Excellent bbq and very friendly staff. We had a pulled pork sandwich and a Cuban king....both outstanding. Owner Bobby stopped by every table to personally check on the guests and chat a bit. Great time and great food...must try!

Hm. That is all I have to say about my experience here. My boyfriend and I decided the patio looked like an inviting place to have dinner as the sun was going down. There were only a few tables that were taken outside and the weather was perfect! Great moods in tow, we went through the menu together, discussing what we may want to try and what sounded good. Our server came over and without a smile, took our drink order. We both had sodas and were perusing the drink menu. The apple pie shots sounded good so we decided we might try those! When our server came back I asked her her opinion of the shots: "How are the Apple Pie shots, what do they taste like?" and no joke I was answered back with: "Where's your ID?" Um. What? Okay? Firstly, I was asking your opinion on them and hadn't even ordered anything yet. My boyfriend is 33 and I'm 25 and we look our age. It's not like I'm an 18 year old asking what they taste like, so the response she gave was a bit unnerving. I'm a server and I totally was expecting to get carded, but wasn't expecting a rude response laced with attitude. Being taken aback, we told her we needed a few more minutes. She left the table and we discussed leaving and going somewhere else because of her attitude. Deciding that it wasn't worth leaving, we reluctantly ordered dinner. We shared the 3 taco "starter" plate, a side of baked beans and side of coleslaw. The tacos were huge so I was glad we shared. The meat was underseasoned and a bit disappointing, though the sauces served at the table were able to mask it. The baked beans had some sort of shredded pork in them, which was DELICIOUS. The coleslaw was tasted like absolutely nothing; no flavor. Overall, I would probably try it again just because of the baked beans but the servers need a few days vacation and/or classes on how to interact with customers properly.

So a few months ago, my 3 kids and I were bored on a Sunday morning and decided to take an impromptu road trip to Jerome to shake things up and get out of the house. Upon arriving in Jerome we found ourselves famished and in need of some good ol' western b.b.q to satisfy us. We mosey'd on in, Sat ourselves and pondered over the menu. standard fare for any BBQ restaurant... But pretty expensive in my opinion. my initial thought was, for these prices this better be some damn good BBQ! We got a half rack of ribs, a pulled pork sandwich platter and a BBQ Western burger along with fries, mac'n'cheese and cornbread. Honestly, everything was good... But just that- good. I'll admit that I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to BBQ, but I still think it could have been better...again especially for the price. It was over $90 for 3 entrees, an extra order of fries for my daughter, drinks all around and a tip for our almost pleasant waitress. I get that this is a tourist town so everything will be that much more expensive but I still think for the price I paid it should have been better.

Jacqui was our server. She's a sweetheart. She knows history, too. I like her. MyLove had a half rack and I had a burger. Double patty, excellent. MyLoves' ribs were "Fallin'-off-the-bone-yummy" Jacqui chided me for coming to a BBQ place and ordering a burger but I tried the BBQ sauces in the sauce carryall on my dry bun burger. The burger was so juicy it needed nothing but lettuce tomato onion and pickle. It worked.

Great food and incredible service. Crystal was our server and she was friendly and informative. She was real attentive also. I ordered the Bob's Big Boy and Tim ordered the Brisket Platter. Both were excellent and we both left real full. Some of the best BBQ either of has had in quite a while.

Second time here and good as the first! (Seating inside is a bit limited, and it was Labor Day so obviously the town was busy, and it was raining so couldn't sit on the patio but found room at the bar.) Had the pulled pork sliders - Amazeballs! Loved the medium BBQ sauce (maple and jalapenos, but they take most of the seeds out so it's not hot at all, just a nice pleasant warmth -YUM!) Parents had the mushroom burger and regular pulled pork, no complaints. Didn't get our servers name (think we had her last time to, sweet gal, dark hair, crystal necklace and tattoos) but she was great. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Excellent ribs, I was shockingly surprised how awesome the ribs were. I am from Southern California so we have the best of everything and this BBQ topped anything I've eaten in So Cal so far. Wow.. Totally worth it.

Hubby and I went here for dinner. First we had the screaming wings and onion rings. Contrary to their name, the screaming wings were just the right amount of heat and not too much. They were sweet, smokey and spicy! The wings came out whole and not cut apart, but still delicious. The onion rings were also delicious and had a nice batter (tasted like beer batter.) we each got a platter. I had ribs and brisket. The ribs were very good and fell off the bone. The brisket was just ok and could have been more smoky. The corn bread and Mac and cheese were both too dry for my taste, but we came here for the BBQ meats and the BBQ sauce was so good!!

Cool little town. Being a vegetarian, I found their veggie burger to be of great quality and taste. Sat outside (flies EVERYWHERE! Including all over their soda machine and condiment bar) this was very distracting. Very nice waitresses. Good beers. Slower service - I'm from Orange County so I know my service speed expectations are higher than average. Awesome views. Great history behind the place.

This was my second time eating here and still love this place. The service was great, the beans and cornbread are my favorite. The brisket was great and fell apart with a cut of a fork, I wish they had more variety of sauces and the flys on the patio was a little overwhelming. Next time ill eat inside.

I had the Pulled Pork Platter with a side of baked beans. The pleasant surprise with the beans was added pieces of pork in them. The jalapeño cheddar cornbread was good, but I have had better other places. I felt the same about the pork...just okay. The atmosphere is nice and they have a decent selection of microbrews here. The Pear Cider paired nicely with my meal. They had a check-in offer so I received $1 off my meal. Yay!

Great BBQ and great service on the patio from Crystal. Great selection of local brews on tap and the Honey Lemon Sweet Tea hit the spot on this sunny September afternoon.

We stopped here for lunch during our exploration of Jerome. What an amazing find!! The food had fantastic flavor, freshness and texture. The BBQ sauces were to die for and we were extremely happy!!!

BEST BBQ ON THE PLANET! PLUS - HOME SMOKED ON THE PREMISES! The smoked crispy chicken is so juicy and flavorful you don't need sauces, but the (also homemade fresh) sauces are amazing!

Super great barbecue and very friendly wait staff made for an enjoyable lunch on the deck overlooking downtown. The location is really good you feel like you are right in the heart of things. The barbecue platters and sandwiches were excellent and were fresh and brought quickly to the table. I had a Cuban-style smoked sandwich which really hit the spot with delicious homemade cole slaw. Definitely an excellent lunch spot in the heart of Jerome.

