Rather disappointing. They use Dryer's ice cream????? nothing special, I was hoping for some homemade ice cream.

This is the only place I stop for ice cream. The peanut buttercup is a dream for peanut butter lovers. Staff is friendly. Bonus, they accept donations for the area Humane Society.

Stopped in here as an end to our road trip north and I'm glad we did. The place was very quaint and homey with free wi-fi and lots of options from ice cream to coffee and a combination of the two. We both got a Wake Up Shake which was an ice cream shake with espresso and was delicious. You pick your own ice cream flavour and I went with Dutch Chocolate. Looks like a great place to hang out with a lot of couches and clean enough bathrooms. I wish there were more ice cream + espresso places around me like this!

Another good find in Payson. Locally owned by a nice Christian couple. Good coffee there as well as ice cream. They always have a variety of different flavors available and you can try them all before you buy. Check them out when your in town.

This plays blows starbucks away as far as coffee is concerned, you also get a punch card to use for each visit, the employees are always friendly and remember my drink order on most occasions. Great coffee shop, I have not tried their ice cream yet... but I am sure its just as good.

Waaaaaaayyyyyyyyy overrated. No different form any other ice cream or coffee place. A little pricey for what it is as well. But the girls who work there are nice and they have a lot of choices so it's....ok.

Whoa best latte of my life...and in Payson! Monin syrup and real chocolate for mochas, unlike Dutch bros which lost my respect after I found they use Torani chocolate flavored syrup. Ew. Back to Scoops. Great beans, barista knew what she was doing (great foam on the latte) and they were super friendly. I had a small latte, one pump dark chocolate, one pump coconut. I will drive from Phoenix for that again. Chalkboard tables! So fun. Cute decor, nice atmosphere.

After seeing all the good reviews, I have been wanting to check this place out. I finally had a chance to after a short hike in Payson. The shop felt very clean and comfortable. They have a good selection of drinks and ice cream, and a few pastry items (two types of muffins, brownies, and biscotti). I ordered banana cake ice cream, a coffee cake muffin, and drip coffee, all of which were very good. The two baristas behind the counter were both very friendly and helpful. I will certainly be back the next time I am in Payson.

Totally love this cute coffee shop. I take my daughter in there all of the time to get fun ice cream treats and a coffee for myself. They have an amazing variety of latte flavors and I love that. Glad to have a place to go that isn't so generic and is always full of friendly and inviting people.

My new favorite coffee shop in Payson. Our espresso drinks were great, the ice cream portions are large, and the barista who served us was very friendly. The seating is comfortable. I could see coming here to study or get some work done. We will definitely be returning whenever we're in town.

Yes, I made a picture on one of the chalk tables. It was supposed to be Race Point Beach on Cape Cod. There was water, beach, sand dunes, tall grasses, a pine tree and sun. We found Amy D's review thru the trusty Yelp App on my phone when we were looking for ice cream and wanted something that held more promise than DQ, a frosty at Wendy's or a sundae at McDonald's. Scoops delivered on that promise with great service, yummy ice cream and even pretty good coffee. I'll keep them in mind for the coffee & wifi when I'm in the Payson area for sure. And as long as I'm there getting coffee & wifi I might as well have a scoop right?

Scoops is a family tradition since it opened for us. My stepfather needs ice cream every night and...well...I do, too. It's locally-owned (FTW!) and they have a great selection of ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet and sherbet. (Notice it's NOT "sherbert." There is no "R" in the second half of the word, people!) They also have a full coffee bar and free wifi. IN PAYSON! Some of the tables have that blackboard paint and chalk for people to draw on. There is even a birthday party room in back. People paint their hands on the wall and sign them. How cool is that? I go for their chai. The iced and hot are both awesome and they even know what a dirty chai is. Make it your family tradition when you're there. It will give you the same sanity I need when I spend a weekend with my parents. Ha!

Delightful locally owned small-town ice cream shop with small town appeal. Good selection of flavors (Blue Bell and Blue Bunny), incredibly inexpensive and very large portions. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice family-friendly indoor seating area (with a couch, tables & chairs, and games). The only thing that could make this shop even better is homemade ice cream (vs tubs of Blue Bell or Blue Bunny). -1 star for this. This will definitely be a stop on future day trips to Payson!

I was driving through Payson to meet up with a friend, and searched Yelp for a nice place to stop and chat. This one came up, and we stopped by... but to our amazement, they offered gluten free products! This was killer for us, as both my friend and my sister are gluten free, and they enjoyed some wonderful treats at Scoops. If I am ever in Payson again, I will be stopping by!

I am happy to support this local shoppe. The people are very friendly and support their local community. I grabbed a couple of coffee drinks (iced latte & a frozen frap-type drink) on my way through town. They were every bit as good as the green Seattle monster, if not more. This experience makes me only want to patronize local businesses when I visit places.

Scoops is a favorite for our family. They have a wonderful location next to the theater, with comfy seating and a friendly, clean atmosphere. Their ice cream is delicious and well priced. My husband and I really enjoy their locally-roasted coffee, and we're super picky about our java. If you live in town, or are just traveling through, be sure to make Scoops one of your stops -- you'll be glad you did.

Some of the best SERVICE and Ice Cream creations I have had-Maria was super friendly, and made me a concoction, which contained Ice Cream, FRESH made brownies, and some other stuff-It was delicious. Hope to come back here soon, it is well worth it.
