My husband and I decided to book a night here recently for a babymoon getaway. We had a fantastic time! This b&b is charming and well-run. When we arrived to check in, we were greeted by the owner, who was very sweet and informative. Our room had a little "welcome" package with Martinellis and chocolates and in all the suite (the Columbine) was lovely! We used the Keurig in the room and had coffee and hot chocolate in the morning. Breakfast was great - coffee, juices, granola/yogurt,cream cheese waffles and turkey sausage with fruit. YUM! We met some great people at the table as well. We'll definitely be back here in the future. I would recommend this b&b if you want a nice, relaxing getaway with a perfect location near Prescott's fun city hall square.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2011. Dawn and Lisa were great. The new decor was fresh and welcoming and the food was fantastic. We will definetely stay again.

The Prescott Pines Inn is a nice get-away from the heat and clutter of the city. The rooms are clean and on the small side, however they do have reasonable amenities including a TV, DVD player (and free DVDs from the inn), microwave, minifridge, etc. The served breakfast has always been excellent - typically an egg or pancake dish along with fresh fruit and fresh juice, coffee, or tea. The service is always outstanding - the proprietors and staff are always available to offer suggestions and take care of your needs. The rooms are just along the local highway, providing easy access, however traffic is not busy and does not disturb you in the evening.

We stayed at Prescott Pines over Memorial Weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was relaxing, the weather was cool, and the food was EXCELLENT! The innkeepers, Dawn and Lisa, were very welcoming and fun. I highly recommend Prescott Pines.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful Prescott Pines Inn B&B is. We stayed in a two-bedroom cottage for $154, and although this rate is a bit higher than the average in Prescott, hear me out: Prescott Pines Inn is run by a group of incredibly funny, personable, and knowledgable women who know how to cater to even the pickiest of guests. The beds are topped with memory foam; every room comes with a Keurig and an assortment of coffee, hot cocoa, tea, cider, and latte K-cups; you have a wonderful selection of movies and books at your disposal; you're centrally located between Prescott's historic downtown (perhaps a three-minute drive) and its many hiking and outdoor opportunities; and the breakfast alone is worth $15 per person--we were served yogurt with homemade organic granola, deliciously crisp bacon, and Dutch babies drizzled with honey and dark chocolate and topped with an assortment of fresh berries. When the weather is nice, patrons sit around the courtyard area and chat merrily beneath strings of lights; when the weather is not, the inn staff drag out heat lamps to ward off the cold. For those who avoid bed and breakfasts for lack of privacy, Prescott Pines Inn has found a way around this downside by booking separate cottages, each with its own bathroom, bedrooms, sitting area, etc. It provides eco-friendly toiletries, complimentary York mints, and coffee mugs and wine glasses (as well as a mini-fridge) for all guests, not to mention the flat-screen HD TV with Apple TV capabilities. The décor is lovely, and if you have any questions about Prescott, Dawn or Dana will know precisely the answer. Again, I cannot stress enough how much we loved this place. We will certainly be coming back!

This place was lovely. Cozy little room, soft robes, ample dvd selection, fresh cookies, very very friendly owners. Breakfast was delicious, they made this baked pear with oats and caramel sauce. And gave us vegetarian sausage. Comfortable, memorable experience.

For my birthday weekend we left scorching southern Arizona for higher, cooler, pine-forested Prescott, Arizona. Based on their reviews, we chose Prescott Pines B&B, and what a good choice it was. Upon our arrival the owners had prepared a little birthday welcome - chocolates and sparkling cider. We had reserved the Ponderosa room, with a queen bed and kitchenette. It was small, but fine for us. Due to an issue with the water heater, we were moved to the larger Chaparral room for the next night. This room is located in the back, away from the road, with a lovely shaded patio area just outside. The rooms are very nicely appointed, with many thoughtful little extras. Breakfast both mornings was exceptional. Dawn and Lisa, the owners, are friendly, efficient and run a first-class inn. I highly recommend it!

