This Dominos in the overall 5 star... always good and always hot when delivered!!! the drivers are always very polite and courteous I would recommend to anyone.. I love to order build your own pizza there white sauce is the bomb. there Parmesan nuggets are awesome great flavor and when you order your dessert don't forget to order those fudge funnel.. they go real good with a nice glass of cold milk... an ordering from fast food I have to say I am very pleased with Domino's .. yes sometimes they get to busy and they may forget a thing or two but they always make up for it!!! not like when you go to McDonalds and they totally screw up your order by the time you get home and realize it and everything is cold.... this particular location whoever is running it now is doing a very good job and you all "ROCK" Driver's & All Staff

If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I begin....we wanted to try the new feta & spinach bread, also ordered a double pepperoni thin crust pizza. What we got can't even be described as pizza. I'm posting pics too so see for yourself. We had a coupon for a free pizza mailed to us last time they royally screwed up our order and against my better judgment decided to use our coupon this evening. The pizza arrived in a ball. Seriously someone went out of their way to mutilate our pizza. Funny thing is it couldn't even be blamed on the driver, the inside of the box was clean as a whistle, indicating to us that the pie was damaged, THEN put into the box. Obviously someone didn't like the fact we had a coupon? Anyway pizza arrived in a ball and they completely forgot the bread. We call and didn't even get so much as a fake apology, all the girl said was "oh yeah we did forget your bread huh?" And when I described what our pizza looked like she didn't seem surprised at all, just said "you want us to make a new one or do you just want credit for next time?" We were all rather hungry by this time as over an hour had already elapsed. We tell her to go ahead and make a new pizza and don't forget the bread. 45 minutes later we get a new pizza with hardly any pepperoni, but it was circular and in one piece so it was at least edible. We open the small box to discover cinnasticks, NOT feta & spinach bread...and when we showed the driver the 1st pizza that was mutilated all she said was "oh okay" we called again and again no apology, this time they were even more rude, almost like I was bothering them because THEY messed up our order TWICE in one night now! We never did get our breadsticks and we will NEVER EVER do business with Dominos again. period. Chariots is the BEST pizza in Tucson I don't know why I keep trying other places, I wish they delivered to us but Chariots is ALWAYS good its just I have to go get it because they do not deliver to us being that we are at Golf Links and Camino Seco.***revision**** I have attempted 5 times to upload the pic of our mess of a pizza but my phone will not allow it...I will try again later but just an fyi @ the pic I promised:(

This store turns out consistently good pies for the past 6 months that I have ordered from here. My family usually orders carry out, and the pies are ready in 15 minutes. Never had a bad experience and staff has always been very friendly. Ingredients have always been fresh. Their bacon is great on any pizza.

It's been a very long time since I have ordered from Domino's pizza. Pizza hut has gotten so pricey lately, I wanted to try Domino's out again. I am very impressed! The pizza was great and we got past and a sandwich as well. Everyone in the family was happy with the menu choices and that it's not just pizza! The price is amazing and extremely fast delivery too! I will be ordering Domino's from now on!

Have been using this location for delivery mostly for the past year and a half. It has been good and no problems since the last two times. First time they messed up the order and forgot the coke. They gave a coupon for free bread bites. Fine, ordered again and when I opened the box all the Pizza was smashed over to one side. Called up the location to tell them and they said they would be back with a fresh one in 25 min. Nope they did not show up.....i was very upset and will not be using them again. I gave one star but after this i would have given none!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i could

We have used this Dominoes for years and always been happy. Here lately the customer service is great but the orders get confused and the pasta is not good as the sauce does not cover all the pasta and if you want to add mushrooms they give you a tablespoon full. Disappointed in this location

One of the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. Pizza was over an hour late and was told my phone number listed was wrong (because apparently I don't know my own number). I was told they had a similar number and repeated the number to me and what do you know it was my number. I was hung up on and finally served COLD pizza that had been waiting to be delivered for over 45 mins because the app didn't transfer over the apt #. When the delivery guy came I showed him the information on the app and was told I only deliver the pizza I don't know what to tell you. . This is not how you win friends and influence people I'm just saying. I will never return and I was a very good customer at least 5-10 times a month we ordered from you.

Unbelievable. I called and my pizza came messed up. I called again And my pizza came even more messed up. I called a third time and they made up for it. Pizza hasn't come yet. But I will be calling corporate on them.

Our dog Max decided we should have pizza tonight (long story) so I grabed the flyer that was left on our car just the day before. I checked it out and saw we could order over the internet. Cool, I thought and fired up Yelp to check it out. I didn't see any Domino's Pizza reviews so I ventured in to virgin territory and typed in dominos.com and put my address with order in. They had a progress bar that showed me in what stage my pizza was and they estimated 18 to 28 minutes for delivery. We watched the progress and the clock. They had about 3 minutes to spare when we got our Hawaiian that also included red peppers and bacon. It was delicious. A lot better than I remember Domino's being in the past. It could have had more pineapple but maybe that is just me. I will be doing this again. It was simple, cheep and way cool not having to call.
