A NEW LOCATION RIGHT UP THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE!!! YAY :) I had the pleasure of finding this little donut shop located on arizona ave and was thrilled when they had a new location on williamsfield. I didn't think it could get any better than that but it did! This new location is right up the street from my house. I like this location best the seating was comfortable and the ordering and paying line was organized. These are the best and only donuts I eat! They are pretty cheap too! They also have coffee and boba drinks here.. My favorite drink is the double mocha Java frozen but the smoothies are good too :)

The donuts, without a doubt, are scrumptious. The buttermilk and crumb donuts will knock your socks off. However, I have noticed that the buttermilk donuts have gotten smaller while keeping the same price. The taro, by far, is the best smoothie. However, once in a while, the boba can be a little too chewy, as if it's undercooked. And one time, they were out of taro, so I opted for coconut, but I did miss my beloved taro. Overall, I love this place. There have only been a few minor issues, but the taste of the donuts make up for any inconveniences.

So happy to have my favorite donut shop open this location closer to me! Unfortunately, this location does not a have a drive- through. The donuts are a nice large size, but they are so good it's too hard to stop at just 1 (or 3). Look for the coupons in the mail!

The donuts are fine, but for some reason all area Bosa's are run by extremely grumpy, tired-seeming people. To give you some [extreme, but actually true] examples of the atmosphere: - they put up homemade signs with sharpie markers near the garbage cans, like "If the can is overflowing, do NOT put more in!" (Hello Bosa - did you know that normally, the store owner usually takes the trash out--not the customer?) - homemade signs with sharpie markers on the tables that say "Clean up after yourself!" (Hello there again Bosa - did you know that usually the store cleans tables, and makes the customer feel welcome and entitled as opposed to setting down 'you clean it up' rules?) Unlike every other donut store in the area, they refuse to provide bags for the donut boxes. Even for the tides of people going in there spending $30 bringing in donuts for the office. I mean REALLY ????? (Note - they'll offer you a used, tiny Walmart bag if pressed). More than a bit ridiculous.. Stingy, grumpy, unpleasant. Sure the donuts are good, but the atmosphere is so awful I'd choose Dunkin any day just to avoid it.

They just opened at this location. Nice, convenient (for me) location. The place was well lit, inviting with cheerful staff. Plenty of options to choose from and kids loved it. I did find them a little pricey as compared to others. Wish they were a little less pricey. Update: Took some pics this time. Take a look :).

The donuts are good but not GREAT. However the personable service is top notch. We love calling this our local donut shop. They are close, convenient and affordable and they service is consistently awesome. Can't go wrong.

The Taro smoothie here is AMAZING. The best one I have had in a long time. The donuts are really great too.

My kids went in to get some boba drinks. We get boba drinks from the Gilbert & Williams Field Bosa and their drinks there are all right. My kids said the service was good, so I will give them 4 stars because they seemed to have taken quite some time to make 3 boba drinks. It does not take the other Bosa that much time. That's why a 4 star instead of 5 star. As for the Boba drinks, they were not very good and I give them a 1 star for this. The boba was really gross. I'm guessing they let the boba sit too long and they were just yucky. That detracted from the drink a lot. I asked my kids if it was an Asian making the boba drinks and they said it wasn't. I'm not saying that only Asians know how to make boba, but in this case, the only good boba drinks I've had were made by Asians. The Bosa at the downtown Chandler and the other Gilbert locations have Asians making the boba drinks and they turn out correct. If you let the boba sit too long, it's no good. But, I'm guessing Boba is not their specialty and donuts. We didn't want any donuts.

Yum. Donuts are delicious. Much better than dunkin donuts. Fancie donuts, especially apple fritters, are amazing. Reasonably priced. My go to for donuts.

Great donuts, tasty drinks and friendly service. Actually like this location more than others because it is smaller with no drive-thru.

