I've only gone through the drive thru but staff has always been amazing, friendly and personable even in the short amount of time available to converse! And the mocha iced coffee isn't to shabby either

I love Dunkin Donuts' coffee. I prefer it much more than that of Starbucks. On occassion I'll break down and get a donut, typically the blueberry cake or chocolate cake donut. This particular DD has excellent customer service, but the designer must have broken out of insane asylum, as only someone truly mad could have created a parking situation this bad.

I've had several bad experiences here--and maybe it's just been bad luck? The last couple times I'd done drive thru, the donuts I've brought into the office have been on the stale side. Not totally inedible, but definitely along the lines of "leftover from yesterday". The one time I've gone in, the service was bad. The man who took my order clearly did not want to be there, and snapped at me rudely when I sat my toddler on the counter (while still holding on to him, just for a second while I grabbed my wallet from my purse) "please get your child off our counter". Whoa buddy, I'm not letting him stand on it, rub his feet on the counter, or grab at your very hip earring. I just didn't want to drop him for the second I needed my other hand to grab something from my purse. Look, I understand you might not be super thrilled about working where you do, I get it. But come on, I was nice to you. I'm patronizing your business.... all I ask is you don't patronize me. The extra bummer, I realized when I got back in the car that even though I ordered a flavored latte, all I got was a coffee. I was charged for a latte though! I guess my guy didn't feel like making a drink, and coffee was faster? At that point I had the kid back in the carseat, and just didn't feel like dealing with the grumpy guy again.

Worst customer service ever. Took kids to get a free donut for free donut day and first of all you had to get a drink in order to get the free donut. They didn't have anything for the kids to drink so they were not able to get their free donut. I'm sorry. This is poor customer service like.

I remember loving dunkin donuts as a kid. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Drive thru is kind of slow and donuts tasted old/Staley. The second time was a little better.

Great coffee and donuts, but one of the worst parking lots in Tucson. If the drive through line gets too long parked cars are stuck. Always look forward to a DD treat.

Don't go to this DD..!!! They do not stock up on their donuts and its a two hour wait for donuts. One of the Female employees is rude. She has no customer skills at all. There is an Albertson's across the street who has awesome donuts, stocks up and has excellent customer service. There is a startbucks up the street who stocks up and has excellent customer service, so you have BETTER options. I remember DD when it was just about donuts, coffee, and juice... Now they try and act like a coffee house with style when they have NOTHING because they dont stock up...

I only stop here for coffee after racquetball. (Sometimes 1/2 a donut). Good customer service every time. Small sitting area, and odd parking lot. I don't care for donuts, so I can't say anything good or bad about them. Again, excellent customer service.

This Dunkin Donuts just recently opened very close to our house, and it is a welcomed addition. I love their house blend coffee and bagels w/cream cheese! I also love their K-cups for my Keurig coffee maker, so it's easier to get them now! This location is new, so it looks nice, and is still pretty clean. The staff is always friendly. The parking lot stinks, though. It's really tight, and can get packed pretty fast. Also, if you go too late in the evening, they're often out of donuts, so you might leave without your donut of choice. But they always have coffee!

Well, I finally found do after being slammed with commercials. It was way out of my way, but I had to try them. It was about 7pm and I had a hankerin' for a donut. Seeing as they were open at this time, I expected more choices. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. Okay, first of all, I will say that I was happy that they did have several raspberry jelly donuts. That's my husband's favorite. My favorite is a good maple bar. I did get one of the maple bars, 2 jellies, 2 chocolate filled and a glazed. I could not believe how expensive DD'S donuts are!!! And the quality did not live up to the price. I ate my glazed as soon as I got in my car. Not only was it the smallest glazed donut I've ever had, but it was also the least satisfying. What a disappointment!!! Later, I ate the maple bar. It was just ok. Very small, very little maple frosting. But, like pizza, it's all good. Now, about the chocolate filled. What an amazing concept! I was looking forward to trying this one because I've never had a powdered sugar donut with a chocolate butter cream filling!!! Who'd a thunk? Sorry to say, this donut was also a disappointment. Size was okay. The doughnut was dry. AND, THERE WAS VERY LITTLE CHOCOLATE BUTTER CREAM IN THE MIDDLE!!!! I was pissed off and totally disappointed. I had my hopes up for that one. Needless to say, I will not spend anymore of my monthly disability $ on DD. Safeway has better donuts.

