Most amazing sweet potato fries that I have ever had! My wife got the Mac and Cheese and loved it. I chose the Arrogant Bastard IPA and the black & blue burger. Absolutely great! Best Yuma food I have had so far. Well done!

Horrible food for "brunch," there are three options for brunch: an omelette, which is basically eggs folded over a bed of whatever ingredients you want, a breakfast sandwich on cheap white bread toast, and chicken and waffles... All accompanied by commercially purchased breakfast potatoes which were insanely salty and filled with condiments. So that's a no. I figured I couldn't go wrong with the mac&cheese...after the pictures and reviews I've seen on here it had to be safe right? Wrong, it did not arrive in the same dish and the Panko was just thrown on there... The only reason this is even a 2star review is because the server was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable, and the outdoor seating was pleasurable. Stick to coming here in the evenings for the bar experience, the concept of brunch does not exist here. Yuma, you've failed me yet again.

Best place in Yuma for beer. I also had a burger that was excellent, and my girlfriend loved her burger too. I hear they're opening a brewery across the street, so I look forward to that!

We are from California so our expectations weren't too high. However after hearing how great this place was and some comparing it to BJ's we decided to give it a try. Big mistake! The food was bland, my calamari wasn't chewy totally over cooked! We waited 15 mins for our waitress to notice we needed refills after passing us 4 times. Never coming back again total waste of money!

Cute place in historic downtown Yuma. Expected more for some reason. Service simply adequate and food just average. For some odd reason they had to bring the meals into the restaurant from the outside. Giving them 3 stars because I hope I just visited on an off day.

Nice beer selection. Might need to change out fryer oil more frequently. Good ambiance. Squeezable pillows.

We have been several times and have always had a good service, food , and beer. Well we had a friend in town and decided to take her here because of prior experience. We ordered beer based on the waitresses recommendations. My friends beer was gross. It was a raspberry beer that didn't even look like a beer. It was red in color and tasted like a malt beverage. We asked if she could get another one, after the waitress consulted with the manager she told us yes but we'd have to pay for both. At the same time we saw another table send the same beer back. We planned on eating and ordering other drinks but chose not to stay after terrible customer service. This is a small town and bad customer service is not a way to have a successful business.

Everything about this place is awesome. Food, beverages and staff are fantastic! !All the fun beers they create are really fun to try. The meals are beyond delicious! Keep up the great work! !

Lovely food! I quite enjoyed their Cubano sandwich. Although nothing like authentic Cubanos, it's still the next best thing. The pork is very moist and well seasoned. The ham was a shaved ham that seems to have been cooked in-house..very nice. I enjoyed the classic smear of mustard on the bread and the pickles had the perfect bite of vinegar and crunch. The cheese of course was deliciously melted and just brought everything together. Overall great sandwich with lots of flavor. Although I was a bit disappointed that it's not pressed like the classic one, it's still a great take on a Cubano. They have a wide selection of craft beers which makes me smile. Love the local feel and vibe. Service is nothing to rave about, the wait staff could be a bit more informed and also there seemed to have been a menu shortage which in my book is a huge no-no, especially on a Saturday night. Although it took them 10mins to get service and drinks, place still deserves a solid 4 stars for the flavorful sandwich. Will be returning and hopefully turning this review into a 5 star.

This place has everything. Great bar tenders. Great tap beers and if you are brave enough flavorful shots, certainly coming back to visit.

We had high hopes, but then took forever to get our food. When we did get food, the orders were incorrect and not as delish as we expected. Place was cute though.

Even if you don't drink beer this place is worth a visit. The staff is knowledgable and efficient. Parking is easy out back. I like to sit at the bar to talk beer but the food is good when you have a iced t. The Cubano is a fantastic sand which. I also had the aioli wings. Fantastic! In previous trips I had the burger with the egg on top. Mmmmmmm. As any place can be, if you order fries when they are busy the fries are hot and amazing. If it's slow and you have bad luck they can be stale. Like every restaurant on earth.

