What a find! We just wanted a small portion of any food and what we got was a peek into a world of bbq amazingness. I've got the pork combo with *real* home made fries. The meat just oozed with smokey flavor and the slaw was freshly made for us. The women who runs this place has been doing this for 40 years. It's definitely something else, a completely different league. A very kind and welcoming experience. Apparently there is a Sunday buffet which is very popular but we've missed it, unfortunately.

Ms. Emma makes some of the best smoked bologna (poor mans steak) of anyone in the country. The slaw on top makes it mmmm mmmm good.

This is great bbq! My husband & I are regulars. The ribs are tender & naturally smokey. The bologna sandwich sounds not that appealing but trust me, its the best ive had! They smoke it first, then chop it, pan fry it, sauce it & add Cole slaw- yummm. The fries are not so good but all the other sides are quite nice. Its a very casual, small, old fashioned location so we always get if as take out. If your in Stuttgart, its well worth the stop.

Stopped in and was pleasantly surprised! Miss Emma fixed me a great pork BBQ sandwich! It was so good I ordered another one! Meat was a little too fatty for my normal taste, but I think it gave in a lot of flavor! The place is smoky (from the kitchen, not cigarettes!) and adds to the anticipation of the upcoming meal! Miss Emma was so sweet, and made me feel right at home. The medium sauce is tangy and good, but I preferred the hot bbq sauce! She has a buffet on Sundays that's apparently pretty popular. This place is a winner! So give Miss Emma a try for lunch or dinner!
