This place was so good! I visited Bisbee with my family and this was my favorite restaurant we tried. We were welcomed into the tiny space and had the menu thoroughly explained. The pho came with fresh herbs and sprouts to add, the portions were huge, and I appreciated the vegan pho option. My family had the beef pho, summer rolls, and chicken curry and loved them all. I tried the iced coffee with milk as well, it was a bit sweet for me but others liked it. People were coming in and out for take-out, and the owner and server were both very kind and attentive. Will go back if given the chance.
I've been waiting for a Vietnamese restaurant close to where I live...i found it. The Pho is delicious! They carry beef and vegan Pho. Authentic Vietnamese cooking. Very friendly. I truly recommend this restaurant.
I had a craving for either Thai or Vietnamese and found this little place just across from the copper mine visiting center and museum. Don't let the small size or simple menu scare you away because it is PHOnominal! With pho it's all about the broth and it's superb. The noodles were just right and the beef, tender and tasty. Also don't leave without getting a "fresh roll". Two of these would even make for a nice delicious quick, light lunch. The service was friendly and quick. Even if it is busy or table unavailable it will be worth the wait for a table or even get it to go and eat it back in your room.

THE place for a fresh fantastic lunch in Bisbee!
The white bread at Cornucopia is the best thing since, well, sliced bread! Lame jokes aside, this cute and intimate little place was a highlight during my Bisbee day trip. I had the green chile quiche with bread and soup as sides. The mildly sweet white bread with that delicious butter took the spotlight. This is the first time I'm impressed with white loaf bread. And my quiche was delicious as well...my boyfriend kept regretting he didn't get it himself (he did like his sandwich though). Next time I'm in Bisbee, I'll definitely return.
We went here based off the other Yelp reviews, and they were all correct. This cute, small cafe was delicious! Everything was homemade, from the bread to the tangerine lemonade. We tried the hatch chile & jack cheese sandwich, tomato basil soup, and green chile quiche. Everything was super. The quiche was among the best i've EVER had. Glad i saw the reviews and stopped in. A+!

Oliver House Bed & Breakfast

Reviews:
I just spent my 7th or 8th mini-vacation in Bisbee and 3rd time at The Oliver House, and I can say without a doubt that this was my best visit ever. The new owners Trish and Jeremy (and their parents) are absolutely amazing, I've never in my life felt so accommodated right from the beginning, and I can't put into words how grateful my girlfriend and I (and our dog) are to them. The breakfast included with the room that Trish personally cooked us was the icing on the amazing cake, it was great. Stay here, the worst thing you may have to put up with is a bit of noise if it's busy. Hard wood floors carry voices and footsteps, but it's absolutely worth it. Bring a laptop or something to watch a movie on because there is no television, or bring a book or two. I can't recommend it any higher.
So pumped stayed here for a bachelorette party and rented out the entire hotel. The owners welcomed us into their home and welcomed all 14 of us. All though the ghosts couldn't scare us we think their mad at us for keeping them up all night as we celebrated until the early morning. We had a blast and I will come back for sure! Bisbee is absolutely beautiful and historic we re commend it to anyone.
9/2015..PLEASE READ THIS**** We arrived at the Oliver House and we were greeted with the new owners with kindness. They made us feel at home. First night went well. Breakfast was great. The end of the 2nd evening we found bed bugs in two rooms. We unmade the bed there were also bed bug tracking and it was confirmed it was a bed bug. My daughter killed the bug. We informed the owner she was in complete denial. We then went into another room and there was a dead one underneath the mattress covering and each room actually had bed bug mattress covers on them. Our mattress was cheap and old. Some of the other ones were nice. These are new owners so not sure if they were using old mattresses from the other owner but they should of 100percent make sure these rooms were ready for rental. I am highly disappointed she didn't addressed this and refund all of our money. About 10 of us women ended up leaving the middle of the night. Come to this place at your own risk. I lost 2 pairs of shoes 4 tops 4 shorts and 4 dresses. 2 pairs of pjs, socks and underwear were thrown in the garbage. This is not funny it's a health Hazzard and everyone should be aware of this. It doesn't matter even the best of the hotels can have them. I am sorry don't mean to blast these nice owners but please refund our money and do what is right! I came home in the middle of the night with a tee shirt and shorts and when i got home i threw away what i was wearing home. It's so not fair...Please refund our money!