Great establishment!! The staff was very friendly. We stopped off here on our way to Tucson. They had one of the best turkey clubs... named The Jail Bird. Thick carved turkey on this yummy buttery toast. Delicious! This place is a "must go back" kind of place. Oh! And let's not forget about the Root Beer float for dessert. It was really good. Note: the patio is dog friend.

Great beers on tap (53 or so of them) and good prices. Very good atmosphere and they play good indie music. I will be back. I think part of the place was closed off (due to heat, maybe?) which made it seem small.

Great burger. Many beer options. Across the street from the museum where they have concert. Great burger bar!

  • Jimmy D.

Local spot in downtown with lots TVs, bunch of craft beers on tap, and a full bar. Details: ++Lots of craft beer on tap. I was not disappointed + Burgers can be made with lettuce wrap + Side order of chicken is one breast for $3 - Burger was on the small side for $10. I think it was like a 5-6 ounce patty + Waitress was very tentative --Gratuity is automatic.... which is 20% Not expecting much from Yuma. At least there's lots of beers here. I'd definitely come back for the beer.

If your in Yuma, you may enjoy this place better than Texas Roadhouse,WTF! We are nowhere near Texas! They let you hangout and enjoy yourself, no rush to get you out of your seat. Plus the environment works for out of towners, people leave you alone or toucan have a conversation without conflict. Food choice on my part was shooting for the moon and it under delivered but it's a bar so they serve bar food. Can't complain had a good time next time different food choice but willing to try again.

My husband and I decided to try one of the places on Main St. for a change. We never even got to try the food because when we walked in, the place was packed. One of the waitresses passed by us and said "Seat yourself. We'll get to you when we can." Really?! That's how this place is run? Typical, horrible Yuma service. Walked out and won't be coming back.

  • Humberto A.

Next time I'm brewing my own beer!!!Worst customer service ever! I'm visiting from out of town expected better service. Staff never even greeted us when we walked in and they weren't even busy, when we asked about the beers the the bartender had a serious attitude. I will never go back to this hole.

  • Jim I.

Kind of getting a "breastaurant' vibe from this place lately. I like pretty women as much as the next guy but there seems to be a constant rotation of well-endowed young waitresses stuffed into too-small t-shirts and/or with way too much makeup on. As any woman who has a man will tell you, we're pretty easy to please. I just want my food and beer in a timely fashion without the excessive chattiness, the too-wide smiles and fake laughs. I don't want to feel like "that guy".

Decent service. I ordered the ribeye sandwich, which is filled with fatty, chewy chunks of meat that cannot be swallowed without chewing for a long time. I ordered the salad as a side, and they brought fries. After I notified the waitress of the error, she brought me a salad very quickly; As I said, decent service on a crowded night. But the salad dressing, their balsamic reduction, tastes like chocolate sauce mixed with soy sauce. In all, each portion was unenjoyable and memorable only for their poor features. The drink was fine. The price was good. Won't be coming back here.

  • Robert M.

Good variety of beers, food is just okay. I ordered and appetizer and it was over salted. Could be their way to sell more beer? Restroom is outside and around a corner, not convenient. This place would be better in San Diego because of the trendy atmosphere.

  • Michael H.

I have to say, I was looking forward to coming to this place when I saw what their normal beer selection is like. That stood up fairly well, then the experience started going down hill. The service seemed rushed and actually a little bit rude. I came on a Friday night around 8, so I expected it to be busy. However, the music was so loud it forced everyone inside to have to yell just to hear each other. I haven't tried the food, so I can't really comment on that. MAYBE I'll try this place again, but on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, and hopefully it will be a slightly more relaxed atmosphere.

We came in for brunch after an event the previous night. The place wasn't full and we had a party of 3.... Two on one check and one separate. Food was basic not a big deal. The waitress forgot our third persons order totally. He had to reorder it and finally got his food 15 mins after us. (It was basic bacon and eggs not hard) then the check came..... This is where I have my issue.... Our party of two, one man and one woman got a nice automatic gratuity added. Really? On a party of two? Yea enjoy that auto grat waitress it's all you are getting.

