The manager here is fabulous! Her name is Olivia and she went above and beyond to correct a mistake on the charge on my credit card. I took off a star because the service wasnt good. We felt rushed by the server and he wasnt friendly at all.

Terrible store, terrible service. They started serving 6 people behind us, then finally this guy offered to help us he leaves and disappears. When I finally gave my order huh, they had run out of vanilla. I was pissed by then, went to pay for one if them and huh the register was locked by another transaction. I asked how do you run out of vanilla and was told by seriously attitudes teenager that "it was the most popular flavor". I said exactly how do you run out of vanilla???? I also mentioned how all these other people got served before us her response was "oh, I doubt that" basically calling me the paying customer a liar. I love Coldstone, have been a customer got many and have never been treated like this. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED

Most annoying ColdStone experience, and I love most of them. The older cashier in an orange/red shirt (non standard dress code, so I assume manager or owner) screamed at the top of his lungs every 15 seconds "tip tip hurray" or "give me a hollar thanks for the dollar" after every purchase. This is literally the smallest Cold Stone I've been to with no chairs or counters, and yet the place was packed with about 30 people, standing room only, line out the door. By the time I got through the line I endured his yells for tips about 15 times, ending with a headache. This guy must be hard of hearing based on his volume level. Also I asked for two ice creams to be mixed, and they literally put them on the cold Stone for 1 second without mixing and into the cup. Never seen that happen before, they always actually mix then. They were out of Oreo topping and several others (which they should show you on a sign because you order your ice cream first thinking you know what topping you will add). Overall worthy of a 1 star cold Stone experience. They are in one of the best locations in AZ, so people will just keep coming... But I won't. At least please stop yelling at customer's for tips! FYI: The prices here are much higher than other Cold Stone locations.

Out on a walk and had to get some ice cream. Only bad part about this place was amount of employees. There were two there, but only one serving on a Saturday afternoon. Line was long but the girl did a great job trying to serve and ring up the prices. Need to fix this management.

What's not to love? You want plain ice cream? They got that. You want your weirdest mix of ice cream and toppings, made for you so you don't have to do dishes? They got that in spades. Who doesn't love ice cream? Okay, you lactose-intolerants... they have sorbets and yogurts. It's a welcome addition to the Desert Ridge Marketplace. This particular location is in front of the water feature and the outdoor fireplace. Minus 1 star because it's a little pricey for my taste.

Although a little pricey, Cold Stone is definitely worth it. The shop is very cramped so take your treat outside and enjoy it by the fountain or bring it shopping with you in The District! Listed below are some my favorite creations. Don't worry if you need some help with your creative juices because Cold Stone has a huge list of delicious creations to try. 1. Cake Batter Ice Cream with Rainbow Sprinkles Whoever invented this ice cream flavor is seriously my hero! If you are like me and like to sneak tastes of raw cake batter then this ice cream is for you too! This ice cream was so popular it is now available in a healthier light version, so let yourself splurge! 2. Cheesecake Ice Cream with Graham Crackers and Fresh Fruit So I have an obsession with cake flavored ice cream! This ice cream tastes just like cheesecake without the heaviness! 3. Pumpkin Ice Cream (seasonal) with Butterfingers Sounds crazy I know, but my boyfriend thought of this crazy concoction and it was delicious!
