The server was nice. Buffet food was barely warm. I asked for something fresh to be made since it was cold on soggy on the buffet, it was promptly made and brought to me. This is when the owner saw that there was already some of this item on the buffet and began yelling and punishing the server for requesting it be made, in front of the customers, for more than 5 freaking minutes! Unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. Won't be back.

From the outside it might look a bit iffy but the food is very good. Great to get chicken on a stick and ribs on a buffet at lunchtime. If it's late and the lady will fill any item up for you on request. If you are worried about a buffet you can order off the menu and I was pleased to find out they now deliver. Best Chinese in town easily!

This place is good!!! We came just in time for the buffet. There is a variety of food, it may different from your typical Chinese buffet but it's delicious. and the female owner is Sooo nice she makes you want to feel welcome. She even asks if they're anything else we like in the buffet and she will make more, or make he cook make more. The sign says open and next to it says "For Sale by Owner". I didn't ask why but it's open for sure. The only thing that's bad is that it looks a little run down but he food and service makes up for it. Try it!!!!

I love this place. The food is not stocked to the gills and sitting out for hours like most buffets. This makes it fresh! The owner is a sweet vivacious woman who is very interactive with the customers. We stop here everytime we are in the Payson area.

This place may look like a hole-in-the-wall joint, but the food is really good! The owner is great with the customers and is very attentive when it comes to service. I've eaten from the buffet and ordered off the menu, and never had any complaints from either choice. I highly recommend the Happy Family or the Phoenix and Dragon entree- delicious. They also have a pretty good vegetarian selection of that's more your style. Also, the prices are pretty reasonable, so that's an added bonus. All in all, it's well worth checking out of you're in Payson.

I must admit I was a bit scared. We showed up and the first thing we saw was a for sale sign. The sign said We're open, so we entered. The first table had silverware and plates available for sale. I saw a family inside so we continued in to the restaurant. The owner said come in and get some food. Looking over the selections almost everything was empty, but she said she was cooking more. We had 6 people in the group and I wasn't sure that there would be enough - but there was, and some additional food arrived soon. The owner was very pleasant and helpful in providing directions to nearby things to do. Everything turned out okay and it was only $50 for all of us including drinks.

Great, personalized service. Veggie options if you ask. Owner Lei is very accommodating and friendly. Stick to the menu rather than the buffet. Noodle soup is great.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
