A ton of food for the price! They brought endless platters of every different kind of meat, a lot of it bacon-wrapped. Some of the meat was undercooked but there was plenty that was perfect so just leave what you don't want. For $22 it was well worth it!

The tri - tip was under cooked and in an oven at that. It was chewy and the seasoning was bland. The ribs were boiled and flavorless. So in both cases they cheat by cooking them not over the fire then throw it on there for a few mins to make you think it was grilled. The side/salad bar was buzzing......with flys. the rolls were cold. I smoke my own meats from time to time so I have an idea how all that works, and over all they failed. The hostess was not knowledgeable of the prices. We got there at 5pm for dinner (they opened at 430) The best meat on the tray was bacon wrapped turkey, I really likes it. Over all tho I was disappointed. I don't think I will return.

Worth every star...great staff, the salad bar alone was worth the price/trip...and the BBQ was amazing. Come hungry, you will be happy you did so you can try all the options. Take a break from the chains and support local business...Carnivores is a great example of why everyone should.

The picture of all the hot meats grilling on the outside barbecue right when you walk in sums up the dining experience. The salad bar is pretty good the chili had nice chunks of meat in it. But the variety and endless amounts of meat is what you come for and it was very good. I don't think many people eat the desserts because when I was there a tray of cobbler in a steamer tray was actually cold but I was so full from eating all the other delicious stuff I didn't mind. It's a pretty good deal if your hungry. I thought the service was good. The place looks clean and the booths were clean. Parking is easy.

Weren't at our table for 5 mins before a big platter of meat arrived. The 3 of us made our choices and were scarfing down some really good BBQ in record time. All the meats were good. The chicken was moist and tender, the meat fell off of the ribs, the sausage was tasty. The sides and desserts were OK. The service was outstanding. We'll be back soon with the rest of the family.

Great place for all you can eat meat. The ribs are pretty good even with the sweet bbq.

We came for the first time on Valentine's Day! They'd only been open for a month and a half and it was the busiest night they'd had so far! Considering how busy it was the food and service was great! My husband and I sat at the bar and enjoyed dinner and drinks served by the bartender, Sarah. I was super impressed with her ability to juggle at least 8 tables and the bar as well as make the servers drinks in between. The only time we were waiting was for the meat platters to come around... But that was to be expected considering the amount of people in the restaurant. However, we weren't disappointed when they did come by. The tri-tip was our favorite! I'm so happy that we chose this relaxing atmosphere with 5 star food and service for our Valentine's Day meal!!!

This is by far one of the greatest places I have ever eaten. The meat selection is massive. We tried every type of meat they prepared while we were there. Even if you can't eat a lot of food, for the price and quality of meat, it is still worth going. The service was excellent. Very attentive but not intrusive or repetitive. I honestly meant to take many pictures of the selection, but by the time I got my camera out all my food was gone. If you have never been here, or just passing through, I highly recommend that you stop and have the best meal of your life.

I loved your food, each time I came over it was wonderful. I read this morning that you will reopen in November, for which I am thankful. Frankly once it got really hot I did not stop by as I do not want that much heavy food in the summer. Most nights when it is July August hot, a salad is what I want. It is not just you, I do not go to the steak houses either, such is Yuma in the summer. Winter is for your delicious comfort food, maybe offer a riff on salads for next summer. Yes I have faith you will be back strong.

I ate lunch here. They have a small selection of meats, but a good selection. The dinner selection is larger. The salad bar is small, but who goes to a meat buffet for a salad bar? The pulled pork was good. They had a decent selection of sausages. And the meat didn't take to long top come around. The place is really new, so I expect the flow to improve. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A little more expensive than a standard lunch. But worth the price for an indulgence. Also they include five or so desserts in the price. I like the place and will return again in the future.

