It's a Starbucks. It's got free wifi and a drive through window. Not too much else to say.

Driving through Yuma at 10:30 at night, you'd think you'd find a Starbucks open. Nope. I pull up to the drive-thru and am told by the mystery voice on the other end that they're closed. They've been closed since 10. Ugh, I still have about 3 more hours of driving time and I'm super duper tired. I tell said mystery voice my dilemma & ask him if there is another Starbucks open this late. He tells me there is one but it's across town. Just want I want to do, drive off the beaten path. I'm about to cry and I say "I just wanted a chai latte". I hear this voice ask me "What size?". WHAT?? It turns out the mystery voice is attached to the cutest guy that makes me my chai latte! AND, because the registers were already closed I get it for free!! Suddenly my night isn't so bad and since my birthday was in 2 days, I got an early present! Fast forward a couple days and I'm driving back through Yuma again. It's before 10:00 so I decide to stop at what will forever be known as "My favorite Yuma Starbucks". The nicest girl ever makes my chai latte and I tell her about my previous visit. She agrees that he is a really sweet guy and she's happy I had something to wake me up. Then she makes my experience even better by producing 2 dog treats for my puppy. Show my dog some love and we're best friends! (I still can't figure out why the poor girl would move from San Diego to Yuma of all places! Poor girl.) Yuma is no longer a desolate, gas-up-only spot for me. I will definitely stop at this Starbucks again and say hi to the people who helped me drive 800 miles in 72 hours without falling asleep. Thank you friends!

After the Starbucks at Yuma Palms closed, I started getting my coffee from this one. I like that it has a drive-through and they move faster than the one on Avenue B. I don't like that they have forgotten the whip cream on my drink on two separate occasions. Otherwise, they are friendly bunch and help perk up my afternoons!

A little over a year ago, this Starbucks was my final stop on a beautiful, 4 day motorcycle trip throughout the SouthWest U.S. I don't remember what I ordered, probably just coffee and the sinful egg/sausage english muffin sandwich, but more importantly, I left a personal item in the parking lot after my visit, and rode back to San Diego, only to remember it when I got home. I called the staff here, and they mailed it back to me promptly at their expense. This is called true customer service, and although it's taken me a year to recognize it, I hope you fellow Yelpers stop by this Starbucks and give them your business because these little acts of charity and kindness should always be rewarded. Thanks again!!

Not recommended. Poor customer service not worth going back. No greeting when you walked in which is odd for Starbucks. Stood at the counter for a few minutes while several Starbucks employee walked by as if I was a ghost before someone acknowledged me as a paying customer. Sad.....

Always fast and always nice. I love this location. My usuals are the breakfast sandwiches and a Very Berry Refresher.

Standard Starbucks quality control and dependable service, but it's been so cold inside for the past few months customers step outside to get warmth from the sun.

the espresso frap for sure needs another shot but other than that, well done for a chain

I didn't have the most complicated order or anything so I can't really boast about getting a latte, but I did experience THE BEST customer service I've found in a Starbuck's, or any other coffee shop, to date. I walked in and was immediately greeted, asked about my day, what was going on, so on and so forth. They really took an interest and asked logical follow-up questions, not just the generic stuff you'd pull out of a handbook. Great people, great attitudes. I wish I could have stayed longer. If I ever find myself driving through Yuma again, this is most definitely one of my pit stops and caffeine fill-up stations along the way!