Adequate. Nothing that screams out to me that says this is the best I've ever had and I have to come back.

I've been eating and drinking at the pint house for the past year, and while food can be high on the carb side, I always enjoy their Monday hotdogs, the french dip, and their fish Taco Tuesdays. Staff is incredibly friendly, but don't expect to get a table of quick service on fight nights because the place is packed. In regard to the truly important thing, the Pint House has the best selection of beer in Yuma. They pull in great craft beers from a number of brewers including saisons, belgians, IPA's and of course the crappiest beer they serve, Bud Light.

Awesome beer selection, terrific food and great atmosphere! This place would excel in any major city in the US so it particularly shines in Yuma. They have great beer and food specials each day of the week too. I'll be going back every week I'm in Yuma.

Just wanted to provide an update on the Pint House. I just hosted a reception at the Pint House in the room across the breezeway for the rest of the establishment. This space if relatively new. I had about 45 people in attendance. We ordered off the appetizer menu. The food was excellent and the service was great. When the bar tender got a little busy, they brought in another person right away. My overall cost, inclusive of alcohol, was about $18.00 per person. This included the tip. That is not a bad price for having the whole room for my group. If you are planning a group reception in Yuma, you might consider the Pint House as one of your options. I am not sure how many people the room can hold, but there is a lot of seating and 40-45 people did not fill the room.

I was here on the night of 3/2/13. Glad to see this area finally has a place that has tapped into the craft beer craze. Although not quite on the level as gastropubs in San Diego or LA, still very nice for Yuma. My major complaint on this particular night was the service. There were 2 bartenders serving up drinks on this night and the female bartender was probably the rudest I've seen. I get that it was busy this Saturday night but her behavior from arguing with customers over drinks ordered to rudely slamming drinks on the counter was unacceptable. There were at least 5 customers that i know of that commented on her behavior. I would go back for drinks at this place...as long as she was not working.

This was our second visit. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was outstanding!! Yuma is NOT exactly a gourmet dining destination however the chef ... Steve ... knows what he's doing. Very good food with excellent attention to presentation We had the grilled Romaine and the fish tacos. We're going back for dinner, the menu being somewhat limited but if Steve built it, I'm betting it's gonna be great! There isn't a better place for really good food and service in Yuma and we've tried'm all.

It was our first time checking out this place because we heard so many good reviews about it but we were very disappointed. If you are there to try all the varieties of beer then maybe it won't be so bad. But we were there strictly for the food "taco Tuesdays" and to check out the place. Service was mediocre. Food was not great..well aside from the fact that they forgot our tacos and took over an hr to let us know that. But the Lady did comp our food at the end.

Pint house Bar and Grill 265 S Main st, Yuma, AZ Great atmosphere on Main Street in Old Yuma. We had a group of 5 with varying tastes in beer and food and we all left happy. The bartender was knowledgable with recommendations on beers and appetizers. The various hot dog (Black and Blue, The Yuman...) specials were good as were the chorizo potato skins. They had 52 beers on tap with a paper list you can make choices from. I had a couple of flights with 6 three ounce tastings for $12. the price is good considering these IPA's had ABV's averaging 10% with these craft brews typically pricier than a Bud. great service and atmosphere. we'll be back. anxious for their Prison Hill craft beers to begin production at their brewery across the street.

  • Jud S.

Good beer, good burger. I will go again...by myself and see how it goes. 20% tip automatically added in. Not a fan of that, maybe because it was a party of six. It's a little eclectic, not Yumaish and I liked that.

