Fresh, hot bagels and cream cheese? Delicious. The Herby Turkey? Yum. Their seasonal French Toast Coffee? LOVE. I swoon for Brueggers.

Came in for breakfast. The service was great, food was delicious and the coffee was strong. Bruegger's bagels are so soft, chewy, and flavorful. I love all the different flavors and the huge variety of cream cheeses as well. They also have a big coffee menu. Just ordered black today but I've had some of their other coffee drinks in the past and was impressed. Definitely will return again and again.

Went here for lunch on a Thursday. First thing that strikes you is some of the paint is peeling on the walls. That shouldn't be something that you notice when you walk into a business (unless that business is going for the more "urban dilapidation" look, which I'm pretty sure Bruegger's isn't going for. Kinda makes you wonder how they maintain the kitchen. The smoked salmon and herby turkey sandwiches are OK. Seems like they have been staples for their menu for quite some time. The bagel I had was not quite as chewy as I'd like, but that's my personal preference. If you want bagels, it's a good place to get them fresh in the morning. As for coming here for lunch, although I live in the area, it's just not a place I would frequent often.

My wife and daughters go here on a daily basis. The staff is friendly and bagels are very good. Highly recommend getting the refillable cup or the key fob. We use ours for free soda, though you could use it for coffee.

I am so disappointed at how this location seems to be going downhill fast. No matter what time we show up they seem to ALWAYS be out of Pork sausage, even when we show up early before the rushes. I hate turkey sausage and the bacon tastes funky to me. Breakfast is a HUGE part of my day and with a toddler I don't have time to make myself anything to eat so I rely on this location. When you live in Rita Ranch you don't have many alternatives.

I was in the store around 2 yesterday afternoon. The was one young girl helping a customer and a manager standing at the register. The line began to form and the manager walked out of the store, leaving the girl to deal with the growing line by herself. Shortly after, another young girl joined to help the other. After a while, the manager enters the store holding a few jugs of orange juice. Without offering any help to the two girls, he disappears into the back of the store. Very unprofessional. Despite the manager, the girls were helpful and friendly.

I like the Broadway Breugger's next to Jason's Deli better but, this one does okay, too. Fresh fruit and juice offerings were available as they should be and there was a light traffic that morning. I asked about soup in the morning for the baby but, they didn't seem to have it on yet/hot yet. So, I skipped it and we just stuck with Bagels. I think for standard issue menu items they are fine and the place is clean. I enjoyed my Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel and the baby liked her fruit, too.

I have eaten here about twice per month over the last year and am pretty impressed. We all want a clean restaurant, good tasting food and a friendly staff. This location has clearly met all three expectations for me.

Bottom Line: Good bagels from a service staff that you should get an award if you can make smile. Update on 4/7/11 - I think I have it down to only 2 employees now that won't smile. I shall continue my quest to make the whole place show me their pearly whites.

They opened on a Wednesday and I went here the following Friday. I'm pretty sure my follow-up review will be better once they get all the kinks worked out. Here's pretty much how it went . . . me: are those all the sun-dried tomato bagels you have? bagel lady: YES AND WE'RE NOT BAKING ANY MORE TODAY I felt like I'd just been scolded by my mom. Yikes. I was only asking because there was some other bagels that weren't labeled that looked like they might have been the same kind. I guess I looked like I was about to say something because another lady came over and offered me some chicken salad sample - pronto. What can I say? I still bought some bagels and the garden veggie cream cheese. I still made some tasty sandwiches at home. This is going to be like so many other places where it just depends on who you get. Some people are rude but not all will be. Besides, I know I'll be back. Having them open in Rita Ranch in the old Bad Bob's location is a good deal for me and I'm sure loads of other Rita Ranchers. So, meh, I'll be back.

Bagels where good, service had a weird vibe, like the employees/manager weren't very happy to have costumers or they where too stressed or maybe too tired. Since they had only been open for 2 weeks this will hopefully be corrected soon.