I love this place for breakfast. You are not going to go away hungry. The blueberry pancakes are good, the omelets are good and the service is good. We've been here three or four times and this is where we go when we want to take visitors out for break fast.
REAL GOOD FOOD, A LOT OF FOOD, FAIR PRICE, REAL GOOD FOOD. Horseman style french toast? Ok, take a huge cinnamon bun, slice it into three layers, dip it and make it into french toast.... WOAH. Every time friends or family come from california i have to take them here. Honestly the best breakfast in town. Better food and not touristy and packed like that other place in town.
Who has the best breakfast in Bisbee? Let me give you a hint, it doesn't go by its initials. This place has a solid breakfast for a good price, and seems to be under appreciated in this town. It shouldn't be. This breakfast is equal to or better than any other in the area. And how often and where else do you get called "hon"? I had a perfect cheese omelet, with the cheese inside the omelette! Imagine that! And twenty times the cheese that had been sprinkled over the top at the aforementioned initials place. The hash browns were particularly tasty, and I can't quite figure out why. All in all, this place rocks! And I do so like downtown Warren, with its older than god baseball stadium.

I noticed this place when it opened up and thought to myself "wow, what a dump." BUUUUT I WAS SO WRONG. Cars are always packing the make shift parking lot and for good reason. This place is the best Mexican food i have had in Arizona. Its a small house and the food is home cooking. If you want REAL GOOD MEXICAN FOOD, stop here, you will not be disappointed ! Ill post up some photos of food the next time we go!
Very good! Inexpensive. Support this local joint, you can't go wrong and you will leave full! Carne Asada fries are huge and delish! I had the albondigas soup: the do not skimp on albondigas (meatballs). Has tacos and hubs had a burrito, it was all good and large. Add the salsa to the tacos though, I feel they lacked a bit of flavor. 5stars for portions, price, 4 stars for flavor
Love the food, first time visitor & have to say was blown away by the great food. This place is family run & you need to support the local economy so cone eat here you will love it.