Everything is great ... meat is tender and smoky. The hamburgers imo were better then haunted burger. They smoke the meat right outside which is what caught attention. Next time in Jerome im coming here.

My husband and I were undecided where to eat since it was our first time to Jerome. So we simply followed our noses! Incredible BBQ! I had Bobby's Big Boy and was very impressed. Meat was so tender!! Great slow smoked taste! Bread was so fresh and the flavor blends of the peppers was mouthwatering. They make their own sauces and .....WOW!! Not to mention the server, Beth, who was very friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We live 2 hours away but it's worth the drive for many more visits!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! See y'all next week!!!!

Food was pretty good. BBQ wedge salad with chicken was good although weird to me that the chicken was a whole piece of leg and thigh versus cut up. But none the less was tasty. Service was strange. Lots of people working there but just one poor gal that seemed to be doing all the work. If try other places in Jerome before going back here.

Pulled pork, corn bread and baked beans were delicious. Would definitely order it again. The Mac and cheese was different, not a favorite of the kids Ask them to turn on the fans and it will help keep the flys away

One of the better BBQ places I've been to! Great tender and juicy brisket. Great Southern style cole slaw. Service was wonderful and very attentive. Next time we're in the area, will make sure to stop through again!

I ended up here after one of the tasting rooms closed so that can give you a clue to my state of recollection. The waitress was very nice to the 4 of us letting us sit out on the back porch and likely well past closing time. She recommended a porter which was phenomenal and went so well with my sliders. I remember the pork and chicken sliders being tasty, but I'm no BBQ connoisseur. The sweet and spicy sauce went base on the pork and the garlic one I think I smothered my chicken with, and would recommend to others.

This was not the best BBQ I have ever had. It's right in the mix of things in Jerome if you are wondering around which is nice but it's not a place I would choose again. There is limited seating in doors which is surprising for a place located in the middle of hot Arizona. The seating wasn't comfortable and the staff was nonchalant which is strange because everywhere else we visited on our trip had the best service ever!

One thing Jerome, Arizona, has is food - however, I only saw one barbeque joint and was really craving it, so we went. I believe that this restaurant was billed as the oldest restaurant in Northern, Arizona. Even so, the building was one of the older Jerome buildings and had a great old-time country feel to it with a great view of the Sedona Valley. I am from the Southeast and have eaten some amazing barbeque at some run-down, in-the-middle-of-nowhere joints that were barely being held together and on verge of collapse. That feeling adds a lot to the experience, and this place was no where's close to that, but it did have a Southeast USA feel to it. The food - chicken half, barbeque chicken salad, pulled pork, was all great. Certainly not the best I have had, but easily in the top ten - and that says a lot! The chicken was cooked perfectly, as was the pulled pork. The sides we ordered; cornbread, macaroni, slaw were all fine. In fact, I thought the macaroni and cheese was excellent (saw a review below on how bad it was, I disagree) and so was the cornbread. The slaw wasn't perfect - I like it more on the vinegary side - but still very good. The service was quick, super courteous, and the refills on the drinks were quick - gotta love that too! And for a very fair, somewhat cheap, price. If I am ever back in the area, I think I would return.

Great food! Between us, we had the slider appetizer, bobby's big boy and BBQ burger. All were delicious! Baked beans were a favorite! Friendly service. Overall great experience and we will return next time we are in Jerome.

Great brisket. Great service. And an excellent choice of micro brewery's. Very cool. But jokingly the building slants. Feels weird. Lol

Better than okay chili. It was a little basic but the cornbread is great! Nice big patio to enjoy the view and the service was fast.

Amazing service! The waitress noticed our order got lost in the lunch shuffle, and she was honest and very nice. Even gave us free drinks :) Got the pulled pork burger (the Mondo) and it was some of the best BBQ I've ever had!! Perfectly cooked, and the table has the sauces on it so you can decide how much to put on. Which I love. Jalapeño cornbread is to die for, perfect consistency and sooo buttery. Onion rings were perfect. They were the kind that you can tell are freshly made and actually broke off when you bit into them, instead of pulling the whole onion with your bite. Highly recommend!!

Get the sweet tea! It's not syrupy, but rather, sweet with a tang... Perfect with smoked meats! I loved the brisket, the pulled pork, and their cornbread. Very satisfying meal after a walk around Jerome.

The ice tea was awesome, and the ribs were awesome. The sides could definitely use an improvement, however. Everyone at our table had something different, and I didn't like any of the sides. Tasted cheap/pre-packaged. The meat washed down by some of that awesome ice tea, however, is reason enough to go back. I try to never judge a BBQ place by its sides, but it would be nice if they were better.

Jerome has only a handful of restaurants so it's not like the place has to be amazing to get business. But luckily, Bobby D's food is deserving of business. The boyfriend and I were in the mood for meat so we headed over to Bobby D's and ordered us some brisket sandwiches. For our sides, I went with the standard fries, he opted to upgrade to he mac n cheese. I have to say their brisket is outstanding. Tender, juicy, flavorful. We were impressed and our tastebuds were happy. The portion was large, especially for a sandwich, and the sauce is on the table so you can add as much or as little as you want. The fries were decent, could be better, but they weren't bad. The mac and cheese is really good. Worth the upgrade for that. The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. Too bad I can't say the same for the outdoor seating. The tables are finished on top but have unfinished legs and the bars are in the way of your legs so we both scraped our legs a couple times - ouch. Good thing we had meat grease to ease our pain. Hope this place lasts because we only make it to Jerome about once a year and we'd love to go back next time!

In the enchanting town of jerome, with cute shops and interesting buildings, I was hungry and to be honest, being a vegetarian, I was not sure what my options would be and I really didn't think that a BBQ pit would be where I ended up, but boy it was a good choice. I had a great Black Bean Burger, and one of the other veggie's with me had a BBQ Quisadilla. The meat lovers that were with us had great ribs and BBQ Chicken. The beer selections were great and they served them in a mason jar, which added to the atmosphere of the restaurant. Wait staff were very friendly, the restaurant clean with old town charm. I would for sure go back if we pass thru Jerome again.

Amazing! First off, the prickly pear margarita was OUTSTANDING! Made with patron, the blend of everything in it was just perfect! As for the food, INCREDIBLE! I visited last time I was in town, was equally as delicious. The BBQ was awewome! Had the pulled pork Z man! Good stuff!!! I also got to enjoy watching the cook prepare bbq in the big cooker!