This is a great DD! It's conveniently on my way to work so I bribe myself to go to work early with a "Medium, cream and 2 Splenda". Here's where they lose a star. They practically had to use a shoehorn to even build this place on the corner of Broadway and Harrison- tucked in between Sonic and the intersection, it seemed IMPOSSIBLE to fit a DD in there, but they did. However, the parking lot (aka bowling lane: it's not much wider) and drive-thru (hope you drove your Go-Kart!) paid the price. Not a lot of spots and if the drive-thru gets more than 4 cars in it, it starts to block the parked cars. Here's the secret: while Tucsonans may not want to leave the comfort of their heated seats and brave the 65 degree chill that is autumn in the southwest, it really is cheaper if you *gasp* park and walk inside. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes while the drive thru advance one car. Does it stop me from going? No. Just keep in mind that you'll have to get creative and imagine you're playing MarioKart if you go during peak hours.

Senior citizens on the east side once again have a place to congregate since the DD a mile down Broadway closed a couple of years back. Since then, they've been wandering the east side aimlessly, searching for a cheap cup of coffee and some place to sit for hours on end, telling their survival stories of the Great Depression, bad marriages, and gout. Having said that, the new Dunkin' Donuts is a welcome addition to the east side. Mind you, their donuts are OK - I prefer Young's, Donut Wheel or Le Cave - but the DD coffee is actually pretty good, and the bagels are decent, too. The new store is squeezed onto a narrow lot between Harrison and the Sonic on the other side - entrance into the property from west bound Broadway is cumbersome, as it puts you face first into the outbound drive through traffic. I went into the store at 9 am this morning - it was packed with seniors, mothers and their children, and others from the neighborhood. The parking lot was full, there were people in their cars waiting for parking spots to open up, and I heard a couple of people say they had parked across the street by Albertson's. The staff was friendly, seemed to be well trained (knowing the difference between a donut and a bagel), and my coffee was prepared correctly. The premises were clean, most varieties were in stock, and the lines moved well. I got out of here with a small coffee and a donut for $2.60, including tax. At this time, this location is open from 4 AM to 12 Midnight.

I have only recently tried Dunkin Donuts for the first time earlier this year. I loved the location because it was super clean and the staff is very friendly. The only bad thing about this Dunkin Donuts is the entrance. It is difficult to get to, but totally worth it the visit.

The vanilla cream is the best doughnut on the planet! Wonderful coffee with even better shots to add flavors. After a morning walk it is nice to sit outside, look at the mountains & enjoy a cup of coffee paired with my vanilla cream. Sadly I have been there & found the vanilla creams gone:( But, that is because they are so good. Some pretty darn good breakfast sandwiches too. Give it a try!

I love this location. The coffee is perfection! It's always fast (except the drive-thru does get backed up) and they don't burn my bagel. It's also like the only chain that I've been to out here since moving from Florida that hasn't disappointed.

Today I was the recipient of someone paying it forward. I am a frequent flyer at this location. At least twice a week. This morning I was pulling in at the same time another vehicle was pulling in from another entrance. I waited and let the other truck go first. I ordered my usual and pulled up to the window with debit card in hand. As I was handing the cashier my card she was handing me a receipt and my order. She said this was on the guy in front of you. I caught myself smiling all day just thinking how I could pay it forward. I did not know the red truck and it was 6 am so I could not see the driver and know he could not see me. Such a simple thing that made my day. I googled my encounter and found that this happens from time to time all over the world at DD. What a great thing! I did not pay it forward to the car behind me because I was so dumbstruck. I am looking forward to my next visit to DD to know that I paid it forward.
