This was a pleasant surprise. First off, a warning: If you're using your GPS to get here, it's probably a bit off. Ours was, at least, and it looks like Google and Yelp have some confusion over the actual address. Just keep driving, and you'll see it - there's not a lot else around. Like I said, this was a pleasant surprise. The place is a little odd - it looks like it was originally a home, and it was converted. The area behind the place serves as a patio and storage area for a bunch of derelict furniture. I'm not sure what the deal is with that, but even so, it's pretty nice when there's a breeze. They have plenty of shade, and some crazy decorations that are interesting if nothing else. The food itself was pretty great - not overly exceptional, but good, and if you consider you're in the middle of nowhere, it's pretty awesome. The ingredients seem to be of high quality, and the menu options are significantly diverse. The people are friendly and the service was good. I suspect it gets slow when an unexpected influx of tourists come in, but if you're in this area of the world, you probably don't have a tight schedule to adhere to, so settle down.
We like this place. It is a hole in the wall restaurant but those are the best kind usually. We stopped by one morning for breakfast and really enjoyed the food and the service. It was your typical small town restaurant where the locals stop in regularily. The service was good too.
We were in town visiting family and went here for lunch. It doesn't look like much on the outside but DO NOT pass this place up if you're in town. It looks like a hole-in-the-wall and it may be, but it is amazing! The back patio is beautiful and peaceful with the water feature. We had the filet mignon chili, thai peanut chicken salad, and ham & brie sandwich. The meat in the chili was delicious! The salad was huge and one of the best I've had. And the sandwich was cheesy and hammy and caramalized oniony and delicious! I even liked the coffee and I never say that. I normally only drink it only for the caffeine and add cream to it. I didn't feel like it needed cream this time. Service was spectacular. We had a great conversation with our waiter and I'm sorry we forgot to ask for his name. He was amazing and I would love to give him credit for it. The only con: We couldn't get the wifi signal on the back patio. But if you need that, just go into the lounge where it worked great!

I love this place for breakfast. The food is good and hot. Chris, the waiter, is friendly and attentive. Worth the drive to Oracle any day of the week except Saturday when they are closed. Prices just right. They'll invite you back for Father's Day 7-course meal..... a six pack of cerveza and a burrito. My kind of place.
Yes this place is a whole in the wall but where else do you get some of the best home cooking food. Stopped here yesterday for lunch after driving in the back country and we were starving. The menu has a good selection and all of it is homemade. I had the #1 (see photo) my parents had the #10 and a ala cart green tamale. The red sauce is the best I have had in a long time. The portion won't let you leave hungry. The price is very reasonable. The service here makes you feel like you are at a friends house, not in a restaurant. Their hours are 6:30 am to 8:30 pm Sunday - Friday and closed on Saturday. Bring cash or check they don't take credit cards ( I can understand with how much they charge per swipe). Good new is the are building a patio this summer for some Arizona dining.
I drove by looking for a place to have breakfast and I saw this place that looks rough outside, but what a great surprise. My Huevos Rancheros were delicious. It is a great family restaurant. I was lucky they were open because they are usually closed on Saturday.

Great food and such a reasonable price. I recently went there with the family and I could not believe how large the portions were, how good the food was, and how cheap it was priced. If any one complains about the price then they aren't the this of people that usually eat at quality restaurants.
Great Service and food, our second annual Scout troop (25 boys) stopped by before camping the weekend - Awesome!!!
Turkey club is very good and big. Did I say homemade bread!!!!