Ok, so I said I would give it another go. And I did. I went back once it's all settled in. No more of this "we just started & wasn't ready for customers yet crap" and you know what, I was pleasantly surprised. My party had a stellar female server that was happy, attentive and pleasant to deal with. Not ignoring us like the last time, did get our orders right, and didn't circle us like a vulture around a ripe carcass. She even had opinions about the beer. Drinking: Beers are plenty, pleasantly diversified and hold an average good quality Eating: Nothing to brag about, but absolutely sufficient for the establishment. I can't even remember what I had. Service: Considering Yuma, and that the owners have done effort to improve - I will claim it's ok. Summary: If the act of imbibe brew that has flavor, then this place might be for you. The service is hit and miss, and the owners know it. There are great servers, and there are horrible servers who feel entitled to gratuity without putting in the most necessary effort. (Remember; the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra.) . This is a drinking establishment, and that's what it should remain. The beer is, uncontested, why people go here. The food is something to eat while guzzling the beer. If you go here for the food, I am sorry that your own cooking is sub-par. So if beer and beer alone is your forté, then Pint House could be your place. ..und das.. you know.

Found this place while visiting relatives. Clean, sharp interior, great selection of Beers, full bar, Decent food. I found the Pickle Bites appy great (When they decide to cook them ) Cuban was spoy on, smoked Pork and Cheese needs lots of work. Onion Rings, Chorizo Skins and Poppers hit it well. Most of the servers are knowledgeable about the Menu, some need better skills.

I have to say I don't plan on spending another dime here. Customer service is awful. I asked the bartender for a menu, said he would grab me one...never got it. We then moved to one of the tables...asked the server for a menu...never got it. Another night, I went out with my boyfriend and a male friend. The server was very coy with them and completely disregarded my presence. This was very unfortunate for her since I was footing the bill. Needless to say she did not receive a tip. They should really work on their customer service and eliminate the dead weight.

WARNING im an American snow bird, ive been coming to Yuma for two years,i recently ordered their blackened chicken,i noticed all the cooks and staff peeking out of the kitchen area to see who ordered it,to me that signaled they were going to serve me a spoiled or questional item,i felt sick after trying it,if that's the kind of place this is,count me out PS I THINK THEY OWN THE BREWING COMPANY ACROSS THE STREET ALSO.

Ok, so maybe most people on this site wouldn't give it 5 stars but here's my argument; 1. Gastropub in Yuma? They have done an awesome job to pull this off. 52 beers on tap, thats ambitious and appreciated. They do an excellent job at rotating brews too. 2. The food is very good, excellent menu and ingredients, value priced and the kitchen is open late 7 nights a week. 3. The service is way above average. I accept that inconsistencies pop up and for a business that's unfortunate. I found the Pint House service to be consistent, the bar tenders are super cute and engaging, and the overall service very good. I definitely recommend this little gem, you will not be disappointed.

As a former Yuma resident back in town for work this is a welcome addition to the downtown area. By far the best beer selection in Yuma and the food is amazing. The bacon appetizer is well worth a trip by itself.

This place is great! The food is delish and the the beers are cold! We had the Yuma dog. It is a must try! It is wrapped in bacon and cooked perfectly! The atmosphere is what you would expect from a bar and grill. The service was very attentive and knowledgeable about the beers they are serving! I will be back again soon!

This place, in the heart of the old Yuma downtown, is pretty nice. The selection of various beers is good and they have a hip, modern vibe going. The waiters / waitresses are all very pro and it is great for groups... if you are not there on a slammed night. The only negative thing I have to say about the place is its size: it perhaps deserves a larger space. On the plus side, they have a large outdoor seating area near the Yuma Wine Cellars.

The sandwiches are great and the beer!!! I love coming to this place because it feels like you're not in Yuma! lol The Dirty chick sandwich is a favorite and the Cubano (if i'm not mistaking). While all the staff is lovely, some do need to work on their product knowledge, but the service was good, clean atmosphere, but it does get crowded on the weekends.

