    In the store. They get me in & out. Drive thru wise. I wait 10 almost 15 minutes waiting for a tea. Absolutely ridiculous. But I like going inside to get out faster.

    I came to this location because my wife's company had emergency, so she has to get online. This is one of the most busy Starbucks I've visited. It's packed with long line at Saturday afternoon. The wi-fi is still AT&T and it's slow like hell. I was waiting in the long line. Before I get my chance to order my usual coffee, my wife is already done. That was how long it took to order a Pike Place. The parking space is just nightmare. I would not come here to relax. But I have to say, the staff stays cool and friendly with so many in-patient customers rush to get their drink. Thumb up to the customer services. Shame on the customers and the property management.

    This is handsdown the most annoying Starbucks. I am typically not one to complain, but when I wait ten minutes for tea, after I was the only one in line, annnndddd I see all the chit chatty girls, chit chatting, I'm going to complain. Not only do these girls talk incredible loud, but they whine, gossip, and argue with each other. I find it highly inappropriate and ridiculously annoying. They still get two stars because it's not that difficult to screw-up tea.

    Always a long line in the drive-thru. Every time I've gone through, we've waited 20-30min. Last night around 9:30 pm we waited 30min.. there was only one car in front of us. I got so annoyed I just drove straight through and left the drinks. Worst location ever! Always understaffed and my drink gets made different every time. I'm going to corporate.

    Wow this location is packed the drive through was really long so I decided to go inside. The line inside was long but that was ok. The staff is very friendly. I like the one based on the great customer service we need these guys and gals over at the Starbucks where I live.

    I absolutely love Starbucks, I would say too much. This is by far the most disappointing location I've ever been, and on multiple visits. I am always disappointed in the way my drink tastes. The servers and baristas are always very nice and professional, It's just always been a problem with the drink I order. I've even wondered if they use different syrups than every other locations. And in case you wonder, my favorite drink to order is a raspberry white chocolate mocha with extra espresso. It usually is a deep pink color with a sweet flavor. I don't know how they make it so different at this location as I am not a barista. So I just try to steer clear of this one as there are so many locations to choose from.

    Gatta have my cinnamon dolce late ! Blessed that its on my way to work. The service is fast here and they are so upbeat and friendly.

    I left one start because you have to give a star.... this place SUCKS! They are way to understaffed and never make my drink consistent.. worst starbucks I've been to.. and this is my second bad review... #pitiful

    By far the WORST Starbucks drive thru I've ever driven through. I've given them three different chances now. And its only gotten worse every time. I've currently been in the drive thru for the last twenty minutes.(i know what you're thinking, "why did he wait that long?",) well I didn't have a choice. Can't back up once your in. Well not only do you wait in line, but once you get to your window, you wait about another 5 minutes. Cutting this one off

    Worst Starbucks I've even been to. I avoid this place whenever I can. Terrible service, slow drinks and filthy inside! I have complained to the manager, emailed the corp office but seems everyone is fine with this because it never changes. I could tolerate the slowness and even avoid the questionable interior....but I can't excuse rude employees that seem to think they are superior to everyone around them.

    Drive thru location in the Lowe's shopping center. Took a while to get through the line, but we can just chalk that up to it being New Year's Day and everyone still being real sleepy. Got our caffeinated drinks to hit the road back home to San Diego.

    The only thing bad about this place is that you have to get there way too early in the morning to avoid the long lines inside and in the Drive-thru...other than that excellent service...my favorite is the cheese danish with a skinny vanilla latte :)

    Waited over 25 min in the drive thru because I had no choice (blocked in) after the cashier took an order from a guy on foot... Boo this place. Disgrace to the Starbucks chain.

    This Is Actually the Starbucks Store I like the Least That I have been to in the Phx Area.... Every Time I have gone Whether Early In the Morning(not too early actually, around 6-7am) or At Night (About half an hour before they Close) They Take The Longest Time........... And ALSO Manage to Get My Drink Or My Companions' Drink Wrong..... Once we had to correct the barista taking our order Several Times... And She Still Got It Wrong... I know they might be busy or distracted but It's A Part Of Their Job To Get It Right.... The Manager Really needs To Think It Through A Lot More when hiring Young Teenagers... The Baristas that have taken my orders could try harder to improve their customer service skills As Well... Anyways... I Love Starbucks!!! But have No choice but to stop here when I Am In the Area, but I recommend that If It Is possible For You, Pass on This Location....

