Could not be anymore perfect. They are friendly, helpful and informed. Yogurt has creative, but sometimes commercial flavors. Chai latte. Swiss Miss Chocolate. Mango sorbet. Toasted Marshmallow. Flavors change monthly. Toppings are provided in small plastic boxes with lids and scoops, just like your local grocery for bulk foods. I enjoy the marketing products available too, like pencils, lip balms and stuffed toys. When I have a bad day at work a glance at their pencil perks me up. Definitely an established chain.

Love this frozen yogurt especially blue raspberry/tart swirl. Very affordable and lots of specials take advantage of especially a rewards card. Many perks and very friendly staff.

I saw a Menchie's while in Albuquerque and I remember hearing about them previously, also. I was sitting at work the other day and was on Yelp looking up ice cream places. This shop popped up and it was only about a 7 minute drive from work. It was 112 degrees out and I said to myself, "What could be better than some ice cream/frozen yogurt?" Probably not a damn thing in the world! I got in my car and drove on down. I walked inside the place and a nice, friendly lady employee greeted me and asked me if I had ever been here before. I told her "No." and she ran me through the gambit. Self serve yogurt and toppings, pay by the ounce, frequent buyer club with bonuses for signing up on their website etc. She also told me I could sample whatever flavors I wanted to try. They have tiny dixie cup type cups behind the counter. You can just grab one and fill up a tiny scoop of yogurt (they are actually decent sized and you get a full bite of yogurt in each sample). The first one I sampled was "Twisted Cinnamon Churro". DAMN GINA! This stuff was delicious! It tasted just like a churro/cinnamon toast crunch cereal. I didn't even have to sample anymore (I did actually, but I knew I was getting this cinnamon churro flavor right away). I filled up my cup with half cinnamon churro and half regular chocolate. I then made my way over to their toppings bar. Tons of choices! I topped my yogurt with some chopped almonds, some graham cracker dust, some Heath bar pieces, and some Reeces peanut butter cups. I took my creation up to the register and paid the lady my money. It definitely wasn't cheap per say (almost $7.00), but I felt it was worth it. It was delicious and a perfect snack on a hot ass day! I will definitely be back! Be sure to sign up for their "smiles" club. $50.00 (50 smiles) spent and you get a $5.00 certificate. If you sign up online with your phone number to receive specials, you get 25 "smiles" (half way to a $5.00 coupon already!). If you come back within a week of your first visit, you get another 10 "smiles". By the time you do that and buy 2-3 yogurts, you basically get one free. Can't beat that!

Cutest froyo place ever! Super clean, and they have some bomb flavors. Churro froyo what!? It's soo good and inexpensive. They also have stickers, coloring pages and colors for kids.

My daughter and I are huge yogurt fans and finally stopped in here yesterday after been wanting to try it for a while. The boy who greeted us was amazing! Super friendly and explained the benefits of Menchie's. Sampled quite a few flavors and loved some but not others (which is to be expected). The cheesecake flavor was my fav! Yummers! Loved the selection of toppings... a few unique ones like chocolate covered strawberries. Best of all - the toppings were in nicely covered containers that stack. NOT the salad bar looking place where stuff is dropped into other containers all the time and the stuff gets rock hard from being open all day. Super cute design of the place and fun environment.

Heaven for my 4 year old son. He gets to let his ideas out and create whatever he wants. He surely goes crazy with toppings. Great atmosphere. Staff is ALWAYS super helpful and polite. No real complaints. We visit at least once a week.

My daughter and I are Froyo fans... we love our frozen yogurt. I usually stick to the fruit flavors and made the terrible mistake of not sampling the flavors they had available. I got some strawberry flavor and I believe something with pomegranate, and it was not flavorful at all. Their "toppings" were limited as well. I was not impressed, but my daughter enjoyed her Vanilla yogurt and liked the place (but I think it was mainly due to the fact that she got a sticker). I'll probably be back just because it's so close to my home and the kiddo liked it, but will definitely sample flavors next time.

The best tasting and most unique frozen yogurt flavors I've ever had. The staff, everyone from the owner to the cashier, has been friendly and helpful on each of the three occasions I've visited. Menchie's is a self-service frozen yogurt store with no less than a dozen flavors of yogurt and an wide range of toppings. I personally recommend trying the green apple frozen yogurt with hot-fudge and crushed nut topping.

