Great burger. Better milkshake. Great fries. 3 minute wait. Not bad. Very clean.

Not sure what all the fuss is about this place. When I moved here I was told over and over to eat here by many people. The fries were fries and the burger was like one I make on the grill. Better than eating McDonald's and places of the like but, I will take Five Guys over In-N-Out Burger any day!

This is as good as it gets for fast food. Clean, friendly, freash, simple menu. Sometimes a wait but worth it plus it is cheaper than the other burger chains. I talk to people who do not have In-N-Out burger in their state and they always seem dissapointed but if you look at it for what it is cheap fast food. I really think it can't be beat in a lot of places.

IN-N-OUT is always a special treat for me and my family, and this location is awesome. You would think, being a chain and all, that the burgers would taste identical between locations. Not so! We normally eat at the locations in Chandler, AZ. This location had fresher tasting lettuce and the patties were cooked a little longer - and they tasted awesome! I will be back!

Another great experience at In-N-Out! This one was great as well! I love the happy staff and the quick service, but I really love the burgers- bet in the world!

all about the 4x4 fries and good shake.

Nicely accessible location, always a short line, same great quality of food I've experienced in California. The problem I've had at this location is always the same: short line, VERY long wait. I'm talking like two cars, 20 minutes long. Maybe the sense of urgency is not there because they are not so crowded here? I don't know, but the food is still good.

Let me start by saying this place has been talked up so much it's popular name made it all the way to my ears in Chicago. Naturally we felt we had to visit when in Arizona. Coming from the middle of America I have eaten a lot of burgers in my life and this one was not the best but not bad. I do think it is overrated but is probably the best of the quick order burgers out there.

I love this place. Always fresh and delicious. "Animal Style" burgers and fries is the way to go. It's part of their "secret" menu. Milkshakes are a little on the thick side but still great.

I still have no idea why everyone likes this place so much. Thin tasteless burger with a special sauce that has onions in it. Weak. The fries are good and so are the shakes but seriously, the burgers are barely worth the $2 i spent on them. Since its a pretty cheap price I can't complain that much except for the fact that the burgers are supposed to be so great. False.

It's always nice to get to In-N-Out when I come to the West Coast. This location is nice and has friendly service with a smile. They were good in taking care of our special order--a double double minus the cheese for someone in our party that is lactose intolerant--and overall made it a good In-N-Out visit.

Oh man. I love In-N-Out. I'm not going to lie this was the first place I went to as soon as I stepped off the plane. Once you've lived in Hawaii you won't know how amazing your first In-N-Out Burger in a year can be. The food is super cheap and is super yummy. The drive through didn't take that long considering they make everything fresh. That itself is rare. I really do wish they would post something about their secret menu so the next time I go I'll remember to order off it!!!

I have never been disappointed with a visit to any of the multitude of In-N-Out Burger restaurants I've patronized over the years. I love the cleanliness, the professionalism and efficiency of the friendly and clean-cut staff, the appeal of the facilities, the prices, and of course the quality and freshness of the food.

Food was good. But ended up getting it to go cause the dining room was disgusting and they weren't even that busy.

    (3)
  • Valerie M.

Argh!!! The drive thru is absurd. A nearly impossible access if coming from wrong direction. I mean they really make this most accessible from the road and the rest of us are S.O.L. if they're busy. Everything else is good ol' In and Out Burger- super yummy, fresh, and made to order exactly as I like. It's not the fastest but I suppose being close to I 10 means they're constantly busy. Not exactly sure.

I generally don't go for In-N-Out because I like thick fries, but I was craving a burger. I will be back to this particular restaurant. The customer service was exceptional. I was very impressed with the staff. All the ingredients on the burger were good quality. You usually don't get that kind of quality in fast food.

  • Nikki B.

Way better than a McDonalds or BK. The friendly staff are what make it even better. Love the Double! Only thing I don't like are the fries. They are just not up to par with the burgers.

As Always, This place hits the spot when I'm craving a great burger! Not to mention the 'animal style' fries and Neapolitan milkshakes! I hit this location while i was running around Tucson yesterday. Great staff and plenty of things to see within walking distance after your delicious burger.

I'm from LA so I'm happy to see there's a InNOut in AZ. I love the burgers here more than Culver's just because of their spread. And they always have their freshly cut fries. The service was good. But it always seems to be busy no matter what time you go in. Note: You can ask for more spread for your fries or your burger. I usually get 2 spreads for just my fries.

