Papa Murphy’s

The best take out pizza in town! Staff very courteous and friendly. They don't skimp on the toppings, they're very generous. Your pizza is made fresh right in front of you, you can even call ahead and just drop-in and pick it up on the way home. Pop it in your oven and in about 18-20 minutes you'll have a fresh and Hot pizza (not just warm after you pick up a pizza from one of the chains to take home). Once home you can add other ingredients/seasonings that you may like. Don' t usually have to wait very long for your pizza if you just walk in and order. This is a great place to get a really good Pizza! Much better than any of the chain places. Give them a try, you'll be surprised how good their pizza is!
We come here every Friday to get pizza! The workers are friendly and polite! We love their Chicago, cowboy, pepperoni, Hawaiian, cheese sticks, cinnamon roll, and salads! We always buy extra so we can have leftovers for the next day!
Few true amazing unique pleasures exists in this small town cluttered with sub pair chain restaurants. Papa Murphys although a chain, is one that is never fails to amaze with great pizza, prices and great customer service.

I wanted to check this place out since I passed it many times and the place claims to be American (traditional), Chinese, and Korean. The establishment is very clean and the service is good. I do think they are really trying to understand everyone's dining experience. The menu is not very large as you would think. I have no idea what identity the restaurant is trying to be. The menu does not make much sense to me. It had American, Korean and Japanese dishes. Some fusion between the American and Asian dishes are also listed. I order the lunch special, chicken bulgogi. The dish came with white rice and vegetable stir fry. It was mediocre at best. I was asked if I wanted some spicy cabbage which seemed to be a pickled cabbage "kimchi" type dish. Also not great either to my taste. No side dishes offered like most Korean restaurants that have Korean dishes. I really didn't see any Chinese dishes on the menu. There were several Japanese teriyaki dishes though. I also ordered the spring rolls thinking they would be like Thai spring rolls. Nope! They were deep fried and seemed like they were of a frozen variety. Overall experience: disappointing. Service was good, but food needs to be much better in my honest opinion. They also serve breakfast so this adds to the overall confusion of the restaurant.
Had the Duk Kalbi with fried rice and it was very good for the price. The only downside was the sald the came with it. The vegetables were too soft, a little bit overcooked, but overall the plate was great.
The BEST PORK SCHNITZEL I've ever had. It tastes fantastic and it's huge. Can't wait to go back and have it again or try some of there other dishes

Sunna’s Korean Restaurant

Reviews:
I am now a fan of Korean food. The owners Sunna is very nice & will often come out and visit with you. Plus they have a full bar & you can get Kimchee by the jar to go. I recommend trying this place.
My husband spent 8 years in Korea and really likes Korean food. He'd taken me to a couple of Korean restaurants in both Portland and Sierra Vista and I was not a fan. I love Thai and Indian and Vietnamese but the only way I was going to go to a Korean restaurant was to be nice to him. Then we went to Sunna's and I was hooked. I love their Kalbi. For a while, we ate there at least twice a month and then all of the sudden it wasn't good anymore. My husband kept getting his chicken bulgoki undercooked and the kalbi was just not good. I took Sunna's off my personal lunch rotation and if he invited me there for lunch, I would decline. About a week ago, I decided to give them another shot and I am happy to say that they are back to their delicious roots. The kalbi was great. The chicken was cooked through the six other people in our party enjoyed their dishes.
Phenomenal service! Came here a few months ago at the recommendation of a Korean friend. When eating at an asian restaurant, I always ask local asians where they eat. They restaurant is small and comfortable and the food piping hot and cooked as you like. The most standout feature of Sunna's is the level of customer service. Sunna makes it a point to come out, introduce herself, welcome you, and get to know the customer. She's obviously raised a very stellar young son who serves in the dining room. Her son has such polite genuine and genial manners that even other customers were complimenting him. He was able to provide recommendations and overall proved very knowledgeable on the food when we were trying to decide what to eat. They give you a Complimentary egg roll if you check in with Yelp. When I showed the son the offer, he offered to bring our entire party complimentary egg rolls - one for each of us. How nice! Overall, I gorged on the food and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you want fantastic service, they're great here!

