My wife and I frequent this restaurant. We typically go during happy hour, which is a relatively new thing in Jonesboro. Happy hour is from 4-7 pm every night (including Saturdays!). We are big fans of their appetizers. We really enjoy the Kickin Buffalo O'Tenders and their Quesadillas. For dinner we really enjoy the Good Times Griller's. Their steaks are generally cooked to order and the staff is very good. Taylor and Hunter both make great Margarita's at the bar if that's up your alley.

I have to say that in the past, about a year ago I would not have given a good review, but O'Charley's has won me over. I have visited about 3 times in the past 6 months and each time it has been fantastic! Great Service, and the food has been really great too. I don't know what they are doing different but whatever it is, I like it. They serve Beer and mixed drinks if that is what you want.

I truly don't understand why this place gets people in the doors. Maybe its food magically tastes better with beer or something like that. In the times that I have been drug there, and literally kicking and screaming each time, the food has been horrible, tasteless, undercooked, overcooked, overpriced, delivered cold, slow, never. Basically any sort of bad thing that you can have at a restaurant its happened. Not only that, the menu is completely uninspiring drivel that does nothing to stimulate the appetite. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I have a rule about writing reviews, you have to go more than once before you give a review unless it's just so terrible. I have been there a few times or maybe 20 times. Anytime something happens that's less than favorable, you can always tell how good of a business they are by how they handle a problem with service. They always redeem their selves, and the service is always what saves them. Tristan my server today, is a little new, however went above and beyond my expectations. He will go far.

I've been going to this O'Charleys for a few years now and I must say that my experiences have ran the gauntlet from excellent to complete disappointment. There have been times the food was excellent, and times when the food was near inedible. Their steaks especially. Very hit or miss. The service has been hit or miss as well. Some of their wait staff are on top of their game, even with a large parties. They are polite and go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. Some can barely handle a party of three. I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars mostly for how inconsistent it can be. When I walk into an establishment I don't want to guess what sort of experience I'm going to have, I want to walk in confident knowing I'm going have a great dining experience...every time. BTW: some dishes that have always been good every time I order them: the french dip sandwich, their potato soup, and the southern fried chicken salad.

Appetizer was good but entree was not. Potato soup was inedible. Talapia was fair at best. Waitress was good but never asked how food was even though it was barely touched

The food was okay but even if it was fabulous the service ruined the dining experience. No manager presence in the restaurant and wait staff seemed to be more occupied with each other than the customers. Very disappointed and usually find O'Charley's to be a pleasant dining experience. Finally saw the MOD inventorying the liquor, which must be more important than attending to the guests.

I was at one time a committed O'Charles patron. The last few years have been a slow decline in my satisfaction with them. After the last time O'Charlie's tried to pull off a box of Velveeta shells and cheese as an entree called loaded Mac and cheese, I still decided to give them another shot. The recent design remodel as well as their policy to only serve happy hour specials if you set in the bar area are equally ridiculous. Unfortunately for this location their service doesn't make up for any other short comings. Our waitress had to ask the other severs every question we had.

Worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. We were seated in a dark corner of the bar area and forgotten about. Our waiter was extremely rude and acted put out to give us refills, which we pretty much had to flag him down for. I guess we didn't look worthy of his time. I finally was able to get my order taken and went with the salmon which took forever to arrive and it tasted like the bottom of a fish tank. I will never go back.

The worst food I have ever eaten. I vomited after eating there. The amount of oil, grease, and fat covering my food was absolutely putrid. Everyone in my group was disappointed. Chewy rubber steak, dry,riddled with copius amounts of fat-grizzle prime rib, grease could literally pour off my plate from the eggs, and the hollandaise sauce was just a mixture of pure butter and grease. I would NEVER recommend eating here. I will NEVER return to this restaurant. YUCK!