Sorry, but I didn't like it. Let me preface with the fact that I don't drink beer. So I was here with my hubs who does. I have no opinion on the beer. I had the Pimp Mac and Triple Cheese and it sucked. Really sucked. Sorry, but I just hated it. So I told the waitress I didn't like it, she said, "That's too bad," and took my full plate away, and offered me nothing. I wasn't looking for a freebie, but it would have been nice to offer something. Perhaps just, "Can I get you something else?" Would that be so hard? She knew I was sitting there with nothing but water, that I didn't like my food I ordered, but never brought me another menu or asked or offered anything else. So, needless to point out, the service sucked too. And if you look at my other reviews, you'll see I'm not usually this negative. But I really had a crappy time. Lastly, about an hour after we arrived, something happened to the overhead music and it was filled with static. I mentioned it to the bartender and she said, "Yeah, it does that. We'll fix it." 20 minutes later, people are leaving because it's so annoying, and no one is doing anything about the music. I did notice, however, that some of the staff had friends at a back table they were all playing patty cake with. So that could account for the crappy service. Maybe waitresses and bartenders should work at their place of employment and visit with their friends on their personal time. . . If this is how this bar is run, well, don't expect big tips or return customers. Again, to be fair, my hubs had three different beers and enjoyed them all. But he didn't give a rat's crap about the service, because he was having beer. LOL! Pretty girls, good beer, who needs service, right? I'm glad he had a good time and maybe this is just better as a Guy's Place. Men like women who are selfish, rude and stuck up, don't they? ;)

Ok not going to lie. As a visitor to Yuma I had zero expectation of this place has a hot spot craft brew establishment. Not only was I wrong but their beer selection is amazing and the staff a educated on the beer and attentive. I would recommend sitting at the bar for faster service though when it is crowded.

Looked like a cool spot. Our waitress, Laura, was super slow and just an overall non-attentive server. The black and blue burger was all right when it finally came out. Our calamari appetizer that came out with our meal was terrible. It was battered like an onion ring. If we wouldn't have been starving we would've left.

Fun environment. Great appetizers. Love to go here but DON'T get to-go!! It's way below the quality of the in restaurant experience. Twice now I've been REALLY disappointed by their togo quality. Too bad too, we need a good downtown option for delivery!! While it's very fast, it's just not good and menu items are not made the same. Plus, when I spoke to them about the issue they kind of shrugged the complaint off. Doesn't seem to matter to them that's it's a totally different experience. You're better off making time to go there in person. Bacon appetizer is AMAZING!!! Try it :)

Came here last night with three old buddies. We came to drink cold, tasty beers. And lots of 'em. We were not disappointed. It's in a convenient location on Main Street. Free parking was available on the street in front and in the rear lot. None of us were from Yuma; it was just a meeting point in between San Diego and Phoenix. We luckily happened upon this place and decided to stay. For a few hours. All of us had "more than a couple" beers. I can recommend the BaBa Black for those who enjoy porters/darker brews. We all enjoyed every craft brew we tried. They offered no local draft beers. The pints are $5; pricier than I prefer. Not a good happy hour. We all ate something. I had a plain burger. Tasty but undercooked. I had specifically specified "well done, crispy, charred" but that wasn't good enough I suppose. Like others have said, they're skimpy on the fries. It was only $8 so that was fine. The only complaint was from the guy in our party who ordered the hot wings--they were tiny and tough to eat. Because of that, we left and ate an even bigger meal elsewhere. The service was OK....friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. The restrooms are outside and not quite up to par. We liked this place and I'd return if I found myself in the area again.

Since my review 11 days ago, craft beer prices went up from $4 to $5. I was not aware of it until the check came. Prices used to be posted on the menu, not anymore since they now hand out a photo copied beer list. What restaurant raises their prices in less than a month of opening. Tacky.

Not bad. Reviews online looked good. Place was busy for a Monday night. Fish tacos were great. Lots of beer on tap. Descent place. Grilled cheese was good too. If I lived here I would come back.

