Great service, food and atmosphere. All plates were good, except the beef broccoli which was overly salty.

Love their chicken lettuce wrap - very tasty. But got some eggplant stuff that was bland. Would come back for the lettuce wrap again tho. Great for early dinner after shopping & atmosphere was very lively. Would recommend reservation if you're going during dinner on a weekend :)

Had another good meal at PF Changs. Service was good, water, drinks, appetizer, and meals were served promptly. We like this chain and do not have one where we live so we try to find one when we can. It is a family favorite. Everything tasted great and was consistent with prior visits regardless of location (Texas, Arkansas, or Missouri) They do change the menu from time to time which causes me to study the menu every now and again.

I have always been happy after eating at P.F.Chang's and today wasn't any different. Ordered the chicken and lettuce wraps, ordered a sushi roll and ordered entrees. It was really crowded so we were just going to wait in the bar, buy decided to stay. Great tables by the windows and away from the noisy lunch crowd. David was our waiter and did a great job. Not too much either way. Cudos!!,

the food was good here but even better was the a number one service I received from our waitress grace she was fast friendly and hands down the reason I will be coming back here very soon it's nice to have someone like that who really seems like she cares about the customers. But anyways overall experience was awesome thanks again grace I will definitely be back!

Been to this location two times and bother times the service was nice. I went through a phase when I was younger where I was obsessed with PF Changs haha. I still like it, but not obsessed. Last time I came here I ordered the spicy tuna appetizer and the vegetarian fried rice - both yummy. For dessert I ordered the chocolate raspberry wontons - very yummy! The time before I had the Chocolate Wall - very yummy and one person can definitely not finish the slice, but if you can then kudos to you haha.

Just like any other PF Chang's. Consistently good service and asian-inspired foods. Clean atmosphere and great bartender here makes tasty mixed drinks. Lettuce wraps always the go-to option for appetizer. Then the Mongolian beef with brown rice is my favorite entree. You can't go wrong here. Whether it's lunch, dinner, a date, business or casual meeting, this place is tasty and always consistent.

When we got to the restaurant, we were so lucky to be seated in Levi's area. He is an awesome server and we will always ask to be seated in his area in the future. He knows the menu top to bottom, which is really great when it comes to addressing my food allergies. He described everything in detail and made some great recommendations so we could try new items rather than sticking with our regulars. We got the dinner for two which cost $39.95, a great deal. Each person gets their own soup. You share an appetizer. Each person orders their own entrée and then they share a dessert. We got the Chicken Lettuce Wraps for the appetizer at Levi's recommendation. It was phenomenal! There was so much of the chicken. It had some spice to it. The lettuce wedge was fresh and crisp. This could be a dinner all on its own. Each of us got the Wonton Soup, which was out-of-the-box for us. Thanks to Levi for recommending it and describing it in such detail that it made our mouths water. The wontons are made when ordered. The broth is fresh. The shrimp, chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and tofu in it are fresh as well. Oh wow! I won't ever order Egg Drop Soup again!! My boyfriend got the Mongolian Beef. He ordered the fried rice instead of the white rice. The portions were huge. The fried rice had chicken in it as well. The beef used is a flank steak, which is a tough cut of meat. This was not tough at all. It melts in your mouth. I went off my usual and ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp and chicken. I was very surprised that I enjoyed the tofu in it so much. It was so good I looked for it! The shrimp and chicken were great but the tofu stole the show. It is spicy but not too spicy. For dessert we shared the chocolate raspberry wontons. These were roll-your-eyes delicious! The wontons were light and filled with a chocolate raspberry cream cheese. Chocolate sauce and raspberry sauce were drizzled over them. Powdered sugar dusted the top and fresh raspberries were on the side. It was attractive and delicious. As a really special gift, we were comped a spicy tuna roll. It was fantastic! I did look around at other people's food just to get ideas for future visits. There were 2 appetizers that looked really good. One was the fried green beans. It may not sound good but it sure did look good. The plate was piled high. It was served with ranch dressing. The people at the table who ordered it were chomping them down. Another appetizer that looked really good was the spare ribs. It was at the end of their table and it took a lot of restraint and politeness not to snatch one. The restaurant has beautiful décor with high ceilings. The latter does promote high volume in the restaurant which is the only negative I can come up with for this restaurant. There were runners who served the food. There were busboys but all of the servers were busing tables as they walked around. We never had to worry about our water glasses being empty. Sure glad we got there at 5:30, before the dinner rush as it got crowded around 6:00. They do have substitutions that address food allergies, gluten-free requests, and even ones that address fat and sodium intake. I know I have used about every adjective for how fantastic everything was for dinner. However, that's just the way it is. If you go, ask for Levi. He will make sure your dining experience is superb!

