Yummy BBQ and the place is very clean and tidy. The staff is definitely not the friendliest but the food and free soft serve makes up for their lack of personality. My only issue with this place is that they charge 60 CENTS per roll!! That's completely ridiculous!

Free soft serve ice cream cones was a plus. The BBQ was good-I had some pulled pork. I am not big on sauce so can't comment on the 3 sauce types (sweet, original and spicy). They offer many sides. I had the baked potato casserole which when I got to the register while they were filling my order, they grabbed a large bag out of a heater, snipped it and dumped the contents in the vat to fill my cup. Was gross to watch actually. The meat is fresh at least. My fried okra was tasty. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The floors were filthy and many tables dirty. The whole sauce and ice cream station was a disaster. I don't know if they were just getting over a lunch rush and hadn't had time to clean but it really gave me pause and made it a less than desirable experience.

I'm pretty sure there's a Dickey's about three miles from me in Scottsdale, but I felt the need to have BBQ while in Arkansas and found it there first. I don't eat a lot of fast food or even meat, which is probably why my pulled pork mini sammie was extra delicious. The staff was super friendly and there's free soft serve!

I'm from Dallas, where Dickies originates. There, real BBQ fans consider it "tourist BBQ". The locals know to go to Pecan Lodge, Mike Anderson's, Slow Bone, or Al's, or any of dozens of other places. When I went in here, I was struck by how tiny it is, and how limited the menu was. I wanted what I usually got when I found myself in a Dickies, a brisket sandwich and a "British" (a loaded baked potato, but without chives or sour cream). But there didn't seem to be any option for a sandwich and potato. I asked if I could sub the two sides for a spud, and I just got a flat "No". No attempt to please the customer, not even an offer to do it with an up-charge. It was apparently beyond the laws of physics to be able to get a sandwich and a potato. I ended up getting a 1 meat plate of sliced brisket, fried okra (the only thing I enjoyed) and "tangles", which is just a stupid term to hide the fact that they're not using whole onion slices to make actual onion rings. You are not fooling anyone. I have had such better onion rings at other places, that these don't even register on the meter. When I tried the brisket, I noticed it was not even warm. This meat has been sitting out at room temperature for who knows how long. I returned it, and he cut some more off a different piece of meat, but there was little change in the temperature. The taste? In a word, meh. I will say that they have excellent plasticware here. Unfortunately, you'll need it, because you won't find any fall-off-the-bone, or cuts-with-a-fork meat here. Oh, and there was a hockey puck pretending to be a dinner roll. Yeah.

Great staff! They were wonderful. Walked into a clean place with a great staff greeting us. Then even offered samples of the meat when we weren't sure which one we wanted. The meat was just great and the sides were wonderful. Don't forget to leave room for your free ice cream!

Good service. BBQ is as decent as any other place in NW Arkansas. Guy at counter promised the beans were awesome. He lied. However, the pulled pork and sausage sandwich was pretty tasty. Kids enjoyed the free ice cream.

Decent BBQ. Not as good as Whole Hog. Good for lunch. Meat and sauce not bad. Beans are just heated up pork and beans . Order the okra no salt or they will salt it after cooking making it in edible. Service is good. Place was clean.

Great barbecue and excellent sauce. The ice cream cone machine is a nice touch. This is a nice new clean place. I just hope the help eventually learns the food and menu prices. My first trip in I asked for coleslaw on the side instead of on the sandwich. This simple request created so much confusion I was amazed. Second trip I purchased a pound of sausage. Menu board says $9 but I was charged $12. Not sure why the 33% premium but I'll watch next time. (if there is a next time) Too many great BBQ places around here to pay a premium.
