I've always used the drive up window. I get bean burritos with cheese and pico de gallo. Yum! Good prices too!

great quick mexican food. not calling it fast food because it's prepared to order AND they will do off menu items. for instance, i ordered the chicken enchiladas and requested they split a chile relleno and put it inside the enchiladas. and they happily did it. it was phenomenal. my buddy raved over the carnitas burrito. it definitely was not lacking on ingredients inside. we both got out of there for $19. we were two hungry men coming in and two content ones leaving. they're open late which is good because everyone shuts it down early (9pm), which i find to be a bit ridiculous. loved having mexican cokes and they have a vending machine where you can get a mustache for a quarter. awesome.

Excellent quick service Mexican Food restaurant. Authentic northern Mexico recipes with a wide variety if burritos. It is fast casual so manage expectations on ambience, but great for a quick great tasting lunch or dinner.

Ok..ok don't judge....but I am a fan of almost any ___berto's line I have ever visited. This one is no exception. The service here has always been great. Even on my most recent trips when I was stopping in here at 10pm after getting out of work. My go to is just about any Jr burrito. The regular burritos are just huge and most are under $5. The juniors are around $3. Sometimes I just get the Jrs because I can't decided exactly what I want so I get 2 Jrs. [Yeah I have commitment issues....but anyway...] I love the fresh pico de gallo they put in any of the meat burritos and I usually request both red and green salsa when I go through the drive through. Add a large horchata and you have got a satisfying meal. They are also one of the few eateries open late on this side of the Mountain.

Better than I thought it would be... Carne asada tasted great. Fries and rolled tacos just a little soggy, but tastes way better than the place looks.

It was a cute little cottage to eat in. Nothing too fancy. I ordered the chimichanga and it was huge! Smothered with sour cream guacamole and cheese. It was even stuffed with onions and peppers, score! Had side of rice and beans, lettuce and salsa. It was good. My boyfriend got the menudo, he loved it with corn tortilla. The place had free wifi, sweet!

Coming back into town from camping for the weekend and wanted a quick bite, we decided to stop at this Aliberto's. Our family has eaten at this Aliberto's and most of the other Aliberto's in AZ multiple times and always been satisfied. When husband got to his custom order shredded beef tacos to add sauce, he found a very few shreds of beef and a bunch of cheese. He asked one of our kids to go up and bring the error to the attention of the staff. He then turned his attention to the carnitas he ordered, which were burnt and dry. The front counter person took the taco, walked behind the wall separating the front from the kitchen and began to berate us as greedy "gringos" and some other things not suitable for writing here. The kitchen staff then added that we should accept what was given us. All of this was said in spanish, which more than one of us is fluent in... When a new taco was produced it was much the same. My husband decided not to mention the carnitas after what we heard and threw the carnitas plate away. Needless to say, this will be our last visit to this location for sure.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