I used to be a big fan of P.F. Chang's but am starting to lose my taste for it. Last night's meal there might be my last. It seems like the portion sizes keep getting smaller, the prices keep getting higher, and the service (which used to be great) just isn't there. Last night my four person family shared the dinner for 2 and added an extra entree. The soup my wife and I each had was good (hot & sour for me, egg drop for her) and the chicken lettuce wraps were tasty. However, the portion size of the lettuce wraps was significantly less than what we are used to and they brought us a thimble-full size sauce for them. Whatever happened to the ingredients at the table that allowed you to make and customize your own sauce? They didn't even have soy sauce on the table and we had to ask two different servers to bring us some. Our entrees were Chang's spicy chicken (cooked well but only about half of the chicken pieces had been tossed in the sauce), honey chicken (absolutely horrible - rubbery texture and terrible flavor), and Mongolian beef (very good but it would have taken two orders to feed one moderately hungry person). When the bill came they had included the two less expensive entrees in the dinner for 2 and made the most expensive (Mongolian beef - $16.50) the a la carte. This wasn't a big deal but is a little annoying and would cause the prices to come our wrong if you were splitting a check with someone. Because they can never find my rewards information when I give my email address or phone number, I recently printed a card from the website which includes the membership number and QR code for them to scan. I gave this to the waiter with my credit card. When he returned, I asked him if he had used the card and he replied, "oh, no - what is that?" After I told him, he did get the credit for my account. Coincidentally, that visit earned me a free entree. I'm just not sure I want to go redeem it.

I was excited about eating at PF Chang until I witness mr bartender-server eating her dinner behind the bar. She never washed her hands before serving my plate. I totally lost my appetite. I have been to many PF Chang's before and was always impressed with the service.

The food here has always been pretty decent. My favorite dish is probably the won ton lettuce wrap appetizers. I havent tried any other foods that are memorable, but the food is alright. It's a little costly.

This is The Place to go for oriental styled cuisine. Their Chang's Chicken Noodle Soup is Absolutely To Die For! I have them leave out the mushrooms, and I can safely say that if you are feeling lousy with the flu or cold, that this soup would completely stomp on the traditional Chicken Noodle that you would normally reach for.

Had lunch here the other day. Frankly, I'm usually disappointed with the food but wasn't today. My wife got the Chilean Sea Bass. She always likes it. Me-okay. I got the Chicken Noodle Soup which was very good in its subtly. Service is always great. Have always enjoyed their cocktails also. Previously have had Singapore Street noodles and it was beyond disappointing. Singapore and Malaysia have some of the best food in the world and the best is often found on the street in hawker stands or open air restaurants. This dish does a great disservice to that tradition and standard. Several other dishes in the past have been similarly disappointing. This visit and the soup. Very good and liked the udong noodles in it.

