    Our favorite Friday night dinner destination. Great food and super friendly staff. Can't comment on drinks but the chicken Brian or parmigiana is excellent. Portions are so big I opt for the small size. I save a few bucks and don't do leftovers.

    Carrabba's is one of my favorite chain restaurants to have a good meal. Their Cozze in Bianco (mussels in white wine sauce) appetizer is absolutely my favorite and a "must-order" every time I go there. I have tried many dishes at Carrabba's and never been disappointed. Now, this review is for the Rogers location. When we used to live in Bentonville (for about 2 years), we visited Carrabba's almost on a weekly basis. Why? Is the food THAT incredible? No, but with consistent quality of food and incredible service, I know I am guaranteed to have a great dining experience. From the first time we visited (when the restaurant first opened), we have not had a bad experience at Carrabba's. Their servers know when to appear to check on you and not interrupt your conversation. And, the servers COVER FOR EACH OTHER. How many restaurants have you been to that when your water glass is empty, another server is walking around with a water pitcher, but simply walk pass you because you are not his/her table? I've had other servers (clearly not a busboy or our server) take plates away when walking by, fill drinks, etc.... Their manager on shift often checks on different tables, having brief conversations to make sure you are enjoying the meal. And here is a "wow" story. I remember when my sister and her husband visited us from Florida once, and we all decided to go to Carrabba's. As we entered the restaurant, a server recognized my husband and I and not only greeted us, but also said, "Aw I think we are out of mussels today." Of course, we were disappointed, and said, "Darn, and we wanted my sister to try your mussel dish." After we sat down and placed our order, choosing a different appetizer to try out, we chatted a bit. Next thing we know, a bowl of hot Cozze in Bianco was placed in front of us. The manager came and said "we went next door (I think to Bonefish Grille) to get some mussels so we can make this dish for you and for your guests to try it out." Yeah, we've been a fan ever since.....

    Eating at Carrabba's is always a wonderful experience. The food is consistently delicious and the wine advice has never disappointed. Generous portions and appetizers, clean, well designed atmosphere, and some of the friendliest and attentive wait staff I've ever encountered. My wife and I would come here often for a weekend dinner out. One time she lost a diamond earring in the restaurant. Some of the staff approached us and asked if we needed help. I explained the situation and without asking, several staff began looking on the floor and even crawling under the table to find it. We had given up hope, paid our bill, and left, only to have the hostess flag us down in the parking lot to return the earring that she had found lodged in the booth's crease. The food is good enough that I would eat here with rude wait staff and a mediocre setting, but this place has it all. The name even envokes some good memories of the Swiss Army Romance.

    Went with a group of SEVENTEEN people for a double birthday. They did great setting up the tall bar tables together to seat every single one of us! The Good: Great friendly service to meet all of our needs in a jiffy! Door opened for us as we walked in. Greeted kindly. Drinks were quickly refilled. All our food came out at once which is REALLY good for a 17 top table! They also went out of their way to split the bill in an organized fashion. The Mediocrity: The food. Sirloin Steak was decent, but had been sitting a little longer and kept cooking, but understandable since we were such a big group and I was the last person to get food. The sides were not the best. The pasta side (cavatappi amatriciana) that came with the steak was not tasty at all. The calamari was too salty. The lentil sausage soup was also too salty. Best thing I ordered was the sweet tea. But the BEST thing I ate was a tres leche cake that we made at home and brought with us. They were kind enough to provide plates and forks for the cake after dinner. All in all...service was GREAT!. BUT the food was not worth the money we paid for.

