Very good! Great service! Will definitely go back!! Would highly recommend the prime rib or ribeye steak dinners. They were very size able portions and cooked as desired. Flavored well.

We went here as a large group with my family a couple weeks ago and I was not impressed. My parents wanted to do something special for their anniversary so they took us all out to Stroke's for a steak dinner. We ordered two bottles of wine to start and the waitress brought them out to our table but complained that they were too hot to serve right away. Apparently the wine was stored in a room that did not have air conditioning so their temperatures were as hot as the broiling summer Arizona air. She cooled the wine down by dousing them in ice water. I'm sure that's how a professional sommelier would do it, right? The appetizers were good but I could tell they were once frozen and straight out of the box. I could probably buy the same prepared food at a Costco or a restaurant supplier like Sysco. The ribeye was cooked nicely but it was laughably thin. At $30, you would think you would get a nice healthy looking steak... Not at Stroke's. And this was the same for everyone in the party. The food was overpriced and not very special. Next time we'll skip Stroke's, buy our steaks at Safeway, and grill them up ourselves on the Weber

Cute little patio area with big TV. Service was really good, our waitress was so sweet & attentive. Food was pricey for everything which is without complaint but I think the dollar sign should be $$$ instead of only 2. Would come back. The food wasn't the best overall but we enjoyed the people & the decorum. We got there super late, an hour till closing, so next time we will go earlier & I bet you the food would be much better.

Good salad and the bus boy is incredible. The prime rib is terrible.overcooked and dry. Looked like a pork shoulder I smoked for 8 hours. Unfortunately everything sucks in parker as far as a decent meal is concerned. Maybe china garden will open soon, where the workers no speaky english, and the cats are scared.

My family and I have been coming to Parker for years. The quality of our usually restaraunts had began to slip so we decided to try out some new places. We found Strokes on Yelp an it had great reviews. We first came in with a group Of 15. They quickly sat us down an poured us some water. Which is exactly what you need when it's 100 plus degrees outside. They give you some warm loaves of bread and butter. The prices are very reasonable for a steak house. Not one person in our group of picky people didn't like there order. We have now made this a tradition to go to Strokes every time we go to the river. We made it out there on a Thursday night for all you can eat fish and chips an it's delightful. Every night of the week they have specials. I think one of my favorite meals there was there lobster fettuccini. Omg!!!! It's amazing!! I want it every time. But it was just that nights special. I was just recently there with a group of 8. Our glasses were always full an the bread and butter was flowing. My husband an I decided to go big an order the steak & lobster special. It was so phenomal. For 47 bucks we had a 10oz ribeye with a huge lobster tail And loaded bake potatoe. I can't even describe how delicious this was! So much food! We had a blast. The wait staff is so personable. He had us cracking up. I asked him if they had soup an he said we sure do in October. Haha. Not many people want soup when it's that hot out but the restaraunt is nice an cold. My dad actually left is brand new batwolf oakleys at the restaraunt an didn't realize it until the end of that next day. He went down there and our waiter had then waiting for him. Such a blessing it was they had them. So not only does this place have amazing food but they are good honest people! Thank you Strokes for making our vacation that much more enjoyable!!!

Not happy with food. I had to tell them about my "free check in " dessert, three times. They forgot. Lame.

    (2)
  • William C.

The owner makes you feel right at home. It's impossible to come to Parker and not eat here. I look forward to the food as much as I look forward to vacationing on the river! Thank you for a great dining experience every time!

  • Jessica M.

Service was really good, lobster tail was delicious....boot cup with cocktail, meh, overall it was a good experience but a bit overpriced.

    (3)
  • Lance P.

Never been called out on a tip before. FYI - tip are EARNED, not given. Waitress complained that the $4 tip on a $42 tab (for two lunch meals & 2 drinks) wasn't enough. Should have took the $4 back. Food was decent but WAY overpriced. It not like we're eating in Alaska or downtown LA. First and last time I eat here. Next time we will hit the Pirates Cove.