I sure hope I hit this on a bad day....it was one of those places that I left angry, that's how bad it was. We went for lunch. I should have known when I saw the salad bar and 'hot' foods. Everything and I do mean everything looked tired and old. It Was 12:45. A bit early to quit putting in effort. Ok, on to the actual food. We waited about 10 minutes for meat. The meat server said they were grilling more meat but had a piece of kilbosa, chicken and pork available. And some grilled pineapple. I couldn't eat anything except the pineapple and kilbosa. The other meats were over cooked and dry. Waited another 10 minutes and here comes the fresh grilled meat. There were chicken legs, pork ribs, ham and pineapple. The only good piece was the chicken leg and it was a bit over done. The pineapple was not good but that part is a matter of taste. It was covered with cinnamon and sugar. Grilled pineapple is good just grilled, but that part was just a matter of taste, not the way it was cooked. Ok so I won't eat the meat and I decide ok, I'll have a dessert. Now my husband is a sweet lover and would probably eat sugar off a spoon. Neither of us could eat the dessert. There was some kind of white cake with some blueberries cooked in, but you could tell it was old. Then there were two hot trays with Apple and peach cobbler. Stone cold and the cobbler was raw. That's it. Lunch was 33$ and one of the worst I've had. Unless they change things or just close down for lunch we won't be seeing this place for long. I sure hope dinner is better. But I won't go here again. If the waitress had asked how my meal was I would have told her, but she didn't. I think the full plates of food covered in napkins told the story. Yikes!

I think it is a hit and miss place. A big problem for them is they don't seem to able to retain their waitresses and their moms and sisters come and help. They put them on the floor with absolutely zero training. So I would one star for the waitresses and the service. I consider myself a true carnivore, I love meet and have eaten some expensive cuts in my life, their food is good but it can be better, the bring a lot of their cuts almost raw if they are busy or dried out if it is lunch. I have tried them twice and I will give them another shot !!

Ill give em 4. $20 for a bbq buffet is legit. The meat was mostly good, no actual complaints. Must point out the sirloin and kielbasa were on point! Desserts weren't refrigerated but i did enjoy the cheese cake and chocolate cake. Both of which i topped with cherry cobbler. Salad was fresh. Beer was reasonably priced, $4 for a domestic bottle. We went around 8pm. I would probably recommend going a bit earlier in the evening. Also the staff was really cool, hope my review helps.

Great spot for this area. If you have the time to eat and sit, definitely stop here. $20 for all you can eat, and the meat is cooked perfectly. Great deal.

Family and I made it for dinner a couple of weeks ago..Even before I went in I was talking to the grill master outside who was happy to answer my questions..(Warning) Do not eat anything within 24 hours at this place, otherwise, you will not get your $19 worth..I tried a little salad and some mashed potatoes at the buffet and then this guy starts bringing plates and plates of all you can eat sausage,tri-tip,sirloin, and bacon wrapped turkey..Yummm they even have Walt Kamman sausage there... I am normally a big eater but next time I'll save my appetite for the meat and a dessert..Staff is fast and friendly. We were there for over an hour..And don't even think about asking for a doggie-bag!Ha!

I was so happy we found this place! The yummy selection of meat reminds me of Texas bbq. We showed up for dinner on Valentine's Day and there was no wait!!!! The restaurant was filled but somehow we managed to get seated quickly. I have a feeling not many people know about Carnivores yet, especially because it's not located off a main street. The concept is simple, all you can eat meat carved table-side, plus side and salad bar. Not as fancy as I'm used to (I'm from Houston) but it was still cool! The food was great and the service was too. Nothing to complain about, especially for the price. We will come back again.

This is not your fancy Brazilian steakhouse, jeans and shorts are welcome here. I love that. But I have to say, hands down the food is better than the Brazilian steakhouse in san diego. Not to mention the cost. $19.99 per person compared to $75.00 per person. All the meat was cooked just right. So much to choose from we couldn't try it all. Salad bar great. Homemade rolls. Too much to mention. I will be back.

Ate there for the first time today. There were 3 of us and it was the first time for all of us. The waitress explained how everything worked. Service was good and very friendly and helpful. The owner does the grilling and when the meat is ready he goes from table to table with a huge platter while explaining the different meat and serving it. Today at lunch it was BBQ chicken, bacon wrapped turkey, honey glazed ham, different sausages, pork ribs, venison chili and beef ribs. Everything was excellent. The salad bar was limited and the sides were very good and there were ample desserts to choose from. Yes...I'd back.

This the first time I have ever been to a all you can eat meat buffet but not the last. My first thought was terrible buffet food when I heard it was a buffet but that couldn't be further from the truth. They cook all the meat fresh right before you eat it then walk it through the restaurant for you to pick what you want. Cooked to perfection with spot on seasoning that let's you taste the meat instead of covering it with spices. I will definitely be back and bring some friends along.