I have enjoyed going here in the past, but we tried it last week --I think it was Tuesday -- and the flavors were *awful*. I have enjoyed the german chocolate in the past, but this time the taste was sour and almost spoiled tasting. The staff, once friendly and engaging, has been replaced by bored teens who just want to talk to each other instead of address a customer (me) who was standing there trying to inquire about the spoiled-tasting yogurt, or ring up the three other customers who were standing there waiting to pay. One of the ladies who was in line joked that she should just walk out if they don't want her money -- she didn't, but the associates would not have noticed. There are so many chains of frozen yogurt places. Why go back here?

What a welcoming and beautiful frozen yogurt shop! This is the first place I have ever tried frozen yogurt at and I was completely satisfied. The owners were there during my visit and they were very professional but personable. I will continue to replace my cold stone nights for Menchies!!

I love this place. I like that it's unique and self serving. You're charged on how many ounces you get. Combine your own flavors, add your own toppings, etc. The frozen yogurt tasted great and their toppings were fresh. The staff was friendly and I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes to get creative with frozen yogurt.

This is hands down the best frozen yogurt "bar" I've tried. I wasn't at all disappointed. The Chai tea latte flavor was my favorite out of the current selection. There are way more toppings than the others of its kind. The toppings were much fresher than other places I've been. The staff was super friendly and the brand new store is bright and clean. I will definitely come back the next time I need a frozen yogurt fix.

This pace has a great selection of frozen yogurt, toppings and fresh fruit. The employees are upbeat, thoughtful and go out of their way to greet you and ask if you need help. They even offered our little one a balloon, which made his day! The atmosphere of this place is great. Glad we found it.

OMG!!! I can't believe I live within a block of this amazing place. It is is by far the best frozen yogurt place I have been to. The favors are great . The toppings are amazing! The price was so much better than other frozen yogurt places except Costco, but Costco doesn't have the variety or the wide selection of fresh toppings. It is very clean and the personnel are friendly and helpful. You can smell the waffle cones cooking when you walk in. I think I will try one next visit. Yumm!!

This was hands down the best frozen yogurt I've had in Arizona. The atmosphere was so comfy and adorable. There was a delicious range of both froyo and sorbet (bonus!) and toppings. The price was very reasonable, and I was surprised how cheap it was! Definitely making this a go to spot for recommendations! :)

I ended up addicted to Menchie's in Tennessee while visiting family and was so excited to see it here in town. This location has the same great quality of frozen yogurt and range of toppings. It's amazing how they're able to get the flavors to taste exactly like their descriptions. The cheesecake flavor was great and my husband enjoyed cake batter.

I had been taking to my best friend about checking out a self serve froyo place, all the places where we live the closest to, are either not open or under construction at the moment. He says, there's a place next to his work, literally the next suite over. Anyway, upon arriving the place was clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. They ask if you've been there before and if you haven't, how it works. I believe you can choose a waffle cone or a regular bowl, and you pay by the ounce of frozen yogurt taken. They allow you to taste test the flavors to determine what you want. While doing this part, a gentleman came up and said that the "tart flavor is my favorite, it's so refreshing." (Which it was but I opted for cheesecake). Anyway, low and behold he was one of the owners! I was honestly blown away an owner was taking the time to engage with his customers, you do not see this often! All in all, the place isn't that expensive, great flavors and they say unlimited toppings. They have everything from fresh fruit, chocolate, candy, and syrups. A fun place to take your kids, friends, a date, or yourself!

Wow!! Loved this place! I have been to 1 other yogurt shop, and although they had a few more options, the flavors were less exciting. The shop is decorated in the cutest manner! My visit was great. I was helped by an employee by the name of 'Shastein'' and a manager 'Colin'was present. I was getting a new phone fom verizon next door while the girl told me 'come get some yogurt next!' So i decided why not!! She told me everything i needed to know and even asked what color spoon i wanted!! I came the next day and was helped by another adorable girl who's name i forgot , awith my boyfriend and both experiences were equally amazing! 10/10!!!

My husband had brought home a frozen yogurt from Menchie's and I thought it was absolutely amazing. Today was my first time personally being in and without a doubt, this frozen yogurt place is the best and the most adorable! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as to where everything was and the flavors. The flavors where all very tasty and had a great variety. I highly recommend this to all looking for a tasty treat!

Due to get very busy with the summer heat on the way, go there now, don't wait. Their staff are friendly and helpful. You can sample flavors and put the toppings of your choice on your forzen yogurt. They have lighter options and even healthy toppings.Try it and love it.