After smelling the wonderful aromas coming off their smoker, I was terribly disappointed to have almost ZERO smokiness in my brisket platter. My wife's Arizona Cheesesteak was equally dismal. The only thing the brisket ha going for it was it was fork-tender. The cornbread and fries were almost tasteless as well, with only bitterness as a detectable note. Coleslaw was merely OK. The margaritas are ridiculously expensive at $11 a pop. The deck had a nice ambiance with blues and Southern rock on the Muzak. There was no Spenda sweetener or Tabasco Sauce, either. Service was friendly and competent. We won't be back. Lucky's in Dewey-Humboldt is far, FAR better for far less money and it's much closer to Prescott!!!

We stopped in for a morning drink while road tripping across the state. The BBQ smelled great, and the breakfast platters being delivered looked delicious and the people eating raved about the food. We had drinks. A cider for me (It's a breakfast drink. Like apple juice. Don't judge!) and a Captain/Coke for The Fantastic Mr. "It's Complicated." Service was friendly, the morning was gorgeous, the views from the patio were, well, the views you go to Jerome to see. I look forward to coming back and eating on the patio - any meal of the day or night. Minus one star for the bathroom. Singular. One bathroom. With one commode. For EVERYONE to wait in line to share.

Best BBQ I've had in a LONG time! Worth the drive from Phoenix! Pulled pork was my pick, and it went down like mouth watering BBQ does. Yummy! Loved the location, historic town, historic building, right downtown. Fun place to hang out all day and enjoy the scene.

We recently had the pleasure of attending a super bowl party in which Bobby D catered. There is no shortage of good BBQ places in Las Vegas, but Bobby D's surpasses all of them. The brisket melts in your mouth and the pulled pork is to die for. If the meat itself wasn't good enough, Bobby's BBQ sauce tops it off. I personally liked the spicy one for the distinct flavors I haven't tasted in BBQ sauce before and couldn't get enough of it. I was lucky enough to chat with Bobby about his love for cooking and some of the process that he goes through to create these great flavors. His passion definitely shows in the finished product. If you ever have the chance to try his food, make sure you do not pass up the opportunity.

My daughter and I were staying one night in Jerome and walking around town. The awesome smell coming from this barbecue place lured us in even though we were doubtful we would be able to stay and eat. My daughter has a sensitivity to gluten which sometimes makes it difficult for us to eat out. We sat down and when the amazing server (possibly owner) came over we began asking questions. She was so knowledgeable about what was gluten free and we had a fantastic meal. We also recommended the restaurant to a couple at our hotel and they agreed it was THE BEST! We would go once a week if they were closer to us. :)

Excellent pulled pork and their Mac n Cheese is awesome! The jalapeño cornbread hit the spot. The bartender makes good drinks. They have a good selection of beers on tap. Great service! I eat BBQ all the time and would definitely recommend it! It's also not far from Sedona, AZ.

Do not be fooled by this place's location. It is the first place you see and looks inviting. You are tired from a trip and think, "this'll do." DON'T DO IT! after enduring a horrible experience at this place, we discovered that there were 20 other places within one more street. We should have checked Yelp before going here. This is what happened to us: The server, Kevin, was actually insulting to our group. He made rude comments about what we ordered. The Mason Jars thing was a great idea, but held such a low volume that we had to constantly wait for refills. Every time we tried to flag Kevin, he gave us a dirty look and we continued to wait. We had two young children with us and he yelled at them for playing with their straw wrappers. When we asked him about the sauces that they keep on the table in an empty six pack carrier, he accused us of switching the bottles around. He was like, "the ketchup goes on the LEFT." At the end, Kevin gave himself an 18% tip without telling us he did so...dirtbag. We had four in the party plus two toddlers. I am a nice person and I wanted to get out of there, so I didn't look at the bill, I just tipped. He didn't say a WORD. He let himself get a 40% tip...and we were there an additional 20 minutes after paying the bill waiting in line for the bathroom, he had plenty of time to say something. As far as the food goes? Not even remotely close to worth it for the outrageous prices. $15 for a veggie burger? Really? $15 for two tiny sliders? Seriously? So here is a breakdown of our order: split sliders for the kids: They ate them and didn't complain. 2 Side orders of mac and cheese: 1 for kids 1 for adult: Both adult and child could not stomach it. The cheese was like paste. Bland, chunky, gritty paste. disgusting Ribs: Dry and bland Cornbread: I ordered it because I LOVE cornbread. It was dry and flavorless. I drowned it in butter and it still wasn't good. I added salt and it still sucked. I have always loved all forms of cornbread, even the cheap stuff. This was the worst cornbread I have ever had. Veggie burger for me: Bread was completely stale and the veggie burger was like cardboard (they are usually like cardboard unless you get a high end one...$15 implies it will be handmade and decent) Pulled pork for another adult: bland. He wished he had a bigger variety of sauces. We joked that he should ask Kevin. We also joked that he should switch the location of the two sauces he tried to see if Kevin would just flip out and try to punch one of the children in the face. Salad for other female adult. The restaurant actually dumped the gross mac and cheese sauce on her salad on purpose like it was some kind of gourmet sauce...Not kidding...It was repulsive. It looked like someone puked on her salad. Seriously folks, do not go here.

This place was kind of a disappointment. I am from North Carolina, so I am a little snobby when it comes to BBQ. I had the pulled pork sandwich. In my opinion (everybody has one) the pork was over sauced and overdone. Totally uninspired. I did like the cole slaw. Bun was so so. I will say their outdoor seating is nice and the service was good.

This could be one of my favorite sandwiches anywhere. The Cuban sandwich with ham homemade mustard, pickles, swiss, and pulled pork is better than any cuban I've had anywhere. The view is beautiful and you can smoke on the patio. Pork, a good beer, and a cigarette to finish it off? Yes please.

I was so glad to see a new restaurant open in this location after being closed for quite some time. My husband and I rode up on a Sunday and decided to have lunch here. They were having a special of burnt brisket tips with 2 sides. We ordered the special, with mac & cheese, and baked beans for the sides. Also added a piece of cornbread to the mix. We shared this huge plate of food and were more than satisfied. The brisket was yummy and the BBQ sauce was perfect. Usually I don't care for baked beans unless they have some BBQ meat added, and it did, and oooh my was it heaven, best beans I have had in a while. The mac & cheese was on the dry side, but had good flavor. Cornbread contained a little cheddar cheese and jalapenos, super moist and delicious. Service was above and beyond friendly. Our server was down to earth and fun to chat with. The place serves beer & wine only ( wine served in a little mason jar, classy : ) I will be back to try their sandwiches that I saw piled high with BBQ !! FYI : I did not experience the fly situation that a previous Yelper mentioned, so I assume they got a hold of the problem. Also, they have a great patio that is perfect for relaxing and people watching.