    The morning drive thru is ridiculously slow. I know it's a morning rush time, and they make breakfast foods that aren't just grab and go, but I sat in the line for 13 minutes. It really is faster to find parking, go in and order, than it is to hit the drive thru. The staff is always very friendly and cheerful in the morning.

    Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. I went there in the evening and they had plenty of staff, but they seemed too busy talking to each other and complaining about the only person working, to pay attention to customers. They wanted to cut her early so someone could take an extra 15 minute lunch. That doesn't make sense. I'm sure that poor girl could hear them talking about her because I could hear them in the lobby. The woman next to me said, "I can't believe them." Then walked out. If I wasn't already meeting someone there, I would have too. Never again to that Starbucks!

    i'm never gonna get my head around my fellow AMERICAN's obsession with STARBUCKS. i have friends that are late every month on their VISA and MASTERCARD accounts (which are probably mostly STARBUCKS charges anyway) because they have a forty-plus-dollar a week coffee habit. still, when you're on the road, it's nice to have a place where you can drop by and jolt the senses into a heightened state of alertness and use their WI-FI to get caught up on your e-mail.

    I always go here because it's close to my work. But screw them. Always so slow. The last time I went inside there were 5 people standing around. And I was late for work because the girls were too busy talking about their personal business. Man... act professional and do your job then maybe I'll come back. PS I love Starbucks! :)

    I visited this location twice. The first time was awesome! We went through the drive-thru and the woman at the window was super nice and friendly. She went above and beyond! She was like a hawaiian or samoan descent. She was awesome!! Drinks came out perfect! No complaints. The next day however we came across a caucasian brunette female. She messed up our order, overcharged us and then we proceeded to inform her NICELY, then she copped major attitude. She 'literally' rolled her eyes. Who the hell does that???? lol. She made it such a hassle that we just said forget it, not even worth it.

    LOVE this place, on my way to work. Hate the fact that the last 2 weeks I've been going, they have been trying to up sell me. No, I don't want an extra shot, umm no I don't want a bag of coffee, and no I don't want a $3 banana bread. But please, please remember I ordered NON-FAT milk.

    I don't know what it is about this location but it seems to mostly hire people who are equal parts rude and incompetent. The drive thru takes longer than most even when they are not busy. Drinks are placed on the counter with out calling a name and when asked I get a half answer by someone walking away. Something with my order is almost always screwed up. They forget to give me something, ring up the order wrong so I get over charged, etc. I was once told they were out of a seasonal item, in the middle of the holidays, and that they would not be getting it back until next season. Every other store was still serving this drink. -I went in a few weeks later and ordered said drink. It seems like whenever they get a decent person before long that person disappears (I hope to a store that isn't doomed to fail.

    I love Starbucks in general but I happened to stop by this location on my way out of town. I always get a classic oatmeal every morning and this store decided to throw a bonus to it SOAP! Yes I I opened it and it appeared to have colorful bubbles over the oatmeal. Although it appeared to be soap bubbles I didn't want to believe that could happen so I tasted it and sure enough it was like I licked a bar of soap! I called about 5 times trying to talk to a manager and nobody answered! I had to call customer service and they did gave me great service. Never going to this location again!

    This has to be the slowest Starbucks. I almost fell asleep waiting 20 min in drive thru and if you ask why I didn't leave there was cars infront as well as in back of me. So disappointing. Definitely will not come to this location again.

    There are three things that make a great Starbucks experience. Service, quality, and atmosphere. The Starbucks on 75th and McDowell does an excellent and consistent job of doing this. This store does have the tendency to be fairly busy, and the baristas are great at keeping orders rolling. I've been coming to this location consistently for around a year now, and see the same baristas on a regular basis. Norma, Arin, Ben, and Sam are great with making recommendations, being personable and friendly, and I have never gotten a bad drink from this store. If you want a quality Starbucks experience, this is the store to visit.

    It wasn't prime time when I came here, but the service was on point, and the employees were friendly. Frankly, I was just happy to finally find a Starbucks on my way home to San Diego. It seems like on I-10, leaving Phoenix, Starbucks are few and far between so if you see one and miss it, turn around! Otherwise, you'll be stuck driving through hours of nothingness until you get to Gila Bend (but Gila Bend doesn't even have a Starbucks)! Such a huge mistake considering all the travelers that pass through there, but I digress. Spotting this location made my day!