School House Inn Bed & Breakfast

818 Tombstone Canyon
Bisbee, 85603
Reviews:
What a neat place! Amy and I spent last night in the Geography room at the School House Inn, and we had a really fun time (for a discounted price, to boot!). John was really great to us as a host, particularly in getting us set up with glasses and chilling a bottle of champagne (purchased at the fine Plaza Liquors gas station) in the Inn's refrigerator until we were ready to drink it. As you may have gathered, the Inn itself is a converted old schoolhouse and John and Paula have done a great job of preserving its quirky atmosphere while also creating a charming bed and breakfast. Our room was one of the more modestly-priced appointments, and it was very spacious and well-decorated -- I imagine that the other rooms are even nicer. Breakfast (for us: a slice of green chili and cheese frittata, a blueberry muffin, half an English muffin, and an assortment of fruit) was served out on their pretty patio area, which was bustling with birds. All in all, it was a great experience. Having been to a number of B&Bs, though, and being a pretty easy-going person myself, I can say that it's not too difficult to have a really enjoyable experience at a bed and breakfast. So here are some things to consider if you're thinking about staying here: First, unlike most B&Bs I've stayed in, our room did not come equipped with informational materials to help us plan our trip, and John didn't directly offer us any recommendations when we spoke during check-in or in the morning after breakfast. That was totally fine for us, since I am a committed trip planner and we had lots of ideas already. But if you think you might need some help figuring out what to do, you should make sure to make that known to John and Paula. I'm sure they'll be happy to help, but I gathered that shepherding unprepared guests isn't part of their standard operating procedure. Second, the B&B is not air conditioned. Bisbee is typically not a particularly hot place, and so I would imagine that for most of the year this is not a problem at all. However, we are currently going through a bit of a hot spell, and as a result it got a bit warm in our room (particularly during the day, but also somewhat into the night). If we weren't coming in from a swamp-cooled apartment in Tucson, I imagine we would have been pretty uncomfortable, particularly since the overhead fan was broken in our room (don't worry -- John set us up with two floor fans). Third, although I didn't realize that this would be an issue going in, I discovered that I am not the biggest fan of bedrooms with high ceilings. I felt like it made the room less intimate and cozy. Obviously that's not a sleight against the Inn itself or its owners -- it's just my (previously unrealized) preference -- but if you think you would have the same reaction, that might be worth considering. Finally, just a couple of smaller observations about the room. One is that our bed was pretty firm and a little squeaky. I won't say more about how we avoided the problems that come with a squeaky bed, but I will say that those who sleep on their sides might want to see if there is a pillow topper available (I sleep on my back, and was in heaven). Another observation is that there is a red exit sign outside of the doorway to the Geography room, and although the door itself is draped with a white cloth that blocks most of the light, there is a little bit of a glow that still comes through. For people who are super sensitive to light when they sleep, this might be a reason to pick a spot further away from the end of the hallway. This has probably come off as a laundry list of complaints, but I really don't intend for it to be that way. In my view, everything I have said is more of a nitpick than a condemnation: we really did have a great time staying at the Inn. The real remaining question for you as a potential guest is whether there is a better option in Bisbee, and in our research we didn't see anything (at least on Yelp) to suggest that the answer is yes. So I'd say the School House Inn is a great choice for a place to stay, particularly in the non-summer months for people who don't mind firmer beds or high ceilings and who intend to arrive with an idea of what they want to do with their time. Plus, if the other reviewers are any indication, it sounds like I'm the biggest curmudgeon of the lot, which seems like pretty good news to me.
What a treat! My husband and I were passing through Bisbee and were looking for an affordable place to stay. We usually don't spend much on rooms, but I decided to call a few of the "nicer" places listed in the guide book. I'm glad I did. One other place didn't allow reservations except between very specific hours or online, so I called the School House Inn around 9pm. John answered and was so friendly and even offered a small discount. The place is so homey and wonderful. We stayed in the Art room which had some great old art books and fun art on the walls. I really enjoyed peaking into the rooms that were unoccupied like the Principal's office. They have done a great job with the place. We look forward to visiting Bisbee again just to stay here for some R&R. John was very helpful with information and showed us around the inn. The common room is great, with 1950's copies of better homes and garden and other kitsch magazines. And the breakfast, wow! We had wonderful french toast made by Paula. Check it out!
My boyfriend and I came here when other out of town plans were suddenly cancelled. We had the time off work and wanted to still get away for a bit of time. I saw a Groupon for this B&B and had spent time in Bisbee many years before. The owners are very personable and know a lot about the history of the buidling. Each room is named something different and we stayed in the Geography room, which had various maps of the world around the walls. The room was comfortable and the bed was perfect. We were able to open up all the windows and let in the fresh air as this place does not have air conditioning. The town itself was a little dead and there isn't much to do in the evening if you don't drink. Unfortunately the rooms do not have any televisions and on a slow night would have been a little bit of a perk, but not a necessity. Breakfast the following morning was amazing! Everything was homemade and fresh and it wasn't sitting out. My plate was made for me after I sat down so it came out hot. We would definitely stay here again but would maybe make our next trip to Bisbee when an event is going on.

Pizza is excellent. Sauce is homemade and delicious. In fact they close between lunch and dinner to make fresh sauce and dough. This is definitely New York style pizza, not Chicago. Give it a try at least once, I always ask for extra sauce on mine. Don't bother to call, as they often forget to turn on the phone or don't answer when busy. So you'll just have to chance a drive over there,
Really decent pizza, at ridiculously cheap prices. The joint is old and in serious need of some repairs/remodeling, and the owner is definitely a quirky guy. But if you want a better-than-decent pie at a great price, and don't mind the downscale decor, this is your joint. Will definitely be back when we're back in the area.
You go here for the Pizza, Gyros and Gus. If you are from out of town you may not get Mr. Gus' humor. He's an angry Greek that loves you. Weird I know. Ignore all the reviews saying he's rude and what not. That's just him, he's being himself. "Get the hell outta here, you're beautiful" - Gus.

BOMB Mexican food! Kitchen was a little slow so sit down and grab a beer. It's well worth the wait! Really good fish tacos, legit guac and excellent rice & beans.
I LOVED the ambiance of this saloon! It felt like we were actually in the wild wild west. The drinks are super cheap, and pretty strong. There's also free pool and darts. We came when there was a live band, and they played great music. For those that are into ghost stories, there's a folder filled with letters and stories from past guests of the hotel---be sure to ask the bartender for it! There's also pictures with strange shadows and orbs of light. We didn't find any solid evidence of hauntings, but it was definitely entertaining to go through the folder. I was actually a bit nervous when going to the bathroom by myself, but I'm sure it was just my imagination going into action....
Friendly bartenders and good cocktails at good prices. They have a kitchen and had an excellent breakfast. The rancho huevos were excellent, a nice place with good service. A great start to your day!