My review is about this particular P.F Chang's restaurant. It's a chain, so presumably the food--which isn't great--is the same at every restaurant. But the service here was so bad and at times just weird, and why I'd never recommend eating here. We went in around noon on a Saturday, so it was crowded. Gathered at the reception desk were about a half dozen hostesses talking to each other and texting on their phones. When I told one host that I'd like a table for two, he repeated my words, then walked away--just disappeared into the back. One of the hostesses took over, laughed and said, "He had something he had to do". We then waited for about 10 minutes until a table opened up--at which point the hostesses started debating among themselves who should take us to our table. They never actually acknowledged us, just the problem of who would have to seat us. It's as though we weren't there. Finally one hostess took us to our table, asked a few questions, then offered us chopsticks. Okay, so maybe it's because we were in the midwest, or because P.F. Chang's isn't so much Asian as 'Asian-themed,' but she offered us the chopsticks in an ornate wooden box, as though offering us illicit Cuban cigars. Perhaps chopsticks are strange and wonderful in Rogers, AR. Our waiter was good. If the hostesses were more like him, this wouldn't be a bad place to eat from time to time. He was friendly without being sycophantic, and attentive without being intrusive. Nice guy whom we tipped well since he pretty much saved what started off as an awful experience. We won't be going back. If you're looking for real Asian food, just drive a little farther into Fayetteville. Good places there. Don't worry about not giving P.F. Chang's your business. They won't notice if you're there, and they won't notice if you're not.

I am a fan having enjoyed PF Changs all over the country. I was surprised by the three and a half star rating but not after visiting. The service was non existant and the order screwed up before the appetizer arrived. I know hard to believe but true. Then without me asking or complaining the manager showed up at our table to announce the meal was on the house, before the appetizer arrived. He was amazing (did not get his name but had a full beard.) The server was entitled to his job. The food wad good really good. Not amazing but very good. I'm not gluten free to be trendy I have a bad reaction to gluten. PF Changs as a corporation is very good about GF. Food arrives on plates that say PF Changs, regular food is on a plain white plate. The setup for lettuce wraps comes in little red containers if GF. That is how our order was screwed up before the food ever arrived. We ordered GF lettuce wraps but the setup arrived in white containers. "Oh you wanted a gluten free setup with your gluten free lettuce wraps?" asked the clueless entitled waiter... Thankfully an awesome manager at the Arboretum in Austin TX had given be a full Kitchen tour and explained PF Changs Glutenfree program. Not the first location a lazy waiter has brought out the wrong setup for lettuce wraps. I never would have know to look for the red containers otherwise. The manager saved the day so they get four stars.

If you've been to other locations, this one is really no different. Good Asian style food, nice ambiance, and good service. I'm always a sucker for the Dan Dan noodles and ahi tuna with a hot/sour soup. If I'm ever in an area with one of these, you can be sure I'll be there at least one night. This location is part of a large outdoor mall so parking might be a little hard at certain times, and my GPS had a hard time finding the exact location.

First off i would like to say that it really takes away from a business when they insist on putting their own pictures on their business. Not so much that, but the pictures arent even of the same dang store. It takes away from yelpers because we cant put legit pictures up. Rant over. I walked in to PF Changs (it is my favorite chain restaurant) extatic when they sat us down immediately even though they looked fairily crowded. Our waiter was very nice and knew the menu very well. The first problem was when we ordered. THEY TOOK MY FAVORITE DISH OFF THE MENU. I have never ben so disappointed food-wise in my life. I wasnt too happy with their altered menu. Grrrr. We gave him our order and informed him that we had a gift card and rewards card. The second disappointment was when he told us of the new "points" system they had opposed to the old "10% off" discount. Grrrrrrrr. Our food was good, tasted the same as every other time I went in. Towards the end of our meal our waiter came by asking my mom if she was done with her plate. I was rather confused as to what implications he saw that stated she was done. She still had food in her mouth and food on her plate. ???? We paid and our food was boxed up. A woman came by not, saying a word, and lit our candle. I thought that was really a "thoughtless" thing to do when a table JUST finished their meal. We left after that- without any fortune cookies. How sad. This was a real bummer when we drove 1 1/2 hours for this experience. My confidence in PF has dropped some, in this branch anyway.