We came here for lunch because we were hungry. "BBQ" attracted us to this restaurant. -The service was pretty good. -The way they design the restaurant was interesting. It was comfortable and satisfying. The food was pretty good. My friend and I got a combination platter that included 2 types of meat to choose from and two sides. I really love the steak fries. It was fresh and crunchy. The corn bread isn't the regular kind of corn bread, it had cheese and green onion in it. Really good and interesting. It was pretty filling for the two of us. It was probably we came to eat late, maybe around 3ish, they ran out of a few things on the menu.

We live in the Scottsdale and came to Jerome on a family outing. After a while of walking the curves we caught a scent of the aroma's coming out of their smokers. We all decided the smell was worth checking out. We got sat outside in the patio. The view/ambience is great. Our service was super quick and the waitress was polite and attentive. I ordered the pulled pork sandwhich Kansas City style with coleslaw, it had green apple in it which added a great taste to the sandwhich. The meat actually was great tender and smoky. The onion rings were beer battered and delicious. My only complaint is that their BBQ sauce is too delicious to not be sold in store.

Best ribs I've had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned and the meat just melted off the bone. Corn bread was nice and hearty, not too sweet, and the cole slaw was perfect, not too much mayonnaise. We sat out on the patio and even though it was raining, we were dry at a table close to the restaurant. The waitress was a sweetheart and very attentive. Will definitely go back. Loved it.

Best breakfast I have ever had! My wife and I visited this joint one morning on a weekend trip out of PHX. I had the biscuits and gravy and my wife had the hobo skillet, both were incredible. PHX has its share of breakfast joints but non better than this small town wonder. We sat on the patio and the view of the Mogollon Rim and my sweet iced tea made this a great experience! So good, we made a special trip several weeks later when we attended a wedding near Cottonwood. We made the drive up the hill, ate our breakfast, and headed back to PHX satisfied. Consider this a recommendation.

This place has a great patio to enjoy the view of Jerome . The waiter was very nice and I had the Cuban sandwich and fries (the fries are fresh cut and yummy) the sandwich was huge I could only eat half . The wife had the Z Man sandwich (pulled pork with coleslaw on it she said it was good also ordered the BBQ Baked Beans she said they were Awesome! Fair prices for a tourist town I would visit again .

Didn't make it past the counter to actually rate this place based on food. My sister and I grabbed a latte on our way to breakfast only to be told we couldn't bring them into the restaurant...strange. So we left and went to the Hilltop Deli where we were warmly welcomed and had delicious breakfast sandwiches. The view was amazing!

Stopped in for dinner on the patio last week. Nice restaurant with ginormous smoker outdoors, which filled the air with fragrance. I had a beer and a half rack of ribs, dry. The sides I had were cornbread and BBQ beans. The ribs were tender, not too soft, with a nice firm bite. The sauces were great, particularly the mustard BBQ sauce, which I put on the beans as well. The beans were really good, with little pieces of smoked pork. The spicy cornbread was good too - my only complaint was that the butter was hard as a rock. Others at my table ordered the pulled pork sandwich (huge and delicious), Mac and cheese (excellent), fries, coleslaw, and onion rings - I didn't try everything, but everyone raved. Service was great - our server was so nice and we got our food quickly. Recommend!

Before visiting Jerome I consulted Yelp for great places to eat and was not disappointed with Bobby's D!! WOW. BBQ in Norther Arizona. I had the pulled pork sandwich and added provolone cheese. Beans a the side. Best sandwich and beans ever. Pam had the special pulled pulled pork w/slaw and cheese and she raved. Her side was the cornbread. We shared the beans and cornbread. I think I might come back just for the cornbread. Awesome. Service was friendly and knowledgeable about what was best on the menu. I will come back in an instant if even close to Jerome. Gotta try it. You too will be a believer.

And now for an honest review of Bobby D's. EVERYONE who eats there is a tourist, so that probably accounts for positive reviews from some people who have never actually had good barbecue and have pretty low standards. Our group was a party of 8 who are not food elitists, snobs or people who find fault because a place doesn't taste the same as our favorite fast-food joint. In fact we are quite the opposite and would do anything to find something positive about even the worst restaurant. I'm sorry, but maybe by the time I finish this review I will recall something positive to say about Bobby D's. Our greeting at the door was lukewarm as we were tossed toward a vacant table. Our waitress approached and there was no friendly greeting, just a barked order to get our personal water bottles off the table (has that ever happened to anyone, EVER?). The place wasn't that busy and there was adequate staff but she continued her barking, giving us every indication how valuable her time was. Along the way one of the servers barked that THEY CAN'T SHAKE A MARTINI BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A MARTINI SHAKER, and another barked at the long line of people waiting to get in to the one and only single occupant bathroom to get out of his way, HE needs to use the kitchen door. The overpriced food was a major disappointment. It wasn't even warm when served, like it sat under the AC duct for 10 minutes first. The beers were served in Mason jars with sharply chipped rims. The two-meat combo I had (pulled pork and brisket tips) looked like it was from a can of dog food - oh, okay, now I get the barking, lol. There was a limp, languid lump of each coldly sitting on the plate along with a little dish of cole slaw. The cole slaw was identical to what I had for dinner later that night at another local restaurant. What, they can't even make their own cole slaw? And the beans were like canned Campbells. The menu said the meal came with bread but our out-of-breath waitress never brought any. The consistency of the meat was like, oh did I already say dog food? Fortunately it didn't taste like dog food ... it just didn't taste at all. Totally bland. When one of the party asked (nicely) if the BBQ sauce was sweet she barked "We make it our way!" One of our group made the comment that the place was typical of so many places whose customers are 100% tourists ... the restaurant can be rude knowing virtually all of their customers will never come back. Never coming back is something our entire group eagerly agreed on. Most of you have probably been to places where the service sucked, the food sucked but the ambience or view made it worthwhile, right? Sorry, Bobby D's doesn't rate any special points there, just a large outdoor patio overlooking the street below. Just before posting this I looked at the photos supposedly posted by other reviewers. Wait, they don't look like customer photos, hmm, the majority of them were posted by ... Bobby. Makes you wonder how many of those glowing reviews came from the same source? Ok, the positive I promised to try to think of. Let's see ... maybe the place just went under new ownership and all those glowing reviews were about the previous owners? Or, here's one ... we all left, didn't get seriously sick, and had a good rest of the day.