    Went there on Valentine's Day with my wife. The wait, while long, was tolerable seeing as every restaurant that night was packed. The service on a scale of 1-5 would be about a 2.5. Others had wait staff that actually were nice and paid attention. Ours? not so much. The prices were absolutely ridiculously high for the portions given. The food is excellent, but $25 for a $12 plate of food? I don't think so. I ordered Lasagna and got a huge plate with a tiny slice that was roughly 5 good bites worth. Next time I'll go to Carino's or Olive Garden for anything even remotely Italian rather than get robbed at spoon. and fork point

    I went to Carrabba's for the first time last night. It was a nice atmosphere and seemed like a popular place. Even though it was prom night in the area, the large groups didn't effect my dining experience. The food was good. They provide very LARGE portions. I ordered the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs. I think I have enough leftovers to last three meals. The service was EXCELLENT. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I will visit this restaurant again and recommend it to others.

    Yes, I know it's a chain. But as someone who travels very frequently, it's a good thing to know which are reliable chains to frequent when you are unfamiliar territory! Carrabba's, which originated in Houston, is consistently of good quality of both food and service, and very moderately priced. I've tried everything from the chicken soup, the daily Bruschetta special, the pastas, and many of the featured seafood and chicken entrees. The only thing that I would not recommend was the sangria - a little watered-down and they put ice in the pitcher to continue diluting it! Other than that, a great bet with quality preparation of a great variety of foods, and you may eat as healthy or as indulgently as you please. My standby - a dinner consisting of a glass of red wine, a dinner salad, and an order of the mussels in white wine broth with their great bread. Perfect! This location not open for lunch, I believe.

    Carrabba's is a pretty good casual dining restaurant conveniently located across the street from the Embassy Suites. The closest comparison I know of would be a restaurant like the Macaroni Grill. The menu has staple items - chicken parm, pastas, etc. - and daily specials. I was disappointed they were out of one of the daily specials (and unfortunately, the waitress failed to tell me until I ordered it), but I appreciated the availability of healthy fare. I ordered the chicken marsala which was pretty good. The waitress brought out warm, soft bread - that's definitely one of the fastest ways to my heart. The service was great - the waitress was super nice and actually introduced herself (I think her name is Betsy)...and was very friendly. Service was quick which was greatly appreciated on my very short trip to Arkansas.

    I've been to three different Carrabba's and have never been let down. Well, once by the service, but that wasn't here. The waiter at this one was one of the nicest folks on earth. The food was great (like usual). The booze wasn't bad either. Try the Sirloin Marsalaor the chicken soup; both are ridiculously good.

    I had dinner here last night with a friend from work and it was fantastic. The house salad with house dressing was good (not a fan of the sliced carrots and celery) the parm dressing was tasty. We split the Chicken Rosa Maria (I think that was the name) and the steamed veg. The chicken was flavorful, the mushrooms on top with the fontina cheese was great. The steamed veg was just slightly over cooked but not too bad. Our split meal with salad and veg was just slightly over 12.00! So very well worth the visit.

    I'd heard a lot about this restaurant and how it was supposed to have some of the most amazing Italian food around NWA. Maybe it was the high expectations I'd built up in my head, but it didn't really taste any better than your local Olive Garden. Even though the food was pretty average, the service and environment were great. I'd be willing to give it another shot.

    Well as far as chains go Carraba's is not bad. This particular location in Northwest Arkansas fits the model of every other Carraba's out there. The food is decent quality for the value and a nice change of pace from the BBQ landscape that surrounds the area. Do not expect to get blow your mind Italian food, but the staff is friendly and they do have Peroni Italian Beer. The risotto and sausage fried appetizers are worth getting while you wait.

    We've now visited several different Carrabba's. We definitely enjoy the food but we've found the service quality can range from excellent to poor with the issues not necessarily related to the particular waiter/waitress. Our food was as good as usual and would merit 4 stars. But I'm deducting one as the overall service was only so-so. We arrived at 6pm as the crowd was filling in the place. We were seated quickly. After awhile some came and poured out some olive oil with the seasoning but there was no bread still. About another 10 minutes later a waitress said the bread wasn't ready yet but was "in the oven". We ended up getting bread 20 minutes after we set down. I had looked around and no one had bread. They hadn't run out, they just hand't bothered to get it started in time. There were mistakes with our drink order as well, and overall a "we don't much care" attitude from the staff. For Rogers this may be a top choice but I wouldn't look forward to returning.