I'd been to PF Changs many times a couple years ago in Kansas City and the food was always good- super fresh & tasty& reasonable price & portions. And in the land of NW Arkansas, where chain restaurants gather, we thought this would be a decent choice. No. Someone has changed their recipes, etc. or this location has terrible quality control, because everything- (we had 6 dishes family style with 6 adults)- had sauces that were way too thick and gloppy, corn starchy, and flavorless. DEFINITELY not fresh or well seasoned. TINY portions. Limp vegetables (probably frozen)? We ALL thought their signature chicken dish tasted like mushy chicken in bottled sauce- IT TASTED LIKE A MICROWAVED LEAN CUISINE. The worst! We couldn't even stomach a couple dishes, and much of the tiny portions were left on the table. Disgusting. Buy yourself a bagged PF Changs dinner out of the freezer section at the grocery store and I'd say it would be better, but I think that's what they are serving, so it would be about the same. Gloppy mush. Never again. We left hungry and went elsewhere for big desserts.

Ate here when we were visiting town for work. Fantastic gluten free food. The staff was very knowledgable and considerate about our food allergy and they went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience for us. There were so many GF options for us to choose from, and we had no cross contamination issues either. We'll be back!

The lemon chicken is great. Tender chunks of white-meat lightly fried and sauced. The broccoli was perfectly crunchy, almost as if it had merely been threatened with a trip to the steamer. I loved every bite of the tangy bright lemon chicken. What I didn't love was the overly-thick, gloppy soup. That soup cost them 2 stars, it was THAT BAD. Pass on the soup, unless you've got some sort of science experiment planed, get a salad instead.

Been here many times, and while sometimes I wonder if there is any value in rating a chain there is wide divergence from one location to another. The Rogers AR location is on the ball. We had a much longer wait than advertised, and although we were with my handicapped son, who is in a wheelchair, and can be difficult sometimes to go out to eat with, we didnt complain. When we were sat the manager came and apologized for the extra wait and comped us some appetizers. The squeaky wheel always gets the grease, so it was nice to not be the squeaky wheel and still get some extra attention. The appetizers and food were delicious and I wish I could remember our servers name because she was fabulous. I have been too numerous pf changs in many different states and while this one is far from the most glamorous looking one, I have found it to always have great service.

Great food. Tremendous service. For a large chain they have delicious food. New management has improved the service and staff. Hostesses are doing their job with a smile. Manager visits the tables and checks on you often. We will return as often as we find ourselves in Rogers. The food is good but not true Asian.... For an Asian themed place it is good.

Been twice in as many years. Both times, I had to send my dish back. Generally, I'm not overly impressed with the flavors here. And I'm really not that hard to please! You'll enjoy the atmosphere and service - they are both excellent. The food is only average, unfortunately.

Really good. Went here for my son's 7th birthday and they treated him really special. I ordered the kung pao chicken, cooked with stock velvet. Really brightens up the flavor and I like that there is less fat and fewer calories. Wish we had Pei Wei in town because it's more my speed but PF Changs is nice for special occasions.

If you have been to P.F Changs before, you won't be disappointed. I always order Pan seared dumplings, Mongolian Beef (My Favorite). They have a friendly staff and the service is good as well. If you go in peak hours, it might take time to get your food out. Tip: If you are really hungry and can't wait 30-40mins, don't go to this place during peak hours.

P.F. Chang's is one of the best options for Asian Cuisine in NWA. Conveniently locate between the major citys of NWA. I have eaten at Chang's in many citys, and this one has consistantly been very good. Love the Chang's Ribs, lettuce wraps and dumplings(apps) Dan Dan Noodles, and the Singapore Street noodles are my favorite entree, but I have had a lot of the other offerings and have always enjoyed my food and felt it well worth the price. Not my first option for dining in NWA, but not a bad decision either. I tend to over indulge, so I will say that I always leave FULL and happy.