Wow wow wow! What a perfect weekend. We stayed at Prescott Pines Inn with friends and family for one night and it was spectacular. We made dinner on the grill and hung out on the patio most of the night. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was scumptios and we ate every bite of it. We'll be sure to come again.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a quiet little getaway for a one night stay in Prescott. After reading several reviews, we opted for Prescott Pines Inn. We stayed in the Cyprus room, which was decorated beautifully. The bed was perfect and led to a wonderful night's sleep. The patio area was lit in the evenings and after a long day of shopping and hiking, we found it relaxing to sit and chat outside. From the rooms to the lobby area, the attention to detail is great. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, we both felt at home immediately. Breakfast was satisfactory.

This is our new favorite Staycation Location! Lol my husband surprised me for my birthday and we came here last minute. The owners were hospitable as well as the groundskeeper. The land surrounding the little cabins was so cute and beautifully landscaped. I loved how the coffee and tea in the room was plentiful! We had robes in the bathroom, the bedding was beautiful and most of all we got a good nights sleep. We grilled out in a beautiful spot too. For breakfast we were served scones with an egg dish, sausage and fruit salad but I must say I have NEVER had a scone so fresh or good. In fact, I couldn't understand what all the fuss was about regarding scones till I came here. They told us that they made them fresh in their kitchen. We will be back as well as tell our friends that this is a great place to sort-of-get-away lol

I'm a hotel person. I've traveled for business and have had to spend north of 200 nights a year in hotels. The idea of a B&B has always turned me off. I don't want to eat breakfast with strangers and I like the ability to come and go as I please and not have to worry about disturbing others. All that said, I loved this B&B. The fact that there are rooms in seperate buildings with private entrances gives you the feeling of staying at your own cabin and not a hotel/B&B. The grounds themselves were fantastic. You'd never know you were just off of a main road as there is plenty of seclusion with tons of outdoor seating (swings, benches, couches, hammocks, etc) and the feeling of being out deep in the woods. We even had some javelina visitors to the patio area each night I was there. Regarding breakfast, you may have to sit with others. That's ok though because it'll be one of the best breakfasts you have during your year. Dawn is a talented chef and each breakfast we had was delicious and unique while being light but filling. The hospitality of the owners was fantastic and I don't think i'll be looking around too much for a place to stay the next time we come to Prescott.

If you really want a great place to stay while visiting Prescott, treat yourself and stay here. It is more the just bed and a breakfast. You are treated like a family member. The rooms are well done paying attention to detail. The breakfast is a true gourmet meal, alive with flavor, and unique. The grounds comfortable and obviously maintained with pride.

Prescott Pines B&B is terrific!! My girlfriend collects places like this in different areas of the country, and then we return over and over, and this is on our short list of places to stay anywhere near Prescott. Dawn takes great pride in breakfast each morning, and it really shows. It's all about presentation. As each breakfast is served, the server explains each dish and its ingredients. This lends a very fun and slightly formal feel to some absolutely stunning meals. The owners are continually upgrading and reinvesting in the property, and it shows. Dawn was kind enough to take a few minutes to show us around and explain where upgrades had been put in, and what her future plans are for different areas. I haven't mentioned the rooms. Each is different, and they all appear very cozy. They're also solid and very quiet. I heard several other visitors remark that they didn't hear any outside noise at all from within their room, and that was our experience as well. My only suggestion would be echoing what someone else mentioned... upgrading the internet wireless. My girlfriend's macbook did okay with it but was slow, while I had a weak connection but couldn't do anything with it. For a great dinner nearby, check out El Gato Azul, near the Prescott town square. After several poor experiences at other places, we found El Gato Azul and loved it!

Great experience. The rooms are lovely and everything on the grounds are very clean, peaceful, and organized. We had two rooms for our family- juniper and evergreen. It worked out perfectly; everyone had their own space . Dawn and Lisa are so helpful and friendly. Will keep coming back!

What a terrific place. Spent just one night here....did a little getaway weekend and found this place on the internet. Owners were very friendly and personable, showed us around the grounds and made pleasant conversation with us when we arrived. The property itself is meticulously kept and beautifully landscaped. Our room (the Larkspur), while being "cozy," had plenty of amenities for the little time that we spent in it. Comfy bed, coffee machine, nice tv, convenient outlets in the nightstand drawers, wifi, and waters waiting in the room fridge. Breakfast was incredible - one of the best I've had. Thought it was nice that we were given two time offerings of when breakfast would be served, too. To top it off it's close to the downtown area. No hesitation in recommending or returning. Wish they had a pet-friendly room!

