They consistently serve juicy chicken with fresh ingredients on fresh soft buns. This alone is worth eating here if you are in the neighborhood and want chicken. What keeps me coming back is the great ambiance and stellar service and attitude of all the employees. Today for example my food a bit slow to come out to their standards. The person that delivered my food said sorry it took so long and he gave me extra nuggets I didn't order to try. The best part of the story was I couldn't have been waiting for more than 6 minutes. Or it's sneaky propaganda to get me to try more items?

The chicken here is really tasty and unlike other fast food places, when you actually look at the chicken.. You still want to eat it! It's not all pressed and processed looking. I would say with the price and the quality, you're getting a bargain. If I'm feeling chicken.. I'll definitely go back. The only thing that might bother some people is how busy it was but it's something new in Yuma, would you expect anything different? -1 because the girl taking my order was a little over the top trying to be cheerful with "it's a wonderful day here at chick fil a how may I serve you" at the drive thru. Just a nice tone and how may I help you or what can I get started for you would've made me feel more comfortable and like being cheerful isn't scripted.

First time I've ever had Chick-Fil-A was a couple nights ago. They're right when they say they do chicken sandwiches right. The only other comparison I've had is McDonalds which yes, I know is hardly a fair comparison with it being total garbage, but I think Chick-Fil-A is going to be my next go-to fast food joint when I'm feeling hungry. Only one minor hiccup, I went at around 8:30pm and it was busy as all hell, not surprising since it just opened, however I asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich and was given a spicy deluxe. Which is fine, it tasted good at least. Service should pick up in the next few weeks as the new employees get everything down.

I never thought I would write a review for chick fil-A, but they really had a great operation going. The manager(?) was checking on each table, and also cleaning tables thoroughly. Everybody was greeted and the food was great. What can i say.... Great job!

Went to this location yesterday, part of the order was for 4 chicken strips and when we got home they had given us chicken nuggets which were overdone. Called the store, they took my name and number and told me to stop by for replacement. When we went by there today, they gave us a correct order of four chicken strips, as well as an order of chicken nuggets and an order of waffle fries. All perfectly done! This is great customer service!

Excellent change of pace for Yuma. The chicken sandwich was juicy and perfectly cooked. Very reasonably priced. The long lines may take a while to subside, due to the franchise being new to the area, but the food is well worth the wait.

Chicken sandwich is great but the salads are excellent. Now that it has been open awhile the staff is great and customer service is awesome.

Decided to try this place. Got home and realized they gave us someone else's order. We live outside of town and the wait at the drive thru was long so we didn't want to go back right now. We called and they acted upset that we were calling. They gave us 2 orders of nuggets instead of the 2 sandwiches we ordered. We ordered the combos and the fries and drinks were correct. They offered only to replace the items they gave that were wrong (not fries or drinks). That's fine, not trying to get over on anyone, but at the same time that shows me that their customer service sucks. Receipt shows they charged us for the sandwiches. Nuggets were ok, but not worth getting again. Expected more from them since they're new and a nation-wide chain. We'll try them once more since they owe us the sandwiches. I'll update this if they redeem themselves. At this point I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.
