a side. Waste of food and they weren't good enough to bother taking home. Veggie Side - good Napkins - important for a place that you eat with your hands. They had one roll of paper towels at the counter and no napkins on the tables. Wetnaps are needed after eating wings and they had none. Price - fair for what was served

Ordered the Louisiana Rub....Oh my....TOO salty...overbearing and difficult to eat. Garlic Parmesan certainly had Parmesan, however NO garlic...Homemade fries were greasy and "floppy". Nothing TUMS wouldn't take care of for the rest of the day. Place was clean and staff friendly. If we visit again, will definitely try other sauces and NO fries.

First off, if I could give a negative star I would. I have had Wing Stop on a regular in Phoenix and have always had a great experience (75th and McDowell). The wait time is always about 15 to 20 minutes but it's ok since the wings are made to order. My experience at the Yuma location was mediocre at best. I did the online order which is a great idea to keep wait time down. Secondly, there was no ice in the soda machine or lids for the 20oz cups. Now for the real annoyance, my order was completely wrong! I was given traditional wings for one of my combos when I asked for boneless. I didn't get the right seasoning on both order of fries and they completely forgot about my additional order of wings. Of course, we did not find out until we got home and having to drive back to make it right. I will say they did offer to remake my order OR refund my money. However, I did not take the offer to remake the meal, I've seen the movie Waiting :P

I was worried after I read the bad reviews. They are way off. If you like wings try this place. Cooked to order takes some ( a reasonable amount) time. While waiting I would dig some wifi but no dice! I got my napkins and my fresh brewed iced tea with splash of light lemon aid ready for the fun. Place has a fun look with tv's on the walls and was clean. I ordered a 10 piece combo. I substituted (at no charge) coleslaw for fries. I got 5 Louisiana rub and 5 Cajun. The rub is very salty tasting and not for me; since I ordered them I can't whine. The Cajun were awesome! The meat was cooked perfectly and served hot. The coleslaw on the side was creamy and crunchy and a great side for the Cajun. All the songs are all drumets.