    Got the Mezzaluna, ravioli pasta with pink sauce. Delicious, could have used a little more pink sauce, but yummy! I also had my favorite salad, which I substituted for the one that comes with meal, tomato & cucumber! As always, delicious!!!!

    Oh, Carrabba's. Before Bentonville exploded, you were there for me. (Along with Bonefish and Copeland's, of course...) I was glad that you were still around on my last visit because I was really craving the warm bread and my favorite chicken bryan! The calorie-laden dishes here are consistent and reliable - large portions that will fill you up and fill you out. I've never had a problem with service, and my most recent visit was just as good as it was years ago. Good for group gatherings and the kiddos. While the food choices in Bentonville have expanded, I'd still visit good ol' Carrabbas. Get that bread basket ready for my next trip out!

    High-end Italian chain food comes to Northwest Arkansas. This is a solid Carrabba's outlet. Very high class and certainly date-worthy, especially if you can get a booth away from the door. Mrs. K. and I were very pleased with our dinner. Excellent service, starting with the greeting at the door and including our waiter. The usual "manager's visit" didn't seem quite as contrived as I would have expected. Good menu with some classic Italian dishes and a few slightly more unique ones. The Chicken Bryan leapt off the page and shouted "eat me!". How could I deny it - goat's cheese on a roasted chicken breast. Yummy. The salad was also great, served on a cold plate. I don't know if that was $1.30 worth of bleu cheese crumbles, but it was still pretty good. Excellent food, excellent service, I'm a fan. The only complaint I have is that the parking lot seems pretty tight. People here drive big cars and they don't fit well into little spaces.

    I am posting even before eating. We've been seated 15 minutes and the entire time had the manager's butt in our face as he talks to an elderly couple. HIS staff have to struggle to support the other patrons because he is in the middle of the aisle!!! It's unprofessional of him and disrespectful to his staff and the customers around him,

    This is the restaurant I took my wife to the night I proposed to her. It's a high-end Italian restaurant. Everything about it is excellent: the food, the service, the environment, etc. No matter what you order, you won't be disappointed.

    The service was poor from the beginning. Ignored by the wait staff in the bar area and finally had to approach them (we were sitting at the bar by the way). We ordered the crab cakes which were drenched in salt. We had to ask for bread for our dinner and they were out of the herb mixture that they typically serve with it. My husband ordered Veal Marsala and the mashed potatoes had an actual iron bolt nuts in it. My picture is posted - you can see the name of the restaurant on the plate. The manager actually said he'd had that happen before - volunteered the information. Don't waste your money. There are lots of classy places to eat in NWA. This isn't one of them.

    We have been here several times and the food is usually fairly good. The problem is that the owner seems to have a very skewed idea of how he would liable for guests who drink. My wife and I walked over from the Embassy Suites (which is directly across the street). We had a double whiskey each and ordered a bottle of wine with our appetizers. We informed our server that we would be taking our time, so we did not want the entrees to be put in until we give the go ahead. We finished the bottle of wine, and ordered another bottle with our entrees. At this point we have been there for 1.5 hours. We were not loud or obnoxious, just trying to enjoy a nice time in the restaurant. The manager comes out and tells us we can't have another bottle of wine. She was somewhat courteous, but I would have to say she seemed very uncomfortable. Again, we were doing nothing that would indicate that we were too drunk to walk. Embarrassed, we tell them to pack up our entrees and we will take them to the hotel and have them heat it up for us. I left a message for the owner and he called me back promptly. I recounted our story and he let me know that they have to watch the drinks per hour for guests and cut them off when they have exceeded the limit. I told him that other restaurants simply don't do this, unless the guests are obviously drunk, especially when we weren't even driving. He says that he has experience in Dallas and that it is very common to get cut off after you exceed 2 drinks per hour. Obviously, this is not true, but not sure if it is from ignorance or trying to defend his position with a lie. By the letter of the "law", the manager is correct, but I can say that this is the first time I have ever seen such a strict enforcement. Basically, we agreed to disagree and moved on. Despite the fact that we had an expensive meal completely ruined, there was never an offer to make up for it. Side notes: While we were there, I noticed the bartender drinking a clear liquid from a shot glass. I guess the strict enforcement of policy is limited to certain guests? I was stuck in up Rogers during the recent snowstorm and went to the bar there to make some observations. I can definitely say that we were singled out for the enforcement of this rule, because many people at the bar ordered multiple drinks within one hour. TLDR: Strange selective enforcement of drinking rules; can't figure out why we were singled out to be cut off.

