Fresh guacamole ?? There fresh guacamole is wonderful you have to love the flavors they put in to food. The speed of the food is great too it always comes out so fast and you get to see them making it! The sophretias is a great vegan dish must try!

Chipotle:) this place never disappoints me and I always leave happy. They always have fresh food and if I ever have a problem with the way they made my food they don't have a problem redoing it. I've been eating at this location since it first opened and I've never had one problem.

This place is terrible with their customer service & portion consistency. Ordered three bowls of the same meat (barbacoa) & they were all different in amount; the employee Evelyn used the bottom of the batch, giving the last bowl hardly any meat & majority of it just juice. When asked to even the amount, she said, "You already have a lot. Do you want double?" I explained how the meat was skimped on the last one, but she only told me the same thing. It was clear the first two bowls had more than the last. The other food assemblers were rude when I asked for extra lettuce, & the cashier didn't even smile. My bowl was drowned in juices, hardly any rice, & all together it was a terrible experience. It's sad because Chipotle is one of my favorite fast-casual dining to go to, but I will never come back to this location again.

I am a huge fan of Chipotle and visit them often. Although I read the reviews on this one I figured it can't be that bad. Well they almost came close to a 1 star review. They greeted me at the line, rushed me to tell them what I wanted (I know what I want to order) let me tell you. black or pinto, what kind of meat, what kind of meat what kind of meat, Hold on let me finish with this part of my bowl first. Then when I get to the meat, it was the smallest portion i have ever had, i told them to double the meat, that gave me a normal serving at a normal chipotle. I want a lot of cheese, i had to tell the young kid 7 times to keep adding. Normally I say it once and it is done. Unlike other chipotle's i have ordered from they didn't tell me the double meat and guac was extra. I knew this but it could be a upset moment for someone who does not know. I am glad I live in CA and have other options. I will not go back to this place again. Food was ok, but steak and rice a little under cooked. I would highly recommend this place gets with the program or new managment. They are doing too much to try and save on food cost.

I come at least once a week to mesa location was in the Phoenix area and decided on chipotle. The portions were a lot smaller was not told how much extra steak is or guacamole made my order wrong at the very end put to much sour cream on my husbands bowl and had to wait to pay because the cashier had her back turned to me and she did not offer me a drink or chips. I will not go to this location again even if I'm the area

Good quick service. Even with a long line the employees speed you right through. It's chipotle so the food is always good. Only downfall is the portions, But other then that never had a bad experience at this location.
