BOMB Mexican food! Kitchen was a little slow so sit down and grab a beer. It's well worth the wait! Really good fish tacos, legit guac and excellent rice & beans.

I LOVED the ambiance of this saloon! It felt like we were actually in the wild wild west. The drinks are super cheap, and pretty strong. There's also free pool and darts. We came when there was a live band, and they played great music. For those that are into ghost stories, there's a folder filled with letters and stories from past guests of the hotel---be sure to ask the bartender for it! There's also pictures with strange shadows and orbs of light. We didn't find any solid evidence of hauntings, but it was definitely entertaining to go through the folder. I was actually a bit nervous when going to the bathroom by myself, but I'm sure it was just my imagination going into action....

Friendly bartenders and good cocktails at good prices. They have a kitchen and had an excellent breakfast. The rancho huevos were excellent, a nice place with good service. A great start to your day!

Great place to grab a drink. Love the local beer selection by Beast Brewing & the bloody mary with Tio Ceddy Chiltepin water is so yummu! Breakfast is very good. We have had to stay here at the last minute and were accommodated. They are family friendly and service always comes with a smile.

Wow watch out when you drink here, they pour those bad boys strong. They also serve breakfast and they are the free breakfast choice for the Bisbee Grand Hotel. The eggs, bacon, and potatoes were pretty decent, especially after a night of hard partying. If you like their Facebook page, apparently they regularly post their event schedule and such. The service is very friendly and I noticed that a lot of locals come here. Noise can be moderate to noisy (obviously) if you are staying in a room above the bar.

Found this place while walking around. The lady made my wife throw out her almost full to-go cup of tea right away because she doesn't allow outside drinks. We've been all over the world and brought in out side drinks and never been told that, especially a dead bar and you think you would welcome any business. Anywho, the lady explained all the drinks on tap and gave us some samples, so that was nice. Lots of locals in and out of there. People were checking into their rooms and getting the keys at the bar. They had the TV on playing the NFL games, so that was a bonus. All in all, ok place to just stop by and have a beer and watch some TV.

I usually stay away from writing bad reviews, especially if it's just because the food isn't great or the ambience lacks. However, I will not make concessions for poor service. I don't mean poor as in busy...I mean rude. I was visiting Arizona earlier this month and my friend took me to Bisbee because we're big paranormal and history buffs. On our fantastic ghost tour, our guide recommended the bar at this hotel for a chill place to grab a drink and perhaps snag some ghostly activity. My friend and I were so excited to try this bar and promptly went the next evening. We saddled up to the bar, which was not especially crowded, and watched as other patrons who came after us got served by the middle-aged, blonde female bartender. We never were acknowledged or even looked at and I began to think the only ghost in the place was me. I stuck my credit card out to make it a bit more obvious that I wanted to order a drink but the bartender walked by several times serving others without looking at us. Like I said, I can understand if the place was crazy busy because she was the only bartender we saw but it was only moderately busy and we were not even acknowledged. After waiting for about 20 minutes, my friend and I decided to go to the much more crowded St. Elmo bar where we received prompt service. If I return to Bisbee, I certainly will not give this bar or hotel my business regardless of the charm and history.

Great bartender, good beer on tap, loads of cocktail choices and a beautiful wood bar that looks old and historic. I'd stop in here again for a drink and take some time to relax on the quiet side of downtown Bisbee.

Can't lie.... Being in small town Bisbee and the look of the saloon, I wasn't expecting much from the food. I was so wrong. I literally have never tasted a better cheese quesadilla. I don't usually compliment the chef but I literally stopped him after his smoke break to let him know it was the best quesadilla I had ever tasted. I had bites of everyone's food and everything else was just as tasty. Personal recommendation? Do not leave without getting either the quesadilla or heavenly Mac n Cheese

Really enjoyed the saloon. I definitely enjoyed the historical feel of the room with the high ceilings and the vintage bar back & top --- out of all the bars in Bisbee I enjoyed my time here the most.

Spent my New Years Eve here - we had a great time, and really enjoyed the live music. The drinks were cheap, the atmosphere was fun... but they didn't have champagne? I get it, it's a saloon (I'm a native Arizonan), but no cheap-o champagne on NYE? Also, when I asked I got some 'tude. Ah well, we still liked it!

Just a bar that serves as the check in place for the hotel next door. It was ok. We liked the decor. However, the bartender was a little stuffy. I felt like I was trying to get her to like us instead of her making us feel welcomed.

Only in Bisbee two nights, but came twice. Very cool looking older bar, gorgeous wallpaper on the walls. Bartenders very friendly and funny. Nice mix of locals and out-of-towners.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a few drinks at the bar. It's pretty typical of the saloons in Bisbee. The live music was very good. The drinks were alright. It's a no-frills kind of place. An a-ok place to get a drink.

neat little saloon located under the bisbee grand hotel on main street. they have a beautiful bar that dates back to the 1800s. the bartender, terry, was friendly and made sure our drinks stayed full. she even offered us some popcorn or peanuts. pool costs $2.50.

A great little place to sit and have a few adult beverages. The service is fast and friendly, and they have the most yummy pear ale on tap....it was the best! Take advantage of the free popcorn and peanuts because the adjacent kitchen closes way too early for a Saturday night (8pm?!) so if you go in hungry, expect to eat your dinner out of a bowl if you get there too late. This is a nice little place to people watch.

I liked it. Surprisingly slow for a Saturday night, but charming none the less. I tried a locally made Dave's Electric Beer and enjoyed it thoroughly. I hear they offer cheap eats here for breakfast. I may try the hotel here next trip.

Love the authentic Southwestern atmosphere. Nice dark place to get out of the desert heat and cool off with a beer. Very much a local watering hole with reasonable prices.

The Bisbee Grand Hotel has a full sized bar on street level. This is by far my favorite place to start and end the night in bisbee. The bartenders are nice and pour a strong drink. The vibe is laid back. I love sitting at the bar, but there are also a few tables around for bigger groups. Two pool tables, good music, cheap drinks, and clean bathrooms. There is always someone interesting to meet here. I love this place.

The Bisbee Grand Hotel bar has a great, laid back, friendly, local atmosphere. In addition, the food is superb. We had wonderful salads, extraordinary mac and cheese, and superb chili. The kitchen closes early, so take that into consideration, but the prices are good, and the food is delicious.