Surprise no one has reviewed this chain for our area. It is always packed. Great location at the Promenade mall. They do have call ahead reservations which is a plus. My favorite item is the lettuce wraps. I often order it as my meal. My husband and I like to frequent Changs for their $39.99 deal-you each get your choice of soup, one appetizer (lettuce wraps!!!), you each pick an entree to share (my fav's are Mongolian Beef and Spicy Chicken) and you each get a mini dessert which is just the right size of sweet after a large filing meal (it comes in a double shot glass) My only complaint is its a bit too packed in. If you can, get a booth so you can feel like you have some privacy without pushing your chair back into the table behind you. We like to sit in the bar and eat or if the patio is open, its nice to lounge on the outdoor couches under the heaters or on a nice night. I've always received good service. The more people in your party, the better so you can share your entrees and get a taste of many things

I love P.F. Chang's it is my favorite place to eat. Lettuce Wraps are good but I go for the General's Chicken. I'm not very adventurous with food. Spicier the better! My boyfriend and I call ahead for a booth. Wednesdays evenings seem like a good bet, not a lot of kids!

SO DISAPPOINTING! I was in Arkansas for a family wedding, and we spent some time at the Promenade and had made reservations for 5pm for 10 people. We got there early and only waited a few minuted for them to get our table ready. They decided that they couldn't put all 10 of us together, so decided they would put us at a 8-top round table and 2 others were to sit at a 4-top table. HUH? they weren't overly busy and it seemed really pointless and unorganized that take us that much room when they could have easily pushed 2 table together. On to the food, which usually is rather good! Again so disappointing, it was bland. You would also think that the would execute the food at the same time. Instead 3 of us got our food then 5 minutes later another 4 plates then another 5 minutes the remaining 3 plates. All of the servers seemed to be in high-schools and not under good direction/management. Overall, it was not a good experience at this location. I still have faith in the other locations I've been to, but this one needs some help!

  • Whitney W.

Funny how a huge chain restaurant with tons of menu items has such a small vegetarian section, compared to local Asian places that have an extensive veggie menu. I've always thought Chang's veggie options were few and bland. I usually just get vegetarian lettuce wraps as a meal; not very nutritious, but the tastiest of the choices. This last visit I got veggie fried rice; decent, but not great. The spring rolls are pretty good, I suppose you could get those for a meal as well. We also shared the crispy green beans, which were delicious but for some reason not marked as "vegetarian" on the menu. (I ate them anyway.)

You just can't go wrong at PF Changs. Cookie Cutter format that is managed the same across the country. Always great service, food is consistently great. You will pay a little more but this is an upscale resturant and is not a get it and go kind of place. You won't be disappointed.

This is a great place to have a special meal. I love everything I've tried on their menu even when experimenting with new dishes. The lettuce wraps have become cliche but for good reason; they rock! I prefer the atmosphere of their Tulsa location in Utica Square over this smaller version of PF Chang's, but this one still gets 4 stars.

Enjoyed our dinner here very much tonight. The food(beef with broccoli, spring rolls, pepper steak, calamari) was good but the atmosphere was only so-so. Very loud, LOTS of kids all around us, and too much food squished on a small table. If you spend $100 for dinner and drinks please give me a table large enough to hold everything! The constant shuffling and balancing of plates and glasses along with the noise of everyone elses' kids took away from the whole experience. Ask for a booth ahead of time or eat in the bar. Overall, a good meal but not outstanding.

Dont eat at chains often but Changs is one of my favorite chains. This is located in a great location, service was prompt, and food was consistant with other PF Changs.

Yummy! Awesome place to eat. Order the Lettuce Wraps for an appetizer or even a meal. A little pricey especially with the drinks but I love it. Make a reservation in advance.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
