I have had breakfast here and lunch here. The burritos are good for lunch, I'm not sure they have a breakfast burrito. Hot and fresh tortilla with a filling of your choosing. .Break fast is a cheap and has eggs plates or pancakes or a ok biscuit and gravy. Parking is the 5 spaces out front. service is always friendly and nice. Its local, nice, and priced right.

We like coming here because it's usually quiet and the food is good. They have a great shredded beef that's good by itself on a dinner plate or as the filling in their taco salads and folded tacos. They serve a huge plate of nachos at a reasonable price and usually have a weekly special of some type going on. My favorite is their enchilada plate. It comes with three enchiladas, beans and Mexican rice. They ask you if you want beef (their shredded beef), chicken or rice. I always ask if I can get one of each and they always reply "no problem" Only thing I've had that I would steer clear of is their tamales. I think they reheat them in the microwave, the ends are so tough you could break a tooth. They gladly gave me another dinner the one time I ordered tamales.

Don't bother with the drive through, you may never get noticed - and if you do it will still take forever to get your food unless you called ahead. Decent fairly authentic mexican fast food at a fair price though. Very good sonoran style tacos - but they no longer offer them in a combo plate :(

Wonderful neighborhood restaurant, if you call in large orders they are pretty responsive. The salsa is good and they are nice.

I dream about this place. I used to drive through and get rolled potato tacos. I won't tell you how many I could eat in a sitting. I shared them with neighbors one night ( I lived in an apartment nearby) and they drove over to get more, that's how good they were. Dunked in yummy thin red salsa.... OMG. With a cold beer or a good margarita... awesome. I tried making my own Oregon rolled potato tacos at home, but they were not the same. I miss you Pablo's.

I need to try and be nice, but there's no room for it here. The guys I work with said this place was the spot but it didn't satisfy, $10.60 for rolled tacos and a burrito. Guac and cheese on the rolled tacos was a joke, hardly any cheese and guac just slapped on top. The drive through was a joke- pull up to the window to order where there's no menu, and be greeted by a....very WTF cashier.

Their biscuits and gravy are perhaps the best I've ever had. Been eating them for over 25 years, and still have not found better ones anywhere else.

Every time I visit Yuma I go to Pablo's. This was actually the first time that I go without ordering by phone first, but the time we waited at the drive thru was pretty reasonable and the cashier's attitude wasn't bad, I think ordering to go is better because the place is really small. I agree that they should have a menu displayed on the drive thru, because I just visited their Facebook profile and they have a lot of options. Anyway, I always end up ordering potato tacos and a quesadilla and have not yet been disappointed (I have to confess that I remember the beef tacos being really good too).

Wow what a let down it's been a couple years since I've been here as we used to frequent this place all the time for take out we got a couple of dozen rolled tacos for Super Bowl potato tacos in a dozen beef probably the worst rolled tacos I have had in many years... And what's up with the salsa it's a watered down version of the way they used to make it.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