The German Cafe

Reviews:
great food! being one of 2 German restaurants in SV, this place takes the 1st prize. I have the honor of trying the entire menu and havent tried anything I didn't like. German owend its truly authentic with a variety of German beers and drinks. slightly pricey but well worth it.
On business trip and looking for a restaurant last night and found a GEM in a place you would not expect... Sierra Vista, Arizona... Having lived in Germany for 11 1/2 years while in the military I always like to find a good German restaurant... This was just like bringing me back... It was a little hole in the wall, but quaintly done. The food was incredible... I had the Zigeunerschnitzel "Gypsy Schnitzel" - OUTSTANDING!!! Tender, well season pork... Chose the Potato Pancake and Rotkraut "Red Cabbage" - flashbacks... My buddy had the Wiener Schnitzel with Spatzle "Homemade German Pasta" and Kartoffelsalat "Warm Potato Salad" - he felt like he was back in Germany as well... He is half German. The only thing was the prices were a little high, but there is so much food you will have left overs. The thing is I look at it like this... If you want something special and it is great, you'll pay that little extra! I was there last night... Going again tonight... Don't miss out!
Amazing little cafe to try out. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. I go here fairly regularly and I am never disappointed. I would recommend the potato pancaked and any meat they have on the menu it is all heavenly. Also I think all their desserts are in house made. Always ask if the have extra pretzel rolls and take some home!

I was not happy. The size of the sushi was small and it was tasteless. bleh
This place is definitely overrated. Many of my friends rave about it but I don't really see why. They make a great effort to have fresh sushi as they ship it in every morning. Even though I am sure it's safe, it just doesn't taste as fresh as many of the places that i've been. For Sierra Vista or any other Arizona desert town, it's not bad but I can't really say I am thrilled to go there. Service was good. No issue with parking. Never had to wait in line but it's never empty either.
I'm a fan I love the atmosphere and food.

Outside Inn

Reviews:
Outside Inn was not bad at all. The service was great and the employees were very friendly! I went here for lunch with my fiance last week. I know the dinner prices are a little up there, and I do not like spending a lot of money if I can help it, especially when I have never even had the food. The lunch prices are actually comparable to chain restaurants, at around $8-$9 on average for a lunch meal. I had been craving french onion soup, and it did not disappoint! The broth was flavorful, and it had plenty of cheese. We both had the Sante Fe chicken sandwich, which comes with a breast of chicken, green chiles, avocado slices and pepper jack cheese. The bread was fantastic! The only gripe I have, which is a big one, is that the chicken had no flavor. The ingredients were all fresh, but I hate having to shower my food with salt that should have already been used. The atmosphere is that of an English tea room (picture floral print, doilies and groups of elderly people drinking coffee and tea), so I should not have been surprised at the lack of salt, but I was. I let the server know that the chicken was very bland, and she seemed offended, so I know they will not take my criticism into consideration. I did, however, feel better letting her know. This place could be a real gem if they just learned to use salt!
If you feel like sitting in a dining with 2 or 3 friends with the fireplace crackling in the corner, then this is the place for you. Small, unique, friendly and one of a kind place, the Outside Inn will leave you with a warm smile on your face, just as if you departed your friends house after a great evening and you know you do not have to do the dishes.
delicious food. had the crab stuffed shrimp with risotto and veggies. everything was delicious. a bit pricey, but worth the money. wife had filet mignon and loved it as well. very intimate setting, great date place.

Pizza Hut

Went yesterday evening for the first time. Our server was Raquel, she was awesome. Food was very good! Would definitely go back again when I go back Sierra Vista.
Better than regular Pizza Hut, but.......that's not really anything special. The staff is nice enough, but they lack a good flow. A buddy of mine was drinking Sierra Mist, and a hostess filled his glass with water. She apologized and said, "I'll bring you a new one right away!" Right away never happened. The food is ok, but when I've had pasta, it just wasn't very good. I haven't had their pizza, but it looks like they make it kind of like you'd see at CPK rather than Pizza Hut with gobs of cheese falling everywhere. But I haven't tasted it. For Sierra Vista, it's probably better than most places. But it's definitely nothing to get excited about.
This Pizza Hut is staffed with the most incompetent individuals in the world. I ordered a pizza several weeks ago with two marinara and one garlic sauce. I received the pizza with no sauce. I let it go, because I understand that sometimes things just don't go your way. A week or so later, I ordered another pizza with two marinara and one garlic sauce. I received the pizza with one garlic sauce. At this point, I called and asked to speak with a manager. A young female came on the phone, said she was the manager and said that she would deliver me two marinaras which I thought was ridiculous but I agreed to because I was so flabbergasted at the incompetence. 50 minutes later no marinara had arrived, so I called again and ask to speak with the manager. An older female came on the line and told me that SHE was the manager. She apologized, and gave me a credit. Well, you will NEVER guess what just happened. I redeemed my credit, and very specifically stressed the importance of my sauces, and the pizza arrived SAUCELESS. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from there again.