My husband and i went for a late dinner at this resto when we were visiting Parker Dam. We ordered their prime ribs and ribeye steak . Both taste good, nothing extraordinary though. Place is well decorated , very texan and cowboyish feel. There's really not a lot of good restos in the area so this one is a must try!

  • Heather F.

Overall the food is very good. Always hot and fresh. But I was disappointed that the salmon was so bland. There taco Tuesday special is not a good deal for the food we were served. The beef tacos taste like canned beef and the fish was just like eating a fish stick in a flour tortilla. I was not impressed.

I've been coming up to Parker since I could remember and I never liked eating out anywhere but I wanted a steak tonight so my boyfriend took me here and I loved it! We will defiantly be coming back :) our waitress was amazing, she super nice and she had a very bubbly personality which was great it made my first time there a very enjoyable one:)

  • Christi P.

They ran out of bread, my steak was cold, salad was good with their blue cheese dressing, baked potato was good and the service was alright!!! We probably will not be going back. Thank you for the experience!

Once again great steak. The service was perfect. Always a great meal with friendly people.

Just finished our late dinner. Aware of our timing we felt ordering off of thier "specials"menu that we would be considerate !!! On Ordering the special we were told it came with a baked potato and salad..... At the end of our meal the waitress came up and apologized saying that she was mistaken and that our potatoes would be an additional $2 each (at that time we said ok). Then upon getting our bill we realized the total was wrong. At this time we asked our server and she informed us that not only was our potatoes an additional $2 ...so was our salads!! Our meal was ok.. (Nothing to brag about) But due to this management practice, we will not be returning

    (1)
  • Wes R.

All these 5 stars.......Really? Food is ok, but for the prices it should be a whole lot better. Special on the lobster steak dinner was $1 off $45. Lobster was only ok, as usual for most cooks it was over done. Steak was about 3/4" thick ordered medium rare. It arrived medium. Server was proper amount of sassy and on time, so that is worth 4 stars. End of the day it's about the food, and it will come up short. Now however, your on the river so the five stars must be for those who expect less.

Great food and excellent customer service.. I eat lunch there all the time and I'm always happy leaving!!! Thanks!!

Went back again tonight, food was still delicious but the service was even better! Lyl was so sweet and friendly, and brought our drinks and food out quick! The strokes spritzer was so refreshing!

Just had a wonderful Valentine dinner with my husband. I splurged and had the filet and lobster. It was very good. My husband had Prime rib which was also very good. If I had any complaints, we felt a little hurried. I understand it being Valentine's Day but we had to ask for plates and water. Otherwise it was a great meal!

  • Rob S.

First time here. It won't be the last. Love the cowboy decor. The staff was awesome. The primerib was very very good. Order the smallest as the portions are large. You have to have the Tuxedo Bomb for dessert. The menu has a 32oz t-bone. I cannot imagine eating that much but would love to see someone try. Food challenge!

    (5)
  • Janelle V.

Would have been 2 stars but the large portion size of my salad pushes it to three. It's okay food. A step above fast food. I'm not sure about other restaurants in the area, but I expected this to be a bit classier than it was. It's definitely more of a bar than a steakhouse. So if you go into it with that mentality, it's decent bar food.

  • Guy G.

Kandi, I was there on Thursday night as well. You should be embarrassed about the way in which you treated our party. I think you are rude and I think you don't understand that the customer should come first and I hope that you lose ownership of this establishment so that somebody reputable can take it over and bring it back to the way it was. People don't just make this crap up, your food and your drinks are terrible you must have ran out of alcohol at the same time you ran out of all you can eat fish and chips

    (1)
  • Jen S.

Our first time eating here and the special was all you can eat fish and chips. Are you kidding me with this place?! We ordered the fish and chips and prime rib...everything was so delicious! The fish was perfect, the prime rib was perfect, the salad was good and tastes fresh, I even tried the cole slaw ( I am not a cole slaw fan) and it was perfect! Our server was excellent and took good care of us (think she was the bartender as well). I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that's in the area, prices are good also. Oh, they have specials for everyday of the week too!