Next time visiting Jerome I would consult Yelp for great places to eat in Jerome Az. I had the pulled pork the first visit and the beef brisket this time sandwich with the. bake beans on the side. Best sandwich and beans ever The other person in my party has the pull chicken which they said was excellent.. Service was friendly and knowledgeable about what was best on the menu. I will come back I again when in Jerome/Cottonwood area. Also nice deck to sit and view the scenery.

I went here with a group of girlfriends on our first visit to Jerome. We came here for lunch. The service was terrible and the food was worse. First we couldn't get drinks because there were no clean glasses. Then we heard the manager shouting at a group of people waiting in line for the restroom to get out of his way - like it's the customers' fault that the restaurant only has one unisex bathroom for a whole restaurant full of people. The waitress refused to do separate checks, but I could ignore that. I could ignore all those things if the food was good. Heck, I'd take edible. I wouldn't feed the crap they served us to my dogs. I ordered the pulled pork. The sandwich they served me had square, fatty, chunks of pork instead of shredded, was dry, on a crumbly bun. I couldn't eat it. The waitress never acknowledged the untouched food. It came with a side of mac and cheese which was edible, but nothing to get excited about. Overall - gross.

I got here just before they opened so waited outside patiently. They had a dog bowl filled with water and a patio so I expected them to be dog friendly. Their page also states that dogs are allowed. When the women unlocked the door so people to come in I double checked to make sure dogs were allowed. She quickly told us no and that we could order it to go and take it to the park or something. Why would you have a dog bowl outside and state dogs allowed when that is not the case? Very disappointed.

My wife and are on our honeymoon. We drove to Jerome from Sedona today. We just decided to eat here when we got to town. We ate on the back patio which has a great view of the valley. I had the Cuban sandwich and my wife had the ribs. Both were excellent. We both had the BBQ beans as a side and they were almost a meal themselves. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely return.

Holy Awesomeness! Now, I know I'm not from the South and I didn't grow up with BBQ greatness but this stuff was freaking amazing! The pulled pork and chicken was succulent and juicy and melted in your mouth. The sauce slathered on the meats was perfectly seasoned and added a beautiful flavor with every bite. The wheat rolls were soft and soaked up the juices without getting one's fingers messy, even though I would have gladly licked my fingers clean. Even the pickle on the side was perfect. The coleslaw wasn't anything to write home about, but it was still crunchy and satisfying. The cornbread was unique and delicious but it had to be eaten quickly before the Arizona air dried it out. I ordered the bbq chicken sandwich and dad ordered the smoked cuban sandwich that rendered him speechless until the plate was mopped clean with the last piece of cornbread. The only complaint, that I overheard from a neighboring table, was that the restaurant didn't serve ranch dressing, which the man had hoped would accompany his fries. So, if you are a die heard ranch dressing fan, bring your own. :) The day was perfect. January 1st and warm enough to sit outside in short sleeves. Multiple tables were occupied on the porch and everyone seemed satisfied with their meals. The service was inviting, friendly, and efficient and the tables were clean and fly-free. (The winter season keeps down the flies, which are an unfortunate nuisance that we Arizonan's are accustomed to.) My fingers smelled like smoked bbq all afternoon and if I wasn't so full after lunch, I would have gone back for dinner. I will be back soon!

No bells and whistles, just a great patio, good beer, and really yummy BBQ. Bobby D's is one of our favorite places to go when visiting Jerome. We've always had great service and the food is always tasty. The portions are huge and it's very affordable! I appreciate the good beer on tap and quick food service. You really can't beat the atmosphere here!

Food was very good, but not great. The patio is AWESOME. Service staff is all tatted up, but extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We had a party of 4 and got a bunch of food. Nothing bad, nothing great, but all above average. Prices weren't too crazy and we will definitely be back. Really enjoyed that enclosed patio!

I had Bobby's ribs at a wedding they catered right across the street a few weeks ago. The food at the wedding was incredible, best ribs I have ever had. Raving about the food, I took my family back yesterday. Their was a bit of a wait , but that's to be expected. The ribs were still good but not as good as the wedding. The wait time for the food was about an hour. The fries could be cooked until crisp, they were a little limp. I would recommend Bobby D's to friends. I think they were just having a really busy off day. Oh and the kids loved the "Little Porkers". Thanks Bobby. I will be back to try again.

Stopped in on a lazy Sunday afternoon. It held some promise but didn't deliver. The service was spotty - apparently Sunday was training day, and while there were enough servers milling about, they seemed to forget all the tables needed to be covered. Our server appeared to be a manager of some sort and having worked as a server before. I could tell she was busy. So I didn't ask many questions and we ordered right away. The sliders were good (choice of 4 meats to top off your 4) brisket was the best followed by the pork. I would skip the sausage as it tasted like a breakfast sausage. We shared the cuban which was very small by sandwich standards. Had some good flavor but I let my boyfriend finish the fries and coleslaw as I didn't think half the sandwich would fill him up. The fries were good, the slaw was not. It was very crunch but lacked any type of flavor. We weren't offered dessert (as I said, she was busy) since she dropped off our check minutes after lunch arrived. It was fine as we weren't staying for dessert. Having been my first visit to Jerome, I would try some of the other restaurants if I ever go back.

We were told this place just opened 2 months ago. They put up bags of water to voodoo trying to ward off their fly infestation. Flies literally flew from the outdoor bathroom toilet seat to the patio tables. How do I know? I messed all over myself scrambling to do my business to get out of the bathroom from the dive bombing kamikaze flies attacking my butt, and as I ran back to the table, a swarm of flies followed me to the patio tables and descended on masse onto people's foods. I wanted to puke right there and then. No bib for me. Forget Hitchcock "The Birds". This was beyond guano gross; this was Lord of the Flies gross. Every single table outside on the patio had people franctically waving their hands over their food nonstop. it was like some kind of freakish ghoul dance. The BBQ ribs and pulled pork was cold and we shuddered to imagine how many flies were doing their celebratory dance atop of the sticky BBQ sauce back in the kitchen as we all waited over 15 minutes for our foods. I would go in the winter when the current crop of Lord of the Flies dies off; I would bring mosquito netting and food covers in preparation. Clearly a place to hang out on the patio to get drunk and to drink beer with biker buddies and listen to local music. A great place to experience the local hippy culture and explore the haunted ghost town. And, being a sensitive, I sensed nothing but scarey sanitary conditions. Our search for out of this realm food at Jerome continues....

