I've been here several times and had nothing but quality bagels, fresh and tasty. I'm pretty simple with bagels and enjoy it with some cream cheese usually. I wasn't super impressed by the breakfast egg on the sandwich I got, it didn't seem like a "real" egg (like the thing you get at Subway) but still quite delicious. I've enjoyed the pumpkin bag and a Honey Wheat. They coffee is fine though I'm not much of a coffee expert, I find it quality enough. I just like the environment of the place, comfy seating to hang out and talk, and the service seems friendly and they seem to know a lot of the regulars.

I generally like Braeger's bagels and general fare, but I found their patty melt to be disturbing. The meat was unusual and I think the apple flavored slaw added a sweetness that just didn't belong. I was really hungry so i ate most of it, but the lingering sensation after eating it had me wishing I'd made another choice. The opposite of yummy and looking forward to the next one. I will avoid their burgers in the future.

We had lunch here, and the food was mediocre. Poor service. They forgot to put chicken in my salad so I ended up eating after everyone else had finished.

Fun, nice, sincere service...that's why they get 5 stars from me. The bagels are ok, not my absolute favorite bagel ever, but the people always keep me coming back (almost daily). The management is clearly doing something right b/c the staff is always so cheerful, but never annoying.

I've got to give Bruegger's another star after having eaten a great many lunches there since my usual lunch spot closed. Their soups (especially their chili!) are really tasty, they've dramatically improved their Wi-Fi, and their staff is always smiling and friendly. While I still think there are better bagels to be had in town, and Bruegger's is still overpriced, their soups and service are quite good.

Their cholocate chip cookie is SUPREMELY delicious. I rather this instead of getting the one from Eegee's but it costs more than Eegee's. I had a delicious blueberry bagel with Thai Chicken. I did NOT impress with their peanut sauce, it tastes so THICK and funny. I do not recommend this kind of item. Next time, I would get Ham and Swiss Cheese or something else. I had a delicious orange juice, and the total was more than $11 including taxes. Expensive lunch for a bagel shop!

It seriously had been a loooooong time since I had set foot in a bruegger's and not much has changed. Average food with below average coffee and in this case, not so good service. I was in dire need of a caffeine kick and this was my only option super early on a Sunday morning downtown. They were out of pretty much every coffee, mixing and matching flavors. Not cool. Not sure if I'll be returning.

Bruegger's I don't know what your deal is. I love your bagels, I love your coffee, I just don't love how slow your people make sandwiches and move in the morning. Take a cue from your power sis Starbuck's or something, whenever anyone feels like "popping in" for a bite and a coffee they are better off finding a Circle K. I don't want this negativity to rub off on the rest of this review, I do love the (new?) rosemary and olive oil bagels you have to offer and your Leonardo D'Veggie is divine. Now if you can just remember to refill the half-and-half and keep the napkins stocked we'll be in business!! A+ for sincerity, friendliness and delicious product... but a solid C in delivery. I'll still keep coming back though! I have faith in you, Bruegger's!

This place has decent filling breakfast food that is cheap and quick. Tons of bagel and cream cheese options. They accept all major credit cards. The customer service is pretty good and the establishment is clean.

To the point, I go to this Bruegger's everyday as it it close from where I work and I would like to point a few things out as reference for anyone that is thinking of going for breakfast or lunch. -Soups, Saladas and Sandwiches are great. (And fast) -Bagels and cream cheese variety and selection are amazing (specially if you go early in the morning) -Staff is nice, friendly, attentive and if they ask you "How are you doing" there's a genuine tone to the sentence. I am writing this today because I had an incident with my card (I forgot it) and because I go pretty often, I still got my order with a little note (Geovana will pay such and such tomorrow) and I did. Because of the nice staff I didn't have to leave hungry and embarrassed. Great food, great staff, great experience.