  • Lisa G.

Food was great, but took 45 minutes for 5 of us to get our food with very few customers. Not sure why it took so long but nice atmosphere, and we had a good breakfast. So if you don't mind the wait...

I have no idea if the food is good or not considering that was the WORST service I have ever had at a restaurant. Waitress said "I'll be right back to take your order". 30 min later, no menus, no water, no coffee. Nothing. I went and asked the hostess where our waitress was. The hostess brought water and coffee and menus. Ordered the food curious how good their biscuits and gravy was, and never saw anyone again..,waited an HOUR for our food . Finally threw $3 on the table and walked. Wasted an hour and a half and hot nothing. Strokes, you should be ashamed.

Wow!!! A great place to eat in Parker. We come to Parker about once a month and finding fresh, delicious food is extremely rare. We are so tired of the same ole burger/fries/sandwiches/wings offered at every joint in this town. In fact, as much as we'd like to eat out and not cook, we end up bringing food from home in order to have a good meal. Health doesn't seem to be priority around here - processed fried food is the norm. When we left the La Paz Swap Meet on Saturday morning we noticed the big new sign saying Steakhouse at Strokes. We decided to go for dinner that Saturday night and I am soo glad we did. Wow, we were pleasantly surprised. We both ordered the Prime Rib dinner. Small cut $22.99, large cut was $26.99. The waitress was great, she brought us a small loaf of warm bread and butter and then our salads. I am all about the salad and have never found a fresh salad in parker. Around these parts every salad I have had has been limp warm bagged lettuce! Not this salad. This salad was fresh, the greens were crisp, cold and delish. I literally forgot I was in Parker. Then came the prime rib - a very large cut, perfectly prepared, served with homemade creamed corn. Amazing!!! It was excellent. The service was excellent, they waitress walked by our table continually, friendly, prompt, agreeable, intelligent, well-dressed, and completely on it. The entire experience was so not like any other restaurant in Parker. Soo glad that someone in this town is making the effort. We have been coming here for 20 plus years and continually on a search for a delicious and well done dining experience - this place is it. Please don't close.... we will be coming here every time we're in town. Yay!!!!!

We were in Parker this past weekend for a Best in the Desert racing event. In my past experiences in Parker (dating back to the 80's), I had never developed a fondness for any of the Parker eateries and we always end up relying on food brought from home, or Ruperto's! On our way to the Roadrunner for a cocktail, we spotted Stroke's and decided to stop in on the way back to our hotel. We both had the prime rib dinner, which was both reasonable and perfectly cooked. The baked potatoes were piping hot, and whatever is in the corn side-dish (we were told it's a big secret) is yummy. The salad was fresh and crisp, and the bread warm and soft. The food was served promptly, and the wait staff was attentive and friendly. We will make sure to make a return visit the next time we are in Parker -- oh goody, that's just three weeks away!

This was the best meal we've had in a long time. My husband had prime rib and I had Parmesan crusted halibut...delicious! Diamond in the rough definitely going back

  • Brooke G.

I honestly love this place! The food is seriously the best in Parker, the service is always great and the atmosphere is wonderful. The food...ahhhh the food. My favorite time to come is for dinner because I love their Halibut steak dinner...it's so good :) we do breakfast here a lot too. My Eggs are always cooked perfectly and that's a huge deal to a picky eater like me. We also do lunch here, I pretty much don't grocery shop or cook at the riverhouse anymore, lol. The owners are awesome, they truly care about their customers and the quality of the food. Bar is great, drinks are cold and place us fun!! They also have a huge patio with TV's :) best in Parker hands down!

One of the best places to eat (and drink) on the Parker Strip.. Strokes is really known for there steaks but they have an assortment of delicious items on the menu that will appeal to all tastes. Warning if you come in a weekend night or busy weekend be prepared to wait both for a seat and to dine. If you do just have some drinks at the bar. Problem solved! I usually get the "Strokes Steak" which comes with you're typical steak sides and if it's for lunch the Prime Rib Dip is soooo on point I'm hungry just thinking about it. They have daily specials so be sure to look at the board when you come in. There are also standard nightly specials that are posted above the restaurant so be sure to take a look..

