Very good food we enjoyed the potato and sandwich and the staff was great working on my husbands take out yesterday!!!

The girl behind the counter took our order 3 times. She was busy chatting with other workers. They were not busy at all. The order was wrong and the server kept trying to give us the wrong order instead of trying to make it right. Really tired of hearing they need 15$ an hour. Hint listen to the person who is the customer and not your friends at work.

Worst Mcallister ever. Brought my son the wrong chips. He then wanted another sandwich but the guy couldn't figure out how to ring it up without ringing up another whole meal. Then we found a couple hairs in my daughters sandwich. I like mcalisters but will never come back to this one.

OMG can you say muffuletta 5 times really fast?? I have never had this sandwich before and the lady at the counter recommended it, YUM!!!! If you've never tried it you are missing out! -1 star for the so-so service from the high school girls playing cashier at the counters

One star for the rude service we received. I never was able to order the food to try it. I'm a vegetarian and was looking for friendly option for my diet. I saw the veggie spud and wanted something else with it. I asked the girl behind the counter to tell me their vegetarian options and she told me to just order something and pick the meat out of it. Excuse me?? Then when I said I didn't want to pick the meat out of my food, but wanted a veggie option, she asked if I wanted water to drink. Very rude in her tone and not at all helpful. We ended up leaving without ordering. Sad.

Love how you pay first so you don't have to wait after you're done eating. Food is excellent, and the sweet tea is just amazing!!

Unlike other people I could care less about the wall decorations. Obviously too worried about nonsense and stuff you are not eating. The food is pretty good for a large chain . The king club is PACKED with meat!!! I could barely bite it. The staff came by and checked in us often and refilled our drinks. Good place for lunch or casual dinner.

Decent sandwich, spud and soup joint. They're known for their sweet tea and lemonade. Their bread bowls aren't as good as Panera's. Neither is the broccoli cheddar. They used to have a pesto chicken panini on the menu that you can still order if you smile juuuust right.

Wow... Way to go NY. It's a freaking McAlister's. It's JUST LIKE the OTHER 200 McAlister's all over the country. The "random shit" on the walls is just like the random shit on the walls of JUST ABOUT EVERY chain restaurant in the friggin' country. Jeeze, stay in NY and enjoy your $30 club sandwiches and quit being a jerk. Like I said, it's a McAlister's... They have really good Tea. The food is pretty good too. It is really busy at lunch and most everything I have tried here is pretty darn good. Does it deserve a Michelin Star? Nah... It's a McAlister's... But as far as McAlister's go, this one is pretty darn good.

I'm a big fan of McAlister's. The sweet tea is amazing, the cookies are huge and delicious, and the potatoes make my life. The spud max is as huge as your head and so good. You can have half for lunch and the other half for dinner, if you choose! Sometimes they are good about offering refills, but a lot of times you have to get up and ask yourself. I also enjoy building my own sandwich or just getting the turkey melt. Love it!

McAlister. Mc "A" lister? I certainly did not feel like an A lister. My club sandwich looked like a kabob. Your sweet tea is good. What is all the random shit on the walls? A tricycle? What? I know you are in the south but it doesn't mean you should look like a ransacked tornado prone trailer park. Damn.
