Amazing food and great customer service. Most sandwich places I do not like to eat in at but I really enjoy eating there. It's very clean and the tvs are a great touch. I highly recommend the hook and ladder!

Back on track. Much better than my last visit, they've got the magic back =) The taste of their sandwiches is just simply unparalleled. They must be baking crack into the bread or something because they're just fantastic.

When it comes to subs in Maricopa, nothing beats firehouse. The subs are incredibly yummy and fresh (my heart goes meatball, but the hook and ladder is one not to gloss over). On top of that, the service is top notch, the place is always clean and the variety of hot sauce options mean your sandwich can always have a different taste. Great spot.

This location is fab!y young kids love coming here! They prefer it over the stinky old McDonald's any day. The employees are warm in greeting you and very friendly through the whole ordering process. It appears the employees genuinely like their jobs - usually a sign of great management. The food is tasty and fiat priced. I can feed my family for under $20. Keep up the good work. It's nice to have a clean friendly place to take my kids to eat!

People raved about this place so I tried it out. Not that great, maybe 'eating in' would be better, but the take-out is bad. So when I get my food home (3 mins) i get my Italian (No tomato) sandwich out and I'm all ready for it to be amazing. But instead i get a very soggy lump with very WET bread. It was so gross.. I still tried to eat it but after a few bites, I could not stand the wet bread.. As for the pickle it was not that great and looked to be manhandled into that sandwich bag. This place was also a little loud with the staff screaming at customers when walking in the door. So disappointed. I really wanted to like you Firehouse Subs, I can't bring myself to go back. At least the Subway is still in town, and I never get soggy bread from them when i get food to go...

PLEASE STOP YELLING "WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE" EVERY TIME SOMEONE WALKS IN THE DOOR. It is VERY IRRITATING for the people sitting there eating. What makes you think that people will like that? WE DON'T!!! STOP IT NOW!!! The FOOD: I really think the subs at " Jersey Mikes" and "Subway" are a lot better. It took so long to get my sub that I was wondering if I would ever get it. They are SOOOOO slow for all the people they have working there. My sub was soggy and fell apart before I could finish it. I hate their pop machine, who needs 5000 flavors to pick from? Also you to wait forever behind the stupid people that don't know how to operate it. WHY is it there? WON"T BE BACK!!!

The best subs in Maricopa. You will go back over and over after trying them. It is not your regular subs.

I love Firehouse! It's our go to place when we grab dinner to go. All the sandwiches I've tried are amazing and I love their chili. I also really love you can round up your change to donate to public safety.

Let's just say it upfront, because everyone who has been to Firehouse Subs is thinking it: This place is expensive. It'll cost you $9 or $10 for a sandwich, chips and a drink. And then you'll get the medium sandwich and think "This is it?" It might be a 9-inch sandwich. But then you take a bite, taste this amazing amalgamation of fresh-sliced meat, good cheese, bread that stands up to the juices, a little mayo, a little veggie, whatever you picked, and you're like "....well damn. That's pretty freaking good." The Meatball sub is great - you see the pictures of it on their commercials or whatever and then you get it, and it's picture perfect. The brisket sandwich is fantastic too. So yeah, this isn't as cheap as Subway, but it also isn't oversaturated pre-cut garbage like Subway either, so quit complaining. If it was as cheap as Subway, it'd have to taste like Subway, and if you want something as cheap as Subway (watch this), just go to Subway. Simple as that.

My father has been raving about Firehouse Subs since he 1st tried them. He finally took me over and all I can say is that I don't understand what the fuss is about. The subs were good, much better than subway, but nowhere near as good as Jersey Mikes or Jimmy John's. As soon as JM opens Firehouse will be a distant memory.

Loved it! Last weekend I had a really bad experience with another Bbq place...but fire house subs made up for my anguish. I had the beef and cheese brisket. Absolutely melted in my mouth. I will order this again. I'm not usually a fan of baby rays Bbq sauce as my preference is a mixture of famous Dave Devils spit and sweet and sassy sauce, but this was great! They mixed mayonnaise with sweet baby rays and it was wonderful. You should try it...it jst opened in Maricopa and they were spot on with taking my order and especially making sure I got my pickle spear....just wish it was a Nally puckle. Would have been perfect.

My Hero! Finally a great sandwich in Maricopa! Into their 5th day in business the staff here seem to have gotten most of the kinks in their hose worked out. Everyone is friendly, happy to serve, and their speed and quality are consistent if not better than other "stations" in the valley. It's been a long time coming but welcome to Maricopa, Firehouse Subs!

Great experience! My kids loved getting a fire hat with their kid's meal! We will for sure be back. I met the owners and they really love this community which is great to see!

Great sandwiches! The service has been pretty good when I have been there. They could use a changing table in the restroom. I'm not a big fan of the fancy "choose your own flavor" coke machines, so I just drink water.

This was my first experience at a Firehouse Subs and I was less than impressed to say the least. I ordered a medium steak and cheese and my husband ordered a large Italian, it cost over $16! The restaurant was busy, but for at least 5 workers preparing food it should NOT take 27 minutes to prepare subs. At this point I was still hopeful that the food would be good and sadly I was disappointed again. The bread and meat were dry and there was no flavor to the subs. I was excited for a new business to come to Maricopa, but I would not waste my time or money going to this restaurant. I would recommend Subway over Firehouse any day!

At my first visit I enjoyed the Hook and Ladder light. Very good quality sandwich! At my second visit I enjoyed the turkey bacon ranch. Even better!! My husband had the Italian and enjoyed his sandwich pick! We looked forward to trying other sandwiches in the future.

Food is quite good but I have a couple of general issues with the restaurant. 1. The price. it's about $20 for two subs, which seems very high. I wonder if they could charge lower prices if they reduced unnecessary staff. I notice they have one person who just stands on the customer side of the prep table and waits to yell out a name, can't they yell out a name from behind the station? 2. The wait. It take about 10 minutes to get your subs, and I dont mean 5+ subs, I mean one or two. Would get more stars with these issues fixed, that being said, the NY Seamer is fantastic.

Great Food! Great Staff! Was really nice to see the owner taking orders and cleaning up all while being pleasant. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and nice to have an alternative to Subway. I don't think anyone will be disappointed.

Sandwiches are good. The chili was not what I was expecting though... Not good. And it takes forever to get your food.

I have never been to a Firehouse Subs. I am from NJ and know my fair share of good quality subs, my hometown aside this review is based on hot subs which is not a "NJ" trade. This place just opened up, I heard great things about their meatball sub. We ordered 3 subs including a meatball sub, cheese steak and a hot turkey and ham. Wasn't a fan of the fact that you can not watch your sandwhiches being made like other sub shops. Expected a longer wait since they are brand new, no problem. Came home, set the table and opened our bag. The three different subs were not labeled accordingly just with a #1, 2, or 3. Opened all three and found NO meatball sub. Instead we received another hot deli sub of three different meats. The bread is spongey and blah, wasn't toasted just warm. The cheese steak meat was minced, the melted cheese was just baked into the soft bread. The other two had zero flavor besides the overwhelming amount of mayo. Three medium subs, three bags of chips for $24. Seriously could have made a ham, turkey and cheese sub on crappy sub rolls from Frys and just microwaved it. So disappointed. Was hoping for at least a decent dining option in Maricopa that was not Mexican. I would rather drive out of town to Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns, the sandwhich would probably be just as hot by the time I got home. Perhaps it would have been better had we received the meatball sub we ordered. I'm not even sure I will go back to try that.