I have been eating at Strokes for many years and it is my top choice for my birthday dinner! The food has always been good but the new owners have really kicked it up a notch. The atmosphere and decor are inviting and comfortable. Plenty of big flat screens and a outdoor patio area. This place rocks, so yes, sometimes there is a wait but nothing I consider excessive. Weekly meal specials, awesome desserts and a full bar! It doesn't get any better than this.

Stopped in doing a drive by and saw it was quite busy. I was quite impressed. Prime rib dinner was awesome

  • Bonnie S.

Ate dinner here a year ago after a golf tournament and it was AMAZING!! So today we stopped for lunch. My husband said his Chinese Chicken Salad was just okay. I had the BLT with avocado and it was really good - nice thick well done bacon! Side of homemade coleslaw tasted like it had a dash of wasabi in the dressing.... YUM!! Bloody Mary was one of the best I have had! Not many good places to eat in Parker so I would highly recommend Stroke's.

My family and I have dined in and had take out, both have been outstanding. Their parmesan crusted halibut is to die for.

My wife and i went here over the 4th of July weekend for dinner the service was great considering how busy they were. I am very disappointed in the quality of the chicken they served. I had the chicken sandwich on a roll and took to bites then asked my wife what she thought and she tasted it. Horrible it looked like some kind of pressed chicken and tasted foul. I sent it back and they at least took it off the bill.

We dined here for our first time. Don't judge the food by the decor (which is Norco cowboy done tastefully) We ordered porterhouse and flatiron steak served perfect medium rare Dinner salad was fresh, crisp and served on a cold plate with a chilled salad fork. Looking forward to many future returns. Thank You Stoke's !

had dinner last night and it was amazing! I had the Steak and Lobster dinner, and it was so damn good, sweet lobster cooked just right, and my Steak was absolutely wonderful! kids were all super satisfied along with my husband and then we all shared a really good lemon cake for dessert. we love this place and will be back real soon!

OMG...we were staying at Blue Water, and wanted a change of pace...a good steak or something, so we headed over to Strokes this evening. We both ordered the prime rib. Not only was it a huge amount of meat...it was superb. I had the cheesy mashed potatoes- very tasty. I don't know how they made their secret creamed corn, but it was to die for! Mmmmmm...the salad was fresh and crisp, with a delicious bleu cheese dressing. Warm, fresh bread came first and also delicious. The service was friendly and excellent. We'll definitely be back again, on our next river trip.

  • Leanne S.

We have always had a great meal here! Had the prime rib which was thick cut & perfect! Baked potato with all the fixin's, creamed corn (yum!), and if you love blue cheese dressing, they have a good one! The staff are super nice and the wine was chilled perfect :)

  • Bobby T.

Had the occasion to celebrate an intimate evening birthday dinner with my wife. I had previously heard that Strokes prepared great food, but had never ventured inside. To my astonishment, everything I was told about the great food is true. The service was great, we both ordered surf & turf (Ribeye) with all the fixin's including wine. The lobster tail is large enough to share. To top things off, I was also provided carrot cake with a small lit sparkler as a candle. At the conclusion of dinner we were both stuffed. If you're ever in or around Parker, Arizona and you want decent, good food, you must give STROKES a visit. bobby187t

If you have 3-4 hours to wait around for dinner it's a great meal. Way to long and on a weekday

    (2)
  • Annette G.

This place is great! Very accommodating our family celebrated a very special birthday there and they were more than helpful with us. They make the best home made blue cheese dressing everything was cooked to perfection and the taste of everything was flavorful. Everyone in party ordered something different and none of us had anything negative to say. That is our Saturday night dinner when in town.