I really enjoyed my night at this pub. It was very full when we got there but we found a spot at the bar. The bar tinder was very professional. The bacon app. is so good I could eat about 3 pint glasses full. We have been a few times before this and I appreciate seeing the big boss buss a table now and then. Tons of beers on tap. Amazing to taste good beers on tap instead of having to drink bottles. I had the pulled pork grilled cheese and all I can say is WOW. My wife really liked the pineapple chicken sandwich and was happy they would sub a salad that was not just a head lettuce salad. It's nice to see a revival of old town and this kind of cool spot is what will make it happen.

Gone twice with my wife and service on the patio did not exist on both occasions. Gonna have an outdoor seating area, then by golly you'd better assign someone to service the customers sitting out there. So disappointed for it looks like a fabulous place to hang out, drink a few pints, and eat from their limited menu.

I passed through Yuma on business and needed a late dinner. I swung by the Pint House but the kitchen was closed...BUT they made an exception and served up a really tasty chicken sandwich. Bartender George was incredibly helpful and happy and made me feel at home. No question I'm going back next time I'm in Yuma. As to when that will be...

The Pint House is a great place to try new beer, meet friends, do some people watching and have a good bite to eat. My experience goes all the way back to when they first opened last year and I can honestly say that the service has never been terrible but has certainly improved over the last year. I go there on a weekly basis and have found the servers to be helpful and attentive, they even turned me on to some beers and combinations I would have never tried. If the place is packed It'll sometimes take a little longer to get service but you have to expect that if it's shoulder to shoulder. Overall the service here I would say is better than most in Yuma. As for the food and beer it's tough to beat. I travel constantly and like to frequent gastro pubs. I was therefor more than a little excited when one came to Yuma. Other than the lack of Pho as Saturday's food special I don't have any lasting complaints. The food is consistently good and they also serve many different type's of dishes. Some of the food could be considered a little overpriced but also look at the setting. Pub's/bar's this nice are hard to come by in Yuma. The beer here is great, I really had a hard time at first as they were finding out which beers to keep which made it hard to get the same beer each time. This however is not the case anymore really, they do rotate some beer's but most if not all my favorites are staples of the menu. This truly is an asset to Yuma and is great place to frequent.

While visiting a dear friend in Yuma we went to the Imperial dunes and the Yuma Territorial State prison (historic state park). After enjoying a great afternoon of historical sightseeing we worked up a healthy thirst. After reading some yelp reviews we were looking for Main Squeeze (a wine bar). we found this place instead. I believe it was worth the stop. The service was excellent they had a very nice Pale ale selection of beers. I had the Idiot (a micro brew from San Diego, where Pale ale got its start). It was delicious!!! We also had a pint glass of bacon and a pint glass of chicken nugs. Both were very tasty. I wanted some more of everything. The atmosphere was very nice. There was a patio area in the front of the bar where you may smoke and enjoy your drinks. As you walked inside there was comfortable seating and a bar area. All very nice. There were several flat screen TVs for your enjoyment. You have to walk outside to another part of the premise to use the restroom, but the restrooms were nice and clean. We had 5 beers (micro brews) 1 jack and soda, 1 pint of bacon, 1 pint of chicken nugs and a plate of chicken wings all for $55.28. Pretty good I thought. I really enjoyed this place and can't wait to come back. We never made it to Main Squeeze but I hope to make it there on our next visit. I hope you enjoy my review and if your out in Yuma give this place a chance, I think you'll enjoy it.

I give this place 4 stars for a very important reason, it has a great beer selection. The BEST in town actually. That reason alone, is why when friends are in town, this is where I will bring them for a pint. I really appreciate how the beers change periodically. Now save yourself some money and skip the food. It's very close to being cafeteria quality. Not worth it. I usually make sure I've eaten before or have plans for once I leave. The service is not great, but the bartenders are knowledgable and very nice and pick up the slack. I recommend this place if you are into beer and everything else is secondary.