My husband and I usually travel in our RV but wanted to see Prescott again during Valentine's.We used to stay in B and B's until we got our RV so to stay here was a nice change of pace. We loved the Inn! Everything was clean and well thought out from the nice touches in the bathroom to the fully equipped kitchenette. We were treated to a gourmet breakfast every morning with an explanation of what we were going to eat. Dawn honed her cooking skills on the military brass. Lisa was very friendly and was able to direct us to several good hiking spots, eating places and even a nail place. The fresh cookies in the foyer and a great selection of DVD's made me feel like home. We relaxed on the patio with a glass of wine and enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. Everything was so welcoming and comfortable. We will be back!

Exceptional little bed and breakfast tucked away in the woods but not too far from downtown Prescott. The service and amenities were top notch. And the breakfast!!! They served Dutch babies-- which are similar to crepes. Absolutely delicious and different from the typical pancakes and bacon at many B and Bs. Highly recommended!

If the Prescott Pines Inn had any less than 5 stars, it would be an outrage. The only unfortunate part of our stay here is that it was not longer! We stayed in the Cleome room, which we chose for its rustic, lodge vibe. The room was clean, well-designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Two highlights included the bed (microfiber sheets on a memory-foam topped King mattress) and the thoughtfully prepared crepe breakfast. Enjoy!

Very nice and clean. The owners were very friendly and on the ball! Breakfast was very good! The rooms were fully stocked with anything you could need or want, and they had many extras to add to the experience! The only things were that the internet was pretty much nonexistent. Also, we had to be at breakfast at an exact time each morning. We wish we were given a bit of a choice of when to eat.

My husband and I stayed at this bed and breakfast in late October of this year. The Inn Keepers were very friendly and offered a variety of delicious entrees for breakfast each day of our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy (ours had a nice fireplace which kept us warm during the cool Prescott nights). We were in a unit which had about 4-5 rooms attached. It was very quiet, I suspect because during our stay, there were no other guests in the rooms beside us. The room was decor was nice (french country motif), and it also came with a kitchenette so we could cook if necessary. They even offered cozy robes to lounge around the room in. The only thing I would suggest is that the towels in the room were a bit on the small side (your general small white hotel towel). I would have loved a big fluffy towel to wrap in after a bath. We would stay here again simply because of the beauty of the area and the friendliness/cleanliness of the grounds.

Prescott Pines Inn was the first Bed and Breakfast that I ever stayed at. When we travel, we normally stay at hotels, but in search of something different I started looking at B&Bs. It turns out that I picked the perfect one. Their website is fantastic - photos and descriptions of all the rooms, an interactive map that gives an overview of the property and a list of attractions and eateries in the area. The owners and innkeepers are even more wonderful than the website, offering a wealth of information, suggestion, hints for activities and meals each day. On top of that the breakfast served each morning is well balanced, healthy and delicious. The rooms are clean, tidy and cute, just as pictured on the website. Many of them offer kitchenettes and have TVs and DVD players. The inn also has a selection of movies (current and older) to choose from free of charge. It's a great way to spend a relaxing weekend in Prescott "Everyone's Home Town" and escape the heat of the valley. If you've never considered a B&B I'd recommend you start here!

This B&B is a treasure! Husband and I stayed 3/13 - 3/14/12. We were greeted warmly at check-in by Dana. After a nice chat we were shown to our room...very cute and very clean! Wanted to enjoy a glass of wine on the porch which sent Dana back to retrieve two wine glasses and an opener for us. Dana also worked her magic and got the heater on the patio area working for us. She provided exemplary customer service..making sure all our needs were met and then some. The breakfast this morning was outstanding!!!!! A marvelous warm pear/granola/cream parfait...delicious! Great coffee, an out of this world scone w/butter & jam, wonderful egg dish, sausage, juice all served exquisitely on beautiful china in the charming dining room. Felt very pampered! Coffee, tea, cookies, and some chocolates were available in the reception room until 7:00 p.m. each day. Just lovely touches wherever you looked. Thank you for such a special place. We appreciate the professional and friendly service. Feel like we made new friends!! We will definitely stay again and will recommend Prescott Pines B&B to everyone.