My wife and I had a very tasty dinner here during our first visit to Jerome. The serving size was more than enough for us to split, drinks were very tasty and the food had good flavor. It is not the best BBQ I have ever eaten but well worth a stop and eat while in Jerome. The ribs were our favorite dish.

I went here on a Sunday with my gf and we were greeted by friendly faces. Nice patio and small inside eating area. Great service and the food was incredible. I haven't had BBQ in a while so this place filled a void in my stomach. Chicken, ribs, and seasonal veggies were great and my gf agreed. Chef even came out and asked how everything was going. Really nice place.

Wow! From the moment we walked into this place, it was nothing short of a great experience. They closed at 8:00pm, we walked in at 7:55pm and Ashley (the server) and the owner of the place, Bobby D, welcomed us in with a smile. Bobby was such a great guy, told us some funny stories and told us a little about the town of Jerome. The BBQ is the best I've ever had. I'm from Tennessee and I know good BBQ, this was AMAZING! They have a wide variety of sandwiches and really yummy sides(corn bread, baked beans, coleslaw and Mac n cheese...which unfortunately was so delicious that they had ran out by 8pm. Bobby D even offered to make some for us after they had already closed.) They have a wide variety of cocktails, all made from scratch by Ashley and served in mason jars. They also had some really great beers on tap. This place has really great history also, definitely worth checking out! It will not disappoint you.

One word.... wow. I have eaten a lot of different pulled pork sandwiches in my time. Never have I tasted one so good like the one I had this weekend. We were in town visiting and took a chance on this restaurant. Best chance by far. Not only does it have a cool saloon style to it, but the staff are friendly to boot. Greeted right away and offered a seat at the bar while we waited for a table, I couldn't help but look forward to the food that was about to greet my belly. It sure didn't disappoint. When in Jerome, make sure to stop here for lunch.

The barbecue was pretty spectacular. Truly slow-cooked like I'm used to in the midwest. It wasn't quite Pappy's, Jack Stack, or Oklahoma Joe's, but If you're looking for great food in Jerome, this is your place!

Yum! Jerome AZ is a very small town with a lot of artsy shops and funky ghost stories. Only place open for an early breakfast was this BBQ place...but it was really great for breakfast. A local suggested it since the Flatiron opened at 8:30 and Mile High was closed on Wed. Jerome is kind of like Italy...shops stay closed, don't open early despite tourism as their only revenue. Oh well, at least this place was open and terrific. Had BBQ omelette stuffed with meats and cheeses, tons of potatoes and bottomless coffee. What's not to like?

We drove from Prescott especially to eat at Bobby D's. Having eaten there several other times, we were looking forward to it greatly. While it has been great the first two times it has gone downhill a bit and this last time was really sad. The cornbread, which I had GREATLY enjoyed in the past, had no cheese, chilies or corn bits in it and it was hard. When I showed the server he snatched it off my plate and brought another equally hard and crumbly piece doused in melted butter. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich. The pork was almost mushy and the bun was so-so. The 7 yr. old had a kids hot dog and fries. Huge bun and rubbery, chewy fries that were a very unappealing color, kind of an "old grease" color that was apparently not hot enough to cook crispy fries. I had ribs which were very tender. Unfortunately, they were completely covered, thickly, with the House B-B-q sauce. I really favor the spicier sauce on the table, but with so much of the other sauce, the taste of the ribs themselves was pretty much lost, without even adding any more sauce. The beans were great, very nice smokey flavor and nice amount of meat in with the beans. The plates were very utilitarian looking with no garnish what so ever. Not even a pickle or orange slice or something to add some eye appeal. The service from Kevin was OK, although it was obvious he did not want to hear about any thing and actually interrupted me when I showed him the corn bread the second time. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this place to our friends anymore as "worth the Drive".

stopped in for a late lunch, based on good reviews. Lunch was excellent. I had the salad with pulled pork on it and every thing was extremely fresh and tasty. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich and said it was excellent and the roll was very fresh. Plenty of fries with it, too Service was fast and very friendly. They now have a full bar. The only thing that wasn't wonderful was thepecan pie. It had great flavor and she said it was fresh, but due to health codes has to stay refrigerated. When they microwaved it to warm it, they went way too overboard.

Came here for breakfast. I ordered plain pancakes and red potato hash (with red peppers and onions) and my boyfriend ordered eggs, bacon and hash browns. The pancakes had to be the fluffiest pancakes I've ever seen. Very tasty, although I wish they would have asked me if I wanted a ton of butter melted onto them. The red potato hash was very good, even though I asked for it to be well done and crispy, and it was not well done at all. Still good, and even better with some of their bbq sauce. My boyfriend's food was really good - we both agree it was THE BEST bacon we've ever had. His hash browns, however, seemed like they may have been out of a frozen package. The girl working (maybe the owner?), was so nice, she even offered to reheat our coffee we had brought in from somewhere else. Cant wait to come back and try some lunch or dinner!

What a find! We had no intention of having lunch in Jerome, but when we walked up the hill by The English Kitchen at 11:30am and smelled the most amazing BBQ smell we had to try it. Walked in to The English Kitchen thinking we were going to ask them which restaurant was attached to the big pit smoker down the hill to find out The English Kitchen IS Bobby D's BBQ-one in the same. The cutest interior of a place I've seen in a long time. Charming restoration and the staff could not have been friendlier. Bobby D. himself came over to chat and tell us how the place came to be. This guy did his homework and is turning out the moistest and tastiest bbq I've ever had. He gave us a sample of a spicy mustard he made that morning-this is an up and coming chef who is carefully crafting his wonderful food. Love to see this. We ordered the sliders-tried all of the different meats and my fave is the brisket. They had a full bar with beer/wine and liquor. We tried the local craft brew on tap-perfect with the sliders. My only regret was that we were too full from breakfast to really try more dishes. I will make Jerome a destination to have lunch or dinner at Bobby D's. Yummy, cozy, friendly. My kind of place for sure. I whimpered as we hiked down the hill to our car. Will be back.

This is the best BBQ I've had in a long time. The aroma outside the restaurant was all we needed to draw us in and the food was every bit as good as the aroma! Tender brisket, great sauce nice people. Go!

