I've had a gift certificate burning a hole in my pocket since February. Summer is just about over so I went looking for a store. Seems 3 of the ones near me have closed up in the past few years. I found this one on the North side of MetroCenter in the same strip mall as Fatburger and a bunch of other stuff. There was plenty of parking. The store was clean. Plenty of parking. Not very busy. I am definitely showing my age when it bothers me having the young man making my creation with a two day old growth and several pieces of "art" in his nose and other parts of his face. Getting past that, he was efficient and pleasant to deal with. It was slow so we had a brief conversation about the number of remaining stores in the West side. I had a cheesecake signature creation, med. It was good but I have been spoiled by Sweet Republic. I still have some money left on the gift card so I know I will be back again to some location.

Ah, what can ya say about this place, except the best over priced ice cream you will ever have. Lots of different mix -ins. Just get past what they are charging you, and , ENJOY.!

WOW!! The Strawberry Banana Rendezvous This selection will change your life and make you see the see the light :) Great service and the staff was very friendly on helping me make my first selection since I was a first timer!

This locations staff needs training. Management needs to read these reviews and do a staff change. Especially the girl with the tattoos behind her ear. Always feel very unwelcome, switched to 7th at and bell location, much nicer

As far as cold stone goes I love their ice cream, but this location needs to step their game up all around. I went with some friends and wasn't feeling ice cream so i went for the new frappaccino. Not only was the service ill prepared to make it, after the didn't make enough to fill the cup so they tried to cover it up with an extra serving of whip cream. Not worth the visit anymore.

Worst Cold Stone I have ever been to. Staff was unfriendly, the girl started with what do you want? And that will be $11.59.. Great Service !!! (Sarcasm) will not being going there again.

We stopped in on the 1st to order a birthday cake for the 4th assuming that would be plenty of time. The girl working said it needed to be placed a week in advance, as we weighed our options on just picking up a pre-made cake or going somewhere else, she was calling her boss to see if they had time to do one more. And they did! She was extremely friendly and helpful. Luckily it wasn't very busy in there since it takes quite a bit of time to order a cake. We asked for Mint Chocolate Chip with purple and pink frosting, however it was very basic looking with sloppy writing. Nothing fancy, it was a little disappointing to give it to a 12 year old little girl. But, it tasted great and we apprecaited them accomodating us with only 3 days notice.

My gf and i stopped by the other night to get some milkshakes. We were treated badly by the service when one of the counter girls decided to give us attitude. My guess would have to be "its closing time and why are they here?" The store clearly says that they close at 10 and we arrived at 9:10.. Clearly someone does not like their job and needs better customer service skills. In return, we wrote "No" on the tip section.

Dinner at home last night with no time to make dessert...so popped over to get some CAKE BATTER ice cream (BEST in the universe!) Saw a new flavor...Red Velvet Cake. First---very rarely does anyone bake this delicacy properly...it is an unusual recipe and an unusual flavor AT FIRST...until you become addicted! The Original recipe is very old...and buttermilk or sour milk and vinegar, make it what it is...NOT RED FOOD COLORING, which should be cut in half OR use beet juice or powder. Food coloring adds only color not flavor. Anyway, back to Cold Stone. Love their offer of free samples. Their Red Velvet is TERRIBLE! Overwhelming flavor of COFFEE, which I only like in a morning cup...not foods! But especially not Red Velvet! So, hey, Cold Stone...get this one RIGHT, like you do with other flavors! BTW...only a big taste sample of Cake Batter ice cream could wash away the nasty taste of the so called red velvet sample! As always, everything else we had was wonderful!

Coldstone no matter the location is always consistent. Ice cream is always amazing and the service is great as well. It wasnt too busy when I stopped by but I imagine parking would be an issue if it were to get busy.

Love it I wish i had one in my house you can't go wrong. Service here is always great! I would recommend the mud pie for all the coffe lovers.