We enjoy going here for the food and beer. The chef does a good job and we've liked everything we've tried. My fav is the El Cubano. Husbands is the San Luis Burger. The Pimped out Mac and cheese is really good as is the grilled cheese sandwich. Love their onion rings with the nice light coating. The Cobb salad leaves a lot to be desired. The beers are fun. There is always at least one sampler tray on our order for my husband. The hard cider is fantastic. The white chocolate beer is the only beer I've ever enjoyed but don't count on trying it since the beers change frequently The only frustration I have here is the TERRIBLE service. There's one younger guy who does a good job but not one of the girl servers is any good. We took guests one evening and the girl waiting on us would actually go sit at a table with what appeared to be a boyfriend by her actions. And not only our server.... Three of the four servers sat at that table and ignored customers repeatedly throughout our time there. Our drinks emptied. We couldn't order more samplers. It took forever to get the initial drink order placed. We were probably there 45 min before they took our food order. Had to ask for our check 3 times. The server acted put out when we would resort to stopping her enroute to her boyfriends table so that we could order additional things. Our bill for 4 came to almost $150 .... We were ready to have a good time. As I say the food and drinks are really good but the service is a disaster. Our tip reflected that. Plan on an attentive server only if you are a young single guy. We have entertained guests there several times with the same poor service. We will probably take guests to the Hunter from now on. We will go just the two of us when we aren't short on time. Whoever owns this place REALLY needs to get waitstaff who have a work ethic and some organizational skills. Or maybe just train them. The 4 stars I gave as rating are obviously ONLY for food and drink.

Went on Saturday afternoon about 2 pm. Sat on the front patio and were greeted the second we got there. Good job of adding a list of your beers and what "kind" they are for the servers to hand out. We ordered 2 beers, they came right away which was great. For eating ordered the Pork Bahn Mi sandwich and Dirty Chick burger. Both were okay, not huge portions but enough for lunch. (I think we missed the lunch menu time so the prices were a bit high for lunch, but now we know.) Waitress was very attentive, took our order correctly, delivered it in a timely manner and she came out to check on us a few times, refilled waters, etc. Overall SO MUCH better than a few weeks ago on all fronts. Keep up the good work and I think this place is going to do great in this town.

Loved the decor and the bar was inviting. They have an open floor plan which may turn some people off if they like a bit of privacy. The food was moderately priced; $9 for the pork sandwich and $8 for their spin on mac and cheese. However, the portion size was small for the price. Especially in comparison to other restaurants in the area. The food was okay. Would have preferred more sauce or juiciness in the sandwich as I found it a little dry. The mac and cheese dish was too greasy. Did like the little bite that it had to it. Would have preferred it to be more cheesy? Or perhaps a thicker sauce? But on to the beer as it is called the pint house. We ordered the cider and the orange blossom. Wow! Smooth, great flavor, just perfect. Staff was attentive and courteous. They food was out in a timely manner and they cleaned off our table quickly. Loved the little touches like the plates and silverware. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. I would definitely go back again to try more of their beers. It is going to be a great place to visit and I look forward to returning with a few friends.

To start, we had a wonderful experience. Since My friend and I do not drink beer (he's O'Douls and I'm PinoGrigio), I can only comment on the atmosphere, the service, and the food. I have found that the best service is always at the bar so, that's where we sat . The bartender, Travis, was gracious and knowledgeable when it came to beer recommendations when other customers ordered one of the 45 Draft Brews. He was even familiar with some of the San Diego Breweries and their selections...good for him. My friend ordered the evening's 'Special', BBQ ribs with sweet potatoes....he found that both items were at the top of his list for flavor and taste. I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus....my meal was perfect....Even though I had ordered the salmon 'rare' (it wasn't), it was moist and perfectly done. Delish! I am in Yuma at least once a month so The Pint House is now on a short list of favorites. I will be back for sure.

Great beer, however, the service is below average. This place has been open long enough to get their s**t together. The wait time for initial contact is unsatisfactory. I qould love to support this local venue, but management has got to so better.