We went to Strokes Steak House in Parker on Saturday, 3/22 in the early afternoon. Cute place. We ordered the Daily Special Sandwich with no alterations or special requests. By the time we finally got them they were very good. The problem was it took 40 minutes to get two sandwiches to the table. About 30 minutes in, we inquired about the delay. The waitress, who quickly became surly, went through a litany of excuses but none addressed our side of the conversation; mainly customer expectations and not telling us before we sat down how long it would take to put together two sandwiches, fries and cole slaw and deliver it to the table. To her credit, however, realizing we probably had a few good points, she comped our lunch. We'll probably go back to see if things have changed but we will inquire about how long it will take to get lunch. Snow birds beware.

Worst serve ever!!!! My wife and I came here for what we thought would be a good dinner we where told the wait was about 10mins not long at all. Waited at the bar three people that came in after us sat next to us. After about 20mins the Hostess came over and got all 5 of us telling my wife she was going to sit them first and come back and get us. Which she did. She sat us right next to them. About 3 mins later a waiter came by to take there order, return later with there soup and salads. We waited no waiter acknowledged us. 30mins later we asked the host who are waiter was, she passed us without telling us anything. I found the manager told him how long we had been waiting told him about the people that came in after us and already had been served. He asked me who my waiter was? I told him you tell me I haven't seen one. He couldn't did offer any help at all we left never will go back place sucks !!!!!!!!!!

  • E L.

I agree the service isn't the best. I've been there twice, the first time our waitress was pretty spot on. The second time, she couldn't seem to refill all of our drinks consistently, let alone remember what we ordered. She came out with plates and just started putting them down, we had to tell her which plate goes where. I don't think the food is bad, I would return there for food. The person who paid the bill was a little torn because they didn't leave a 15% tip... I'm sorry, but if you can't refill drinks or put down plates without having a memory dump, you didn't earn that full tip.

Went last night for dinner for 6..4 adults 2 children. Place looked nice outside and in. Comfortable decor....not trashy crap. Hostess and waitress both really nice. Price...a little too high for what you get. Chcicken breast was cooked well but what they put on top killed it. Santa rosa chicken..it was 2 tomato sliced covered in jack cheese that was not melted hardly at all then slopped with some tomato stuff (I think it was supposed to be salsa) with some piped out guacamole gunk and an unattractive looking portion of sour cream. Baked potato undercooked...and cream corn that I didn't touch....looked nasty! I would've given this a better rating but here was a party of 10 that was the LOUDEST group and totally obnoxious! I couldn't hear my son sitting right next to me. And they kept serving them drinks....I learned they had been there 3 hours.....seriously there is a cut off point. Then 2 of the grown men in the group were wrestling in the restaurant and almost took out a waitress and another patron. At that point owners or manager (which was almost taken out too) should have put an end to it for the comfort of all of there other patrons. We ended up walking to the bar to wait for our check because I couldn't take it any longer. The "bartender" who I believe someone called LIL said "its the river". No.....the river is the water that you play in....this was. Restaurant...and not one of the ones on the river where u almost expect this kind of behavior. This one is at the golf course. But location shouldn't matter....common decency should.....and everyone there had none. Ruined what would have been an enjoyable dinner and a much higher rating. Shame on the owners for allowing that to happen.

Good food, but not worth the prices per portion sizes. Pasta dishes there are alright, but you do not get much. Go for the steak or prime rib, at least you'll feel like you're getting more bang for your buck. We only go when desperate for something new and don't want to go all the way to lhc. Bring down the prices !!

SERVICE and FOOD were A-mazing! Everyone there made us feel so welcome and made our experience a very memorable one. We came in with a fairly large party of 15, and every single one of us left happy and there was even talk of coming back the next day it was so good! My expectations coming in were a little low, I didn't want to set myself up for disappointment from a semi-secluded desert/river bar, (plus I'm kind of a "foodie'), but I have to say, my expectations were absolutely blown away by the food quality, portion size, taste, price, atmosphere, and service. Thank you Strokes for a super dinner and SUPERB, welcoming, and truly gracious service. You guys ROCK!