It's a donut shop. They have other stuff, too. But basically it's a donut shop. Brand new location. I do my best not to eat donuts because they are soooo not good for me. But if I'm going to have a donut, Bosa is the one. I've not tried the boba drinks nor their "sandwiches". My wife likes them. I can't help but think of the scene from "Seeking a Friend for the End of the World" where they have a burger with a donut bun. :-) But, no, they don't use donuts as buns here, so fret not! All I can say is they do have my wife's seal of approval. Anyway...donuts, coffee and tea, boba drinks, and breakfast and lunch sandwiches. This is what they do. Their donuts are probably the best in town, or at least the best I've found so far. You pay a bit more than grocery store donuts, but it's not that much more and these are MUCH better.

Counting error once, shame on you. Twice, shame on me. Great donuts, I mean fantastic but for the price should be a bakers dozen but certainly 11 two days in a row is crazy. You've got the donuts down now just work on the counting.

Donuts were really good and fresh. We went there around 9:30 and it was still busy. Fully stocked. There were like 5 people in the back still making donuts. A busy donut shop is a good donut shop b/c they are crankin out fresh donuts. Why only 3 stars? I got a dozen and for my last donut I asked for a few donut hole holes and she wouldn't do it. She said if you want holes you have to buy a dozen separately!! I mean, usually donut shops thrown in a few for free! Am I wrong here? A dozen was already way too many for us so I wasn't going but another 12 holes then I had to explain to my 4 year old we didn't get any holes. Donuts were Really good though.

I try not to eat donuts often but when I do I go to Bosa. As far as donuts go they taste really good but that's the only difference between Bosa and any other donut shop. The pink boxes make them seem a little more high-end but they are not. I haven't tried any of the other food like sandwiches or drinks and I probably won't. They are good at donuts and there are better places for sandwiches. It's not the cleanest place either. My favorite donut is the buttermilk but those are popular so they are often out of stock.

Best "classic" style donuts place in AZ that i have tried so far. My fav is the buttermilk bar. Kind of a cakey donut (which i usually don't like) square shaped with sugar glaze and some tang. No real fancy or weird donuts here just really good standards. Haven't tried the drinks etc. I would say they got about 20 kinds of donuts, all generous portions. Went later in the evening and donuts still tasted fresh. No drive through at this location, its also on the small side but most times just stop in for the dozen and take off. This location is also not 24 like some of the others.

these aren't doughnuts like dunkin or any other place that just stamps out donuts. these donuts are like a pastry chef made each one as a dessert item. they are that good. the only thing was that the seating are could be better and more hospitable. staff was friendly and patient. prices for what you get seem more than reasonable once you taste the doughnuts. I had the creme filled with white icing and coconut on the top and I swear it was like eating a piece of coconut creme pie. yum....

It's true what the trophies they have say. These are the best Donuts in Arizona. This rating is purely on donuts and nothing else. The coffee in my opinion is horrible, which is hard to believe for a donut shop. If they had decent coffee then I'd give them 5 stars easily. We live in south Chandler but it's totally worth the drive. I've yet to have a bad donut yet.

I love the Bosa Donuts near my work. I stop often..too often. I had heard the donut rumors before about Bosa and they are all true. Seriously good donuts and worth the extra little drive.

I went in with my infant son to order donuts and noticed there were at least 10 bees flying around in the glass cases where the donuts were. I mentioned it to the worker and she was well aware. I was grossed out and thought it was weird they didn't seem concerned and weren't doing anything about it. Plus the donuts were still left out and not covered. I know they're not flies but they are still insects and that can't be sanitary. I had already ordered my donuts so as I went to pay for them I looked down and there were more bees flying throughout the cafe and a ton by the door. I had a baby with me!! They should NOT be open if they are infested with bees. Or at least put a sign up warning people! I would have never gone in had I known, especially not with a baby! If they don't seem to care about a bee problem, who knows what other things they let slide. It's a shame because I love the donuts but I'm not going to risk the safety of my child for some.