Bobby D's BBQ is the best! I went last weekend with some friends visiting from out of town and everybody loved it. The owner came out to make sure everything was "a-okay" which I can appreciate. We learned that they will be adding local craft beers to the menu in the next couple of weeks. The baked beans are probably the best I ever had. The next time you find yourself in Jerome you must stop here for a great meal...plus they have a killer patio that you can't beat!

Please excuse any typos as I am in a BBQ coma as I write this. Visited Bobby D's for the first time today after hearing about it for months. It certainly lived up to the hype. It was a busy fall Saturday in Jerome so they were packed. We sat at the bar and were helped by a busy, but friendly, server. They have 8 - 10 craft beers on tap and serve Kind Vines wine. We shared a platter of crispy/burnt brisket ends with baked beans and cole slaw and a combo platter with pulled pork, rib tips, potato salad, and mac n cheese. We knew that we were going a bit overboard but we wanted to try it all! The meats were all perfectly smoky and tender, the BBQ sauce sweet and tangy. The baked beans were spot on. We felt like the coleslaw could have used a bit more acid to pump it up and the potato salad some mustard for tang, but they were both fresh and tasty as-is. The portions are large and the side dishes generous. We didn't leave room for dessert but I am sure they do dessert just as well.

I consider myself a bbq aficionado and this place is pure garbage. The brisket is doused in juice but is somehow still dry. It's a miracle beyond miracles how this happens! I even asked for a small sample before I ordered a full portion so I wouldn't end up disappointed and the server said that's not possible but assured me it was the best ever. It truly ranks on the bottom 3 of my list. The ribs were decent. If it wasn't for them and the Mac and cheese this place would score a zero. The portion size was that of an appetizer and cost $80 for the two orders. I'm not sure why people rave about paying near mid level moderate dining prices for food prepared by an 18 year old. The "pit master" was a kid who looked fresh out of high school. So much for honing the skills of your craft. Jerome is a small tourist town so you can charge whatever you'd like mad make a profit but I strongly encourage you to go to Popeyes chicken and get a far superior meal. To top it off the serve might have been one of the most miserable and rude people I have ever met. Please, I beg you, don't spend your money here. You'd be better off burning it or giving it to Al-Qaeda

  • Adam D.

Food and service were both excellent! I had the brisket and quarter chicken. Both were outstanding, the brisket was fork tender and the chicken was so very flavorful, and the cornbread was simply hands down the best I have ever had anywhere.

I stopped by here a while ago with my fiance and her parents for lunch. We arrived to a mostly empty restaurant and chose to sit indoors due to the chance of rain that day. The hostess took us a cutesy old style booth. The restaurant itself is pretty cool in that it looks old soda fountain place complete with the bar and stools on one side and the old style booths on the other. For my lunch entree I decided to take on the Bobby's Big Boy Melt. The reason that I said take on instead of eat is that this sandwich had on it brisket, pulled pork and rib tips in addition to different peppers, mushrooms and a cheese sauce. All of this comes on a hoagie bun. My first thought whenever it was delivered to our table was how am I going to eat this? Since I clearly couldn't eat it as a sandwich since it had wayy too much stuff in it, I decided to use silverware. All of it tasted pretty good and I enjoyed eating the different types of meats both together and seperate. At some point I also decided to add some of their BBQ sauce into the fray that was my sandwich and that made it even more enjoyable than it already was. The bottom line for me is that I will be back here again in the future. I loved that I was able to try all of their meats in one gigantic sandwich and also thought that their BBQ sauce was pretty good too!

My family visited Jerome yesterday, and we were pleasantly surprised by this gem. The service is outstanding and friendly. We dined on the outdoor patio. We noticed they also have comfortable booths on the inside of the restaurant as well. We loved the fact that they offer lots of kids menu options. My salad was fresh and perfectly dressed. My husband and I shared the Brisket Platter. Delicious! The kids loved the Mac & Cheese and the Brisket. The Cole Slaw and the cornbread were amazing.

If you have a restaurant in a small tourist trap, it really just needs to be adequate. If you have enough small town charm, you can trick the tourists into thinking they had a pretty good dining experience, so long as your food is not disgusting. A certain restaurant we tried in Sedona a few years ago did not hit that mark, but Bobby D's did. Adequate! The menu had all the staples that a good bbq joint should, as well as a few twists. A sandwich with pulled pork and ham? Cool. I went with Bobby's Big Boy Melt, with brisket, pulled pork, rib tips, jalapenos, and a cheese sauce. It was...adequate! They only had one server when we went in there (on a Saturday!), so it was understandably slow. What is not so understandable is why they only had one server. They also only have one toilet, so you can imagine the line that forms when someone has to do a poo. I don't really remember the fries, since it has been almost a week, so they must have been adequate. If you're a bbq snob, or even if you're not a bbq snob and you just don't like your food to be oversauced, you might find Bobby D's disappointing. It's not great bbq. It's adequate.

My hubby and I went wine tasting and then had some dinner in Jerome. The sliders were amazing, I had one of each and the aioli... Wow... The sausage was like a breakfast patty but sooo good! The gorgeous red head waitress was so cute, nice, funny and very helpful!! We live in Prescott Valley and will definitely be back!!

Great ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. If you're undecided when you visit, try the assorted tacos and sliders on the appetizer menu. A meal in themselves and a great way to sample many of their smoked meats. A great stop in Jerome.

This is a cute little barbeque joint with one hell of a view. The staff is very funky and fun and helpful. We had a couple of really good sandwiches on the patio overlooking the valley and red rocks. Bliss. The brisket was great and the sauces were good too. A lot of food for the $$ too! The view is amazing.

We stopped for a night in Jerome on our way to Tombstone in early November. We stayed at the Connor Hotel and on a whim walked down to Bobby D's for breakfast on the deck. Food and service excellent, the potato hash is worth a drive from anywhere.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on a day-trip to Jerome after smelling the BBQ from the minute we parked the car. I had the beef brisket sandwich which was amazing; the meat was tender and juicy, the bread was soft and fresh and when paired with their sweet BBQ sauce it was even better. Their fries are sprinkled with the same rub they use on the meat, and when dipped in ketchup I couldn't get enough of them. The only con was that I'd been snacking on the drive up and couldn't finish my meal, definitely come hungry!