The food here is actually pretty good. I love their tacos and the fish&chips. I just don't like sitting on the patio with my family everytime we eat here, because people smoke on the patio WHILE I'm eating. If you sit inside, this is a perfectly likeable place.

Watch out for the waitress named ANITA. Our first time there, hubby & I ordered 2 drinks each and dinner. Total bill around $55. Hubby puts down a $100 bill and she keeps the change as her tip!!! Asked her about it and she laughed. Writes her name on a piece of paper and says she'll give us a free appetizer the next time we come in. HUH???? A month later (we have a vacation home there since 1984) we take two other couples (aged 50 plus like us) and two 23 year old sons to dinner on a Friday night. One of the young men (our son) doesn't have his ID and ANITA won't serve him in spite of our assurances he is legal. Hubby orders a beer, drinks almost all of it, orders another and goes to the head. ANITA brings the fresh beer and puts it in front of my hubbies seat and walks away. 23 year old takes a swig out of the old almost gone beer, ANITA storms back and confiscates both beers and throws them in the trash. Hubby comes back from head, asks where his beer is, she goes off about how he's letting an underage person drink (which he wasn't even there). He asks for a beer-now she won't serve him (the guy who she kept a $45 tip from). We've already ordered around $300 worth of food for our group, she's acting like she has mental problems and gives us our bar bill which we pay and we leave without eating. We were just a family group planning on having a pleasant dinner together, well behaved, not loud or obnoxious or vulgar like many of their other customers. ANITA was a total nut case. Will tell everyone in our park and everyone we know that goes to the river how unethical ANITA is. I wonder, do the owners condone this kind of behavior from their employees? You lost a decent sum of money that night and a bunch of future business. Plus we paid for beer she threw away and never got the 'free appetizer' (as if we care) but never again will we walk into this establishment. I welcome a comment from the owner.

Since I reviewed this place in 2011 the service has improved tremendously. The new owners took over about a year ago, and it appears that they have put an emphasis on good service. The breakfast and lunch prices are moderate and the food is very good. Although the dinner prices can be on the high end, they do offer a variety of menu items in the moderate to inexpensive. Strokes also offers nightly specials for very good prices. The servers are very friendly, attentive and polite. As we had stopped going there because of poor service, we now eat there at least once or twice a week.

Have been goig to Strokes for years. Ever since new ownership took over service is no longer a priority. Owner is rude an d does not seem to care about her customers. Last 2 times have been in for lunch never was asked if we'd like a drink refill instead just had the bill presented. Went to another bar to get drinks and watch race! If you can get past the inconsiderate service the food is the best in Parker.

Worse service I ever had in my life. There is no way I would ever set foot in that place again or patronize any businesses associated with Strokes. Was in a party of 6. I asked our waitress if there were any drink specials that night and she said the margaritas were $2, so I ordered a round. After serving them she then told us she made a mistake and they were $6 instead. It was rude that she didn't tell us before she served them. Then our food was taking a very long time to come out and our waitress was sitting at a table across from us having a beer yapping away a bunch of people. When she finally decided to bring us our food it was freezing because she had totally forgot about it. Two orders of rice were actually frozen as if they never even got cooked. When brought to her attention she jokingly told me I was causing trouble and she would have to take me outside. I told her I was serious and she acted pissed off that we wanted hot dinners. She brought them back freezing again. She then brought the owner out to speak with us and I was absolutely blown away how rude she was. She stuck up for the waitress even when we told her we watched her drinking for 45 mins while waiting for our cold food. She shut us up every time we opened our mouth. I told the owner not to shut me up and she said "if you don't shut up and don't like it, then you can get out of my restaurant." So I got up and left.