Finally a more modern big city style bar. Not like the ones we've had for years. Reminds me of some Sacramento bars. Had the pimp Mac and it was good. A little runny and small portioned for the price, but good. The walls were a little bare. Could use some art or a little more something to break it up. But be careful not to make it look cheap or campy. The music was something to be desired. It was way too random of a mix. Almost like it was just a top 40 playlist from 2000. Could use more obscure or underground artists. Not just "Now that's what I call music" CDs. Other than the ambiance it was a fresh change up.

I heard about the new restaurant, The Pint House, through the other local establishments my friends and I frequent downtown. I was very excited to have not only another local business to support, but one that would add a great option to that area. The promise of 45 beers on tap and an eatery that was open late in that area (something that is otherwise not available) seemed like the perfect addition and I couldn't wait to try it. Our party was a group of four and we showed up opening night a little before 7pm. Being opening night, some confusion, mistakes, and even a little bit of craziness is to be expected, but my experience was downright awful. We walked in, it was full inside, but there were open tables on the back patio. I spent about 10 minutes trying to get staff attention to question if they served food on the patio before I was assured that they did have servers out there and to seat ourselves. We found an open table and then proceeded to wait 35 minutes before being able to flag down a waitress to bring us menus. We were eager to try some of the interesting sounding beers and asked our server about a few of them. She responded with "I don't know". If you have a restaurant that is named The Pint House, at the very least your staff should have some knowledge about the beer being served. I don't expect her to have tasted all 45 on opening night; however, I would like to know what kind of beer I'm ordering since the menu does not have an explanation. That being said, we took our chances and I was very pleased with the Mudshark Stout. We placed our food order at the same time as our drink order and that was not fun. The menu is not very extensive; however our server was not familiar with the selection and could not pronounce several menu items. She finally got our order down and went to get our drinks. Three of the four drinks came out a few minutes later, the fourth drink followed about 10 minutes after. Some of the food arrived about 30 minutes after we ordered...some did not. We never got our appetizer, one order was correct, two orders were incorrect and one order did not show up with our meal. The server looked at my friend whose order did not arrive and asked "did you order something?" She is the girl who took our orders! She went to go inquire and came back 30 minutes later to say they no longer had what my friend originally ordered. This is an hour after the order was first placed. They agreed to comp her meal and she ordered a salad hoping it wouldn't take too long since the rest of us had finished eating (and it is very uncomfortable to eat in front of someone while they are waiting on their food, but all of our food was getting cold and who knows how long we would have waited if we had insisted on getting all our meals at the same time). Salad arrived another 30 minutes later and we finished up, tracked down the server for our check, and left. During our meal, we had to ask for utensils, there were no condiments on the table, and we were never asked if we needed a refill or how the food came out. Quality of food is okay, nothing to brag about, but the price is cheap. I will probably give this place another shot after it has had some time to get itself together just because the beer was nice and it could be a really great place that I would like to support. But the staff needs serious training if they want customers to come back.

Good variety of beers, food is just okay. I ordered and appetizer and it was over salted. Could be their way to sell more beer? Restroom is outside and around a corner, not convenient. This place would be better in San Diego because of the trendy atmosphere.

Great beer, however, the service is below average. This place has been open long enough to get their s**t together. The wait time for initial contact is unsatisfactory. I qould love to support this local venue, but management has got to so better.

Good beer, good burger. I will go again...by myself and see how it goes. 20% tip automatically added in. Not a fan of that, maybe because it was a party of six. It's a little eclectic, not Yumaish and I liked that.

Food is great service is so-so. Place is usually packed, service typically slow. Beer selection is awesome food is a great change from the normal Yuma menus. Nice building nice lay out. Would like to see them expand.

Next time I'm brewing my own beer!!!Worst customer service ever! I'm visiting from out of town expected better service. Staff never even greeted us when we walked in and they weren't even busy, when we asked about the beers the the bartender had a serious attitude. I will never go back to this hole.

  • Ana Z.

Tacky.

This place is great! The food is delish and the the beers are cold! We had the Yuma dog. It is a must try! It is wrapped in bacon and cooked perfectly!