    I have always been a fan of Carrabbas. I am also a fan of this one. The service is great and it's normally not too busy. One of my favorite dishes is the chicken Bryan and I found that it was a bit saltier than normal. I requested it to be less salty next time and they got it just right. Thumbs up to this location!

    I must update. I visit Carrabba's but not as often as I would like. Tonight we went and I must say, the service was impeccable. The staff is so friendly, even management checked on us tonight. They aim to please. The food was outstanding as always. It is such a nice ambiance for an evening out with your honey or with friends. The menu has been updated, just today!!! so if you have not been in awhile, you must go check out the new menu. Lots of additions but I stayed true to the Pollo Rosa Maria. I simply love it. That and my chocolate martini

    My hubby and I have been wanting to go here for the longest time. Last night we had a very rare date night and decided this was the place we would go. Our server was nice... however it took 10 minutes to get our drinks, 15 minutes to order our food, our bread didn't come until 25 minutes after we had been there, our soup and salad were never given to us until we had to flag down another server...we were trying to make it to a movie (which as a result of the slow service we were late to)....and then when our food finally did get to us we didn't even have any of our sides!!! I was brought a plane plate of chicken Parmesan with no sides, just two pieces of chicken and my husband food had no sides either!!! We were offered no cheese and we had 4 different servers during the time we were at this place. The food was okay, nothing spectacular...the best thing I had was my soup once I finally got it. It was definitely NOT worth $65 and we will go to the Olive Garden next time....SO DISAPPOINTED.

    Following my feedback on their website, the Owner called me and sincerely apologized. He stated that the issue should never had happened and sent me an apology letter and two gift cards. We will try their restaurant again. It's always reassuring when management cares enough to reach out.

    We had reserved a table for 15 for our meal before the Father/Daughter Dance. Another group of of 7 Fathers/Daughters came in and we invited them to join us, after asking the hostess if we could pull up a couple more tables. Although it was a Saturday, it was only 4:30pm and the restaurant was nowhere near full. We arranged the girls at one table and were arranging the adjacent Dad table when the manager walked up. He asked us many were in our party. One of the dads jokingly said, "Oh, 28 or so." We were taking our 2nd to 5th girls to a fancy dance and were all dressed up and in good moods. Obviously, he was not! He snapped something like, "You make a reservation for 15 and now you say you have 28? You can't have all my tables guys! I have to make money! Its Saturday night and I have a business to run! Those tables are for paying customers!" The other group had made reservations as well so his attitude made no sense. We actually counted heads at that point since he was obviously stressed out and told him we actually had 22 people. He promptly took one of our tables away, saying he needed it for "paying customers" and made the dads all squeeze together. He rambled on for a while more but, at that point, we all pretty much tuned him out. We were there for our girls so we let it go. However, based on the way we were treated by the manager, I know that I will not return to that location again, nor will some others! His attitude was unjustified and insulting. We were all businessmen in suits with well-behaved daughters in dresses! We were out of there by 6:00 and at no point was the restaurant anywhere close to full. The food was decent, albeit overpriced for the quality, and our waiter was nice enough (and we tipped him well), but neither outweighed the manager's attitude. He should find another career.