If you're hungry and looking for good eats in Parker keep on movin' along. Our family of 6 arrived on a Wednesday evening to a pseudo-filled restaurant. Music playing, food and drinks being enjoyed by others. After being seated it was a while before the waitress took our order for drinks and food, during which she stepped away with no "excuse me" or "just a moment" just walked away to seat other customers. She did return and we ordered a variety of menu items some from the board specials which interesting and reasonably priced. We were famished and anxiously awaiting food. After some time the waitress returned to refill 2 of the 6 empty drinks (odd right?) at the table and delivered 2 salads. That was the last we saw of our waitress. Yup, she NEVER RETURNED AGAIN. After 40 minutes or so my not-so-thrilled and retired traveling salesman father went to the bar to see where our food was. And left the bar with less answers than when he approached. After 55 minutes of waiting on extremely bad chairs with no cushioning, empty drink glasses and a few licked clean salad plate we threw a $10 bill on the table and walked out. Hungry, frustrated and disgusted with the service of this establishment. Things to note: There were bartenders, waitstaff and buss boys that saw us just waiting for an hour. We personally asked what the hold up was with no real response. The waitress abandoned us with no food, no liquids and no explanation. Integrity alone guided me to leave the $10 for the few drinks and 2 salads we received. I somehow suspect the waitress "kept" this for herself which honestly appalls me. Stay home, bring food or patronize another Parker establishment. Strokes is a blight on the community.

Family had gone here for years, good eats and average service. NOW new owners and service is hell the last two times. I brought this up to the new owner lady and she blew us off. RUDE We wont be back and hope everybody listens to the other reviews.

The food LOOKED good in the photos. But I was never served. I came in with a group during mid week, Not a packed place, had customers, mostly drinkers not food, but they looked busy enough we thought it may be a good choice. I ordered a water, which I did receive, no refills, I never received my meal. A couple people in our party got their drinks, and first course, and then we were abandoned. No one got any food in our entire party save a small side salad. No refill. The waitress seemed to forget our entire party....FOR AN HOUR. Even when asked what was going on she said oh, nothing, and another 10 min went by...my child fell asleep with no food on a very hard chair. My butt hurt! Curiously, a bar tender waved, smiled and said "you guys have a nice evening." when we all stood up an walked out. What is going on in their heads? Oh, the child I took to the restroom to wash up because (falsely) thought we would be eating....The bathroom was in quite a disarray.

We have always had a great meal here! Had the prime rib which was thick cut & perfect! Baked potato with all the fixin's, creamed corn (yum!), and if you love blue cheese dressing, they have a good one! The staff are super nice and the wine was chilled perfect :)

If you're ever in or around Parker, Arizona and you want decent, good food, you must give STROKES a visit. bobby187t

Food was great, but took 45 minutes for 5 of us to get our food with very few customers. Not sure why it took so long but nice atmosphere, and we had a good breakfast. So if you don't mind the wait...

Yay!!!!!

  • RT W.

You have to have the Tuxedo Bomb for dessert. The menu has a 32oz t-bone. I cannot imagine eating that much but would love to see someone try. Food challenge!

Lame.

The owner makes you feel right at home. It's impossible to come to Parker and not eat here. I look forward to the food as much as I look forward to vacationing on the river! Thank you for a great dining experience every time!

Service was really good, lobster tail was delicious....boot cup with cocktail, meh, overall it was a good experience but a bit overpriced.

They ran out of bread, my steak was cold, salad was good with their blue cheese dressing, baked potato was good and the service was alright!!! We probably will not be going back. Thank you for the experience!

Food was great, but took 45 minutes for 5 of us to get our food with very few customers. Not sure why it took so long but nice atmosphere, and we had a good breakfast. So if you don't mind the wait...

We have always had a great meal here! Had the prime rib which was thick cut & perfect! Baked potato with all the fixin's, creamed corn (yum!), and if you love blue cheese dressing, they have a good one! The staff are super nice and the wine was chilled perfect :)

If you're ever in or around Parker, Arizona and you want decent, good food, you must give STROKES a visit. bobby187t

Terrible service. Slow service. Food is ok at best. Not worth the money. Drinks are ok when you can get one served. Keep driving.

The food here is actually pretty good. I love their tacos and the fish&chips. I just don't like sitting on the patio with my family everytime we eat here, because people smoke on the patio WHILE I'm eating. If you sit inside, this is a perfectly likeable place.