Let me first say, I love Bruegger's. I used to stop at the store on Broadway and Wilmot almost every morning for a bagel and coffee. Since I moved, I tried Bruegger's downtown on several occasions and it was like a completely different place. I expected the consistently great service, fresh bagels and veggies I always get at Broadway and Wilmot but I was met with terrible attitudes of the staff, soggy lettuce (3 times!) mashed (instead of sliced) tomatoes and a sloppy cream cheese application (infuriating.) I would love to hit Bruegger's in the morning or even for lunch but I bypass it every day because it's never been a pleasant experience and I'm betting many other people feel the same way.

I use to pop into this Bruegger's between buses on my way to Pima west campus. I've always gotten great service. Sometimes some of the customer's are slow but the employees are great that they match the customer that way customer's who have time do not feel rushed.

We called earlier this morning to order a dozen rosemary and olive oil bagels, since these are our absolute favorite. They tend to sell out quickly, so I had been told a previous time that if I wanted them in bulk, it was advisable to call and they will make a special batch. They told us to come in 35 minutes, which we did, and when we arrived, they were already bagged up and ready for us. So delicious, fresh and warm! We couldn't wait to get home and ended up eating 2 of them on our walk home. I love this service!

My Dad and I were craving lunch before Kartchner Caverns so we stopped in Tuscon. We decided on Bruegger's for some bagel sandwiches. We both ordered the Smoked Salmon sandwich with cream cheese, capers, tomato on a sun dried tomato bagel. The were great we both really enjoyed them. I wish we had a Brueggers near me in Phoenix.

I love to get my morning or afternoon coffee here. The hazelnut drip isn't too "nutty" Just the right amount. The sandwiches are good. I especially love the Primo Pesto Chicken. Of course I love pesto on anything. Some of the staff could use some friendliness lessons but most of the others make up for it. Especially Merry! She is always warm and welcoming as are several others. For a quick and delicious "snack" under five bucks, go get a toasted sun dried tomato bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. Perfect!

Good bagels made the traditional (boiled) way. A big variety of bagels and cream cheese flavors.

I had the worst customer service experience here of my life. My husband and I work close to this establishment, and used to go to this location when we would work in the mornings for breakfast. I ordered two bagels and he ordered a roast beef sandwhich. We both ordered soft drinks. The soda machine was out of CO2, and we informed the staff. After waiting for several minutes we decided to drink iced tea, since we were on a time limit and we had already paid for the cups. It really was not that big of a deal. What was a big deal was as my husband was finishing his sandwhich, I noticed the entire side facing me, was covered in mold. I discreetly took the rest of his food up to the register (there were other customers in the restaurant and I didn't feel it neccesary to announce to them what was going on) and explained to the first employee the situation. I asked for a refund. She said of course and went to get her manager. The "manager" came over and I explained the situation to her and told her I wanted the money for the drinks and his sandwhich. She said nothing to me and refunded me only the sandwhich money, slamming it inot my hand. Customers started looking over and I was embarrassed and shocked. I told her I wanted the money back for the sodas as well. She tod me no, since she saw that I got iced tea. I told her it was not the drink that I had paid for and she slammed open the register and slammed the money into my hand. My husband came over after watching this and asked why she was angry with us and she gave no response. He asked her if he could speak with her manager and she gave him a phone number. As we walked out the door she loudly and sarcastically announced for us to have a nice day. As soon as we left I called the number and spoke to a very nice man who said that he was the district manager. He listened to my complaint and seemed very understanding and sympathetic. He offered to send me free gift cards, but my husband wasn't comfortable giving out our address, so he offered to leave them in the register. He said it would take him a few days. I felt happy with how he handled the situation. I think his name was Ben. The next weekend I went inside to get the gift cards. I waited at the register for almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, and they saw me walk in. No one knew about the gift cards, they were not in the register, and they checked in the safe, so I just gave up on them.

Jalapeno cheddar bagels - 2000 calories of thick dough (probably more like 400). Mmmmmmm. Can't go wrong for less than $2. This location is a little bit unkempt compared to others, and you have to state a few times what exactly you ordered when you pay. But it doesn't matter because all is well if you have a Bruegger's Bagel...
