We are from out of town and decided to try out this place based on Yelp reviews. The atmosphere is welcoming and they have a nice bar. The pizza and service was excellent! We had the carnivore pizza (its basically a meat lover pizza) and there was plenty of meat and cheese, the crust was crispy and cooked perfect.

Great pizza. Came in on a very busy Tuesday (1/2 price pizza night) also razorback basketball game as well. Service was excellent and the pizza was delicious. 5 stars from me. Glad to see a quality pizza restaurant run specials like this. Bartender was especially nice. Great job Gusano's

Got take out, I was pretty disappointed with this. Won't be back. Only thing giving them at least one star is they offer military discount.

It's damn hard for a native Chicagoan to go to a place that serves Chicago-style pizza only to have that menu option soundly rejected by everyone in the group before I could even open my mouth. Oh well. We had flat pizza. It was decent flat pizza. Ingredients were mostly fresh although some were obviously canned. Dough was good but lacked the slight saltiness that makes great pizza dough great. Cheese was plentiful. One high point - they served us a pizza dip appetizer. It's kinda hard to describe but it tasted like something that I may need to learn how to make so I have a more unique dish to bring to parties than our standard spinach & artichoke dip with Hawaiian bread.

As a frequent customer I'm disappointed about the decline in service. The pizza tastes great, Chicago style and traditional, and are very filling. The would have been a 5 star review if it weren't for the bad service. The servers I've had don't check in on you and you have to ask for a refill yourself. Other than that great restaurant!

Our family has been a constant customer of Gusano's for several years. We would purchase pizza from Gusano's at least once a week. Since they moved into their new location, the quality of their pizza has become very very inconsistent. We just ordered a pizza tonight that was very bland and frankly not very good. I'm sorry Gussano's but you've lost our business. Maybe we'll try again in 6 months Pros They deliver Cons The pizza they deliver

Very serviceable Chicago-style pizza. Sausage isn't a Gino's East or Giordanos, but it's damned close. Eh on the flat pizza. Drinks are, like all in AR kind of high with the taxes. Don't waste your time on the Italian beef. Not much beef on it and nothing compared to what you've had at home. The wait staff is generally friendly, the bar staff won't even try to act like a bartender - you'll sit there nursing your drink while the bartender checks the computer and her smart phone, but that's the new normal.

My friends and I ordered their 13'' Margarita style pizza, which took about 15 minutes to be ready and wasn't that bad of a wait. After we finished our meal we had an even longer wait to pay our check. Once we received the bill we waited 20 minutes for our waitress to return. Now to mention that the 13'' pizza and two drinks cost a little over $20, which was too pricey for the "decent" meal.

This is my favorite pizza place in Northwest Arkansas. LOVE the Chicago style pizza!

Pros: Amazing traditional pizza, truly my favorite pizza in NWA. Beer. Cons: A little pricey. Decent wait after ordering (at least its fresh!) Can be chilly, bring a light jacket if you're cold natured.

Where to start on this review.... Perhaps I can start by saying that there were only 2 waitresses working the entire evening. For that reason, I feel bad for our waitress but we spent 2 hours in the place. Got in about 7:20pm. Drinks by 7:30 and then we didn't see the waitress again until nearly 8pm when we ordered. It was a fairly busy night but not crazy busy. Didn't receive our food until about 8:45pm. Didn't receive our checks until 9:20pm. Frustratingly long night trying to get dinner. Fiancee had a greek wrap. Said it was decent. I wasn't very hungry when we showed up so just had an appetizer of wings for dinner. Meh. They weren't great for their price. Both of our dinner mates had pizza and they loved it. So, not a complete loss. While I know that our dinner mates dinged our waitress on the tip for her "slow" service, I can't do that to someone when management only has 2 waitresses working. Will I be back? Probably not. Far better places to eat in the area for better prices and atmospheres.

Best pizza in NWA! Love the Chaplin and Hula, but also the more traditional pizzas. The sausage is ligit! The sandwiches are also a favorite, try the Hawaiian Turkey. If you are looking for a fun evening, visit on Wednesday night for trivia! Need a sweet treat, try the cookie stixs! They will not disappoint! We love this neighborhood hangout!

Chicago style pizza is the best!! We always get the deluxe. The pizza is put together in reverse order for the Chicago deep dish style, with cheese going on the crust first, whatever toppings you want, and the pizza sauce on top. You get much more on your pizza this way. The service was great; average wait time for the final product, but worth every minute. Our waitress was friendly and attentive without standing over us. Can 't wait to go back!!
