RUN FAR FAR AWAY! TERRIBLE! If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a pizza, the BOY answers the phone in a hurry, didn't ask how I was going to pay, didn't take my credit card info, didn't verify my phone number, told me it would be 15-20 minutes, I asked if he needed further directions for the driver b/c its in an apt- he said no, AND told me it would be $15.90-something. The delivery driver ended up getting lost b/c the guy had the wrong address, 42 minutes later the driver arrives after I gave him directions, he expected cash which I did not have. I wanted to pay with my card. The driver left the pizza with me and goes back to the store. The "manager" calls and wants payment; I have no problem with that, BUT when I told him what all happened, he TOTALLY froze stuttered his words and was completely USELESS! Its absolutely pathetic that this KID is a manager. Its like Fisher Price opened a pizza shop and hired him. He has NO idea how to talk to someone. OH! and he gave me the wrong # to corporate... coincidence? --- and my pizza was cold. ugh. Harold, the delivery guy, was super awesome guy. He owned up to the mistake, apologized, offered excellent customer service even though it wasn't his mistake. Nice job Harold! Now waiting on a call back from corporate and the district manager. Dear Donavan, Your management skills, or lack they're of, are some of the worst I've ever experienced. I would almost rather pay your college tuition than for you to ever handle an adult situation again. Don't ever EVER lie to a customer. You will always get caught... sorry had to call your corporate on ya. Shouldn't have done that, sir. CHEERS.

I ordered a gluten free pizza online, and received an email that said the order would be ready in 12-17 minutes. I arrived at the store in 15 minutes from placing the order. The kid goes off to the side of the store and a couple minutes later informs me they are out of gluten free crusts but sent an employee to go pick up crusts from another store. He asked if I wanted the pizza on a different crust. If I pay extra for gluten free, it's not because I feel like throwing my money away, it is because I require gluten free. So I left and decided I would get dinner elsewhere. I called back and asked to speak with the manager, the kid wouldn't transfer me to the manager and I told him what had happened. I gave a strong suggestion that next time something like that happens, he should call the customer AS SOON AS he recognized he does not have a gluten free crust (this was also on a Friday night). The kid told me sorry and that I should have watched my dominoes tracker on my droid and noticed the pizza hadn't gone into the oven yet. KID, next time CALL the customer. NEVER go to this location.

update to my previous review, just cause my previous review WAS based on the phone rep obviously. The food did arrive on time as specified and was of great quality. I will still order from them again, just hope I don't get the same rep =)

Can I choose zero stars? I'm sitting waiting for my food and all I hear is cussing and employees talking bad about customers. Good thing for dominos they don't rely on customer service and feedback because they are a crappy Walmart style pizza dump. If only I had something cheap like dominos closer.

Don't know what's up with all the bad reviews but this dominos is great. They are always on time when delivering and the pizza is a billion times better then Pizza Hut. For a quick non fancy pizza I totally recommend Dominos

Worst Dominos to order from. Unfortunately, it's the only location that delivers to me. So, No more Dominos. I have ordered the same Spinach Artisan pizza from there at least 5 times and each time, total disappointment.

These guys suck. I ordered a pizza and they sent one thin crush rather than hand tossed. Mistakes happen, which is TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. I called to get the correct order and they told me that it'd be an hour before I could get my correct order. Not to mention they were over explicit that they wanted the in correct pizza back. Yeah I totally wanted to go out of my way to lie to get an additional pizza. Why can I order a pizza and receive it in about 30 mins yet because it was a mistake on their part, I had to wait at least an hour. Seriously?! Horrible customer service I will never order here again. I advise going with another local pizza company. Dominos has good pizza but this location is horrible.

I have ordered from this Domino's several times - delivery and been very impressed! The thin crust pizza is not greasy and has great flavor. I also am impressed with how quickly it is delivered. Great job Domino's!

Horrible!!! Worst experience with a pizza place ever. Just from my brief exchange with the extremely rude girl who answered their phone (after about 20 rings), I decided to take our business to their competitor. We'll never order from them again. That owner should consider hiring different employees. They're killing his business!

worst website for orders ever! process does not show "pan" when the two-fer coupon is used. that up-sells by $2 per item which negates the coupon. giving them one more try was a mistake. won't happen again, ever! back to anyone else.

Sadly, this pizza was not very good. I got pulled in by their great advertising and I'm sure there are good Dominos out there but this store isn't very good at all. Why I gave 3 stars: Pros: Effortless ordering online, prompt delivery, Our 2 year old really liked the pizza crust where he usually only eats the cheese from pizza. That was amazing. He also didn't mind the spicy sauce.. which I thought was way too spicy. Go figure. Last pro is that it was the $10.99 deal... so delivery, etc. including tip was $17.00 for a large. Cons: The pizza (for me) was just bad. I didn't know which sauce to order so ordered what it defaulted to, and as I said, it was tangy spicy.. which didn't taste good but the baby liked it! Also, the pepperoni was mushy and not very much of it.. and there was probably a total of 2 mushrooms that were sliced to be about 9. I really was looking forward to that "brooklyn pulled" crust but it just wasn't happening. Oh well.