It had been over a year since I l had last chomped on an In-N-Out burger (in San Francisco). I have fond memories of that burger, but the burgers we had in the desert today are not quite worth all the hype. The hamburger meat is absolutely excellent in flavor, but the tomato on the burger was rock hard and there was way too much 1000-island dressing (at least that is what I think the sauce was). The bun was served at a temperature as blistering hot as the tarmac at Sky Harbor Airport on a July afternoon. Ouch!!! The onions were not grilled, but they were hot too. Were they blasted in the microwave? Cold crunchy onion would be better. The fries, on the other hand, were good. I also loved the strawberry shake with an incredibly natural flavor. But really, the best part of In-N-Out is the cheap prices!

What can I say its the BEST! I like to eat my burger animal style, and if you want to know what that is go ask them to make you one! I don't want to ruin the surprise! ENJOY!

Ok, so I hope most of us know about In-N-Out food, so im just going to review the location. Its decent enough, staff is friendly, keeping the place pretty clean. I do not like the drive through layout. kinda tricky to find when your trying to get back on the road quickly but hey it works.

Great burgers! Great fries! Great milkshakes! What more do you need if you're looking for a burger joint. I haven't tried Five Guys yet, but I really believe In-n-Out is hard to beat. Plus they put a Bible scripture on the underside of the drink cup, look for it next time you go!

Lets get this straight...I'm not a big fast food fan. My idea of fast food is Subway once a month. But I grew up with In-n-Out and find myself having to indulge at least once a year! Well that was last night! They never disappoint. Their burgers and fries and some of the best around! This is a great location for its service and cleanliness. I wish my body liked In-n-Out as much as my taste buds do!!

This is one of the best fast food burgers that you can get. Better than most, but too small. I always leave hungry. Maybe that is healthier if you chose to eat a burger. The fries are lacking something, probably a better tasting cooking oil; they are uninspired and bland. Not even salt can bring any life to them. The old fashioned shakes are great and the service is always prompt and friendly. The secret menu. What is the point of having menu items you don't advertise? Well, the long and short is that there really are no other menu items, just variations of the same menu items. Such as The Flying Dutchman: two meat patties with chesse sandwiched in between; no bun; no onion or anything else. Or the Grilled cheese: essentially a Cheeseburger without the burger. Or Animal Style: a mustard cooked burger with extra spread, extra pickles, extra cheese and grilled onions. 2 x 4: Double meat, 4 slices of cheese. 2 x Meat: Double meat, no cheese. Mustard Grilled: meat grilled with mustard on it. Protein Style: any burger sandwiched in lettuce instead of a bun. For a full list, see: badmouth.net/in-n-outs-s…

The food has always been great every time I've been here. The reason I only give 4 stars is because of the service. The people are normally always very friendly, but for whatever reason, whenever I go, I always seem to have to wait a VERY long time. (At least 10-15 minutes.) It doesn't seem to change if I go inside or through the drive-thru. I've gone when it's busy (so it's understandable) and I've gone at 12AM when it's dead (not so understandable)....every single time I go I always end up waiting really, really long for "fast food." Like I said before though, the food is great! Typical In-N-Out quality. Yummy.

Tasty, tasty Burgers are always made fresh. Salt up the fries and they rock too. Everyone knows the In-N-Out rumor of secret menu, just go with the idea of if you want it, they will try to make it. Order up and go chow down.

The place is clean and the menu simple. What they offer, they do well. Fries were ok, next time i will try them animal style. In n Out ranks up there. Love it.

Good burgers but goodness gracious, they need to change the name to In-wait-a-long-A#$-time-N-Out Burger. The last 3 times that I've stopped in to satisfy the kiddos occasional craving for "fast" food, they never fail to have me all hung up at the drive-through. Then when I FINALLY make it to the window, they trick me by quickly handing me the drinks, then ANOTHER 5 minutes goes by before the food makes its way OUT. C'mon Son!! whatever happened to getting In-N-Out with a great burger?

Great burger that speaks for itself. This location is notable for me because it is the first location that I visited after learning about their "Secret" Menu. I had my first In-N-Out burger "Animal Style" here. It was good. Don't know about the "secret menu"? Just google it and you will find out the wonders that await you... lol

Finally found my perfect order! Here goes... Double Single (double meat, one slice of cheese), extra tomato, grilled or reg onion Lite fries (I know some people complain about the fries being too done. This fixes that issue. Order them "lite" and they are perfect every time.) Coke light ice or a shake Oh yeah. Burger heaven baby!

What do you say about In-N-Out? I have been a fan since I was introduced to them on a trip out to San Diego a couple of years ago. The Food: Fresh meat, fresh buns, fresh toppings, all prepared daily. A tasty fast food joint. The restaurant is clean and the cashier was polite and friendly. Only out west do I get the chance to enjoy. Also don't forget their secret menu!