The 4.5 review average that this place has actually fits perfectly. It's not quite 5 star, but its close. While staying in Sedona, we decided to do a day trip to Jerome. This place hit the spot. ORDERED: - St. Louis Style Bar-B-Q Rib Plate (Half Rack of Ribs & Brisket)... (Brisket was good, but not great. It was a little rubbery in parts, but still really good. The Ribs were not "fall-off-the-bone" style, but tasty, nonetheless. - Pulled Pork Platter (BEST item of the meal... and just might be the best pulled pork I have ever tried. Juicy, falling apart, perfectly seasoned.... add some of the house BBQ sauce, and it was awesome) - Sides: (In order from best to least favorite)...(1) BBQ Baked Beans, (2) Corn Bread, (3) Mac N Cheese, (4) Cole Slaw Original BBQ sauces (ranging from spicy to original) were so good you'd want to slap yo mama. I wish I would have brought a gallon or two of them back to LA with me. Good beer and original drink selection to wash everything down. Wifey got the Prickly Pear Margarita and it was really good. I ordered the Lumberyard IPA. I recommend both. Next time, I will definitely try some of their signature sandwiches, and will get much more pulled pork.

This place has great food and exceptional service. I had the Wedge salad with barbeque chicken. Loved it!! Here on vacation and the waitress gave us a great overview of the area. She used to work with the historical society. We enjoyed it very much.

I'll keep it short and sweet, don't bother. The only reason I gave it two stars is for the view and mason jars you drink out of. Other than that, the service is ridiculously slow, the food is really overpriced and more importantly not good at all. I think the smoker on site is just for show as the brisket tasted boiled. And they don't have a kids menu. Should have stuck with the Haunted Hamburger. We won't be back.ever.

This is a typical touristy Jerome restaurant. The inside really needs to be updated though, and how about some real AC? Don't eat inside during the summer, it might actually be cooler outside. The food is very good, but once it's gone, it's gone. No more ordering for that! Try the sandwhiches, you won't be let down.

For those that rated above two stars, y'all must be crazy. I am a self proclaimed food snob, and enjoy a wide variety of food, I could probably find something good to say about Taco Bell food more so than the food here. Got an order of Mac n cheese, I believe it has been sitting out for days, no cheese and not warm. "BBQ" vegetables came out as frozen veggies heated in the microwave with seasoning salt. Barbacoa tacos were chewy and no flavor but BBQ sauce. My dad ate his Cuban sandwich...but as a dad he has learned to eat everything. Best thing of the meal was the blue moon. Do yourself a favor and ignore the 4 star review. Mother just complained to our waitress and she said "wow that's so weird, wish I could do something for you" and walked away with the bill and our card in hand.

My review has been edited? Back to review another place and noticed that my review didn't contain all the info I had written. Strange. What are you doing Yelp? Do you really expect me to get "Yelp" friends so you'll count my reviews? You've just taught me to look at the "not recommended" reviews for the real picture.

Lunch on Saturday afternoon. Great experience. Restaurant was packed and staff hustled to accommodate all quickly and with class.

We ordered the brisket platter...we received it in a burger basket with paper with more paper trays inside. .we had about 5oz of brisket and cold Macaroni and cheese and a slice of cold mediocre corn bread.... $16 I thought it was a joke... my sister and her husband had the shredded pork sandwich with fries for $10...they had more food and said they enjoyed their dinner.... super disappointing! As a chef I know great customer service and I know great food...not great guys...someone needs more training :-(

Really great food and service. When we encountered an issue with our food our server corrected it immediately and them was kind enough to remove the item from our check. I drove from Mesa to check out this barbecue and it was delicious! Definitely will come here again!

Awesome! Listen the food here is spectacular, and the place always has people. I cannot think of one bad plate so if you are inclined to eat it, then try everything! I cannot wait to go back, I wanted to eat here the last time I was in town, but I didn't have time!

DEFINITE FIVE STARS! Be careful with the Twisted Cactus Tea.... throws ya for a loop! We had the Arizona Cheesesteak and the Cuban King... both are awesome but I most definitely recommend the Cuban. You can smell the smoker from blocks away... let your nose be your guide!

There are so many great options for lunch in Jerome, it's difficult to settle on one--but Bobby's is a sure winner! The staff is very nice and anyone you encounter from the host to the servers will be angling to make sure you have the best experience possible. The menu features a lot of traditional BBQ favorites such as pulled pork and ribs, along with some interesting items like the Cuban sandwich and grilled ham and cheese made with their own mustard. Everything is tasty and even the sides are great! My only real complaint is that I think they need to work on their homemade sauces. There are two BBQ sauces along with their mustard. The mustard is awesome, but the BBQ sauces were lacking in my opinion. They each have kind of a weird mixture of spices and I got the impression someone had done some experimenting to make this custom recipe but stopped at "good enough" rather than mind-blowing.

This is the best BBQ ever!! Their Cuban King is to die for, and their Bloody Mary's are incredible!! Two thumbs up to our hot red-headed waitress! Hahaha

Hubby and I took out of state guests here during a day trip to Jerome. We love barbecue and are a bit spoiled by the bbq in the Midwest; so we were skeptical but open minded about Bobby D's. We split a pulled pork sandwich with the bbq beans and an additional side of mac n cheese. Our guests ordered a hamburger, a side of mac n cheese and the chili lime corn. Our sandwich was absolutely delicious, the beans were to die for, and the mac n cheese...sublime!! Our guests said that theirs was also fabulous. The sandwiches are served dry and there are 3 varieties of barbecue sauce on the table, from which to choose. All were wonderful, just different variations of spice and heat. The beans had nice sized chunks of meat in them and the flavor was delicious! The mac n cheese was creamy, cheesy and definitely homemade. We cannot wait to go back for more!!

Prickly pear cactus margarita on the rocks and a cuban sandwich after some wine tasting? Yes, please! My friends and I came here for lunch after strolling the streets of Jerome and were offered seats on the patio immediately, which we took since we were in a bit of a rush. Server was extremely friendly and prompt (even more so after realizing our time constraint). Food was legit and hearty - my friend and I split the cuban and the marg and we completely stuffed afterward. The only downside was that one of the patio seats was kind of unhinged and wobbly and made me feel like I was going to break the chair so I stood the whole time. Wasn't that big of a deal, but they should probably get that chair fixed just in case! Lovely staff, lovely food, lovely view from the patio and decent prices! Thanks bobby d!

Very good barbeque, excellent service, fun atmosphere out on the back deck. I had the beef brisket sandwich and it was outstanding. Great local beer selection.
